Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present application provides a hammering machine 1000. Beater 1000 includes housing 600, bearing 700, and beater 100. Wherein, the housing 600 has a placing seat 61, the bearing 700 includes a fixing portion 71 and a rotating portion 72, the fixing portion 71 is fixedly connected with the placing seat 61, the rotating portion 72 rotates relative to the fixing portion 71, and the rotating portion 72 is used for connecting the cup 2000. The beating member 100 is adapted to extend into the cup 2000 and move up and down, and the rotating portion 72 drives the cup 2000 to rotate under the impact of the beating member 100.
Beating machine 1000 in the embodiment of this application is through being provided with bearing 700 to with bearing 700's fixed part 71 with place the seat 61 and be connected, bearing 700's rotation portion 72 is connected with cup 2000, makes when beating piece 100 and stretching into cup 2000 and carry out the up-and-down motion, can drive bearing 700's rotation portion 72 and rotate, thereby drives cup 2000 and rotates, makes to beat more convenient, beat the effect more ideal.
Moreover, compared with an additional rotary power structure for actively driving the cup 2000 to rotate, the bearing 700 is provided to apply the acting force applied to the cup 2000 during the hammering process to the bearing 700 so as to rotate the rotating portion 72 to drive the cup 2000 to rotate, so that the method is simple, convenient and easy to implement, compact in structure and cost-saving.
The beating machine can be used for making fruit tea and many pastry foods in household or commercial use. It can be understood that in the process of rapid development of modern food industry, many kinds of food, such as fruit tea, fruit and vegetable juice, fruit and vegetable cake, etc., require corresponding fruit puree and vegetable puree. However, the worker often needs to manually beat the cut fruits or vegetables to obtain the corresponding fruit puree and vegetable puree, which causes great inconvenience for both home-based and commercial food preparation and is not hygienic.
In order to solve the inconvenience of manual beating, the food industry hastens the spawning of beating machines. However, in the existing fruit and vegetable beating machine, in the fruit and vegetable beating process, the container filled with the fruits and vegetables is easy to move under the impact force of the hammer head, so that the beating difficulty is increased, and in addition, only the fruits and vegetables in the container are directly beaten up and down, so that the beating effect is not ideal.
To this, the beating machine 1000 that provides in this application is provided with bearing 700 on the seat 61 of placing of casing 600 to with the fixed part 71 of bearing 700 with place seat 61 fixed connection, rotating part 72 is connected with cup 2000, thereby when beating piece 100 and applying the impact force to cup 2000, the impact force can drive rotating part 72 and rotate, thereby drives cup 2000 rotatory, avoids cup 2000 to take place the skew at the beating in-process.
The utility model provides a beat machine 1000 as long as throw into eating materials such as cut lemon, grape or green grape in cup 2000 like snow gram cup to place cup 2000 on the seat 61 of placing of beating machine 1000, open again and beat machine 1000 can obtain clean health and beat good lemon mushroom, grape mushroom and green grape mushroom etc..
Specifically, the housing 600 may be a plastic member, which is simple to manufacture, low in cost, and the weight of the hammering machine 1000 is light. Of course, the housing 600 may also be an alloy member, such as an aluminum alloy product, so as to have sufficient hardness to ensure durability and strength.
Be provided with on casing 600 and place seat 61, place seat 61 can semicircular in shape, place seat 61 and can form the bottom at casing 600 to steady cup 2000 of placing, cup 2000 can be used for holding the edible material of cutting, for example all kinds of fruit, vegetables of cutting etc.. The placing base 61 may have a hollow structure, so that parts such as the bearing 700 may be installed in the placing base 61 to save volume, and the structure of the hammering machine 1000 may be more compact.
The general shape of beating member 100 may be cylindrical, and the end of beating member 100 may be further formed with irregular concave-convex shape for better beating to obtain corresponding fruit and vegetable puree. Of course, the shape of striking member 100 may be other regular or irregular shapes, and the application is not limited thereto.
The material of the hammering piece 100 can be plastic, or the hammering piece 100 can adopt an injection molding process shape, so that the manufacturing cost is low, and the process is simple. The hammering piece 100 can be made of composite materials such as alloy, so that the hammering piece 100 is enough in rigidity, can well keep the shape per se in the process of multiple use, is not easy to deform and is more durable.
It can be appreciated that when the hammering member 100 extends into the cup 2000 to reciprocate up and down to hammer the food material, a small impact force is applied to the cup 2000. Under the impact, the cup 2000 is prone to shaking unstably, which is not conducive to the hammering process. Can be connected bearing 700's rotating part 72 with cup 2000 this moment, fixed part 71 with place seat 61 fixed connection to rotating part 72 can rotate under the impact, in order to drive cup 2000 rotatory, makes the effect of beating more ideal, avoids cup 2000 to take place the skew.
Thus, compared with an additional rotary power mechanism for actively driving the cup 2000 to rotate, the bearing 700 provided in the present application is simple, convenient, feasible, compact and cost-effective in a manner of allowing the cup 2000 to passively rotate. That is, the impact of the hammering member 100 on the cup 2000 during hammering is applied to the bearing 700 to rotate the rotating part 72, so as to rotate the cup 2000.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments, the hammering machine 1000 may include a carrier 800, the carrier 800 may be fixedly connected with the rotating portion 72, and the carrier 800 may be used for carrying the cup 2000.
So, hold carrier 800 can be more stable with cup 2000 is fixed, rotates the piece and can rotate through holding carrier 800 in the drive, and then drives cup 2000 and rotate, avoids cup 2000 to take place the skew when receiving the impact force.
Specifically, the bearing member 800 can support the cup 2000 well, and can limit the cup 2000 to a certain extent, so as to ensure that the relative position of the cup 2000 is unchanged during the hammering process, thereby realizing better hammering. Simultaneously, hold carrier 800 and rotation portion 72 and be connected, alright in order to drive the rotation that holds carrier 800 through rotation portion 72, and then drive cup 2000 and rotate, avoid directly being connected cup 2000 and rotation portion 72, connect complicated inconvenience.
The supporting member 800 may be a plastic member, which is manufactured in a simple manner and has low cost, or the supporting member 800 may be an alloy member, such as an aluminum alloy product, so as to have sufficient hardness to ensure durability and strength.
The shape of the carrier 800 may be various regular or irregular shapes such as a circle, a square, a triangle, an oval, etc., and particularly, since the carrier 800 is used to carry the cup 2000 to rotate along with the rotation of the rotating part 72, the shape of the carrier 800 may be matched with the bottom shape of the conventional cup 2000 at the time of manufacture.
The fixed connection of the supporting member 800 and the rotating portion 72 can be various, for example, by gluing, so that the supporting member 800 and the rotating portion are tightly connected and the size is saved, or by fixing the supporting member 800 by a fastening member 900 such as a screw, the supporting member 800 can be easily detached and replaced.
In some embodiments, the carrier 800 may be fixedly coupled to the rotating portion 72 via a fastener 900. Specifically, the fastening member 900 may be a mechanical part such as a screw, a bolt, a stud, and a nut, and the carrier 800 may be provided with a matching hole for fixedly connecting the fastening member 900 to the rotating portion 72. In this way, the carrier 800 and the rotating portion 72 can be detachably connected in this way, which facilitates the replacement of the carrier 800 in case of wear and other loss of the carrier 800, and facilitates the replacement of carriers 800 with different sizes.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the carrier 800 may be formed with a carrier groove 81, and the carrier groove 81 is used for receiving the bottom of the cup 2000. So, carrier 800 can play certain limiting displacement to cup 2000 at the in-process of beating for the effect of beating is more ideal.
In particular, since the bearing groove 81 is used for accommodating the bottom of the cup 2000, the bearing groove 81 has a size and shape corresponding to the bottom of the cup 2000, so that the bearing member 800 is better adapted to the cup 2000. The bearing groove 81 is formed on the bearing member 800, and when the cup 2000 is accommodated in the bearing groove 81, the bottom of the cup 2000 can be wrapped by the bearing member 800, so that a limiting effect is achieved, the bearing of the bearing member 800 on the cup 2000 is better, and hammering is facilitated.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments, the bearing 700 may be disposed inside the placing seat 61, and the supporting member 800 may be disposed completely outside the placing seat 61. In this way, the bearing 700 is arranged in the placing seat 61, so that the hammering machine 1000 is compact in structure and attractive in appearance, and can play a certain role in protecting the bearing 700; the carrier 800 is completely disposed outside the placing seat 61, so that it is possible to easily replace carriers 800 of different sizes.
Specifically, the placing seat 61 may be a hollow structure, so that the bearing 700 may be disposed in the placing seat 61, so that the structure of the hammering machine 1000 is more compact and the appearance is more beautiful. In the case of the carrier 800, if the carrier 800 is partially or completely disposed in the placing seat 61, the manufacturing process of manufacturing the placing seat 61 is more complicated and the cost is increased. In contrast, in the case where the carrier 800 is completely disposed outside the placing seat 61 while the carrier 800 is detachably connected to the bearing 700, when the carrier 800 is damaged due to the need to carry cups 2000 of different sizes, the carrier 800 can be easily replaced, and the placing seat 61 does not need to be provided with the carrier 800 by forming a groove.
In particular, in some embodiments, the carrier 800 is disposed on the surface of the placing seat 61, wherein the fixing connection manner of the carrier 800 and the placing seat 61 may be various, for example, by an adhesive connection manner, so that the two are tightly connected and the part cost is saved, or the carrier 800 may be fixedly connected by a fastener 900 such as a screw, which facilitates the removal and replacement of the carrier 800.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the center of the carrier 800 and the center of the rotating portion 72 may be aligned. Therefore, the cup 2000 is further prevented from deviating and shaking in the hammering process, and the hammering effect is guaranteed.
Specifically, the bearing member 800 is connected to the rotating portion 72, the cup 2000 is accommodated in the accommodating groove of the bearing member 800, and when the rotating portion 72 rotates due to the impact force of the hammering member 100 on the cup 2000, if the center of the bearing member 800 is not aligned with the center of the rotating portion 72, the rotating frequency of the rotating portion 72 and the rotating frequency of the bearing member 800 driven by the rotating portion 72 are prone to be deviated, which makes it difficult to stabilize the cup 2000, so that the cup 2000 is prone to shake and shift. Therefore, aligning the center of the carrier 800 with the center of the rotating portion 72 can further prevent the cup 2000 from shifting and shaking during hammering, and ensure hammering effect.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the rotating portion 72 may be disposed within the fixing portion 71. In this manner, connection of the carrier 800 to the bearing 700 is facilitated.
Specifically, in the case where the rotating portion 72 is disposed outside the fixed portion 71, or in the case where the outer ring of the bearing 700 rotates and the inner ring is fixed, at least two fasteners 900 are required to connect the bearing 700 and the carrier 800 using the fasteners 900. Therefore, in the present application, by adopting the arrangement manner that the rotating portion 72 is arranged in the fixing portion 71, only one fastener 900 is needed to realize the fixed connection between the bearing 800 and the bearing 700, and the connection manner is convenient and reliable.
Referring to fig. 1-6, in some embodiments, a hammering machine 1000 includes a power mechanism 200 and a lifting mechanism 500. The power mechanism 500 is used for driving the hammering piece 100 to reciprocate up and down, and the lifting mechanism 500 is used for driving the power mechanism 200 to move up and down so as to drive the hammering piece 100 to move up and down.
Also, the power mechanism 200 may be disposed at one lateral side of the hammering member 100.
In this manner, by providing the power mechanism 200 and the lifting mechanism 500, the effect of reducing the volume of the hammering machine 1000 is achieved while ensuring accurate adjustment of the height of the hammered piece 100, reduction of the hammering stroke of the hammered piece 100, and adaptation to the heights of different sizes of cups 2000 mounted on the hammering machine 1000.
And, can drive the up-and-down reciprocating motion of the beating member 100 by arranging the power mechanism 200 at one side of the beating member 100 in the transverse direction, so that the problem that the beating machine 1000 occupies too large volume as the height is too large when arranged at one side of the beating member 100 in the longitudinal direction is avoided while the beating member 100 is driven to exert the beating effect.
The power mechanism 200 may be connected to the beating member 100, and may be indirectly connected or directly connected, so that the power mechanism 200 may provide power for the up-and-down reciprocating motion of the beating member 100, and the beating member 100 beats the corresponding fruits and vegetables into fruit and vegetable puree through the up-and-down reciprocating motion.
The power mechanism 200 may include a motor as a power unit and a transmission assembly as a coupling member to couple the motor and the hammering member 100. The motor can be a servo motor, the transmission assembly can be in various transmission modes such as thread transmission, screw rod 510 transmission, gear transmission, rack transmission and the like, and the rotary motion of the motor can be converted into linear motion through the transmission assembly to drive the hammering piece 100 to reciprocate up and down.
In particular, the power mechanism 200 is disposed on one lateral side of the hammering member 100, and the arrangement of the present application is capable of advantageously reducing the overall height of the hammering machine 1000, as compared to the arrangement of the power mechanism 200 on one longitudinal side of the hammering member 100. Meanwhile, the power mechanism 200 is arranged on one transverse side of the hammering piece 100, so that when the power mechanism 200 drives the hammering piece 100 to move up and down, a distance difference of the hammering piece 100 relative to the fruits and vegetables can be ensured, rigid collision of the hammering piece 100 to the fruits and vegetables is ensured, an ideal hammering effect is achieved, and meanwhile the height difference is beneficial to placement of a cup 2000 containing the fruits and vegetables, such as a Xueke cup.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the power mechanism 200 may include a first transmission assembly 21 and a first motor 22. Wherein, the first transmission assembly 21 is connected with the first motor 22 and the hammering member 100, and the first motor 22 can drive the hammering member 100 to reciprocate up and down through the first transmission assembly 21.
In this manner, the first motor 22 and the hammering member 100 are connected through the first transmission assembly 21, so that the rotational motion of the first motor 22 can be converted into a linear motion through the first transmission assembly 21 to drive the hammering member 100 to reciprocate up and down. The motion mode is reliable, and the driving mode is simple.
Specifically, the first motor 22 may be a servo motor. Beater member 100 can be connected to a first motor 22 via a first transmission assembly 21. The transmission mode of the first transmission assembly 21 can be a plurality of transmission modes such as a thread transmission mode, a lead screw 510 transmission mode, a gear transmission mode, a rack transmission mode and the like, and the embodiment of the application does not inherently limit the specific transmission mode of the first transmission assembly 21, as long as the rotary motion of the first motor 22 can be converted into a linear motion through the first transmission assembly 21, and the hammering member 100 is driven to reciprocate up and down.
Referring to fig. 3-5, in some embodiments, the first transmission assembly 21 may include a link structure 210 and a sliding member 211. Wherein, the link structure 210 can connect the first motor 22 and the sliding member 211, and the sliding member 211 can connect the hammering member 100. Thus, first motor 22 can drive link structure 210 to rotate so as to reciprocate slide 211 up and down, thereby reciprocating beater 100 up and down.
Therefore, the transmission mode is simple and reliable, the size of the hammering machine 1000 can be saved, and meanwhile, the first motor 22 drives the connecting rod structure 210 in the first transmission assembly 21 to rotate, so as to drive the sliding part 211 connected with the connecting rod structure 210 to reciprocate up and down, so that the hammering part 100 connected with the sliding part 211 is driven to reciprocate up and down, and the rigid collision between the hammering part 100 and an object to be hammered is ensured.
Specifically, since the power mechanism 200 needs to drive the hammering member 100 to reciprocate up and down, the rotational motion of the first motor 22 needs to be converted into a linear motion to drive the hammering member 100 to reciprocate up and down. Then, the first transmission assembly 21 of the power mechanism 200 may include a link structure 210 and a sliding member 211, the link structure 210 may connect the first motor 22 and the sliding member 211, and the sliding member 211 is connected to the hammer member 100.
That is, the link structure 210 can be driven by the rotation of the first motor 22 to rotate, and meanwhile, the link structure 210 needs to drive the sliding part 211 to reciprocate up and down, that is, to move linearly, so that the hammering part 100 connected to the sliding part 211 can be driven by the reciprocating up and down of the sliding part 211 to reciprocate up and down. In this manner, it can be confirmed that the link structure 210 includes two movement modes, i.e., a rotation movement and an up-and-down reciprocation movement, at the same time.
Then, link structure 210, in one embodiment of the present application, may include a disc 2100 and a link 2101. Wherein the wheel 2100 may be connected to the first motor 22, and one end of the link 2101 may be connected to the wheel 2100 and the other end may be connected to the slider 211.
Where the wheel 2100 may be circular and the link 2101 may be generally in the form of a long cylindrical bar. One end of the connecting rod 2101 is detachably connected with the wheel disc 2100 through fasteners such as screws, the other end of the connecting rod 2101 can be detachably connected with the sliding piece 211 through fasteners such as screws, the connecting mode is reliable and simple, and the damaged wheel disc 2100, the connecting rod 2101 or the sliding piece 211 can be easily replaced through detachable connection.
Thus, the rotary motion of the first motor 22 can drive the wheel disc 2100 to make rotary motion, the connecting rod 2101 with one end connected with the wheel disc 2100 can drive the sliding member 211 to make up-and-down reciprocating linear motion while the wheel disc 2100 rotates because the other end of the connecting rod 2101 is connected with the sliding member 211, and the direction of the linear motion can be controlled by the rotary direction of the first motor 22. Since the sliding member 211 is connected to the hammering member 100, the up-and-down reciprocating motion of the sliding member 211 can drive the hammering member 100 to reciprocate up and down.
In particular, the above description is of one embodiment of the link mechanism 210 and should not be construed as an inherent limitation to the particular configuration of the link mechanism 210.
Referring to fig. 3-5, in some embodiments, a thumping machine 1000 may include a mounting frame 300. First motor 22 may be disposed on first side 31 of mount 300, and linkage structure 210 and slider 211 may be disposed on second side 32 of mount 300, with first side 31 and second side 32 facing away from each other.
In this way, the first motor 22, the link structure 210, the sliding member 211 and the mounting bracket 300 can form a compact whole, so that the connection of the components of the hammering machine 1000 is more reliable and stable.
Specifically, the mounting member may have various regular and irregular shapes such as a rectangle, a square, a disc, and the like. The outer profile of the mount 300 in the present application is substantially rectangular. The mounting bracket 300 may be made of various non-metal and metal composite materials such as plastic and aluminum alloy, and may be determined according to the requirement. The mounting bracket 300 may be formed with a plurality of mounting holes for mounting the link structure 210, the slider 211, and the like.
First motor 22 may be disposed on first side 31 of mounting bracket 300, and linkage structure 210 and slider 211 may be disposed on second side 32 of mounting bracket 300, wherein second side 32 may be the side facing beater 100, and first side 31 is in opposing relation to second side 32. The first motor 22, the connecting rod structure 210 and the sliding piece 211 are arranged on the mounting frame 300, so that the four parts form a whole with a compact structure, and the up-and-down reciprocating motion of the hammering machine 1000 is more reliable and stable.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, a guide structure 33 may be formed on the mounting frame 300, the sliding member 211 may be connected to the guide structure 33, and the guide structure 33 may be used to guide the sliding member 211 to move up and down.
Thus, the guiding structure 33 can move up and down in cooperation with the guiding sliding member 211, so that the sliding member 211 can move more smoothly and conveniently.
Specifically, the mounting bracket 300 may have a groove 34 formed thereon, the guide structure 33 may include a guide bar 330 disposed on the groove 34, the guide bar 330 partially protrudes from the groove 34, and a guide slot 3300 may be further formed on a portion of the guide bar 330 protruding from the groove 34. The guiding structure 33 may further include a guiding block 331 used in cooperation with the guiding bar 330, the guiding block 331 is formed with a protrusion 3310, the protrusion 3310 is received in the guiding slot 3300, and the guiding block 331 is further connected to the sliding member 211, so that when the guiding block 331 slides in the guiding slot 3300 of the guiding bar 330, the guiding block 331 may drive the sliding member 211 to move up and down.
It is understood that the guide grooves 3300 may be formed on the guide blocks 331, and the protrusions 3310 may be formed on the guide bars 330, correspondingly. The present application does not inherently limit the specific formation positions of the guide grooves 3300 and the protrusions 3310.
Referring to fig. 3-6, in some embodiments, the thumping machine 1000 may further include a support 400, and the mounting frame 300 is movable relative to the support 400. Thus, the mounting frame 300 can move relative to the support 400, so that the height of the hammering piece 100 can be further adjusted, the hammering stroke of the hammering piece 100 can be adjusted conveniently, and the hammering effect is better.
Specifically, the bracket 400 may be formed by an injection molding process, so that the weight of the hammering machine 1000 is light, and the cost is saved. The bracket 400 may also be made of other materials such as composite metal, etc., to ensure the rigidity of the bracket 400.
The bracket 400 is formed with a hollow area 41, and the mounting bracket 300 may be installed in the hollow area 41, so that the mounting bracket 300 may move up and down in the hollow area 41 with respect to the bracket 400. It is understood that mounting bracket 300 may be coupled to bracket 400 and movable relative to bracket 400 such that the height of bracket 400 may determine the overall height of beater 1000, and that mounting bracket 300 may be coupled to beater member 100 and power mechanism 200 such that mounting bracket 300 is movable relative to bracket 400 to further adjust the height of beater member 100 to facilitate placement of a cup 2000, such as a nikk cup. In other words, mounting bracket 300 is movable relative to support 400, allowing for adjustment of the height of beater 100, reducing the beating stroke of beater 100, accommodating the height of cup 2000, and reducing the size of beater 1000.
Referring to fig. 6, in some embodiments, the hammering machine 1000 may further comprise a lifting mechanism 500, and the lifting mechanism 500 is used for driving the mounting frame 300 to be lifted and lowered relative to the support 400. Thus, the lifting mechanism 500 is arranged to stably and reliably lift the mounting frame 300.
Specifically, the lifting mechanism 500 may be disposed at the bottom of the hammering machine 1000, and the lifting mechanism 500 may also include a power motor and a transmission assembly, and the transmission assembly may adopt various transmission modes, such as a screw 510 nut, a rack and pinion, and a screw transmission. The present application is not limited thereto inherently.
In order to accommodate different sized cups 2000 for fruit and vegetable placement, such as different sized snow kegs, the mounting bracket 300 may be first adjusted to the uppermost position by the elevator mechanism 500 to accommodate the height of the cup 2000 when the thumping machine 1000 is in use. Set up elevating system 500 simultaneously and make and beat 100 and beat the height and can reach higher, can adjust the beating of different precision, different intensity to the preparation of edible material of difference, can understand that the rigidity of beating can be guaranteed to sufficient height.
Referring to fig. 6, in some embodiments, the lifting mechanism 500 may include a second motor 52 and a second transmission mechanism, and the second motor 52 may drive the mounting frame 300 to lift and lower relative to the support 400 through the second transmission mechanism, so as to lift and lower the hammering member 100.
In this way, the second motor 52 and the mounting bracket 300 are connected through the second transmission assembly 51, so that the rotation motion of the second motor 52 can be converted into the lifting motion of the mounting bracket 300 through the second transmission assembly 51, thereby facilitating the adjustment of the specific height of the hammering member 100, and the driving manner is simple and reliable.
Specifically, the mounting bracket 300 may be connected to the second motor 52 through the second transmission assembly 51. The transmission mode of the second transmission assembly 51 can be a plurality of transmission modes such as thread transmission, screw 510 transmission, gear transmission and rack transmission, and the embodiment of the application does not inherently limit the specific transmission mode of the second transmission assembly 51, as long as the rotary motion of the second motor 52 can be converted into linear motion through the second transmission assembly 51, and the mounting rack 300 is driven to lift relative to the bracket 400.
Referring to fig. 6, in some embodiments, the second transmission mechanism includes a screw 510 and a sliding block 511 sleeved on the screw 510, the sliding block 511 is fixedly connected to the mounting rack 300, the screw 510 is connected to the second motor 52, and the second motor 52 is configured to drive the screw 510 to rotate, so as to drive the sliding block 511 to move relative to the screw 510, thereby lifting the mounting rack 300.
Therefore, the screw rod 510 and the sliding block 511 are matched in a simple and reliable transmission mode. The screw 510 can convert the rotation of the second motor 52 into a linear motion of the sliding block 511, so as to drive the sliding block 511 to move to drive the mounting rack 300 to ascend and descend.
Specifically, the second motor 52 may be disposed at the bottom of the hammering machine 1000, the sliding block 511 is sleeved on the screw rod 510, and the screw rod 510 is connected to the second motor 52, so that the second motor 52 may drive the screw rod 510 to rotate, so as to drive the sliding block 511 sleeved on the screw rod 510 to move on the screw rod 510 in the up-down direction.
The number of the sliders 511 may be plural. The shape of the sliding block 511 can be a plurality of regular or irregular block bodies such as a rectangular block, a square block, a triangular block and the like. The sliding block 511 can be made of plastic, or can be made of composite metal materials such as aluminum alloy, and can be designed according to actual requirements.
The sliding block 511 is also fixedly connected with the mounting frame 300, wherein the sliding block 511 may be detachably and fixedly connected with the mounting frame 300 through a fastener such as a screw, and may also be fixedly connected through an adhesive manner. Therefore, the sliding block 511 can drive the mounting frame 300 to lift and lower in the process of moving relative to the screw 510.
Thus, during use of the thumper machine 1000, the mounting bracket 300 may be first adjusted to the uppermost position by the elevating mechanism 500 to accommodate the height of the cup 2000. It can be easily understood that, the lifting mechanism 500 can also enable the beating height of the beating piece 100 to be higher, so that beating with different precision and different strength can be adjusted for different food material preparation, and the beating rigidity can be ensured by enough height.
In some embodiments, after the elevating mechanism 500 drives the power mechanism 200 to move from the highest position to the predetermined position, the power mechanism 200 drives the hammer 100 to reciprocate up and down
So, can be convenient for according to waiting to beat the difference of eating the material, adjust power unit 200's initial position through elevating system 500 to guarantee to beat the rigidity collision of 100 of the in-process of beating and waiting to beat the material of eating, improve and beat the precision and beat efficiency, guarantee to beat the effect.
Specifically, in one embodiment, when the lifting mechanism 500 drives the power mechanism 200 to be lifted to the highest position, the power mechanism 200 is also activated to lift the sliding member 211 to the highest position of the mounting bracket 300, so that the beating member 100 is at the highest position, so as to place the cup 2000 containing the cut material to be beaten on the beating machine 1000, and prevent the beating member 100 connected to the power mechanism 200 from interfering with the placement of the cup 2000, and then the predetermined position of the power mechanism 200 can be adjusted by activating the lifting mechanism 500 to drive the power mechanism to be lowered to different heights according to the material contained in the cup 2000.
For example, when the fruit is soft, such as grapes, the beating strength is not too high, the lifting mechanism 500 can drive the power mechanism 200 to adjust to a lower preset position, and then the power mechanism 200 is started to reciprocate up and down, so that the beating member 100 is in rigid contact with the food material to be beaten; when the fruit is hard fruits such as avocados, hard peaches and the like, the beating strength is properly improved, the lifting mechanism 500 can drive the power mechanism 200 to be adjusted to a higher preset position, and then the power mechanism 200 is started to reciprocate up and down, so that the beating member 100 is in rigid contact with the food materials to be beaten.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, end 11 of hammering member 100 may be formed with a relief 110. Thus, the beating member 100 can beat fruits and vegetables more efficiently.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the end 11 of the hammering member 100 may be formed with a concave-convex structure 110, for example, in a dense saw-tooth shape, but may have other shapes. Under the condition that the hammering piece 100 does reciprocating motion up and down at a high speed, the concave-convex structure 110 of the end part 11 of the hammering piece 100 can better destroy fruits and vegetables and smash the fruits and vegetables into a hairy shape, so that the hammering effect is better and the efficiency is higher.
Referring to fig. 1 again, in some embodiments, the power mechanism 200 and the lifting mechanism 500 may be disposed in the housing 600, and the housing 600 may protect the power mechanism 200 and the lifting mechanism 500. The hammering member 100 may be exposed to the housing 600 so as to be in rigid contact with the food material to be hammered inside the cup 2000.
To sum up, beat machine 1000 in this application adopts miniaturized design, through power unit 200 and elevating system 500, guarantees that two sections go up and down to beat to adopt hard contact to beat, can highly restore artifical effect of beating, beat the dynamics and can reach 90 kilograms.
Particularly, the hammering machine 1000 is further provided with a bearing 700, the fixing portion 71 of the bearing 700 is fixedly connected with the placing seat 61, the rotating portion 72 is connected with the bearing piece 800 through a fastener 900, and the bearing groove 81 of the bearing piece 800 contains the cup 2000, so that the rotating portion 72 of the bearing 700 rotates by receiving impact force to drive the bearing piece 800 to rotate, thereby driving the cup 2000 to rotate, avoiding the cup 2000 from shifting and shaking in a hammering process, and being beneficial to hammering.
In addition, the power mechanism 200 is arranged at one side of the hammering piece 100 in the transverse direction, so that the problem that the height of the hammering machine 1000 is too high is solved; the lifting mechanism 500 is arranged at the bottom, adopts a transmission mode of the screw rod 510 and the slide block 511, and is matched with the second motor 52 to lift one section of the power mechanism 200, so that the precision is ensured, and simultaneously the height of the hammering piece 100 and the rigidity during hammering are ensured to be adjusted in time.
The first transmission assembly 21 in the power mechanism 200 adopts the link structure 210, the rotary motion of the first motor 22 is converted into the up-and-down reciprocating motion of the hammering member 100 through the wheel disc 2100 and the link 2101, and the power mechanism 200 is arranged to ensure the amplification of the power of the first motor 22, so as to ensure the hammering power and the rigid contact hammering.
