The uniform temperature oven according to claim 7, characterized in that the uniform temperature fire partition (50) is gradually inclined downward in the front-rear direction of the broiling area such that the height of the front end of the uniform temperature fire partition (50) is higher than that of the rear end thereof.
9. The oven with uniform temperature according to claim 8, characterized in that an oil receiving structure (70) is provided in the grilling area below the burner (22), said oil receiving structure (70) being used for receiving grease dripping from the grilling net (21).
