In the whole living goods industry, pillows are indispensable in daily life of people. The pillow is mainly made of a structure with a pillow core built in a pillowcase, and particularly, the pillow core is usually made of one material.

Because the pillow made of a single material only has a single function or experience, the pillow core is easy to deform or damage due to insufficient supporting force in the using process, and better sleeping experience cannot be provided.

For this reason, there is a strong need for an improved pillow to improve the support and comfort of the pillow, to improve the functionality of the pillow, and to further increase the length of time the pillow is used.

SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL

In this context, embodiments of the present application contemplate providing a pillow.

In a first aspect of embodiments of the present application, there is provided a pillow comprising:

the pillow case comprises a first pillow case body and a second pillow case body which are stacked, wherein one surface, facing the second pillow case body, of the first pillow case body is a first connecting surface, one surface, facing the first pillow case body, of the second pillow case body is a second connecting surface, and the first connecting surface is partially connected with the second connecting surface;

the pillow core comprises a first pillow core and a second pillow core, the first pillow core comprises a flexible core sleeve and a first material for filling the core sleeve, the second pillow core is made of a second material, the first material and the second material are both made of flexible materials, the softness of the first material is higher than that of the second material, the first pillow core is arranged in the first pillow sleeve, and the second pillow core is arranged in the second pillow sleeve;

the second pillow orientation the one side of first pillow is equipped with the depressed part, first pillow orientation the one side of second pillow is equipped with the bulge, the depressed part with the bulge cooperates.

In some embodiments of the present application, the first pillow cover and the second pillow cover have a connecting portion and a non-connecting portion therebetween, the distance between the connecting portion and both side edges of the first pillow cover in the first direction being no greater than one third of the length of the first pillow cover in the first direction; wherein the first direction is a direction extending along the connecting portion to the non-connecting portion.

The principles and spirit of the present application are explained in detail below with reference to several representative embodiments of the present application.

Summary of the utility model

Exemplary devices

The pillow of the exemplary embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to fig. 1 and 2.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the pillow of the present embodiment may include a pillow core 1 and a pillow case 2.

The first pillow core 11 is stacked on the second pillow core 12, and the first pillow core 11 is an example of a user interface.

In this embodiment, the pillow core 1 includes a first pillow core 11 and a second pillow core 12, the first pillow core 11 is filled with a flexible first material, the second pillow core 12 is made of a flexible second material, and the softness of the first material is higher than that of the second material, a top surface 121 of the second pillow core 12 (a surface of the second pillow core facing the first pillow core) is provided with a concave portion 120, the first pillow core 11 has a convex portion 110 matching with the concave portion 120, wherein the concave portion 120 and the convex portion 110 are attached to each other.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in the first direction (X direction in the figures), the second pillow core 12 includes a first long side 123 and a second long side 124 which are parallel to each other, a concave portion 120 is disposed on the top surface 121 of the second pillow core 12, and the concave portion 120 is located in the middle of the second pillow core 12 along the first direction, which is the direction of the first long side 123 of the second pillow core 12. The second pillow core 12 is made of a second material having flexibility, for example, at least one of latex, silica gel, and polyester fiber, and preferably, the latex material, which may be integrally formed into the second pillow core 12 by cutting a plurality of times, etc., in consideration of durability and supporting degree of the second pillow core 12.

The first pillow case 21 and the second pillow case 22 may be connected by sewing or hook and loop fasteners. In the fully connected form of the connecting portion 40, a plurality of cloth strips or a plurality of fastening strips or the like may be arranged on the bottom surface 212 of the first pillow case 21 and the top surface 221 of the second pillow case 22 in an array.

The first pillow case 21 and the second pillow case 22 can be detachably connected or not detachably connected, and in order to facilitate the detachment or enable a user to experience various using senses of the pillow, the first pillow case 21 and the second pillow case 22 can be detachably connected. When a user needs to clean the pillow cases, the first pillow with high use frequency can be cleaned after being detached, two pillow cases do not need to be cleaned at one time, and the service life of the pillow cases is prolonged; when the first pillow case 21 or the second pillow is damaged, only the damaged pillow case needs to be replaced, and the first pillow case 21 and the second pillow case 22 do not need to be replaced simultaneously, so that the economy is improved; in addition, the first pillow case 21 and the second pillow case 22 are detachably connected, so that a user can experience different usages, for example, the user can use the pillow in the form of the combination of the first pillow core 11 and the second pillow core 12, or use the first pillow core 11 alone, or use the second pillow core 12 alone, so that one kind of pillow has a plurality of different usages and usages.

The first pillow case 21 and the second pillow case 22 are both provided with openings, the first pillow core 11 is arranged in the first pillow case 21 through the first opening 501, and the second pillow core 12 is arranged in the second pillow case 22 through the second opening 502. The first opening 501 and the second opening 502 may be envelope openings or zipper openings, wherein the envelope opening is a non-connection type opening, the envelope opening has two sides, the two sides form the opening of the envelope opening, and the two sides have overlapping regions. The second opening 502 may be provided at a position of a peripheral side of the second pillow case 22 or at a position of the top surface 221 or the bottom surface 222 of the second pillow case, for example, to facilitate the detachment of the second pillow core 12 and to improve the comfort of the user, the second opening 502 may be a zipper opening, and the second opening 502 may be provided on the first side 223 or the second side 224 of the second pillow case 22.

The pillowcase can be made of at least one of pure cotton, silk, hemp, nylon, woven and colored weaving. The first pillow case 21 and the second pillow case 22 may be made of the same or different materials, specifically, the bottom surface 212 of the first pillow case and the top surface 221 of the second pillow case may be made of the same material, and the top surface 211 of the first pillow case and the bottom surface 222 of the second pillow case may be made of a material different from the bottom surface 212 of the first pillow case.

Since the top surface 211 of the first pillow case 21 is a direct contact surface of the user, in order to further improve the comfort of the user, the top surface 211 of the first pillow case may be made of a silk material, an anti-mite material or a pure cotton material; since the second pillow case 22 needs to carry the second pillow core 12 with a height, and the top surface 221 of the second pillow case and the bottom surface 212 of the first pillow case have the connecting portion 40, the bottom surface 212 of the first pillow case and the top surface 221 of the second pillow case need to be made of materials with higher firmness degree, for example, nylon cloth with higher firmness degree; because the bottom surface 222 of the second pillow case 22 is a non-use surface, the second pillow case can be made of materials with higher economical efficiency; in addition, since the second pillow core 12 has a height at the circumferential position, the circumferential position of the second pillow case 22 has a corresponding surface to connect the bottom surface 222 and the top surface 221 of the second pillow case, for example, the periphery of the bottom surface 222 and the top surface 221 of the second pillow case can be connected by mesh cloth, so that the second pillow case 22 forms a closed cavity to accommodate the second pillow core 12, specifically, the mesh cloth can increase the air permeability of the second pillow case 22, and can further increase the air permeability of the second pillow core 12, thereby increasing the service life of the second pillow core 12.

The pillow provided by the application comprises a pillow core 1 and a pillow case 2, wherein the pillow core comprises a first pillow core 11 and a second pillow core 12, a flexible first material is filled in the first pillow core 11, the second pillow core 12 is made of a flexible second material, the softness of the first material is higher than that of the second material, namely the first material can be a fluffy and soft material, the second material can be a flexible material with supporting force and resilience force, a concave part 120 is arranged on the top surface 121 of the second pillow core, and the first pillow core 11 is provided with a convex part 110 matched with the concave part 120; the pillow case 2 comprises a first pillow case 21 and a second pillow case 22, wherein the bottom surface 212 of the first pillow case is partially connected with the top surface 221 of the second pillow case along a first direction, the first pillow core 11 is arranged in the first pillow case 21, and the second pillow core 12 is arranged in the second pillow case 22. The coating sense and the supporting degree of the pillow are taken into consideration, and the use sense and the comfort of a user are improved.

It should be noted that although in the above detailed description reference is made to several components, modules or mechanisms of a pillow, such division is merely exemplary and not mandatory. Indeed, the features and functionality of two or more components, modules or mechanisms described above may be embodied in one component, module or mechanism, according to embodiments of the application. Conversely, the features and functions of one component, module or mechanism described above may be further divided into embodiments that are embodied by a plurality of components, modules or mechanisms.

Claims (13)

1. A pillow, comprising:

the pillow case comprises a first pillow case and a second pillow case which are stacked, wherein one surface, facing the second pillow case, of the first pillow case is a first connecting surface, one surface, facing the first pillow case, of the second pillow case is a second connecting surface, and the first connecting surface is partially connected with the second connecting surface;

the pillow core comprises a first pillow core and a second pillow core, the first pillow core comprises a flexible core sleeve and a first material for filling the core sleeve, the second pillow core is made of a second material, the first material and the second material are both made of flexible materials, the softness of the first material is higher than that of the second material, the first pillow core is arranged in the first pillow sleeve, and the second pillow core is arranged in the second pillow sleeve;

the second pillow orientation the one side of first pillow is equipped with the depressed part, first pillow orientation the one side of second pillow is equipped with the bulge, the depressed part with the bulge cooperates.

2. The pillow according to claim 1, characterized in that a connecting part and a non-connecting part are provided between the first pillow case and the second pillow case, the distance between the connecting part and two sides of the first pillow case in the first direction is not more than one third of the length of the first pillow case in the first direction; wherein the first direction is a direction extending along the connecting portion to the non-connecting portion.

3. The pillow of claim 2, wherein two long sides of the second pillow core distributed along the second direction are recessed inwards; wherein the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction.

4. The pillow of claim 3, wherein two sides of the second pillow case along the second direction are recessed.

5. The pillow of claim 2 wherein said core sleeve has a plurality of cavities, each of said cavities being filled with said first material therein.

6. The pillow according to claim 5, wherein the core housing is provided with a plurality of partition bars inside, each of the partition bars being arranged perpendicular to the first direction, the plurality of partition bars dividing the first core into a plurality of partition portions.

7. The pillow of claim 6 wherein the first material fills a greater amount in the partitions where the protrusions are located than the first material fills the remaining partitions.

8. The pillow of claim 7, wherein the protrusion is located at a bottom surface of the partition corresponding to the recess, and the protrusion protrudes from the bottom surface of the first pillow core to a height equal to a height of the recess below the top surface of the second pillow core.

9. A pillow as claimed in claim 8, wherein the depth of the depression is 20-40 mm.

10. The pillow of claim 1, wherein the first pillow case has a first opening through which the first pillow core passes, and the second pillow case has a second opening through which the second pillow core passes.

11. The pillow of claim 10 wherein the first opening can be a zippered opening or a letter closure and the second opening can be a zippered opening or a letter closure; the envelope opening is provided with two opposite sides, and the two sides are provided with overlapping areas.

12. The pillow of claim 1, wherein the first pillow cover and the second pillow cover are connected by stitching.

13. The pillow of claim 1, wherein the first pillow cover and the second pillow cover are connected by hook and loop fasteners.
