The low-voltage ERG outlet pipe assembly press-fitting machine of claim 1, wherein the positioning support is connected to the first slide rail device through a carriage, the buffer mechanism is connected to the carriage and located between the carriage and the pre-positioning linear actuator, and the driving rod of the positioning abutting linear actuator and the positioning support are arranged on the same axis.

The low-voltage ERG gas outlet pipe assembly press-fitting machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the press-fitting mechanism further comprises an assembly part fixing module for installing a differential pressure gas taking pipe, and the differential pressure gas taking pipe is detachably installed in a socket at the outer end of the press-fitting loading seat along with the assembly part fixing module.

The low-voltage ERG air outlet pipe assembly press-fitting machine according to claim 3, wherein the press-fitting mechanism further comprises an assembly part fixing module, the assembly part fixing module comprises two oppositely-holding pieces which are spliced with each other, and fixing cavities corresponding to the outer profiles of the differential pressure air taking pipes are respectively arranged on opposite inner sides of the two oppositely-holding pieces.
5. The low-voltage ERG outlet pipe assembly press-fitting machine of claim 4, wherein the two clasping pieces are detachably spliced with each other in a magnetic attraction manner.

The low-voltage ERG outlet duct assembly press-fitting machine of claim 1, wherein the press-fitting mechanism further includes a slide base for mounting a press-fitting loading seat, the slide base is slidably disposed on the frame through a second slide rail device, the press-fitting driver is disposed at a rear side of the slide base, the slide base is provided with a clamp base engaged with a telescopic shaft of the press-fitting driver and an abutting portion disposed at a front side of the clamp base, the clamp base is provided with a through bayonet, a movable limiting portion disposed in the bayonet is disposed at a middle periphery of the telescopic shaft of the press-fitting driver, and a length of the movable limiting portion is greater than a width of the bayonet, so that the telescopic shaft of the press-fitting driver drives the press-fitting loading seat to perform press-fitting operation by abutting against the abutting portion of the slide base, and pulls the press-fitting loading seat of the slide base to perform relative resetting by the telescopic shaft.

The low-voltage ERG outlet pipe assembly press-fitting machine according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the positioning support member and the press-fitting feeding seat are arranged on the same vertical plane, and the press-fitting direction of the press-fitting feeding seat is arranged in an upward inclined manner along the horizontal direction.

The low-voltage ERG air outlet pipe assembly press-fitting machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the machine frame is provided with a first detector for detecting whether the clamp mechanism clamps the air outlet pipe connecting member, a second detector for detecting whether the clamp mechanism clamps the air outlet pipe connecting member in place, and a third detector for detecting whether the differential pressure air outlet pipe is press-fitted in place.

The low pressure ERG outlet duct assembly press-fit machine of claim 3, wherein the press-fit mechanism further comprises a fourth detector for detecting whether the press-fit charging seat is loaded with the differential pressure take off duct and a fifth detector for detecting whether the press-fit charging seat is loaded with the fitting fixing module.
10. The low-voltage ERG air outlet pipe assembly press-fitting machine as claimed in claim 3, further comprising a marking machine for marking the finished clamping operation of the air outlet connecting pipe component.
