Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary and intended to be used for explaining the present invention, and should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 10, a folding locking device 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a fixed member 1, a rotating member 2, a locking member 3, and an unlocking member 4.
The fixing member 1 is provided with a locking portion 11. For example, the fixing member 1 may be a member that is not moved in the in-use position, and the fixing member 1 may be a base, a frame body, or the like. As shown in fig. 2, the locking portion 11 may be integrally formed with the fixing member 1, and the locking portion 11 may be located at the tip end of the fixing member 1.
The rotating member 2 is rotatably connected to the fixed member 1, and the rotating member 2 has a first position and a second position. For example, the rotation element 2 may be fitted on the outer circumferential side of the fixed element 1, and the rotation element 2 may be pivotally assembled with the fixed element 1, the rotation element 2 having a first position and a second position during rotation of the rotation element 2 with respect to the fixed element 1.
It should be noted that, when the folding and locking device 100 is applied to a scooter, as shown in fig. 1, the fixed member 1 may be assembled with the wheel 300, the rotating member 2 may be pivotally assembled with the fixed member 1, and a vertical pipe of the scooter may be fixedly connected with the rotating member 2. Thus, when the rotor 2 is switched to the first position, as shown in fig. 6, the riser of the scooter is now substantially vertical and the scooter is suitable for riding. When the rotating member 2 is switched to the second position, as shown in fig. 7, the vertical tube of the scooter extends substantially forward and backward and is substantially parallel to the frame of the scooter, and the scooter is adapted to be stored.
The detent member 3 is rotatably connected to the rotating member 2, and in the first position, the detent member 3 is adapted to be tightly locked with the locking portion 11 to stop and limit one side of the rotating member 2 when the rotating member 2 is applied with a force in a first direction (the first direction may be substantially a front-back direction), and the other side of the rotating member 2 is stopped and limited with the fixing member 1.
For example, when the rotating member 2 is switched from the second position to the first position, the rotating member 2 can swing forward, and after swinging to the first position, a part of the rotating member 2 can be stopped and limited with a part of the fixing member 1, so that the rotating member 2 can be limited from continuing to swing forward.
Meanwhile, a part of the detent member 3 may be rotated to the front side of the locking portion 11 of the fixed member 1, whereby, when the rotation member 2 is applied with a rearward force, the detent member 3 may be brought into hooking engagement with the fixed member 1, so that the condition that the rotation member 2 swings rearward may be restricted.
The unlocking member 4 is connected to the locking member 3, and the unlocking member 4 can apply a force in a second direction (the second direction may be substantially a vertical direction) to the locking member 3 to unlock the locking member 3 and the locking portion 11 and allow the rotating member 2 to be switched from the first position to the second position. It should be noted that, in the use process, as long as the rotating member 2 has a component force action backwards, the blocking member 3 can be tightly fitted with the locking part 11, and in the riding process, the human body is located behind the rotating member 2 and always has a backwards acting force on the rotating member 2, so that the situation that the blocking member 3 is separated from the locking part 11 is avoided.
For example, unlocking piece 4 can be wire rope, unlocking piece 4's one end can be fixed continuous with screens piece 3, when needs switch over rotation piece 2 to the second place from the primary importance, can at first draw unlocking piece 4, unlocking piece 4 can upwards stimulate screens piece 3, and unlocking piece 4 can not produce backward component effect at the in-process of upwards pulling, thereby the complex problem of screens piece 3 and clamping part 11 chucking has been avoided, make screens piece 3 can be along contacting the chucking locking with the tangent direction contact of clamping part 11. After the detent 3 and the locking part 11 are separated, the rotor 2 is driven to swing backward, so that the rotor 2 can be switched from the first position to the second position.
The utility model discloses folding locking device 100 has satisfied folding operation requirement through rotating swing of piece 2 for mounting 1. Secondly, in use, a human body can exert a backward component force effect on the rotating part 2, due to the fact that the clamping part 3 is connected with the rotating part 2, the clamping part 3 can also generate a backward component force effect, under the action of the component force, the clamping part 3 can be in clamping fit with the clamping and stopping part 11, the situation that the rotating part 2 swings backward is avoided, the rotating part 2 can be stopped with the fixing part 1, the situation that the rotating part 2 swings forward is avoided, therefore, the swinging displacement of the rotating part 2 in the front and back directions is limited, the structural stability of the rotating part 2 in use is guaranteed, the situation that the rotating part 2 is easy to swing is improved, and the riding safety is improved.
In some embodiments, the fold-locking device 100 comprises an elastic element 5, the elastic element 5 acting between the rotary element 2 and the detent element 3, the elastic element 5 being adapted to reset the detent element 3 so that the detent element 3 remains clampingly locked with the detent 11 in the first position.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, the elastic member 5 may be a spring, the spring may be a tension spring or a compression spring, one end of the elastic member 5 may be connected to the rotating member 2, the other end of the elastic member 5 may be connected to the locking member 3, and in use, the elastic member 5 may apply an acting force to the locking member 3, so that the locking member 3 may be normally attached to and contacted with the locking portion 11, thereby preventing the locking member 3 from being easily separated from the locking portion 11 during bumping, and ensuring stability of locking.
In some embodiments, the locking element 3 comprises a locking section 31 and a connecting section 32, one end of the connecting section 32 is rotatably connected to the rotating element 2, the other end of the connecting section 32 is connected to the locking section 31, the locking section 31 is adapted to be locked by the locking portion 11, one end of the elastic element 5 is connected to the connecting section 32, and the other end of the elastic element 5 is connected to the rotating element 2.
As shown in fig. 4, the detent element 3 can be substantially U-shaped, and the detent element 3 can comprise a detent section 31 and two connecting sections 32, the two connecting sections 32 being arranged substantially parallel to each other, the detent section 31 being connected between the two connecting sections 32. When assembled, the free ends of the two connecting segments 32 may be pivotally assembled with the rotary member 2 by means of a pivot. One end of the elastic member 5 may be connected to the middle of the connection section 32, and the other end of the elastic member 5 may be connected to the rotation member 2. When the rotating part 2 is switched to the first position, the elastic part 5 can apply a downward force to the connecting section 32, so that the locking section 31 of the locking part 3 can always abut against the locking part 11, thereby achieving the effect of locking.
Alternatively, unlocking element 4 can be connected to the middle of detent section 31.
In some embodiments, the rotation member 2 includes a web 21, a first wing 22 and a second wing 23, the web 21 is connected between the first wing 22 and the second wing 23, the first wing 22 and the second wing 23 are oppositely disposed, and the detent 11 and the detent 3 are both fitted between the first wing 22 and the second wing 23.
As shown in fig. 3, the rotation member 2 may be substantially U-shaped, the first wing plate 22 and the second wing plate 23 are arranged substantially in parallel and oppositely in the left-right direction, and the web 21 is connected between one end of the first wing plate 22 and one end of the second wing plate 23. The other end of the first wing 22 and the other end of the second wing 23 can be pivotally assembled to the fixing member 1. Specifically, the top of the fixed member 1 can fit into a U-shaped slot formed by the rotating member 2, wherein the free end of the first wing 22 and the free end of the second wing 23 can both pivotally fit with the bottom of the fixed member 1 and form a first connection site 223.
Therefore, on the one hand, the compactness of assembling the fixed part 1 and the rotating part 2 can be enhanced, and on the other hand, in the first position, the overall height size of the rotating part 2 and the fixed part 1 can be lower, which is beneficial to lowering the gravity center and enhancing the structural stability.
In some embodiments, the elastic member 5 is disposed outside the rotating member 2, and the elastic member 5 is connected to the locking member 3 by a fastener, and one of the first wing plate 22 and the second wing plate 23 is provided with an arc hole 222, and the fastener is slidably fitted in the arc hole 222.
As shown in fig. 3 and 8, the fixed member 1 may be fitted inside the U-shaped groove formed in the rotation member 2, and the elastic member 5 may be fitted to the left side of the first wing 22. The fastener can be a pin shaft, one end of the fastener can be hinged with the clamping part 3, and the other end of the fastener can be connected with the elastic part 5.
As shown in fig. 8, the arc hole 222 may have an arc shape, and the arc hole 222 may penetrate the first wing plate 22 in the left-right direction. The connection between the detent element 3 and the rotor 2 can form a second connection position 224, and the detent element 3 can pivot about the second connection position 224. The center of the arc hole 222 may be the second connection site 224. The fastener may fit within the arcuate aperture 222.
Therefore, when the clamping part 3 swings relative to the rotating part 2, the fastener can slide in the arc-shaped hole 222, so that the compactness and the structural strength of assembly can be enhanced on one hand, the swinging guidance of the clamping part 3 can be enhanced on the other hand, and the precision of displacement is ensured. In addition, the arc-shaped hole 222 can also play a limiting effect, so that the situation that the amplitude of the clamping part 3 is large in the swinging process is avoided.
In some embodiments, the outer wall surface of one of the first wing plate 22 and the second wing plate 23 is provided with a fitting groove 221, the elastic member 5 is fitted in the fitting groove 221, and the arc-shaped hole 222 is provided at the bottom of the fitting groove 221. As shown in fig. 3, a fitting groove 221 may be provided on an outer wall surface (left wall surface) of first wing plate 22, and an arc-shaped hole 222 is provided in fitting groove 221 and communicates a groove bottom of fitting groove 221 with the right wall surface of first wing plate 22.
Therefore, the elastic member 5 can be assembled in the assembly groove 221, so that the situation that the elastic member 5 protrudes out of the outer wall surface of the first wing plate 22 is avoided, the effect of protecting the elastic member 5 is achieved, the situation that foreign matters interfere with the elastic member 5 is avoided, and the stability of the effect of the elastic member 5 is ensured.
In some embodiments, the stopping portion 11 is provided with a stopping surface 111, and an included angle α between any tangent of the stopping surface 111 and the first direction is an acute angle, so that the blocking member 3 can slide along the stopping surface 111 and be hooked and matched with the stopping portion 11 when being acted by a force in the first direction.
As shown in fig. 2, the blocking surface 111 may be provided at a front side of the locking part 11, the blocking surface 111 may be a curved surface, and a generatrix of the blocking surface 111 may be arranged in the left-right direction. As shown in fig. 10, the blocking surface 111 may be generally sloped in a front-up to back-down direction, and any tangent to the blocking surface 111 forms an included angle α with the first direction, where the included angle α is acute, for example, the included angle α may be constant, and the included angle α may be 85 degrees, 80 degrees, 75 degrees, 70 degrees, and the like.
Therefore, when the clamping piece 3 is subjected to backward acting force, due to the attaching effect of the clamping piece 3 and the blocking surface 111, the clamping piece 3 tends to move downwards, so that the clamping piece 3 can be always clamped and locked with the clamping part 11.
In some embodiments, the joint of the detent member 3 and the rotation member 2 forms a rotation center, the blocking surface 111 extends along a circumferential direction of the rotation center, and a distance between the blocking surface 111 and the rotation center gradually increases along an extending direction of the blocking surface 111.

At the critical line a, the distance L between the tangent of the blocking surface 111 and the second connecting location 224 may take a minimum value, for example, 24.75 mm. And at various locations where blocking surface 111 is spaced downwardly away from critical line a, distance L may gradually increase to 25.25 millimeters.
When detent section 31 of detent element 3 is pivoted into a position corresponding to critical line a, detent section 31 can be substantially tangent to stop surface 111 at critical line a, so that detent element 3 is locked more tightly to locking portion 11 when detent element 3 is moved downward, and detent element 3 can be disengaged from locking portion 11 when unlocking element 4 pulls detent element 3 to pivot upward.
In some embodiments, unlocking element 4 is connected to detent element 3 by an adjustment element 6, wherein adjustment element 6 is arranged on detent element 3 and is adjustable in position relative to detent element 3 such that the tightness of unlocking element 4 is adjustable.
As shown in fig. 4, the adjusting member 6 may be fixedly connected to the unlocking member 4 in a manner of screw connection, snap connection, or the like. The adjusting part 6 can be a stud, the adjusting part 6 can be in threaded fit with the clamping section 31 of the clamping part 3, during use, the relative position of the adjusting part 6 and the clamping part 3 can be adjusted through rotating the adjusting part 6, and then the tightening degree of the unlocking part 4 can be adjusted, the correction effect is achieved, the requirement on the machining precision of parts can be reduced, and the assembly is facilitated.
