Claims (10)
1. The cleaning system for cleaning a filter press is characterized by comprising a cleaning tank (1) and a heater, wherein the cleaning tank (1) is provided with a cleaning agent storage cavity (11) for storing a cleaning agent and a cleaning water storage cavity (12) for storing cleaning water, the cleaning agent storage cavity (11) is connected with the filter press (2) to form a cleaning circulation loop, the cleaning water storage cavity (12) is connected with the filter press (2) to form a water cleaning circulation loop, and the heater is used for heating the cleaning agent stored in the cleaning agent storage cavity (11).
2. A washing system for filter presses according to claim 1, characterised in that the washing tank (1) comprises a tank (13) and a partition plate (14), the partition plate (14) being arranged in the tank (13) and dividing the inner chamber of the tank (13) into the washing agent storage chamber (11) and the washing water storage chamber (12).
3. The washing system for washing filter presses according to claim 2, characterised in that the walls of the tank (13) are provided with a washing agent observation window and a washing water observation window corresponding to the washing agent storage chamber (11) and the washing water storage chamber (12), respectively.
4. A washing system for washing filter presses according to claim 1, characterised in that it further comprises a washing circulation pump (3), the inlet of the washing circulation pump (3) being in selective communication with either the washing agent storage chamber (11) or the washing water storage chamber (12), the outlet of the washing circulation pump (3) being in communication with the inlet of the filter press (2), the outlet of the filter press (2) being in selective communication with either the washing agent storage chamber (11) or the washing water storage chamber (12).

The cleaning system for cleaning the filter press according to claim 4, wherein the cleaning system further comprises a liquid outlet main pipe (4) and two liquid outlet branch pipes, an inlet end of the liquid outlet main pipe (4) is communicated with a liquid outlet of the filter press (2), inlet ends of the two liquid outlet branch pipes are respectively communicated with an outlet end of the liquid outlet main pipe (4), and outlet ends of the two liquid outlet branch pipes are respectively communicated with the cleaning agent storage cavity (11) and the cleaning water storage cavity (12).

The cleaning system for cleaning the filter press according to claim 5, wherein the cleaning system further comprises a liquid inlet main pipe (5) and two liquid inlet branch pipes, an outlet end of the liquid inlet main pipe (5) is communicated with a liquid inlet of the filter press (2), the cleaning circulating pump (3) is arranged on the liquid inlet main pipe (5), outlet ends of the two liquid inlet branch pipes are respectively communicated with an inlet end of the liquid inlet main pipe (5), and inlet ends of the two liquid inlet branch pipes are respectively communicated with the cleaning agent storage cavity (11) and the cleaning water storage cavity (12).
7. A washing system for washing filter presses according to claim 6, characterised in that the number of outlet openings of the filter press (2) is two, the two outlet openings of the filter press (2) being located on opposite sides in radial direction of the inlet opening of the filter press (2).

The cleaning system for cleaning filter presses according to any of claims 4 to 7, characterized in that the heater is a heat exchanger (6), the heat exchanger (6) is connected to the cleaning agent storage chamber (11) and forms a heating circulation loop, and a heating circulation pump (7) is arranged on the heating circulation loop.
9. A washing system for washing filter presses according to claim 8, characterised in that it further comprises a source of hot water (9), said source of hot water (9) being connected to said heat exchanger (6) and forming a hot water circulation circuit on which a hot water circulation pump (8) is arranged, said hot water circulation circuit and said heating circulation circuit being in heat exchange with each other through said heat exchanger (6).
10. The cleaning system for cleaning filter presses of claim 9, further comprising:
the water temperature sensor is arranged in the cleaning agent storage cavity (11) and is used for detecting the water temperature of the cleaning agent storage cavity (11);
the controller is respectively electrically connected with the water temperature sensor, the heating circulating pump (7), the hot water circulating pump (8) and the cleaning circulating pump (3), the controller is used for acquiring a water temperature detection value acquired by the water temperature sensor, the heating circulating pump (7) and the hot water circulating pump (8) are controlled to be started under the condition that the water temperature detection value is smaller than a set water temperature value, and the cleaning circulating pump (3) is controlled to be started and the cleaning circulating loop is started under the condition that the water temperature detection value is larger than or equal to the set water temperature value.
