9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the cleaning plate (302) and the tool plate (304) are provided with a catch (3041), the catch (3041) comprising a shaft connected to a surface of the case (100) and a turn pin that rotates about the shaft.

The device according to claim 9, characterized in that the box (100) comprises a third bottom plate (305) arranged below the receiving area (300), wherein a plurality of foot pads are arranged on one side of the third bottom plate (305) close to the ground; the box body (100) is further provided with a handle (104) at the upper cover (101).
