In an exemplary embodiment, the preset angle ranges from 25 to 45 degrees.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the instrument panel 100 has a docking portion 101, and a front portion 302 of the console upper plate 300 rotated to a preset angle is engaged with the docking portion 101 of the instrument panel 100.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, a rear portion 301 of the console upper panel 300 is provided with an accommodating space 303, and the accommodating space 303 has mounted therein: a shaft 304, a one-way gear 305, a stop member 306, a pawl 307, and a guide 308.
Both ends of the shaft 304 are mounted to the console assembly 200. It should be noted that fig. 5 only illustrates the approximate position of the accommodating space 303, and does not fully illustrate the connection relationship between the shaft 304 and the console assembly 200.
A one-way gear 305 is mounted to the shaft 304.
The limiting member 306 is mounted to the shaft 304, and as shown in fig. 6 and 7, a first arc-shaped guide groove 309 and a second arc-shaped guide groove 310 which are centered on the shaft 304 are provided on one side of the limiting member 306 facing the one-way gear 305, and both ends of the first arc-shaped guide groove 309 are respectively communicated with the second arc-shaped guide groove 310. The one-way gear 305 and the stopper 306 do not rotate following the console upper panel 300.
The claw 307 is connected to a side wall of the accommodating space 303 of the console upper plate 300, and can rotate about the shaft 304 following the console upper plate 300. Specifically, the claw 307 is connected to the side wall of the accommodating space 303 of the console upper plate 300 through a connecting member 316 shown in fig. 7, and when the console upper plate 300 rotates, the console upper plate 300 can drive the claw 307 to rotate around the shaft 304 through the connecting member 316. One end of the link 316 is mounted to a sidewall of the receiving space 303 of the console upper plate 300, and the jaw 307 is mounted to the other end of the link 316 by a torsion member so that the jaw 307 has a tendency to rotate around the link 316.
For example, the torsion element may be a torsion spring, and the type of the torsion element is not limited thereto, and may be any type of torsion element in the prior art as long as the above function can be achieved.
A first end of the guide 308 is elastically mounted to the jaw 307 by an elastic member, and a second end of the guide 308 can slide along the first arc-shaped guide groove 309 or the second arc-shaped guide groove 310 of the stopper part 306.
For example, the elastic element may be a spring, and the kind of the elastic element is not limited thereto, and may be any form in the prior art as long as the above function can be achieved.
In a state where the second end of the guide member 308 is slid to the first end of the first arc-shaped guide groove 309 of the position limiting member 306 as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the pawl 307 can be unidirectionally locked by the one-way gear 305, so that the console upper plate 300 is fixed at a predetermined angle as shown in fig. 3 and 4.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, in a state where the second end of the guide member 308 slides to the second end of the first arc-shaped guide groove 309 of the stopper member 306, the pawl 307 can be unidirectionally locked by the one-way gear 305, so that the console upper plate 300 is fixed in a horizontal state as shown in fig. 1 and 2.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 8 and 10, pawl 307 has a tooth portion 323 corresponding to one-way gear 305, and tooth portion 323 of pawl 307 is unidirectionally locked by one-way gear 305 by meshing with one-way gear 305.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the recess depth of the second arc-shaped guide groove 310 in the axial direction of the shaft 304 is larger than the recess depth of the first arc-shaped guide groove 309 in the axial direction (i.e., the bottom wall 321 of the first arc-shaped guide groove 309 is closer to the one-way gear 305 than the bottom wall 322 of the second arc-shaped guide groove 310), and the first arc-shaped guide groove 309 is closer to the shaft 304 in the radial direction than the second arc-shaped guide groove 310.
As shown in fig. 6, a first engaging groove 312 and a second engaging groove 313 which are recessed radially inward are respectively disposed at two ends of the first arc-shaped guiding groove 309, the first engaging groove 312 is connected to a middle portion of the second arc-shaped guiding groove 310 and has a first transition surface 314 extending to the middle portion of the second arc-shaped guiding groove 310, and one end of the second arc-shaped guiding groove 310 close to the second engaging groove 313 is connected to the second engaging groove 213 and has a second transition surface 315 extending to the second engaging groove 313.
Wherein the guide member 308 can slide from the first slot 312 of the first arc-shaped guide slot 309 to the middle of the second arc-shaped guide slot 310 along the first transition surface 314, and can be inserted into the middle of the second arc-shaped guide slot 310 under the action of the elastic element.
The guide member 308 can slide from an end of the second arc-shaped guide groove 310 close to the second catching groove 313 of the first arc-shaped guide groove 309 along the second transition surface 315 while overcoming the elastic force of the elastic member.
When the console upper plate 300 is in the horizontal state shown in fig. 1 and 2, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the second end of the guide member 308 is caught in the second catching groove 313, and the claw 307 can be unidirectionally locked by the one-way gear 305.
When the console upper plate 300 is rotated upward, the console upper plate 300 rotates the pawl 307 around the shaft 304 via the link 316 to slide the guide member 308 from the second catch 313 to the middle portion of the first arc-shaped guide groove 309 (i.e., the portion of the first arc-shaped guide groove 309 other than the first catch 312 and the second catch 313 in fig. 6), and since the middle portion of the first arc-shaped guide groove 309 is radially farther from the shaft 304 (i.e., farther from the one-way gear 305) than the second catch 313, the tooth portion 323 of the pawl 307 no longer engages with the one-way gear 305, so that the console upper plate 300 can freely rotate.
When the guide 308 slides to the first slot 312, under the action of the torsion element, the pawl 307 rotates around the connection piece 316 in the clockwise direction of fig. 8 (i.e., the direction indicated by the arrow P in fig. 8) so that the guide 308 can abut against the first slot 312, and the tooth portion 323 of the pawl 307 can be once again unidirectionally locked by the one-way gear 305, thereby fixing the console top plate 300 at the preset angle shown in fig. 3 and 4.
When it is necessary to rotate the console upper plate 300 back to the horizontal state shown in fig. 1 and 2, on the basis of fig. 4, the console upper plate 300 is continuously rotated upward (see fig. 11 in cooperation), the console upper plate 300 can bring the pawl 307 to continue to rotate around the shaft 304 in the counterclockwise direction in fig. 8 (i.e., the direction indicated by the arrow Q in fig. 8) so that the guide 308 slides from the first catch groove 312 along the first transition surface 314 to a position corresponding to the middle of the second arc-shaped guide groove 310 (see fig. 12 in cooperation), and since the recess depth of the second arc-shaped guide groove 310 is greater than the recess depth of the first arc-shaped guide groove 309, the guide 308 is inserted into the middle of the second arc-shaped guide groove 310 by the elastic force of the elastic member; meanwhile, since the second arc-shaped guide groove 310 is farther from the shaft 304 in the radial direction (i.e., farther from the one-way gear 305) than the first arc-shaped guide groove 309, the tooth portion 323 of the pawl 307 is no longer engaged with the one-way gear 305, so that the guide member 308 can slide along the second arc-shaped guide groove 310, thereby allowing the console upper plate 300 to freely rotate.
After the guide 308 is inserted into the second arc-shaped guide groove 310, the console upper plate 300 is rotated downward, and the console upper plate 300 rotates the pawl 307 and the guide 308 together around the shaft 304 in the clockwise direction in fig. 8 (i.e., the direction indicated by the arrow S in fig. 8). When the guide member 308 slides to the end of the second arc-shaped guide groove 310 close to the second catching groove 313, the guide member 308 can slide from the end of the second arc-shaped guide groove 310 close to the second catching groove 313 along the second transition surface 315 into the second catching groove 313 of the first arc-shaped guide groove 309 while overcoming the elastic force of the elastic member, and at this time, the console upper panel 300 returns to the horizontal state shown in fig. 1 and 2.
When the guide 308 slides to the second slot 313, the claw 307 rotates around the connection 316 in the clockwise direction of fig. 8 (i.e., the direction indicated by the arrow P in fig. 8) under the action of the torsion element, so that the guide 312 can abut against the second slot 313, and the tooth portion 323 of the claw 307 can be unidirectionally locked by the one-way gear 305, thereby fixing the console top plate 300 in the horizontal state.
In addition to the embodiments of fig. 1-12, a hinge structure may be utilized in place of the shaft 304, the one-way gear 305, the limiting member 306, the pawl 307, and the guide 308 to enable the console top plate 300 to rotate about the rear 202 of the mounting cavity 201.
With such an arrangement, a pin may be provided at one of the front portion 302 of the console upper panel 300 and the abutting portion 101 of the instrument panel 100, and a hole corresponding to the pin may be provided at the other of the front portion of the console upper panel 300 and the abutting portion 101 of the instrument panel 100.
Wherein pins can be inserted into the corresponding holes so that the console upper plate 300 can be fixed at a preset angle.
