9. The scraper device of claim 1, characterized in that the scraper device further comprises a scraper pressure plate (5), and a mounting groove is arranged on one side of the connecting seat (2) away from the cutter holder (1);
the scraper pressing plate (5) is arranged in the mounting groove and is connected with the connecting seat (2);
at least part of the scraper (7) is positioned in the mounting groove and is clamped between the scraper pressing plate (5) and the connecting seat (2).
10. A photovoltaic cell printing apparatus, comprising a base and the doctor blade device of any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the doctor blade device is mounted to the base.
