In the printing process, the slurry can not contact with the scraper 20 and the feed back knife 30 simultaneously for the slurry can roll between the scraper 20 and the feed back knife 30, the rolling slurry can not only ensure that the printing is more uniform, but also can improve the condition of viscosity caused by local air drying and organic volatilization of the slurry, so that the printing quality is improved, and the reject ratio of the product is reduced.
In the present embodiment, the tool holder 32 is preferably in a "Z" shape, the first end 321 and the second end 322 are preferably vertically disposed, the middle section 323 is preferably in a linear shape obliquely disposed, and the included angles formed by the middle section 323 and the first end 321 and the included angles formed by the middle section 323 and the second end 322 are obtuse angles. The vertically arranged knife handle 32 is convenient to connect with the printing machine head 10, and the vertically arranged second end portion 322 is convenient to connect with the knife body 31, so that the second end portion 322 and the knife body 31 are both perpendicular to the printing surface screen printing plate. The configuration of the intermediate section 323 forming an obtuse angle with both the first end 321 and the second end 322 results in less consumable parts for the tool shank 32. It should be noted that an included angle between the intermediate section 323 and the first end 321 needs to be set according to actual requirements, which is not described herein again. In some embodiments, the middle section 323 can also be optionally shaped as a curve, a fold, or the like, such that the working surface 311 is spaced apart from the first end 321 in a direction perpendicular to the working surface 311.

The end of the baffle 33 protruding from the working surface 311 is chamfered to form a rounded corner, so that the outline of the end surface has no sharp corner, and the baffle 33 is prevented from damaging the screen printing plate in the moving process.
As shown in fig. 1, the printer head 10 of the present embodiment includes a head body 11, and a first blade holder 12 and a second blade holder 13 provided vertically at the bottom of the head body 11. An installation groove 324 is formed in the first end 321 of the tool holder 32, and a bolt is inserted into the installation groove 324 to fix the tool holder 32 to the first tool holder 12. The doctor blade 20 is fixed to the second blade holder 13.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment, the blade 31, the handle 32 and the baffle 33 are integrally formed, and the reclaiming cutter 30 is made of stainless steel, so that the cutter is wear-resistant, not easy to deform and long in service life.

The feed back knife of claim 1, wherein: the knife handle (32) is Z-shaped, the first end portion (321) and the second end portion (322) are both vertically arranged, and the middle section (323) is linear and is obliquely arranged; the included angles formed by the middle section (323) and the first end part (321) and the included angles formed by the middle section (323) and the second end part (322) are obtuse angles.

the blade body (31) is flat and comprises a working surface (311) facing the scraper (20);
the tool shank (32) comprises a first end (321) connected to the printer head (10), a second end (322) connected to the blade (31), and an intermediate section (323) for connecting the first end (321) and the second end (322);
the intermediate section (323) is folded relative to the first end section (321) in a direction facing away from the working surface (311), such that the working surface (311) is spaced apart from the first end section (321) in a direction perpendicular to the working surface (311).
7. The screen printing machine according to claim 6, wherein: the knife handle (32) is Z-shaped, the first end part (321) and the second end part (322) are both vertically arranged, and the middle section (323) is linear and is obliquely arranged; the included angles formed by the middle section (323) and the first end part (321) and the included angles formed by the middle section (323) and the second end part (322) are obtuse angles.
