Description

Container bottom plate
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of containers, in particular to a container bottom plate.
Background
The main bearing surface of the container is a bottom plate, and the container manufacturing industry requires that the bottom plate has high mechanical property, appearance quality, impact resistance and aging resistance. At present, compared with the mainstream bamboo-wood composite container bottom plate, the structure is generally 20 or 21 or 22 layers, the 8 th layer and the 13 th layer or the 9 th layer and the 14 th layer of the structure are transverse wood veneers, the defects of the structure are obvious, and because the two transverse wood veneers in the middle are too close to the center of the container bottom plate, when a short-distance bending resistance test is carried out, because the two veneers in the middle are easily damaged by shearing, the detection index is unstable, and sometimes the standard requirement can not be met.
Therefore, there is a need for a container floor that at least partially addresses the above problems.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In the summary section a series of concepts in a simplified form is introduced, which will be described in further detail in the detailed description section. The summary of the present application is not intended to identify key features or essential features of the claimed subject matter, nor is it intended to be used as an aid in determining the scope of the claimed subject matter.
To at least partially address the above-mentioned problems, the present application provides a container floor. The container bottom plate comprises a structural body and a decorative layer attached to the upper surface of the structural body, wherein the structural body is constructed into a multilayer structure with n layers, the (n + 1)/2 th layer is constructed into a central layer when the total number of the structural body is odd, or the (n/2) th layer and the (n + 2)/2 th layer are constructed into a central layer when the total number of the structural body is even;
wherein the structural body includes:
two first transverse wood veneer layers disposed on the 2 nd and the (n-1) th layers of the structure;
two second transverse wood veneer layers, wherein the difference between the number of layers of the second transverse wood veneer layers and the number of layers of the central layer is greater than or equal to 5;
and other layers between two adjacent transverse wood veneer layers are all constructed into the longitudinal bamboo curtain layers.
Optionally, the finishing layer is an impregnated paper layer.
Optionally, two of the second transverse wood veneer layers are symmetrically disposed with respect to the central layer.
Optionally, the structure is constructed as a multilayer structure having 21 layers, two of the second transverse wood veneer layers being disposed at the 6 th and 16 th layers, respectively.
Optionally, the 1 st layer of the structure is configured as a longitudinal wood veneer layer or a bamboo mat layer.
Optionally, the nth layer of the structure is configured as a longitudinal wood veneer layer, a bamboo mat layer, or a glass fiber reinforced composite layer.
Optionally, the adjacent longitudinal bamboo curtain layers are arranged in a head-to-tail crossing manner.
According to the container bottom plate of this application, the number of piles distance of middle two-layer horizontal wood veneer (be the horizontal wood veneer layer of second promptly) and the center of container bottom plate (be the middle floor) is 5 layers at least, when consequently doing short-range bending resistance test, middle two-layer horizontal wood veneer layer is difficult to receive to cut and is destroyed, and container bottom plate detects the index more stable, and not only physical properties is very stable, and all performance index are superior to container bottom plate national standard requirement and industry standard requirement moreover.
