It can be understood that the movable massage head 2 is limited by the groove wall of the limiting groove 121, so that the movable massage head 2 can be effectively prevented from moving and deviating on the surface of the base 12. In some embodiments of the present embodiment, a groove may be cut on the surface of the base 12 to form the limiting groove 121, and in other embodiments of the present embodiment, a protrusion may also be disposed on the surface of the base 12 to surround and form the limiting groove 121 based on the protrusion, which is not limited in this respect.
Optionally, the movable massage head 2 is a ball structure, and the limiting groove 121 is a groove structure adapted to the outer contour shape of the movable massage head 2. It is not difficult to understand, the first 2 of activity massage of spheroid structure, its outline does not have the edges and corners that press against the people, can effectively guarantee the travelling comfort of product massage, the spacing groove 121 of this embodiment, its cell wall is the concave arc surface setting of the first 2 outer surface of adaptation activity massage at least partially, so set up, with the laminating degree of contact between the cell wall of effectively improving the first 2 of activity massage and spacing groove 121, and then guarantee that the first 2 of activity massage can be stable puts in spacing groove 121, and carry out slewing motion steadily.
Specifically, in the process of achieving the technical effect that the movable massage head 2 can rotate relative to the mounting surface 111, in other embodiments, the base 1 includes a housing 11 and a base 12 which are covered and connected with each other, the extending hole 113a is formed in the housing 11, the base 12 and the housing 11 cooperate together to form the mounting cavity 13, the base 12 includes a mounting portion which is arranged corresponding to the position of the extending hole 113a, the movable massage head 2 is rotatably mounted on the mounting portion (not shown) through a connecting structure (not shown), and the rotation axis of the movable massage head 2 passes through the center of the extending hole 113a. It can be understood that, in the present embodiment, the movable massage head 2 is assembled on the base body 1 through the connection structure, and thus, the connection reliability between the movable massage head 2 and the base body 1 can be effectively ensured, and the accident that the movable massage head 2 moves and deviates on the surface of the base 12 can be effectively prevented.
Based on the above, specifically, the movable massage head 2 includes a main body portion (not shown) and a separate body portion (not shown), the main body portion and the separate body portion are respectively disposed at two opposite sides of the mounting portion, and the main body portion is disposed at one side of the mounting portion near the protruding hole 113 a; the main part is equipped with first screw hole towards one side of installation department, and the components of a whole that can function independently portion runs through and is equipped with the second screw hole, and the installation department is equipped with the via hole of first screw hole of intercommunication and second screw hole, and connection structure includes connecting screw, and connecting screw passes second screw hole, via hole and first screw hole in proper order to rotate main part and components of a whole that can function independently portion and install in the installation department. Specifically, the main body is partially protruded from the mounting surface 111 through the protrusion hole 113a, and the main body is restricted by the connection with the connection screw and is not movable in the hole axis direction of the protrusion hole 113a. It is easy to understand that, in this embodiment, the movable massage head 2 is assembled to the mounting portion by using the connection screw as the connection structure, and the connection screw is widely used in real life, and has the advantages of convenient acquisition, stable and reliable connection, and the like. Of course, the design of the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the connecting structure may also be a rotating shaft protruding on the mounting portion, and correspondingly, the main body portion may be provided with a rotating hole in which the rotating shaft is rotatably matched.
Because the radial dimension of the through hole of the mounting portion is much larger than the radial dimension of the connection screw, during the rotation of the connection screw in the through hole, the connection screw is easy to shift to one side of the through hole, which is not beneficial to the stable rotation of the main body portion. Specifically, the guide ring groove or the guide protrusion is disposed around the ring hole.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 or 6, in both embodiments for realizing the technical effect of "the movable massage head 2 can rotate relative to the mounting surface 111" due to process errors and the like, a technical problem of "a gap exists between the movable massage head 2 and the wall of the protruding hole 113 a", the gap is easy to hold hairs of a human body, when the hairs enter the mounting cavity 13, the operation stability of components inside the base body 1 is easy to be caused, and the hair of a user is pinched off and pulled out, which also affects the massage experience of the user. In view of this, the massage head assembly 100 of the present application provides the filling member 16 between the movable massage head 2 and the inner wall surface of the protrusion hole 113a to fill the gap between the movable massage head 2 and the inner wall surface of the protrusion hole 113a based on the filling member 16, and thus, a series of adverse reactions caused by the gap being caught by the hair of the human body can be effectively solved.
Specifically, referring to fig. 6, the filling member 16 includes a surrounding portion 161, and the surrounding portion 161 is disposed at least partially around the contour of the movable massaging head 2. It can be understood that the surrounding portion 161 is used to fill the annular gap between the movable massage head 2 and the inner wall surface of the protrusion hole 113a, and thus, the generation of the gap between the movable massage head 2 and the inner wall surface of the protrusion hole 113a is effectively avoided. In some embodiments of the present embodiment, the surrounding portion 161 is rotatable together with the movable massage head 2 in the protruding hole 113a, and in other embodiments of the present embodiment, the surrounding portion 161 may be fixed on an inner wall surface of the protruding hole 113a, and the movable massage head 2 is rotatable inside the surrounding portion 161.
Preferably, the filler 16 is a soft material. It will be appreciated that the use of the soft material is advantageous in avoiding the filler 16 from wearing the inner surface of the projection hole 113a, the outer contour of the movable massage head 2, and in deforming the filler 16 to be better held between the movable massage head 2 and the inner wall surface of the projection hole 113a. By way of example and not limitation, the soft material may be a silicone rubber, a rubber, or the like, and is not particularly limited herein.

The specific shape of the boss 113 may be set according to the shape of the movable massage head 2, for example, when the movable massage head 2 is spherical, the boss 113 may be a cylindrical body formed with an arc-shaped inner wall surface. It is understood that, compared with the mode of increasing the structural thickness of the mounting surface 111 and forming the cavity for accommodating the movable massage head 2 on the mounting surface 111 with a certain thickness, the convex boss 113 is arranged on the mounting surface 111, and the mode of forming the cavity for accommodating the movable massage head 2 based on the hollow boss 113 is beneficial to the light and thin design of the mounting surface 111 of the base body 1, and further beneficial to the light-weight design of the base body 1. Meanwhile, in order to facilitate the movable massage head 2 to deeply press the massage part and improve the massage effect of the product, in this embodiment, the developer can adjust the height between the end of the movable massage head 2 away from the mounting surface 111 and the mounting surface 111 based on the protrusion height of the adjustment boss 113 on the mounting surface 111, which is simple and convenient.
Further, referring to fig. 6, the boss 113 is disposed with an inner diameter tapering toward a direction away from the mounting surface 111. So set up, on the one hand boss 113 forms great opening in order to supply activity massage head 2 to put into boss 113 near the one end of installation face 111, be favorable to the installer to install activity massage head 2, another direction, the inner wall that is favorable to boss 113 to keep away from the one end of installation face 111 is spacing in the face of activity massage head 2, guarantee the assembly steadiness of activity massage head 2 in boss 113, simultaneously, "boss 113 is the internal diameter convergent setting" also latent containing towards the direction of keeping away from installation face 111: the outer diameter of the boss 113 is tapered in a direction away from the mounting surface 111, which is advantageous in reducing the volume of the space on the side of the boss 113 toward the massage site, thereby allowing the movable massage head 2 protruding from the protruding hole 113a to better contact and press the massage site.
Referring to fig. 6 or fig. 7, in order to prevent the filling member 16 from falling into the installation cavity 13, in the embodiment, the base 1 includes a cylinder 17 disposed around an inner wall surface of the boss 113, the cylinder 17 is disposed in a hollow manner, a partial structure of the movable massage head 2 is disposed in the cylinder 17, and one end of the cylinder 17 close to the protruding hole 113a abuts against the filling member 16. In this way, the stability of the installation position of the filler 16 is effectively ensured. It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to this, and in other embodiments, the filling member 16 may be fixed between the movable massage head 2 and the inner wall surface of the protruding hole 113a by a fixing connection method such as bonding or caulking.
Optionally, referring to fig. 6 and 7, a clamping groove 14 is formed by matching one end of the cylinder 17 close to the protruding hole 113a with an inner wall surface of the boss 113, and a part of the structure of the filling member 16 is clamped and installed in the clamping groove 14. It is easy to understand that, the arrangement is favorable for improving the connection precision among the boss 113, the cylinder 17 and the filling piece 16, and is favorable for further ensuring the installation stability of the filling piece 16. In detail, the cylinder 17 includes a cylindrical portion 171 and an annular portion 172 disposed around an inner wall surface of the boss 113, the annular portion 172 is protruded at one end of the cylindrical portion 171 close to the extension hole 113a, an outer wall surface of the annular portion 172 is disposed at an interval from the inner wall surface of the boss 113, and the inner wall surface of the boss 113, an end surface of the cylindrical portion 171 close to the extension hole 113a, and the outer wall surface of the annular portion 172 cooperate together to form the engaging groove 14; the filling member 16 includes a fixing portion 162 and a surrounding portion 161, the fixing portion 162 and the surrounding portion 161 are disposed around the inner wall surface of the boss 113, a part of the fixing portion 162 is engaged with the slot 14, the other part of the fixing portion 162 extends out of the slot 14 and is connected to the surrounding portion 161, and the surrounding portion 161 is disposed between the massage head and the inner wall surface extending out of the hole 113a.
It is understood that, in other embodiments, the hollow cylinder 17 includes a cylindrical portion 171 and an annular portion 172, one end of the cylindrical portion 171 far from the protruding hole 113a abuts on the base 12, the cylindrical portion 171 and the base 12 form a mounting cavity of the movable massage head 2, the annular portion 172 is formed on one side of the cylindrical portion 171 close to the protruding hole 113a, the radial dimension of the inner wall surface of the annular portion 172 is smaller than the maximum outer diameter of the movable massage head 2, one side of the movable massage head 2 far from the protruding hole 113a is abutted by the base 12, the portion of the movable massage head 2 with the maximum outer diameter is located in the cylindrical portion 171, and the maximum outer diameter of the movable massage head 2 is abutted by the inner wall surface of the annular portion 172, under the abutment of the base 12, the movable massage head 2 moves or has a tendency to move in a direction close to the housing 11 along the axis of the protruding hole 113a, and because the part with the largest outer diameter on the movable massage head 2 is propped against the inner wall surface of the annular part 172, no matter whether the aperture of the inner wall surface of the protrusion hole 113a is smaller than the largest outer diameter of the movable massage head 2, the part with the largest outer diameter on the movable massage head 2 cannot pass through the hollow cylinder 17 and further pass through the protrusion hole 113a, so the movable massage head 2 can be stably limited between the base 12 and the cylinder 17, namely between the base 12 and the housing 11, and the base 1 does not limit the movable massage head 2 in other directions except the axial direction of the protrusion hole 113a, so the movable massage head 2 can make a rotational movement in the circumferential direction of the protrusion hole 113a, or the movable massage head 2 can make a rotational movement in the mounting cavity 13.
Referring to fig. 1, the massage head assembly 100 of the present application is provided with a fixed massage head 3 fixedly connected to a base 1 and protruding from an installation surface 111, in addition to pressing a massage part by a movable massage head 2. Specifically, the portion of the fixed massage head 3 protruding from the mounting surface 111 is used to contact and press the massage site. Preferably, in this embodiment, the fixing massage head 3 may be integrally formed with the base 1 to ensure the connection reliability between the fixing massage head 3 and the base 1, and the integrally forming may be that the fixing massage head 3 is integrally die-cast with the base 1, or that the fixing massage head 3 is formed by stamping the wall of the base 1; it should be noted that the design of the present invention is not limited to this, and in other embodiments, the fixed massage head 3 and the base 1 may be formed separately, and then the fixed massage head 3 may be fixedly connected to the base 1 by welding, bonding, screwing, or the like, so that the fixed massage head 3 may be reliably and fixedly connected to the base 1, which is not particularly limited.
To achieve the multi-point pressing effect of the massage head assembly 100, in some embodiments of the present application, the movable massage heads 2 are provided with at least two, and the fixed massage heads 3 are provided in number of one; in other embodiments of the present application, at least two fixed massage heads 3 are provided, and one movable massage head 2 is provided; in still other embodiments of the present application, the movable massaging head 2 and the fixed massaging head 3 may be provided in at least two each. It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are the best embodiments of the present application, but the design of the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, only one fixed massage head 3 and only one movable massage head 2 may be provided, which is not limited thereto.
It should be noted that, when the design scheme of "at least two movable massage heads 2" is adopted, the sliding friction force between the mounting surface 111 and the massage part can be greatly reduced, and the smoothness of the movement of the mounting surface 111 on the massage part can be ensured.
Specifically, the number of the bosses 113, the cylinder 17, the filling members 16, and the like is equal to and one-to-one corresponding to the number of the movable massage heads 2.
When barrel 17 was provided with at least two, the inside basement that is equipped with of base member 1, two at least barrel 17 all fixed mounting on the basement to along with the removal of basement and assemble to shell 11 on or demolish from shell 11, so set up, so that the assembly staff once only carries out the dismouting to two at least barrel 17, be favorable to improving assembly staff's packaging efficiency.
When activity massage head 2 set up quantity be a plurality of, preferably, a plurality of activity massage head 2 are the annular and arrange on installation face 111, so set up, can improve activity massage head 2's the regularity of arranging on the one hand, and then improve the outward appearance sight of product, on the other hand, also can make on installation face 111 activity massage head 2 arrange evenly and compactly, be favorable to the limited space of make full use of installation face 111.
When the fixed massage head 3 set up quantity be a plurality of, preferably, a plurality of fixed massage heads 3 are the annular and arrange on installation face 111, so set up, can improve the regularity of arranging of fixed massage head 3 on the one hand, and then improve the outward appearance sight of product, on the other hand, also can make on the installation face 111 fixed massage head 3 arrange evenly and compactly, be favorable to make full use of the limited space of installation face 111.
When the number of the movable massage heads 2 and the number of the fixed massage heads 3 are both plural, it is preferable that the plural movable massage heads 2 and the plural fixed massage heads 3 are arranged in a ring shape, and the technical effects of the arrangement can be referred to the above, and will not be described herein again. Specifically, in some embodiments, the plurality of movable massage heads 2 and the plurality of fixed massage heads 3 are formed as a ring, in other embodiments, the plurality of movable massage heads 2 may be formed as a first ring, and the plurality of fixed massage heads 3 may be formed as a second ring, and the positions of the first ring and the second ring may be set around one another, or may be arranged separately, and so on, which are not listed here.
Based on the embodiment in which the number of the movable massage heads 2 and the fixed massage heads 3 is plural, preferably, the movable massage heads 2 and the fixed massage heads 3 are arranged alternately on the mounting surface 111; or at least one movable massage head 2 is arranged between any two adjacent fixed massage heads 3. It will be understood that both of the above embodiments can effectively interrupt the continuous arrangement of the fixed massage heads 3, thereby reducing the sliding friction between the region between the adjacent fixed massage heads 3 and the massage portion.
Because the movable massage head 2 and the fixed massage head 3 frequently contact and move on the massage portion during the actual use of the product, in order to avoid scratching the massage portion, in the present embodiment, the outer surface of the portion of the movable massage head 2 protruding from the mounting surface 111 and the outer surface of the portion of the fixed massage head 3 protruding from the mounting surface 111 are both arc-shaped. It should be noted that the design of the present application is not limited to this, and in other embodiments, the outer surface of the portion of the movable massaging head 2 protruding from the mounting surface 111 may be provided with an arc-shaped surface, while the outer surface of the portion of the fixed massaging head 3 protruding from the mounting surface 111 is not limited, or the outer surface of the portion of the fixed massaging head 3 protruding from the mounting surface 111 may be provided with an arc-shaped surface, while the outer surface of the portion of the movable massaging head 2 protruding from the mounting surface 111 is not limited.
In some embodiments, the movable massaging head 2, and/or the fixed massaging head 3 may be designed into a spherical or spheroidal shape so that each forms the above arc-shaped surface. Of course, the design of the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the movable massage head 2 and/or the fixed massage head 3 may be designed as an ellipsoid, which is not limited thereto.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 1, the height from the end of the movable massage head 2 away from the mounting surface 111 to the mounting surface 111 is greater than the height from the end of the fixed massage head 3 away from the mounting surface 111 to the mounting surface 111. It is not difficult to understand, so set up for massage head of two kinds can be embedded into the different degree of depth departments at massage position respectively and press the massage position, and this can give the user different and press experience, and then promotes user's use and experience. In addition, since the movable massage head 2 can effectively reduce the sliding friction between the massage head assembly 100 and the massage portion, considering this, the movable massage head 2 of the present embodiment protrudes from the mounting surface 111 to a higher height than the fixed massage head 3, which is advantageous for fully contacting and rotating on the massage portion.
Referring to fig. 1, in order to improve the appearance of the substrate 1 and to prevent the formation of sharp corners on the periphery of the substrate 1, in the present embodiment, the substrate 1 is disposed in a disk shape. It should be noted that the design of the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the base 1 may also be designed in a shape of a square, a sphere, or the like.
Specifically, the base body 1 includes a disk surface facing the massage portion and a peripheral surface 112 provided around the periphery of the base body 1, the disk surface is formed as a mounting surface 111, the mounting surface 111 includes a structured surface 111a extending from a central position thereof to the peripheral surface 112, and the structured surface 111a is provided obliquely in a direction approaching the peripheral surface 112. It can be understood that, in the daily use of the product, impurities such as dust, water drops, sweat, etc. are likely to fall onto the exposed mounting surface 111, which affects the use hygiene of the product, and therefore, the structured surface 111a inclined from the middle of the mounting surface 111 toward the direction close to the peripheral surface 112 is formed on the mounting surface 111, which is advantageous for discharging impurities such as dust, water drops, sweat, etc. to the outside of the base 1, thereby ensuring the use reliability of the product. Specifically, in the implementation process, the structural surface 111a may be a straight surface, an arc surface, or a combination of the two, which is not limited.
Preferably, the movable massage head 2 protrudes from the structure surface 111a, and it can be easily understood that under the influence of the obliquely arranged structure surface 111a, the height of the side of the movable massage head 2 close to the peripheral surface 112 of the base 1 on the structure surface 111a is different from the height of the side of the movable massage head 2 close to the middle part of the base 1 on the structure surface 111a, that is, the protruding heights of the two ends of the movable massage head 2 in the oblique direction of the structure surface 111a are different, which is beneficial for the movable massage head 2 to press the acupuncture points of various depths of the massage part, thereby creating different massage effects. Specifically, the fixed massage heads 3 are also provided protruding from the structure surface 111 a. The technical effects set in this way can be referred to above, and are not described in detail here.
Further, the movable massage head 2 and the fixed massage head 3 are disposed to protrude from different configuration surfaces 111a, respectively. It can be understood that such an arrangement is beneficial to avoid the problem that too much structures (i.e. the movable massage heads 2 and the fixed massage heads 3) are arranged on the same structural plane 111a, which results in too compact structures on the same structural plane 111a, and the too close distance between the movable massage heads 2 and the fixed massage heads 3 is not beneficial to the respective deep pressing of the movable massage heads 2 and the fixed massage heads 3. It should be noted that the design of the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the movable massage head and the fixed massage head 3 may be both protruded from the same structural surface 111 a.
Alternatively, the peripheral surface 112 is at least partially inclined from the peripheral edge of the base 1 toward the central position of the disk surface. It can be understood that, such an arrangement is beneficial to avoiding the corner angle formed at the joint of the peripheral surface 112 and the mounting surface 111, and further avoiding the substrate 1 from scratching the massage part. It should be noted that the design of the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the connection portion of the peripheral surface 112 and the mounting surface 111 may also be formed as a convex arc surface, so as to avoid the formation of corners.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, in view of that the appearance of the product is gradually becoming one of the important requirements of people for shopping, in order to improve the competitiveness of the product, the mounting surface 111 is further recessed with an open mounting groove 114, a light emitting element 4 is disposed in the mounting groove 114, and the light emitting element 4 is used for emitting visible light. Thus, the gorgeous light emitted by the light emitting component 4 can improve the appearance appreciation of the massage head component 100, further improve the competitiveness of the product in the same kind of products, the effect of the light is not specifically limited, the requirement for improving the appearance appreciation of the massage head component 100 and thus the massage instrument can be met, and further, the mounting groove 114 is arranged on one side of the plurality of structural surfaces 111a away from the peripheral surface 112 in order to fully utilize the structural space of the mounting surface 111.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, by optimizing the light path structure, the light effect of multiple light stacks is achieved, so as to improve the appearance and the appreciation of the massage head assembly 100. Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, the light emitting assembly 4 includes a light emitting member 41, a light guiding member 42, a radiating member 43, a semi-transparent member 44 and a light blocking member 45, wherein the light emitting member 41 is used for generating visible light, in some embodiments of the present embodiment, the light emitting member 41 may be disposed outside a groove wall of the mounting groove 114, in this embodiment, the groove wall of the mounting groove 114 is light-permeable so that the light emitting member 41 can irradiate light into the mounting groove 114; in other embodiments of this embodiment, a light hole 114a is formed through a wall of the mounting slot 114, and the light emitting element 41 is disposed in the light hole 114a and emits visible light toward the inside of the mounting slot 114; in some embodiments of the present invention, the light emitting member 41 can also be disposed inside the mounting groove 114.
Specifically, the light guide 42 is disposed in the mounting groove 114, the light guide 42 has a light emitting surface 423 disposed around a peripheral wall of the mounting groove 114, and the light guide 42 is used for guiding the visible light to diverge and emit from the light emitting surface 423 to the inside of the mounting groove 114. The visible light is emitted from the light emitting surface 423 to a side of the light emitting surface 423 opposite to the peripheral wall of the mounting groove 114. Specifically, the light guide 42 may be a light-conductive soft material, for example, but not limited to, the light guide 42 is a soft light guide formed by bundling glass fibers or is formed by wrapping a special acrylic inner layer and a fluorine resin outer layer. Of course, the light guide 42 may also be a hard material that can guide light, such as but not limited to PMMA (Polymethyl methacrylate), PC (Polycarbonate), PS (Polystyrene), and the like.
Specifically, the reflection member is disposed at the bottom of the mounting groove 114, and the reflection member has a lower mirror surface 431, and the lower mirror surface 431 is used for reflecting the visible light emitted into the mounting groove 114 to the opening. Wherein, the bottom of the mounting groove 114 refers to: the reflecting member may be provided on the bottom wall of the mounting groove 114, or may be provided at a position close to the bottom wall of the mounting groove 114. Specifically, referring to fig. 3, a direction from the bottom wall of the mounting groove 114 to the opening of the mounting groove 114 is defined as a predetermined light emitting direction, and the lower mirror 431 is located behind the light emitting surface 423 in the predetermined light emitting direction.
Specifically, in some embodiments, the reflector is a bottom plate detachably engaged with the bottom wall of the mounting groove 114, and the bottom plate is plated with a lower material layer facing the open face, and the lower material layer is formed as a lower mirror 431 for reflecting the visible light emitted into the mounting groove 114 toward the open face. It will be appreciated that the releasable connection of the radiating member 43 to the bottom wall of the mounting slot 114 facilitates later maintenance and replacement of the reflector member, and also facilitates the deposition of the lower material layer of the reflector member outside the mounting slot 114. It should be noted that the design of the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the reflective element may also be a boss structure (not shown) integrally formed with the bottom wall of the mounting groove 114, the boss structure (not shown) is plated with a lower material layer facing the open side, and the lower material layer is formed as a lower mirror 431 for reflecting the visible light emitted into the mounting groove 114 toward the open side. In this embodiment, the reflector is integrally formed with the bottom wall of the mounting groove 114, so that the inconvenience of mounting the reflector in the mounting groove 114 is avoided, the assembly process of the product is reduced, and the production speed of the product is increased.
Specifically, the semi-transparent member 44 covers the opening, and the semi-transparent member 44 has a film coating surface 441 for reflecting a part of the visible light irradiated to the opening into the mounting groove 114 and transmitting another part of the visible light to the outside. Specifically, referring to fig. 3, a direction from the bottom wall of the mounting groove 114 to the opening of the mounting groove 114 is defined as a predetermined light emitting direction, and the light emitting surface 423 is located behind the film coating surface 441 in the predetermined light emitting direction.
Specifically, the semi-transparent member 44 is a transparent plate detachably fitted to the opening, and the plate surface of the bottom wall of the transparent plate facing the mounting groove 114 is plated with an upper material layer, which is formed as a plated surface 441. As can be readily appreciated, the semi-transparent member 44 and the open, releasable connection facilitates later maintenance and replacement of the semi-transparent member 44, as well as facilitates plating of the upper material layer of the semi-transparent member 44 outside the mounting slot 114.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4, the light blocking member 45 includes a first light blocking portion 451 disposed around the peripheral wall of the mounting groove 114, and the first light blocking portion 451 is disposed between the semi-transparent member 44 and the light guiding member 42; and/or, the light blocking member 45 includes a second light blocking portion 452 disposed around a peripheral wall of the mounting groove 114, the second light blocking portion 452 being disposed between the light guiding member 42 and the reflecting member. The first light blocking portion 451 is used to prevent the visible light from directly spreading to the film coating surface 441 from the portion of the light guiding member 42 excluding the light emitting surface 423, and correspondingly, the second light blocking portion 452 is also used to prevent the visible light from directly spreading to the lower mirror 431 from the portion of the light guiding member 42 excluding the light emitting surface 423. Specifically, in some embodiments of the present embodiment, the light blocking member 45 includes only the first light blocking portion 451; in other embodiments of the present embodiment, the light blocking member 45 includes only the second light blocking portion 452; in some embodiments of the present invention, the light blocking member 45 includes both the first light blocking portion 451 and the second light blocking portion 452.
Preferably, the first light blocking part 451 and the second light blocking part 452 each have a color different from a color of light emitted when the light emitting member 41 is energized. For example, but not by way of limitation, when the color of the lamp light is red, the color of the first light blocking part 451 (the same as the second light blocking part 452) may be black, green, yellow, purple, or other colors different from red. So set up to build the light effect of layering. For the purpose of facilitating an understanding of the present solution, the following is exemplified: assuming that the light blocking member 45 includes the first light blocking portion 451 and the second light blocking portion 452, the color of the light emitted by the light emitting member 41 is red, and the colors of the first light blocking portion 451 and the second light blocking portion 452 are black, at this time, if the light emitting member 41 is powered on, the light effect exhibited by the first light blocking portion 451, the light emitting surface 423, and the second light blocking portion 452 is "black-red-black", after the coating surface 441 reflects the light effect exhibited by the real object in the mounting groove 114 (i.e., "black-red-black"), the light effect exhibited by the coating surface 441 is also "black-red-black", and after that, the lower mirror surface 431 reflects the light effects exhibited by the coating surface 441 and the real object in the mounting groove 114, based on the above, when the user views the product from the opening of the installation slot 114 to the bottom wall of the installation slot 114, he can view the lighting effect created by the film coating surface 441, the first light blocking portion 451, the light emitting surface 423, the second light blocking portion 452 and the lower mirror 431, that is, "black-red-black-red-black", in order to ensure the miniaturization design of the product, after the components are assembled, the first light blocking part 451 is disposed close to the film coating surface 441, and the second light blocking part 452 is disposed close to the lower mirror surface 431, so that when the user views the two black colors of "black" on the film coating surface 441 and "black" of the first light blocking part 451, only one layer of black can be actually seen, and two layers of black, namely the black of the second light blocking part 452 and the black of the lower mirror 431, are superimposed into one layer of black in the actual viewing process, so that the user can actually view the light effect of the product as black-red-black, of course, the above-mentioned light effect is only the light effect that can be seen on the premise that the film coating surface 441 and the lower mirror surface 431 respectively reflect visible light only once, and after the film coating surface 441 and the lower mirror surface 431 respectively reflect for a plurality of times, the light effect that can be actually seen by a user is richer than that of "black-red-black", which is not listed here.
Assuming that the light blocking member 45 only includes the first light blocking portion 451, the color of the light emitted by the light emitting member 41 is red, and the color of the first light blocking portion 451 is black, at this time, if the light emitting member 41 is powered on, the light effect exhibited by both the first light blocking portion 451 and the light emitting surface 423 is "black-red", after the coating surface 441 reflects the light effect (i.e., "black-red") exhibited by the real object in the installation slot 114, the light effect exhibited on the coating surface 441 is "red-black", after the light effect exhibited by the real object in the installation slot 114 is reflected by the coating surface 441, the user can see the light effect of "red-superimposed-black-red" in the lower mirror surface 431, based on the above, when the user views the product from the opening of the installation slot 114 to the bottom wall of the installation slot 114, the user can see the light effect made by the common coating surface 441, the first light blocking portion 451, the light emitting surface 423 and the lower mirror surface 441 is close to the coating surface 451", and the actual coating surface is" red-black coating "when the user views the product, the first light blocking portion is designed to be" red-black coating "zero", and the coating surface "is designed to be close to the first light blocking portion 451", and the first light blocking portion is designed to the first light blocking portion, so that the coating surface 441 is set up "black coating surface 441" is "black coating surface". Therefore, the user can actually view the product with the light effect of "red-black-red", which is only established on the premise that the film-coated surface 441 and the lower mirror surface 431 respectively reflect visible light only once, and after the film-coated surface 441 and the lower mirror surface 431 respectively reflect for multiple times, the light effect that the user can actually view is richer than that of "red-black-red", which is not listed herein.
When the light blocking member 45 only includes the second light blocking portion 452, the specific light emitting effect of the product is not much different from the light emitting effect when the light blocking member 45 only includes the first light blocking portion 451, and only the arrangement sequence of the light colors is slightly different, which is not described herein.
It is understood that the above lighting effects are only given as examples for the convenience of understanding of the reader, and the lighting effects of the actual product may be different due to the light intensity, the reflection effect of the light, whether the first light blocking part 451 and the second light blocking part 452 are provided, whether the colors of the first light blocking part 451 and the second light blocking part 452 are the same, the viewing angle of the user, and the like.
Specifically, in some embodiments, the color of the first light blocking part 451 may be a color of the material itself, for example, in some embodiments, the first light blocking part 451 may be a part that is black overall (black is used only as an example, and in practical applications, the first light blocking part 451 may also be another color); the second light blocking portion 452 is similar to that described above, and will not be described herein. In other embodiments, the color of the first light blocking portion 451 may be a color that the material of the first light blocking portion 451 itself exhibits after absorbing light, for example, the surface of the first light blocking portion 451 is coated with a light absorbing material, and the light absorbing material exhibits a black color under the irradiation of light (the black color is used only as an example, and in practical applications, the first light blocking portion 451 may also be another color). The second light blocking portion 452 is similar to the first light blocking portion, and is not described herein.
In order to prevent the first light blocking portion 451 from blocking the visible light emitted from the light emitting surface 423 from being transmitted to the film coating surface 441, preferably, the first light blocking portion 451 has a first inner wall surface 451a surrounding the peripheral wall of the mounting groove 114, and the first inner wall surface 451a is flush with the light emitting surface 423; similarly, to prevent the second light blocking portion 452 from blocking the transmission of the visible light emitted from the light emitting surface 423 to the lower mirror 431, it is preferable that the second light blocking portion 452 has a second inner wall surface 452a surrounding the peripheral wall of the mounting groove 114, and the second inner wall surface 452a is flush with the light emitting surface 423.
It is not difficult to understand, the utility model discloses a display module, through set up the play plain noodles 423 that is the cyclic annular setting between coating film face 441 and lower mirror face 431, and set up first portion 451 that is in the light and/or set up second light blocking portion 452 between play plain noodles 423 and lower mirror face 431 between play plain noodles 423 and coating film face 441, thus, when light-emitting component 41 circular telegram was luminous, visible light sent and is formed with the visual effect of aureola from going out the plain noodles 423, then, make a round trip the repeated reflection of going back and forth through coating film face 441 and lower mirror face 431 and formed gorgeous and multiple luminous effect, it is visible, the display module of this application has adopted less light-emitting component 41 can build multiple light, when having promoted the outward appearance sight of product, also has advantages such as material saving and energy saving and emission reduction concurrently, this design and the miniaturization that is favorable to the product.
Preferably, referring to fig. 8, the bottom wall of the mounting groove 114 is provided with a light hole 114a, the light emitting element 41 is disposed at the light hole 114a, and the light guide element 42 extends to the light hole 114a to be abutted with the light emitting element 41. It can be understood that, since the light emitting member 41 occupies a certain structural space, in terms of the arrangement manner of disposing the light emitting member 41 in the mounting groove 114, the light emitting member 41 is disposed in the light transmitting hole 114a of the bottom wall, which is beneficial for the light emitting member 41 to leave the space for mounting the light emitting member 41, the light blocking member 45, and other components; compared with the arrangement mode that the light-emitting member 41 is arranged outside the mounting groove 114, the inner cavity of the mounting groove 114 is communicated with the light-transmitting hole 114a, so that the light-emitting member 41 can directly irradiate visible light into the mounting groove 114, and the phenomenon that the visible light is weakened in the transmission process of the wall of the mounting groove 114 is avoided.
It should be noted that, when the reflector is a boss structure integrally formed with the bottom wall of the mounting groove 114, in addition to the manner of forming the light transmission hole 114a on the boss structure, a groove for mounting the light emitting element 41 can be formed between the boss structure and the peripheral wall of the mounting groove 114 by disposing the boss structure and the peripheral wall of the mounting groove 114 at an interval "as appropriate".
Specifically, referring to fig. 4, based on the design manner that the light emitting element 41 is disposed on the bottom wall of the mounting groove 114, in the present application, the light guiding element 42 includes a first light guiding section 421 extending to the bottom wall of the mounting groove 114 along the groove depth direction of the mounting groove 114, and a second light guiding section 422 connected to one end of the first light guiding section 421 away from the bottom wall of the mounting groove 114 and extending along the groove width direction of the mounting groove 114, wherein one end of the first light guiding section 421 close to the bottom of the mounting groove 114 is disposed toward the light transmitting hole 114a, and one end of the second light guiding section 422 away from the first light guiding section 421 is formed with a light emitting surface 423.
