So set up to build the light effect of layering. For the purpose of understanding the present application, the following is exemplified: assuming that the light blocking member 45 includes the first light blocking portion 451 and the second light blocking portion 452, the color of the light emitted by the light emitting member 41 is red, and the colors of the first light blocking portion 451 and the second light blocking portion 452 are black, at this time, if the light emitting member 41 is powered on, the light effect exhibited by the first light blocking portion 451, the light emitting surface 423, and the second light blocking portion 452 is "black-red-black", after the coating surface 441 reflects the light effect exhibited by the real object in the mounting groove 114 (i.e., "black-red-black"), the light effect exhibited by the coating surface 441 is also "black-red-black", and after that, the lower mirror surface 431 reflects the light effects exhibited by the coating surface 441 and the real object in the mounting groove 114, based on the above, when the user views the product from the opening of the installation slot 114 to the bottom wall of the installation slot 114, he can view the lighting effect created by the film coating surface 441, the first light blocking portion 451, the light emitting surface 423, the second light blocking portion 452 and the lower mirror 431, namely "black-red-black-red-black", in order to ensure the miniaturization design of the product, after the assembly of the components is completed, the first light blocking part 451 is disposed close to the film coating surface 441, and the second light blocking part 452 is disposed close to the lower mirror surface 431, so that when the user views the two layers of black on the film coating surface 441 and black of the first light blocking part 451, only one layer of black can be actually seen, and the two layers of black, namely the black of the second light-blocking part 452 and the black of the lower mirror 431, are superimposed into one layer of black in the actual viewing process, so that the user can actually view the light effect of the product as black-red-black-red-black, of course, the light effect is only the light effect which can be seen on the premise that the film coating surface 441 and the lower mirror surface 431 respectively reflect visible light only once, and after the film coating surface 441 and the lower mirror surface 431 are respectively reflected for multiple times, the light effect which can be actually seen by a user is richer than that of black-red-black, and is not listed one by one.
Assuming that the light blocking member 45 only includes the first light blocking portion 451, the color of the light emitted by the light emitting member 41 is red, and the color of the first light blocking portion 451 is black, at this time, if the light emitting member 41 is powered on, the light effect exhibited by both the first light blocking portion 451 and the light emitting surface 423 is "black-red", after the coating surface 441 reflects the light effect (i.e., "black-red") exhibited by the real object in the installation slot 114, the light effect exhibited on the coating surface 441 is "red-black", after the light effect exhibited by the real object in the installation slot 114 is reflected by the coating surface 441, the user can see the light effect of "red-superimposed-black-red" in the lower mirror surface 431, based on the above, when the user views the product from the opening of the installation slot 114 to the bottom wall of the installation slot 114, the user can see the light effect made by the common coating surface 441, the first light blocking portion 451, the light emitting surface 423 and the lower mirror surface 441 is close to the coating surface 451", and the actual coating surface is" red-black coating "when the user views the product, the first light blocking portion is designed to be" red-black coating "zero", and the coating surface "is designed to be close to the first light blocking portion 451", and the first light blocking portion is designed to the first light blocking portion, so that the coating surface 441 is set up "black coating surface 441" is "black coating surface". Therefore, the user can actually view the product with the light effect of "red-black-red", which is certainly the light effect that can be seen only on the premise that the film coating surface 441 and the lower mirror surface 431 respectively reflect visible light only once, and after the film coating surface 441 and the lower mirror surface 431 respectively reflect light for multiple times, the light effect that can be actually seen by the user is richer than that of "red-black-red", which is not listed herein.
When the light blocking member 45 only includes the second light blocking portion 452, the specific light emitting effect of the product is not much different from the light emitting effect when the light blocking member 45 only includes the first light blocking portion 451, and only the arrangement sequence of the light colors is slightly different, which is not described herein.
It is to be understood that the above light effects are only given as examples for the convenience of the reader, and the light effects of the actual product may be different due to the light intensity, the reflection effect of the light, whether the first light blocking part 451 and the second light blocking part 452 are provided, whether the colors of the first light blocking part 451 and the second light blocking part 452 are the same, the viewing angle of the user, and the like.
Specifically, in some embodiments, the color of the first light blocking portion 451 may be a color carried by a material of the first light blocking portion 451, for example, in some embodiments, the first light blocking portion 451 may be a part that is black overall (black is used only as an example, and in practical applications, the first light blocking portion 451 may also be another color), and in other embodiments, the first light blocking portion 451 may also be a part whose surface is coated with a black material; the second light blocking portion 452 is similar to that described above, and will not be described herein. In other embodiments, the color of the first light blocking portion 451 may be a color that the material of the first light blocking portion 451 itself exhibits after absorbing light, for example, the surface of the first light blocking portion 451 is coated with a light absorbing material, and the light absorbing material exhibits a black color under the irradiation of light (the black color is used only as an example, and in practical applications, the first light blocking portion 451 may also be another color). The second light blocking portion 452 is similar to that described above, and will not be described herein.
In order to prevent the first light blocking portion 451 from blocking the visible light emitted from the light emitting surface 423 from being transmitted to the film coating surface 441, preferably, the first light blocking portion 451 has a first inner wall surface 451a surrounding the peripheral wall of the mounting groove 114, and the first inner wall surface 451a is flush with the light emitting surface 423; similarly, to prevent the second light blocking portion 452 from blocking the transmission of the visible light emitted from the light emitting surface 423 to the lower mirror 431, it is preferable that the second light blocking portion 452 has a second inner wall surface 452a surrounding the peripheral wall of the mounting groove 114, and the second inner wall surface 452a is flush with the light emitting surface 423.
Preferably, referring to fig. 8, the bottom wall of the mounting groove 114 is provided with a light hole 114a, the light emitting element 41 is disposed at the light hole 114a, and the light guide element 42 extends to the light hole 114a to be abutted with the light emitting element 41. It can be understood that, since the light emitting member 41 occupies a certain structural space, in terms of the arrangement manner of disposing the light emitting member 41 in the mounting groove 114, the light emitting member 41 is disposed in the light transmitting hole 114a of the bottom wall, which is beneficial for the light emitting member 41 to leave the space for mounting the light emitting member 41, the light blocking member 45, and other components; compared with the arrangement mode that the light-emitting member 41 is arranged outside the mounting groove 114, the inner cavity of the mounting groove 114 is communicated with the light-transmitting hole 114a, so that the light-emitting member 41 can directly irradiate the visible light into the mounting groove 114, and the phenomenon that the visible light is weakened in the transmission process of the wall of the mounting groove 114 is avoided.
It should be noted that, when the reflector is a boss structure integrally formed with the bottom wall of the mounting groove 114, in addition to the manner of forming the light-transmitting hole 114a on the boss structure, a groove for mounting the light-emitting element 41 may be formed between the boss structure and the peripheral wall of the mounting groove 114 by disposing the boss structure and the peripheral wall of the mounting groove 114 at an interval "as appropriate".
Specifically, referring to fig. 4, based on the design manner that the light emitting element 41 is disposed on the bottom wall of the mounting groove 114, in the present application, the light guiding element 42 includes a first light guiding section 421 extending to the bottom wall of the mounting groove 114 along the groove depth direction of the mounting groove 114, and a second light guiding section 422 connected to one end of the first light guiding section 421 away from the bottom wall of the mounting groove 114 and extending along the groove width direction of the mounting groove 114, wherein one end of the first light guiding section 421 close to the bottom of the mounting groove 114 is disposed toward the light transmitting hole 114a, and one end of the second light guiding section 422 away from the first light guiding section 421 is formed with a light emitting surface 423. Specifically, a developer can control the height of the second light guiding section 422 in the depth direction of the mounting groove 114, that is, the light emitting height of the light emitting surface 423 in the depth direction of the mounting groove 114, based on adjusting and controlling the structural length of the first light guiding section 421; the developer can also control the radial size of the light emitting surface 423, that is, the position of the light emitting surface 423 on the light emitting element 41 in the radial direction, based on the adjustment and control of the structural length of the second light guiding section 422, so as to adjust the light emitting position of the light emitting element 41. Therefore, the controllability of the product in actual application is improved.
Optionally, referring to fig. 4, a light reflecting slope 424 is disposed at a connection portion of the first light guiding section 421 and the second conduit section, and the light reflecting slope 424 is used for reflecting light from the first light guiding section 421 to the second conduit section. It can be easily understood that the reflection effect based on the reflection inclined surface 424 is beneficial to guiding more visible light rays to be emitted from the first light guiding section 421 to the second light guiding section 422, so as to ensure the light emitting effect of the light emitting surface 423. Specifically, in one embodiment, reflective bevel 424 may be a layer of reflective material plated on light guide 42.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4, in the process of massaging the massage portion by the massage head assembly 100, the base 1 may shake, and in order to ensure the mounting stability of the second light-blocking portion 452 and the lower mirror 431, in the present application, a clamping portion 425 is convexly disposed on a side of the first light-guiding section 421 opposite to the peripheral wall of the mounting groove 114, a clamping groove 426 is cooperatively formed by the clamping portion 425, the first light-guiding section 421 and the second light-guiding section 422, and the periphery of the reflector and the periphery of the second light-blocking portion 452 are clamped with the clamping groove 426. Of course, the design of the present invention is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the reflector and the second light blocking portion 452 may be fixed by other fixing methods, for example, but not limited to, the periphery of the reflector and the periphery of the second light blocking portion 452 are both adhered to the light guide 42 by adhesion.
Specifically, referring to fig. 8, the peripheral wall of the mounting groove 114 is provided with a supporting step 114b, and the first light blocking portion 451 is mounted on the supporting step 114 b. The supporting step 114b supports the periphery of the first light blocking part 451, which is advantageous for ensuring the installation stability of the first light blocking part 451.
Preferably, referring to fig. 8, the light emitting element 41 includes a plurality of lamp beads, the bottom wall of the mounting groove 114 is provided with a plurality of light holes 114a, one lamp bead is disposed corresponding to one light hole 114a, and the plurality of lamp beads are annularly arranged on the bottom wall of the mounting groove 114. So set up, guaranteed that leaded light 42 has sufficient light source, simultaneously, also guaranteed the homogeneity of light-emitting on the annular play plain noodles 423.
Referring to fig. 1, the conductive massage head 2 is movably connected with the base 1 and protrudes out of the mounting surface 111, the mounting surface 111 is located on one side of the base 1 facing the massage part, and the conductive massage head 2 protrudes out of the mounting surface 111, that is, the conductive massage head 2 is movable relative to the massage part, so that when the conductive massage head 2 massages the massage part, the conductive massage head 2 keeps in contact with the massage part, and the conductive massage head 2 is movable relative to the massage part, which effectively reduces the friction force when the conductive massage head 2 contacts with the massage part, makes the contact between the conductive massage head 2 and the massage part smoother, and improves the massage effect of the conductive massage head 2 on the massage part. The movable connection between the conductive massage head 2 and the base 1 has various forms, that is, the movable connection between the conductive massage head 2 and the base 1 has various forms, for example, but not limited to, in the present embodiment, the conductive massage head 2 can rotate relative to the mounting surface 111 to press the massage part, specifically, the portion of the conductive massage head 2 protruding from the mounting surface 111 is used for contacting and rotating the pressed massage part, the base 1 is movably mounted on the machine body 200 of the massage apparatus, and during the movement of the base 1 relative to the massage part, the portion of the conductive massage head 2 protruding from the mounting surface 111 keeps contacting with the massage part and rotates relative to the massage part, so that the friction force applied when the conductive massage head 2 moves on the massage part along with the base 1 can be converted from sliding friction force to rolling friction force, thereby being beneficial to reducing the friction force applied when the base 1 moves on the massage part, and further improving the smoothness of the movement of the base 1 on the massage part.
Specifically, in the process of achieving the technical effect that the conductive massage head 2 can rotate relative to the mounting surface 111, referring to fig. 2, 5 and 6, in some embodiments, a mounting cavity 13 may be disposed inside the base 1, and an extending hole 113a communicating with the mounting cavity 13 is disposed on the mounting surface 111, the conductive massage head 2 is movably mounted in the mounting cavity 13, a part of the structure of the conductive massage head 2 protrudes out of the mounting surface 111 through the extending hole 113a, and a part of the conductive massage head 2 protruding out of the mounting surface 111 through the extending hole 113a can rotate relative to the mounting surface 111. It can be easily understood that, in the installation cavity 13 inside the base body 1, the assembly between the base body 1 and the conductive massage head 2 is realized, which is beneficial to preventing the joint between the conductive massage head 2 and the base body 1 from being exposed in the external environment, and further preventing the assembly between the conductive massage head 2 and the base body 1 from being influenced by the external environment, thereby ensuring the connection reliability of the joint.
Based on the above, specifically, referring to fig. 2 and fig. 5, the base body 1 includes the housing 11 and the base 12 which are covered and connected with each other, the protruding hole 113a is disposed in the housing 11, the base 12 and the housing 11 cooperate to form the mounting cavity 13, the radial dimension of the inner wall surface of the filling member 16 is smaller than the maximum outer diameter of the conductive massage head 2, and the side of the conductive massage head 2 away from the protruding hole 113a is abutted by the base 12. In this embodiment, the portion of the conductive massage head 2 with the largest outer diameter is located in the mounting cavity 13, and under the abutting of the base 12, the conductive massage head 2 moves along the axis of the extending hole 113a toward the direction approaching the housing 11 or has a tendency to move along the direction, and because the portion of the conductive massage head 2 with the largest outer diameter cannot pass through the extending hole 113a, the conductive massage head 2 can be stably limited between the base 12 and the housing 11, and the base 1 does not limit the conductive massage head 2 in the other directions except the axis direction of the extending hole 113a, so that the conductive massage head 2 can rotate in the circumferential direction of the extending hole 113a, or the conductive massage head 2 can rotate in the mounting cavity 13. That is, the present embodiment achieves the technical effect of movably mounting the conductive massage head 2 on the base body 1 without depending on the connection component, and reduces the processes of assembling and disassembling the components between the conductive massage head 2 and the base body 1 while saving the material of the connection component, thereby facilitating the rapid production of the product.
Preferably, referring to fig. 5, the conductive massage head 2 is a revolving body structure, the base 12 is provided with a limiting groove 121 for rotatably supporting the conductive massage head 2, and one side of the conductive massage head 2 away from the extending hole 113a is accommodated in the limiting groove 121. It can be understood that the conductive massage head 2 is limited by the groove wall of the limiting groove 121, and the conductive massage head 2 can be effectively prevented from moving and deviating on the surface of the base 12. In some embodiments of the present embodiment, a groove may be cut on the surface of the base 12 to form the limiting groove 121, and in other embodiments of the present embodiment, a protrusion may also be disposed on the surface of the base 12 to surround and form the limiting groove 121 based on the protrusion, which is not limited in this respect.
Optionally, the conductive massage head 2 is a ball structure, and the limiting groove 121 is a groove structure adapted to the outer contour shape of the conductive massage head 2. It is not difficult to understand, the first 2 of conductive massage of spheroid structure, its outline does not have the edges and corners that press against the people, can effectively guarantee the travelling comfort of product massage, the spacing groove 121 of this embodiment, its cell wall is the concave arc surface setting of the first 2's of conductive massage of adaptation surface at least partially, so set up, with the laminating degree of contact between the cell wall of effectively improving conductive massage head 2 and spacing groove 121, and then guarantee that first 2 of conductive massage can be stable puts in spacing groove 121, and carry out slewing motion steadily.
Specifically, in the process of achieving the technical effect that the conductive massage head 2 can rotate relative to the mounting surface 111, in other embodiments, the base body 1 includes a housing 11 and a base 12 which are connected to each other in a covering manner, the protruding hole 113a is formed in the housing 11, the base 12 and the housing 11 cooperate together to form the mounting cavity 13, the base 12 includes a mounting portion which is disposed corresponding to the protruding hole 113a, the conductive massage head 2 is rotatably mounted on the mounting portion (not shown) through a connecting structure (not shown), and a rotation axis of the conductive massage head 2 passes through a center of the protruding hole 113a. It can be understood that, in the present embodiment, the conductive massage head 2 is assembled on the base 1 through the connection structure, and thus, the connection reliability between the conductive massage head 2 and the base 1 can be effectively ensured, and the accident that the conductive massage head 2 moves and deviates on the surface of the base 12 can be effectively prevented.
In view of the above, specifically, the conductive massage head 2 includes a main body portion (not shown) and a separate body portion (not shown), which are respectively disposed at opposite sides of a mounting portion, the main body portion being disposed at a side of the mounting portion adjacent to the protruding hole 113 a; the main part is equipped with first screw hole towards one side of installation department, and the components of a whole that can function independently portion runs through and is equipped with the second screw hole, and the installation department is equipped with the via hole of first screw hole of intercommunication and second screw hole, and connection structure includes connecting screw, and connecting screw passes second screw hole, via hole and first screw hole in proper order to rotate main part and components of a whole that can function independently portion and install in the installation department. Specifically, the partial structure of the main body projects from the mounting surface 111 through the projecting hole 113a, the main body is restricted by the connection with the connection screw and cannot move in the hole axis direction of the projecting hole 113a, but the connection screw can rotate in the through hole of the mounting portion, so that both the main body and the separate portion can rotate relative to the mounting portion. It is easy to understand that, in this embodiment, the conductive massage head 2 is assembled to the mounting portion by using the connection screw as the connection structure, and the connection screw is widely used in real life, and has the advantages of convenient acquisition, stable and reliable connection, and the like. Of course, the design of the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the connecting structure may also be a rotating shaft protruding from the mounting portion, and correspondingly, the main body portion may be provided with a rotating hole for rotatably matching the rotating shaft.
Because the radial dimension of the through hole of the mounting portion is much larger than the radial dimension of the connecting screw, during the rotation of the connecting screw in the through hole, the connecting screw is easy to deviate to one side of the through hole, which is not beneficial to the stable rotation of the main body portion. Specifically, the guide ring groove or the guide protrusion is disposed around the ring hole.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 or 6, in both embodiments for realizing the technical effect of "the conductive massage head 2 can rotate relative to the mounting surface 111" due to process errors and the like, a technical problem of "a gap exists between the conductive massage head 2 and the wall of the protruding hole 113 a" inevitably occurs, the gap is easy to clamp hairs of a human body, when the hairs enter the mounting cavity 13, the operation stability of components inside the base body 1 is easy to be caused, and the hair of a user is pinched off and pulled out, which also affects the massage experience of the user. In view of this, the massage head assembly 100 of the present application provides the filling member 16 between the conductive massage head 2 and the inner wall surface of the protrusion hole 113a to fill the gap between the conductive massage head 2 and the inner wall surface of the protrusion hole 113a based on the filling member 16, and thus, a series of adverse reactions caused by the gap being caught by the hair of the human body can be effectively solved.
Specifically, referring to fig. 6, the filling member 16 includes a surrounding portion 161, and the surrounding portion 161 is at least partially disposed around the contour of the conductive massaging head 2. It can be understood that the surrounding portion 161 is used to fill the annular gap between the conductive massage head 2 and the inner wall surface of the protrusion hole 113a, and thus, the generation of the gap between the conductive massage head 2 and the inner wall surface of the protrusion hole 113a is effectively avoided. In some embodiments of the present embodiment, the surrounding portion 161 can rotate together with the conductive massage head 2 in the protruding hole 113a, in other embodiments of the present embodiment, the surrounding portion 161 can be fixed on the inner wall surface of the protruding hole 113a, and the conductive massage head 2 rotates inside the surrounding portion 161.
Preferably, the filler 16 is a soft material. It is understood that the use of the soft material is advantageous in avoiding the filler 16 from wearing the inner surface of the protrusion hole 113a, the outer contour of the conductive massage head 2, and in facilitating the deformation of the filler 16 to be better held between the conductive massage head 2 and the inner wall surface of the protrusion hole 113a. By way of example and not limitation, the soft material may be a silicone rubber, a rubber, or the like, and is not particularly limited herein.

The specific shape of the boss 113 can be set according to the shape of the conductive massage head 2, for example, when the conductive massage head 2 is spherical, the boss 113 can be a cylindrical body formed with an arc inner wall surface. It is understood that, compared with the mode of increasing the structural thickness of the mounting surface 111 and forming the cavity for accommodating the conductive massage head 2 on the mounting surface 111 with a certain thickness, the protruding boss 113 is arranged on the mounting surface 111, and the mode of forming the cavity for accommodating the conductive massage head 2 based on the hollow boss 113 is beneficial to the light and thin design of the mounting surface 111 of the base body 1, and further beneficial to the light-weight design of the base body 1. Meanwhile, in order to facilitate the conductive massage head 2 to deeply press the massage part and improve the massage effect of the product, in this embodiment, the developer can adjust the height between the end of the conductive massage head 2 away from the mounting surface 111 and the mounting surface 111 based on the protrusion height of the adjustment boss 113 on the mounting surface 111, which is simple and convenient.
Further, referring to fig. 6, the boss 113 is disposed with an inner diameter tapering toward a direction away from the mounting surface 111. So set up, on the one hand boss 113 forms great opening in order to supply electrically conductive massage head 2 to put into boss 113 near the one end of installation face 111, be favorable to the installer to electrically conductive massage head 2 and install, another direction, the inner wall that is favorable to boss 113 to keep away from the one end of installation face 111 is spacing in the face of electrically conductive massage head 2, guarantee the assembly steadiness of electrically conductive massage head 2 in boss 113, simultaneously, "boss 113 is the internal diameter convergent setting" and also secretly contains towards the direction of keeping away from installation face 111: the outer diameter of the boss 113 is tapered in a direction away from the mounting surface 111, which is advantageous for reducing the volume of the space on the side of the boss 113 toward the massage site, thereby allowing the conductive massage head 2 protruding from the protruding hole 113a to better contact and press the massage site.
Referring to fig. 6 or fig. 7, in order to prevent the filling member 16 from falling into the mounting cavity 13, in the embodiment, the base 1 includes a cylinder 17 disposed around an inner wall surface of the boss 113, the cylinder 17 is disposed in a hollow manner, a part of the conductive massage head 2 is disposed in the cylinder 17, and one end of the cylinder 17 near the protruding hole 113a abuts against the filling member 16. In this way, the stability of the installation position of the filler 16 is effectively ensured. It should be noted that the design of the present invention is not limited to this, and in other embodiments, the filling member 16 may be fixed between the conductive massage head 2 and the inner wall surface of the protruding hole 113a by a fixing connection manner such as bonding or caulking.
Optionally, referring to fig. 6 and 7, a clamping groove 14 is formed by matching one end of the cylinder 17 close to the protruding hole 113a with an inner wall surface of the boss 113, and a part of the structure of the filling member 16 is clamped and installed in the clamping groove 14. It is easy to understand that, the arrangement is favorable for improving the connection precision among the boss 113, the cylinder 17 and the filling piece 16, and is favorable for further ensuring the installation stability of the filling piece 16. In detail, the cylinder 17 includes a cylindrical portion 171 and an annular portion 172 disposed around an inner wall surface of the boss 113, the annular portion 172 is protruded at one end of the cylindrical portion 171 close to the extension hole 113a, an outer wall surface of the annular portion 172 is disposed at an interval from the inner wall surface of the boss 113, and the inner wall surface of the boss 113, an end surface of the cylindrical portion 171 close to the extension hole 113a, and the outer wall surface of the annular portion 172 cooperate together to form the engaging groove 14; the filling piece 16 comprises a fixing part 162 and a surrounding part 161 which are arranged around the inner wall surface of the boss 113, one part of the structure of the fixing part 162 is clamped in the clamping groove 14, the other part of the structure of the fixing part 162 extends out of the notch of the clamping groove 14 and is connected with the surrounding part 161, and the surrounding part 161 is arranged between the massage head and the inner wall surface extending out of the hole 113a.

It will be understood that both of the above embodiments can effectively break the continuous arrangement of the fixed massage heads 3, thereby reducing the sliding friction between the region between the adjacent fixed massage heads 3 and the massage part.
In order to avoid scratching the massage part, in the embodiment, the outer surfaces of the portions of the conductive massage heads 2 protruding out of the mounting surface 111 and the outer surfaces of the portions of the fixed massage heads 3 protruding out of the mounting surface 111 are both arc-shaped surfaces. It should be noted that the design of the present application is not limited to this, and in other embodiments, the outer surface of the portion of the conductive massage head 2 protruding from the mounting surface 111 may be provided with an arc-shaped surface, while the outer surface of the portion of the fixed massage head 3 protruding from the mounting surface 111 is not limited, or the outer surface of the portion of the fixed massage head 3 protruding from the mounting surface 111 may be provided with an arc-shaped surface, while the outer surface of the portion of the conductive massage head 2 protruding from the mounting surface 111 is not limited.
In some embodiments, the conductive massage heads 2, and/or the fixed massage heads 3 may be designed in a spherical or spheroidal shape so that each forms the above arc-shaped surface. Of course, the design of the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the conductive massage head 2, and/or the fixed massage head 3 may be designed as an ellipsoid, which is not limited thereto.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 1, the height from the end of the conductive massage head 2 away from the mounting surface 111 to the mounting surface 111 is greater than the height from the end of the fixed massage head 3 away from the mounting surface 111 to the mounting surface 111. It is not difficult to understand, so set up for massage head of two kinds can be embedded into the different degree of depth departments at massage position respectively and press the massage position, and this can give the user different and press experience, and then promotes user's use experience. In addition, since the conductive massage head 2 can effectively reduce the sliding friction between the massage head assembly 100 and the massage part, considering this, the conductive massage head 2 of the present embodiment has a higher protruding height from the mounting surface 111 than the fixed massage head 3, which is advantageous for fully contacting and rotating on the massage part.
Referring to fig. 1, in order to improve the appearance of the substrate 1 and to prevent the formation of sharp corners on the periphery of the substrate 1, in the present embodiment, the substrate 1 is disposed in a disk shape. It should be noted that the design of the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the base body 1 may also be designed in a shape of a square body, a spherical body, and the like.
Specifically, the base body 1 includes a disk surface facing the massage portion and a peripheral surface 112 provided around the periphery of the base body 1, the disk surface is formed as a mounting surface 111, the mounting surface 111 includes a structured surface 111a extending from a central position thereof to the peripheral surface 112, and the structured surface 111a is provided obliquely in a direction approaching the peripheral surface 112. It can be understood that, in the daily use of the product, impurities such as dust, water drops, sweat, etc. are likely to fall onto the exposed mounting surface 111, which affects the use hygiene of the product, and therefore, the structured surface 111a inclined from the middle of the mounting surface 111 toward the direction close to the peripheral surface 112 is formed on the mounting surface 111, which is advantageous for discharging impurities such as dust, water drops, sweat, etc. to the outside of the base 1, thereby ensuring the use reliability of the product. Specifically, in the implementation process, the structural surface 111a may be a straight surface, an arc surface, or a combination of the two, which is not limited.
Preferably, the conductive massage head 2 protrudes from the structure surface 111a, and it can be easily understood that under the influence of the obliquely arranged structure surface 111a, the height of the side of the conductive massage head 2 close to the peripheral surface 112 of the base 1 on the structure surface 111a is different from the height of the side of the conductive massage head 2 close to the middle of the base 1 on the structure surface 111a, that is, the protruding heights of the two ends of the conductive massage head 2 in the oblique direction of the structure surface 111a are different, which is beneficial for the conductive massage head 2 to press the acupuncture points of various depths of the massage part, thereby creating different massage effects. Specifically, the fixed massage heads 3 are also provided protruding from the structure surface 111 a. The technical effects set in this way can be referred to above, and are not described in detail here.
Further, the conductive massage head 2 and the fixed massage head 3 are disposed to protrude from different configuration surfaces 111a, respectively. It can be understood that such an arrangement is beneficial to avoid the problem that too many structures (i.e. the conductive massage heads 2 and the fixed massage heads 3) are arranged on the same structural plane 111a, which results in too compact structure on the same structural plane 111a, and too close distance between the conductive massage heads 2 and the fixed massage heads 3 is beneficial to the respective deep pressing of the two into the massage part. It should be noted that the design of the present invention is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the movable massage head and the fixed massage head 3 may be both disposed protruding from the same structural surface 111 a.
Alternatively, the peripheral surface 112 is at least partially inclined from the peripheral edge of the base 1 toward the central position of the disk surface. It can be understood that, by such an arrangement, it is beneficial to avoid the formation of a corner angle between the connection part of the circumferential surface 112 and the mounting surface 111, and further avoid the occurrence of scraping of the massage part by the base 1. It should be noted that the design of the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the connection portion of the peripheral surface 112 and the mounting surface 111 may also be formed as a convex arc surface, so as to avoid the formation of corners.
At present, the massage product on the market has realized the electricity between the impulse generation module and the fixed massage body mostly and has been connected, can not have yet put forward a feasible scheme to the electricity between the impulse generation module and the mobilizable massage body is connected, for this reason, the utility model discloses a massage head subassembly 100 has set up conductive component 5 on base member 1, and conductive component 5 is connected with the impulse generation module electricity of massage appearance, and conductive component 5 keeps the electricity to be connected with first 2 of conductive massage in the activity process of first 2 of conductive massage to carry the electric pulse of impulse generation module to first 2 of conductive massage.
It is not difficult to understand, the utility model discloses a first subassembly of massage 100 carries out the conductive component 5 that the activity in-process can also keep the electricity to be connected constantly with this conductive massage head 2 through add on base member 1 at conductive massage head 2 to the switching of the signal of telecommunication of realization by impulse generation module to mobilizable conductive massage head 2 has reached from this and has removed the in-process of pressing down the massage position at conductive massage head 2, and conductive massage head 2 can also carry out the dual massage effect of electrotherapy for the massage position.
In conjunction with the embodiment of how the conductive massage head 2 is movably mounted on the base 1, and specifically, referring to fig. 9 and 10, the conductive assembly 5 includes a conductive portion 51 extending into the mounting cavity 13, and a portion of the conductive massage head 2 located in the mounting cavity 13 and a wall of the mounting cavity 13 cooperate to clamp the conductive portion 51. It is easy to understand that the conductive part 51 is connected with the conductive massage head 2 by clamping, and the massage head has the advantages of simple disassembly and assembly, stable connection, reliable conduction and the like. Of course, the design of the present invention is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the conductive portion 51 may be sleeved on the outer circumferential wall of the conductive massage head 2, which is not limited thereto.
Preferably, the base body 1 is provided with a bottom wall of the mounting cavity 13 on the other side of the mounting cavity 13 away from the massage part, the conductive part 51 can elastically stretch and contract, and the conductive part 51 is arranged between the bottom wall of the mounting cavity 13 and the conductive massage head 2 in an elastically compressed state. It will be understood that, since the conductive part 51 has a tendency to move back to its original shape after being compressed, the conductive part 51 will strongly abut against the conductive massage head 2 during this process, which is beneficial to ensure the tightness of the contact between the conductive part 51 and the conductive massage head 2, and thus the reliability of the electrical connection between the two. In some embodiments of the present embodiment, the conductive portion 51 may be disposed in a spring shape, and in other embodiments of the present embodiment, the conductive portion 51 may include an elastic supporting portion (for example, but not limited to, a sponge body, a rubber body, etc.) and a conductive material layer disposed around the elastic supporting portion.
Specifically, the conductive portion 51 is disposed opposite to the protruding hole 113a and is located on the bottom wall of the mounting chamber 13, and the elastic force provided by the conductive portion 51 has a tendency to drive the conductive massaging head 2 to move toward the outside from the protruding hole 113a. It can be understood that, by disposing the conductive portion 51 on the bottom wall of the mounting cavity 13, under the dual actions of the abutting of the bottom wall of the mounting cavity 13 and the elastic abutting of the conductive portion 51, the maximum outer diameter portion of the conductive massage head 2 can be more effectively limited in the mounting cavity 13 and abutted against the hole wall of the extending hole 113a or the annular portion 172 of the cylinder 17, so as to facilitate avoiding the situation that the conductive massage head 2 moves on the surface of the base 12, and ensure the mounting reliability of the conductive massage head 2.
It is understood that the use of the product is accompanied by shaking, vibration, etc., and in order to avoid the conductive portion 51 from coming out from between the bottom wall of the mounting cavity 13 and the conductive massaging head 2, in the present embodiment, the bottom wall of the mounting cavity 13 is connected to the conductive portion 51 through the limiting portion 122, and the limiting portion 122 is used for limiting the movement of the conductive portion 51 on the bottom wall of the mounting cavity 13.
Preferably, referring to fig. 9 and 10, the limiting portion 122 includes a protrusion 123 protruding from the bottom wall of the mounting cavity 13, the conductive portion 51 is disposed in a spring shape, and one end of the conductive portion 51 close to the bottom wall of the mounting cavity 13 is annularly sleeved on an outer wall surface of the protrusion 123. It is understood that the spring-shaped conductive portion 51 is sleeved on the protrusion structure 123 to fix the conductive portion on the bottom wall of the mounting cavity 13, and the mounting structure has the advantages of being simple to implement, convenient to disassemble and assemble, reliable in connection and the like. In other embodiments, the stopper portion 122 may be a viscous substance for adhering the conductive portion 51 to the bottom wall of the mounting cavity 13; or, the limiting portion 122 may also be a groove body disposed on the bottom wall of the installation cavity 13, and the effect of limiting the conductive portion 51 can be achieved based on the conductive portion 51 being embedded in the groove body; in addition, the limiting portion 122 may also be a clamping column protruding from the bottom wall of the mounting groove 114, and the conductive portion 51 may also be limited by clamping and fixing the conductive portion 51 based on the clamping column.
Optionally, in some embodiments, the base body 1 includes a housing 11 and a base 12 covering the housing 11, a mounting surface 111 is formed on a side of the housing 11 facing away from the base 12, a mounting cavity 13 is formed by the housing 11 and the base 12 in a matching manner, and a bottom wall of the base 12 forming the mounting cavity 13 and the conductive massaging head 2 together clamp the conductive portion 51; an installation gap 15 communicated with the installation cavity 13 is formed between the base 12 and the shell 11, the conductive assembly 5 comprises a conductive substrate 52 which is arranged in the installation gap 15 in a sheet shape, an electric pulse circuit which is electrically connected with the conductive part 51 is arranged on the conductive substrate 52, a connecting contact is arranged on the conductive part 51 corresponding to the electric pulse circuit, and the electric pulse circuit is electrically connected with the conductive part 51 through the connecting contact so as to realize the transfer of an electric signal from the electric pulse circuit to the conductive massage head 2. It is understood that, in order to avoid the problem of the excessive thickness of the base 1, the housing 11 and the base 12 need to be disposed close to each other as much as possible, and therefore, no excessive space can be left between the housing 11 and the base 12 for the circuit of the electrical pulse circuit to be arranged, and in view of this, the present embodiment adopts the electrical pulse circuit to be integrated on the conductive substrate 52, so as to solve the technical problem of difficult wiring between the housing 11 and the base 12 on the one hand, and on the other hand, the sheet-like design based on the conductive substrate 52 is also beneficial to "the housing 11 and the base 12 are disposed close to each other as much as possible", which is beneficial to the miniaturization design of the base 1. Specifically, the electrical pulse circuit is integrated on the conductive substrate 52 by printing, and the connection contact is integrated on the conductive substrate 52, one side of the connection contact is connected to the electrical pulse circuit printed on the conductive substrate 52, and the other side of the connection contact is exposed on the conductive substrate 52 towards the conductive part 51, so as to electrically connect to the conductive part 51.
Optionally, referring to fig. 9, the conductive assembly 5 further includes a conductive member 53 connected to the conductive substrate 52, the conductive member 53 is disposed in the mounting gap 15, and the conductive member 51 is electrically connected to the conductive substrate 52 through the conductive member 53. It is understood that, during the actual use of the product, the conductive part 51 and the connecting contact on the conductive substrate 52 are easily separated from each other due to the shaking of the base 1, and if the conductive part 51 is welded to the contact on the conductive substrate 52, the maintenance and replacement of the conductive part 51 and the conductive substrate 52 during the subsequent use are not facilitated, and in view of this, in the present embodiment, by providing the transfer structure, i.e., the conductive part 53, between the conductive part 51 and the conductive substrate 52, because the plasticity of the structural shape of the conductive part 53 is higher compared to the conductive substrate 52 and the conductive part 51, the transfer between the conductive part 51 and the conductive substrate 52 by using the conductive part 53 is advantageous to ensure the stability of the electrical connection between the conductive part 51 and the conductive substrate 52.
Specifically, the electrical pulse circuit is a connection branch integrated on the conductive substrate 52, the connection branch is integrated on the conductive substrate 52 by printing, the connection branch extends from the conductive substrate 52 into the mounting gap 15 and is arranged near the conductive massage head 2, and the connection contact is arranged at one end of the connection branch far away from the conductive substrate 52, so that the electrical connection path of the conductive part 51 from the electrical pulse circuit to the conductive massage head 2 can be shortened, and the reliability of the electrical connection between the electrical pulse circuit and the conductive massage head 2 can be improved.
More specifically, the conductive part 51 comprises a first conductive part 511 and a second conductive part 512 which are connected, the first conductive part 511 is arranged at one end of the conductive part 51 close to the wall surface of the installation cavity 13 and clamps the bottom wall of the installation cavity 13 and the conductive massage head 2 together; the second conductive portion 512 extends from the first conductive portion 511 to the mounting gap 15, and is electrically connected to the conductive member 53. Specifically, the second conductive portion 512 is provided in a spring shape, and after the first conductive portion 511 is connected to the second conductive portion 512, a part of the second conductive portion extends in a line shape from the mounting cavity 13 into the mounting gap 15, and another part of the second conductive portion is connected to the conductive member 53 in the mounting gap 15 in a spring shape.
Alternatively, the housing 11 can be provided electrically conductive, and the conductive substrate 52 is connected to the housing 11 through the conductive member 53 so that the electric pulse circuit is electrically connected to the housing 11. It can be understood that, in the process of massaging the massage part by the product, a plurality of positions on the shell 11 are directly contacted with the massage part, and based on the fact, the electric signal switching from the electric pulse circuit to the shell 11 is realized through the conductive piece 53, which is beneficial to improving the electrotherapy range of the product, and further improving the massage effect and the massage efficiency of the product.
Specifically, the conductive member 53 includes an elastic support and a conductive material layer disposed around the elastic support; alternatively, the conductive member 53 is an elastic conductive member. Wherein, the elastic support body can be made of sponge, rubber and other materials. It is understood that the conductive element 53 of the above two embodiments has a certain deformation capability, and thus, the conductive element 53 is prevented from being worn or even damaged under the squeezing of the housing 11 and the base 12, which is beneficial to prolonging the service life of the conductive element 53.
In some embodiments, the base body 1 is provided with a mounting cavity 13, the mounting surface 111 is provided with a protruding hole 113a communicated with the mounting cavity 13, the conductive component 5 comprises a conductive part 51 protruding into the mounting cavity 13, the conductive massage head 2 is movably arranged in the mounting cavity 13, and part of the structure of the conductive massage head 2 protrudes out of the mounting surface 111 through the protruding hole 113 a; be formed with the installation gap 15 with installation cavity 13 intercommunication between base 12 and the shell 11, be equipped with the piece 6 that generates heat in the installation gap 15, the piece 6 that generates heat is connected with conductive component 5 electricity, and conductive component 5 is used for being connected with the control circuit module electricity of massage appearance, and the piece 6 that generates heat and transmits to shell 11 of generating heat circular telegram. It can be understood that the heat generated by the heating element 6 after being energized is transferred to the housing 11, so that the housing 11 can perform hot compress massage on the massage part, thereby enriching the functions of the massage head assembly 100. It should be noted that, because the mounting gap 15 is small, the heat generating member 6 is disposed in the mounting gap 15, which facilitates rapid heat transfer to the case 11.

It can be understood that the formation of the cavity 115 is beneficial to reducing the wall thickness of the position of the shell 11 corresponding to the fixed massage head 3, so as to ensure that the heat of the heating element 6 can be timely transmitted to the fixed massage head 3, and the formation of the cavity 115 is also beneficial to reducing the structural weight of the shell 11, so that the massage head assembly 100 can be designed in a light weight manner. In addition, in order to improve the wall adhesion effect between the heating element and the cavity wall of the cavity 115, so as to improve the heat transfer efficiency between the heating element and the cavity wall of the cavity 115, in this embodiment, the base 12 is provided with the abutting part 18 extending toward the cavity 115, and the abutting part 18 abuts against the heating element, so that the heating element abuts against the inner wall surface of the cavity 115. In other embodiments, the abutting member 18 may be disposed on the substrate, and the abutting member 18 abuts against the heat generating components, so that the heat generating components abut against the inner wall surface of the cavity 115.
Specifically, the abutting member 18 may be made of rubber, silicone, sponge, or the like, so as to obtain good elastic deformation capability.

It should be noted that the term "arc" should be interpreted broadly herein, and includes not only a regular arc but also a curved surface that approximates to an arc. It can be understood that the outer wall surface of the fixed massage head 3 is arc-surface-shaped, which is beneficial for the fixed massage head 3 to be in smooth contact with a massage part, so as to improve the massage comfort of the product, and in order to ensure the consistency of the wall thickness of each position of the fixed massage head 3, the inner wall surface of the concave cavity 115 of the embodiment is also designed in arc-surface shape, and finally, the abutting arc surface 181 matched with the inner wall surface profile of the concave cavity 115 is adopted, so as to improve the fitting degree between the heating split body and the inner wall surface of the concave cavity 115, and further ensure the rapid heat transfer.
Specifically, referring to fig. 10, the abutting arc surface 181 is provided with a groove body, and convex ribs are arranged in the groove body at intervals, and the convex ribs can enhance the strength of the abutting arc surface 181, so that the heating split body reliably abuts against between the abutting arc surface 181 and the concave cavity 115; when the heating components are adhered to the concave cavity 115 through the adhesive, the groove body can be used for containing the adhesive when the abutting arc surface 181 is adhered and fixed with the heating components, or containing part of the heating components when the heating components are extruded and deformed.
In some embodiments, the conductive assembly 5 includes a conductive substrate 52 disposed in the mounting gap 15 in a sheet shape, the conductive substrate 52 is provided with a power supply circuit, and the heat generating member 6 is integrated on the conductive substrate 52 and electrically connected to the power supply circuit. It is not difficult to understand, the mode of generating heat 6 and the integrated design of conducting substrate 52 is favorable to avoiding generating heat and has the equipment clearance and lead to the thickness of product to be increased between 6 and the conducting substrate 52, and this is favorable to the miniaturized design of product, and on the other hand, the setting of generating heat 6 also is favorable to reducing on conducting substrate 52 and generates heat and walk the required line length of line between 6 and the supply circuit, and then reduces the degree of difficulty of walking the line between the two. Preferably, the heat generating member 6 is a heating wire printed on the conductive substrate 52, and the heating wire on the conductive substrate 52 may be arranged in a zigzag extending manner, such as but not limited to an arc line, an irregular spiral line, etc., to ensure the heat generation of the heat generating member 6. Of course, the design of the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the heat generating member 6 may also be a metal sheet that generates heat.
