In the technical scheme, the locking connecting piece and the ironing board connecting piece are rotatably connected, so that the ironing board can rotate relative to the main machine to be folded or unfolded conveniently; the projection of the rotating connection point of the locking connecting piece and the ironing board connecting piece in the horizontal direction is located at the outer side of the host machine, so that the ironing board can be integrally folded in one side of the host machine when being folded, and the whole volume of the folded ironing device is small so as to be convenient to store.
Optionally, the main machine is provided with a first limiting structure, and the first limiting structure is used for being matched with the second sliding part when the ironing board moves to the unfolded state, so as to limit the ironing board to move along the height direction of the main machine.
In the technical scheme, the first limiting structure is arranged on the host machine, so that the sliding of the second sliding part is positioned or prompted, when the second sliding part slides to be matched with the first limiting structure, the ironing board is explained to be moved to the unfolding state, and the ironing board is limited to continue to move through the matching of the second sliding part and the first limiting structure, so that the ironing board can be accurately moved to be in the unfolding state, and a user can iron the ironing board.
Optionally, the first limiting structure comprises a limiting convex rib which is arranged on the host and protrudes along a direction departing from the host.

In the technical scheme, the ironing board and the folding supporting mechanism are connected with the main body through the host computer, and the main body can move along the direction of being close to or far away from the base, so that the height of the ironing board can be adjusted, and the ironing board is suitable for requirements of users with different heights.
When the ironing board is in the folded state, at least part of the folding supporting mechanism is located in the accommodating groove of the ironing board, so that the whole volume of the ironing device after the ironing board is folded is further reduced, and the storage space is saved.

Detailed Description
In order that the above-mentioned objects, features and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention may be more clearly understood, further description of aspects of the embodiments of the present invention will be made below. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present invention may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the embodiments of the invention, but the embodiments of the invention may be practiced otherwise than as described herein; it is to be understood that the embodiments described in this specification are only some of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of them.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1 to 10, the present embodiment provides an ironing apparatus, which may be, for example, a desktop ironing machine or a garment steamer, and is capable of performing an ironing operation. Specifically, the ironing device comprises an ironing board 1, a folding supporting mechanism 2 and a main machine 3.
In practical use, the ironing board 1 is mainly used as an operation platform for a user to lay clothes and the like to be ironed on the ironing board 1 so as to iron the clothes later. However, in order to allow the user to iron the laundry waiting for the ironing object by laying it flat on the ironing board 1, the overall size of the ironing board 1 is large, thus resulting in a large volume of the whole ironing apparatus, which is inconvenient to store and store. The main machine 3 is mainly used for installing relevant components of an electric control system, a water tank and the like of the ironing device.
Therefore, in this embodiment, the folding supporting mechanism 2 and the ironing board 1 are located on the same side of the main machine 3, and one end of the ironing board 1 is rotatably connected to the main machine 3 and can move along the height direction of the main machine 3, so that the other end of the ironing board 1 can move towards the direction away from the main machine 3 to be in the unfolded state, or move towards the direction close to the main machine 3 to be in the folded state, i.e. so that the ironing board 1 can be switched between the unfolded state and the folded state, and thus the ironing board 1 can be folded to save the storage space when the ironing board is required to be stored.
Specifically, referring to the left-right direction shown in fig. 2, the right end of the ironing board 1 is rotatably connected to the main machine 3, and the ironing board 1 can move along the height direction of the main machine 3, so that the left end of the ironing board 1 can move towards the direction away from the main machine 3, so that the ironing board 1 is in the unfolded state shown in fig. 2 and 3, and at this time, the ironing board 1 is in the horizontal state, so that a user can conveniently iron on the ironing board 1. Or, the left end of the ironing board 1 can move towards the direction close to the main machine 3, so that the ironing board 1 can be in a folded state as shown in fig. 6-1 and 6-2, at this time, the ironing board 1 is folded on the left side surface of the main machine 3, at this time, the whole volume of the ironing device is small, and the storage space can be saved.
More specifically, when the ironing board 1 in the folded state needs to be unfolded, the left end of the ironing board 1 can move towards the direction away from the main machine 3, at this time, the ironing board 1 rotates counterclockwise around the rotation connection point of the ironing board 1 and the main machine 3, and at the same time, the ironing board 1 moves upward along the height direction of the main machine 3, so that the ironing board 1 is switched from the folded state shown in fig. 6-1 to the unfolded state shown in fig. 2.
Accordingly, when the ironing board 1 in the unfolded state needs to be folded, the left end of the ironing board 1 can be moved toward a direction close to the main machine 3, and at this time, the ironing board 1 rotates clockwise around the rotation connection point of the ironing board 1 and the main machine 3, and at the same time, the ironing board 1 moves downward along the height direction of the main machine 3, so that the ironing board 1 is switched from the unfolded state shown in fig. 2 to the folded state shown in fig. 6-1.
Wherein, the folding supporting mechanism 2 of the ironing device of this embodiment includes the flexible bracing piece subassembly 21 of axial, the one end and the ironing board 1 rotatable coupling of bracing piece subassembly 21, the other end and the host computer 3 rotatable coupling of bracing piece subassembly 21, thereby can move along the direction of height of host computer 3 and when rotating for host computer 3 at ironing board 1, can reliably support ironing board 1 through bracing piece subassembly 21, so that the user irones the operation, and can support ironing board 1 at ironing board 1's whole folding process or the expansion in-process, in order to avoid supporting the unreliable and hard problem of support that leads to ironing board 1 through the manpower, and folding convenience.
In summary, the ironing apparatus provided in this embodiment can realize that the ironing board 1 can be folded with respect to the main machine 3 so as to be accommodated or unfolded with respect to the main machine 3 so as to perform the ironing operation by rotatably connecting one end of the ironing board 1 with the main machine 3 and moving the ironing board along the height direction of the main machine 3. Through setting up folding supporting mechanism 2 and host computer 3 and ironing board 1 swivelling joint respectively to can play the effect of reliable support to ironing board 1 when ironing board 1 expandes for host computer 3, in order to make things convenient for the user to iron the operation.
In addition, through setting up folding supporting mechanism 2 and ironing board 1 in the homonymy of host computer 3 to realize that ironing board 1, folding supporting mechanism 2 and host computer 3 are left right layout, thereby can make ironing board 1 folding back can wholly draw in one side of host computer 3 and folded ironing device's whole volume less, in order to further save its parking space.
In addition, in this embodiment, the supporting rod assembly 21 can axially extend and retract, so that when the ironing board 1 is folded relative to the main machine 3 and is folded to one side of the main machine 3, the supporting rod assembly 21 can axially retract, so that the ironing board 1 further moves towards the bottom of the main machine 3, and the overall volume of the ironing device after the ironing board 1 is folded is further reduced.
The folding and unfolding process of the particular ironing board 1 will be explained in detail below.
The following will exemplify the related structure of the ironing apparatus by taking the ironing board 1 shown in fig. 2 located on the left side of the main machine 3 as an example, but it should not be limited that the ironing board 1 can be only arranged on the left side of the main machine 3, and in other examples, the ironing board 1 can also be arranged on the front side, the rear side, or the right side of the main machine 3.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the pivot connection point of the support rod assembly 21 to the host computer 3 may be located at the bottom of the host computer 3 or near the bottom of the host computer 3. Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the rotation connection point of the support rod assembly 21 and the main frame 3 is a, and the rotation connection point a is located at the bottom of the main frame 3 or near the bottom of the main frame 3. That is, referring to the left-right direction shown in fig. 2, the rotation connection point a of the right end of the supporting bar assembly 21 and the main machine 3 is located at the bottom of the main machine 3 or is disposed near the bottom of the main machine 3, so that the supporting bar assembly 21 has a longer axial length under the condition that the rotation connection point B of the supporting bar assembly 21 and the ironing board 1 is determined, and thus the reliable support of the ironing board 1 by the supporting bar assembly 21 can be improved.
In addition, the rotation connection point a of the support rod assembly 21 and the main machine 3 is located at the bottom of the main machine 3 or a position close to the bottom of the main machine 3, so that a moving space along the height direction of the main machine 3 can be provided for the ironing board 1 when the ironing board 1 is folded, and the moving space is more close to the bottom of the main machine 3 when one end (specifically, the right end of the ironing board 1 in fig. 2) of the ironing board 1 rotatably connected with the main machine 3 moves towards the bottom of the main machine 3, so that the whole volume of the ironing device is smaller when the ironing board 1 is completely folded and folded at one side of the main machine 3, and the storage space of the ironing device is reduced.
In some embodiments, the pivotal connection point of the support bar assembly 21 to the ironing board 1 is located at an end of the ironing board 1 remote from the main machine 3.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the rotation connection point B of the support rod assembly 21 and the ironing board 1 is located at an end of the ironing board 1 far from the main machine 3. That is, referring to the left-right direction shown in fig. 2, the pivotal connection point B of the left end of the support bar assembly 21 to the ironing board 1 is located at the left end of the ironing board 1 or near the left end of the ironing board 1.
In this embodiment, the rotation connection point of the supporting rod assembly 21 and the ironing board 1 is located at the end of the ironing board 1 far away from the main machine 3, so that the ironing board 1 can be supported more reliably, and the problem that the stability of the ironing board 1 is not good and the ironing operation of a user is affected due to the overlarge length of the suspension part of the ironing board 1 far away from the main machine 3 is avoided.
Referring to fig. 1-3, in some embodiments, support rod assembly 21 includes a first support 211, a second support 212, and an axially telescoping member 213. The expansion element 213 can be, for example, an electric expansion element 213, which is electrically connected to an electric control system of the ironing apparatus to complete the activation or deactivation of the expansion element 213. For example, the first support 211, the second support 212, and the telescopic member 213 may have a rod-shaped structure, or may have a plate-shaped structure.
Wherein, one end of the first supporting member 211 is rotatably connected to the main body 3, one end of the telescopic member 213 is connected to the other end of the first supporting member 211, one end of the second supporting member 212 is connected to the other end of the telescopic member 213, and the other end of the second supporting member 212 is rotatably connected to the ironing board 1.
Specifically, referring to the left-right direction shown in fig. 2, the right end of the first supporting member 211 is rotatably connected to the main machine 3, a rotation connection point of the right end of the first supporting member 211 and the main machine 3 is a, the right end of the telescopic member 213 is connected to the left end of the first supporting member 211, the right end of the second supporting member 212 is connected to the left end of the telescopic member 213, the left end of the second supporting member 212 is rotatably connected to the ironing board 1, and a rotation connection point of the left end of the second supporting member 212 and the ironing board 1 is B.
In this embodiment, by providing the supporting rod assembly 21 including the first supporting member 211, the second supporting member 212 and the axially retractable telescopic member 213, when the ironing board 1 is folded relative to the main machine 3 and is folded to one side of the main machine 3, the ironing board 1 can be axially retracted by the telescopic member 213, so that the ironing board 1 further moves toward the bottom of the main machine 3, and the overall volume of the ironing apparatus after the ironing board 1 is folded is further reduced.
In addition, in the process of unfolding the ironing board 1 relative to the main machine 3, the expansion piece 213 can be axially extended at first, so that the ironing board 1 can be lifted by a certain height relative to the main machine 3, and a user can press the ironing board 1 conveniently, thereby facilitating the rotation of the ironing board 1 relative to the main machine 3 and the movement along the height direction of the main machine 3, so as to realize the unfolding.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6-2, in some embodiments, the folding support mechanism 2 further comprises a third support 22, one end of the third support 22 is rotatably connected to the support bar assembly 21, and the other end of the third support 22 is movable on a carrying surface for carrying the ironing apparatus. By providing the third supporting member 22 rotatably connected to the supporting rod assembly 21 and movable on the carrying surface, the third supporting member 22 and the supporting rod assembly 21 together form the folding supporting mechanism 2 which is stable and linked with each other, so that the ironing board 1 can be reliably supported when the ironing board 1 is unfolded and in the unfolded position.
More specifically, in this embodiment, the rotation connection point C of the third supporting member 22 and the supporting rod assembly 21 may be located at the center of the supporting rod assembly 21 in the axial direction, so that the linkage between the third supporting member 22 and the supporting rod assembly 21 is smoother, and the stability of the linkage structure formed by the third supporting member 22 and the supporting rod assembly 21 is stronger, thereby realizing reliable support of the ironing board 1. For example, the third support 22 may have a rod shape or a plate shape.
In addition, a roller 23 may be disposed at an end of the third supporting member 22 away from the supporting rod assembly 21, so that when the third supporting member 22 is linked with the supporting rod assembly 21 to move the third supporting member 22 along the bearing surface, the movement of the third supporting member 22 is smoother.
In some embodiments, the main body 3 is provided with a first sliding part, one end of the ironing board 1 is rotatably connected with a second sliding part, and the first sliding part and the second sliding part are in sliding fit, so that the ironing board 1 can slide along the height direction (refer to the y direction shown in fig. 2) of the main body 3. That is to say, through setting up the first sliding part that has on the host computer 3, the one end swivelling joint of ironing board 1 has the second sliding part with first sliding part complex to make ironing board 1 can slide along the direction of height of host computer 3 under the mating reaction of first sliding part and second sliding part, thereby realize its folding or expand, with the different user demands that satisfy the user.
For example, referring to fig. 2, when the ironing board 1 is located at the left side of the main machine 3, the first sliding part may be welded or clamped or fixed on the front and back surfaces of the main machine 3 by fasteners such as screws, so as to facilitate the ironing board 1 to slide along the height direction of the main machine 3 under the sliding fit of the first sliding part and the second sliding part.
Illustratively, as an implementation manner of the present embodiment, the first sliding part may be, for example, a slide rail 4 extending in a height direction of the main machine 3, and the second sliding part is a slider 5 slidably engaged with the slide rail 4. In this embodiment, be slide rail 4 through setting up first sliding part, the second sliding part is slider 5 to realize ironing board 1 along the smooth and easy removal of the direction of height of host computer 3 through the cooperation of slide rail 4 with slider 5, be favorable to ironing board 1 to carry out corresponding expansion or folding operation.
Alternatively, in another embodiment, the first sliding portion may be a slide rail extending in the height direction of the main unit 3, and the second sliding portion may be a pulley sliding along the slide rail.
Referring to fig. 4-2 and 10, in this embodiment, two sliding rails 4 may be provided, two sliding rails 4 are respectively provided on two opposite sides of the host 3, and the sliding blocks 5 correspond to the sliding rails 4 one by one. That is, the front and the back of the main body 3 are respectively provided with a sliding rail 4, and the two sliding blocks 5 slide on the corresponding sliding rails 4, so that the moving process of the ironing board 1 moving along the height direction of the main body 3 is smoother.
For example, the sliding rail 4 may be fixed to the main body 3 by a fastener such as a screw, or the sliding rail 4 may be welded or adhered to the main body 3.
In some embodiments, the sliding rail 4 may be arranged to extend in a direction from the bottom of the host 3 to the top of the host 3, and the top of the sliding rail 4 is at a higher height than the top of the host 3. Through setting up the top of slide rail 4 protrusion in host computer 3, the benefit of design this way lies in can providing the removal space that ironing board 1 moved along the direction of height of host computer 3, can realize when existing to be favorable to ironing board 1 to fold that the one end of ironing board 1 is in the position that is close to the bottom of host computer 3 in order to reduce the whole volume after folding, and is favorable to ensuring that ironing board 1 fully expands in order to be in horizontal position when ironing board 1 moves towards the top of host computer 3 to the condition that slider 5 has moved to the top of host computer 3 and ironing board 1 has not been in horizontal position appears.
In some embodiments, as shown with reference to figure 2, the second sliding portion is provided with a locking link 6, the locking link 6 being rotatably connected with the ironing board 1; the ironing board 1 has a first locking 11 thereon, the first locking 11 being adapted to be connected with the locking connection 6 for locking the ironing board 1 when the ironing board 1 is in the folded state. That is, as shown in fig. 6-1 and 6-2, when the ironing board 1 is folded and folded at one side of the main machine 3, in order to prevent the ironing board 1 from rotating and affecting storage and accommodation of the ironing apparatus, the first locking member 11 on the ironing board 1 may be connected to the locking connecting member 6 on the second sliding portion, so as to limit the rotation of the ironing board 1, thereby completing the locking of the ironing board 1.
Accordingly, a second locking member 31 is provided on the main machine 3, the second locking member 31 being adapted to be connected with the locking connection 6 when the ironing board 1 is in the unfolded state, so as to lock the ironing board 1. That is, referring to fig. 2 and 3, when the ironing board 1 is unfolded and in the unfolded state, the ironing board 1 is in a horizontal position as a whole, in order to avoid the ironing board 1 from rotating and causing a tilting tendency to use, the locking connector 6 on the second sliding part may be connected with the second locking member 31 on the main machine 3, so as to complete the locking of the ironing board 1, and at this time, the support rod assembly 21, the ironing board 1 and the main machine 3 form a stable triangular stable structure, so as to ensure that the ironing board 1 is stably in the unfolded state.
In summary, in the embodiment, the ironing board 1 can be connected to the locking connector 6 through the first locking member 11 when being folded, so that the ironing board 1 can be reliably locked, and the ironing board 1 is prevented from rotating relative to the main machine 3, thereby affecting the folding storage of the ironing apparatus. Through setting up ironing board 1 and can be connected with locking connecting piece 6 through second locking piece 31 when the expansion state to can lock ironing board 1, prevent that ironing board 1 from taking place to rotate and leading to its positional stability not good influence user to iron the operation.
The structure of the locking between the particular ironing board 1 and the locking connection 6 may be: the locking link 6 has a first locking hole 61, and the first locking member 11 has a first locking shaft 111 movable toward and away from the first locking hole 61, so that the first locking shaft 111 can be inserted into the first locking hole 61 to lock the ironing board 1, or the first locking shaft 111 can be removed from the first locking hole 61 to unlock the ironing board 1.
For example, when the ironing board 1 is in the folded state and needs to be locked, the first locking shaft 111 on the first locking member 11 can be moved toward the position close to the first locking hole 61 and extend into the first locking hole 61, and the locking connecting member 6 is connected to the first locking member 11, so as to complete the locking of the ironing board 1, and at this time, the ironing board 1 cannot be rotated. When the ironing board 1 needs to be unfolded, the ironing board 1 needs to be unlocked at this time, the first locking shaft 111 on the first locking member 11 can be moved towards the direction away from the first locking hole 61 and moved out of the first locking hole 61, at this time, the locking connecting member 6 is not connected with the first locking member 11, so that the unlocking of the ironing board 1 is completed, and at this time, the ironing board 1 can be rotated.
The specific locking structure between the locking connector 6 and the host 3 may be: for example, when the ironing board 1 is in the unfolded state and needs to be locked, the second locking shaft 311 of the second locking member 31 can be moved towards the second locking hole 62 and extend into the second locking hole 62, and the locking connecting member 6 is connected to the second locking member 31, so as to complete the locking of the ironing board 1, and the ironing board 1 cannot be rotated. When the ironing board 1 needs to be folded, the locking of the ironing board 1 needs to be released at this time, the second locking shaft 311 on the second locking member 31 can be moved towards the direction away from the second locking hole 62 and moved out of the second locking hole 62, at this time, the locking connecting member 6 is not connected with the second locking member 31, so that the unlocking of the locking of the ironing board 1 is completed, and at this time, the ironing board 1 can be rotated so as to perform subsequent folding operation.
Through the above structure, the ironing apparatus provided by this embodiment can stretch the first locking shaft 111 into the first locking hole 61 when the ironing board 1 is in the folded state, so as to realize reliable locking of the ironing board 1, and can stretch the second locking shaft 311 into the second locking hole 62 when the ironing board 1 is in the unfolded state, so as to realize reliable locking of the ironing board 1 for the user to perform ironing operation.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a second locking member 31 may be provided on the top of the main body 3. Generally, the ironing board 1 is located at the top position of the main machine 3 when the ironing board 1 is in the unfolded position, and the second locking member 31 is disposed at the top of the main machine 3, so that the ironing board 1 can be reliably locked by connecting the second locking member 31 and the locking connection member 6 when the ironing board 1 is in the unfolded state, and the ironing board 1 is prevented from rotating.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the locking link 6 is provided on the second sliding part, the ironing board link 12 is provided on the ironing board 1, and the locking link 6 and the ironing board link 12 are rotatably connected; the projection of the pivotal connection point of the locking link 6 and the ironing board link 12 in the horizontal direction is located outside the main frame 3. That is, referring to fig. 2, the projection of the pivotal connection point of the locking link 6 and the ironing board link 12 in the x direction is located outside the main frame 3.
Specifically, the ironing board connecting member 12 may be fixed to the ironing board 1 by a fastener such as a screw, or the ironing board connecting member 12 may be fixed to the ironing board 1 by bonding or welding.
In addition, the projection of the rotation connection point D of the locking connection piece 6 and the ironing board connection piece 12 in the horizontal direction is arranged outside the main machine 3, so that the ironing board 1 can be integrally folded at one side of the main machine 3 when being folded, and the whole volume of the folded ironing device is small so as to be convenient to store.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the main body 3 has a first limit structure thereon, and the first limit structure is used for sliding-fitting with the second sliding part when the ironing board 1 is in the unfolded state, so as to limit the movement of the ironing board 1 along the height direction of the main body 3.
That is to say, the first limiting structure can play a role in positioning or prompting the sliding of the second sliding portion, when the second sliding portion slides to be matched with the first limiting structure, it is indicated that the ironing board 1 has moved to the unfolded state shown in fig. 2, and at this time, the ironing board 1 is limited to continue moving through the matching of the second sliding portion and the first limiting structure, so as to ensure that the ironing board 1 can accurately move to be in the unfolded state, so that the ironing operation can be performed by the user.
Illustratively, the first limit structure includes a limit rib 32 provided on the host 3 and protruding in a direction away from the host 3.
When the second sliding part slides to abut on the limiting convex rib 32, the ironing board 1 is completely unfolded at this time, and the ironing board 1 is in the horizontal unfolding position shown in fig. 2, at this time, the limiting convex rib 32 can prevent the second sliding part from continuously sliding upwards.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the host 3 includes a base 33 and a body 34; the main body 34 is disposed on the base 33, and the main body 34 can move toward or away from the base 33; the ironing board 1 and the folding support means 2 are both connected to the main body 34.
In the above technical solution, the main machine 3 is provided with the base 33 and the main body 34, the ironing board 1 and the folding supporting mechanism 2 are connected with the main body 34, and the main body 34 can move along the direction close to or far away from the base 33, so that the height between the ironing board 1 and the base 33 can be adjusted, and the ironing board is suitable for the requirements of users with different heights.
During specific implementation, the electric push rod 35 can be arranged in the base 33, the fixed end of the electric push rod 35 is connected with the base 33, and the movable end of the electric push rod 35 is connected with the main body 34, so that the main body 34 can be driven to move along the height direction of the base 33, and stepless adjustment of the height of the ironing board 1 can be achieved.
Further, one side of the ironing board 1 close to the folding supporting mechanism 2 is provided with a containing groove 13, and when the ironing board 1 is in a folded state, the folding supporting mechanism 2 is at least partially located in the containing groove 13, so that the whole volume of the ironing device after the ironing board 1 is folded is further reduced, and the storage space is saved.
In this embodiment, the process of switching the ironing device from the folded state to the unfolded state is as follows:
first, referring to fig. 6-1 and 6-2, when the ironing board 1 is in a folded state, the ironing board 1 is completely folded and folded at the left side of the main machine 3, at this time, the first locking shaft 111 of the first locking piece 11 on the ironing board 1 extends into the first locking hole 61 of the locking connection piece 6, the second locking shaft 311 of the second locking piece 31 on the main machine 3 moves out of the second locking hole 62 of the locking connection piece 6, at this time, the ironing board 1 cannot rotate relative to the main machine 3, and the ironing board 1 is in a locked state.
Next, the ironing board 1 starts to be unfolded, firstly, the power cord of the ironing apparatus is connected and the ironing apparatus is started, the electric control system of the ironing apparatus starts the telescopic member 213 of the supporting rod assembly 21, and the second supporting member 212 and the ironing board 1 are driven to be lifted up to the set height by the extension of the telescopic member 213, and the position state of the ironing board 1 is shown in fig. 5-1, fig. 5-2 and fig. 5-3.
Then, the first locking shaft 111 of the first locking member 11 of the ironing board 1 is moved out of the first locking hole 61 of the locking link 6, at which time the locking of the ironing board 1 is released and the ironing board 1 can be rotated with respect to the main body 3. At this time, the ironing board 1 can be pushed obliquely downward by hand, the sliding block 5 slides upward along the sliding rail 4, and simultaneously the ironing board 1 rotates counterclockwise around the rotation connection point D of the ironing board connecting member 12 and the locking connecting member 6.
At this time, the telescopic member 213 is in a non-activated state, the number of freedom degrees of movement of the ironing apparatus is 1, during the movement process of manually pushing the ironing board 1 obliquely downward, the first supporting member 211, the telescopic member 213, and the second supporting member 212 simultaneously rotate counterclockwise around the rotation connection point a of the supporting rod assembly 21 and the main machine 3, and the third supporting member 22 simultaneously rotates clockwise around the rotation connection point C of the third supporting member 22 and the supporting rod assembly 21, so that when the ironing board 1 moves until the sliding block 5 contacts with the limiting convex rib 32 of the main body 34, the ironing board 1 is unfolded until the ironing board 1 is in an unfolded state (as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3).
Then, when the ironing board 1 is rotated to be in the unfolded state, the second locking shaft 311 of the second locking member 31 on the main body 3 is pressed at this time, so that the second locking shaft 311 is extended into the second locking hole 62 of the locking link 6, achieving the reliable locking of the ironing board 1.
It should be noted that in this embodiment, a micro switch or an infrared sensor may be disposed at the position of the limit protruding rib 32 of the main machine 3, and when the slider 5 moves to contact with the limit protruding rib 32, the micro switch or the infrared sensor may automatically trigger the second locking shaft 311 to extend into the second locking hole 62 of the locking connector 6, so as to lock the ironing board 1.
Through the above process, the ironing board 1 is switched from the folded state to the unfolded state. When the ironing board 1 is unfolded, the height of the ironing board 1 can be adjusted according to the height of the user. The specific process is as follows:
after the ironing board 1 is in the unfolded state and locked, the height of the ironing board 1 is the initial design height at this time, and the height of the ironing board 1 can be adjusted according to the height of the user. Specifically, the electric push rod 35 is started, and the electric push rod 35 is lifted to jack the main body 34; meanwhile, as the ironing board 1 is locked with the main body 34 of the main machine 3 through the second locking member 31, and the first supporting member 211 is hinged with the main machine 3 at the point a, the ironing board 1, the main machine 3, the first supporting member 211, the telescopic member 213 and the second supporting member 212 form a triangular mechanism, so that the triangular mechanism has good stability, the ironing board 1 can keep a horizontal posture and lift up along with the main body 34, and the electric push rod 35 is closed after the ironing board 1 rises to a required height; during this process the third support 22 rotates anticlockwise around point C, providing a reliable support for the ironing board 1.
Accordingly, the process of switching the ironing apparatus from the unfolded state to the folded state is:
first, the ironing board 1 is lowered to the initial design height, the specific process is:
the electric push rod 35 is started, the electric push rod 35 retracts, the main body 34 is driven to descend, the ironing board 1 horizontally descends along with the descending of the main body 34, and meanwhile the third supporting piece 22 rotates clockwise around the point C, so that reliable supporting is provided for the ironing board 1. From this, this ironing board 1 can realize the stepless regulation of level, and goes up and down and drive by electric putter 35, and is steady, convenient and safe.
Referring to fig. 2, the ironing board 1 is in the unfolded state at this time, and the second locking shaft 311 is extended into the second locking hole 62 of the locking link 6, at which time the ironing board 1 is locked.
Then, the second locking shaft 311 is moved out of the second locking hole 62 to unlock the ironing board 1, and the ironing board 1 can be rotated. At the moment, the number of the freedom degrees of the movement of the ironing device is 1, then, a pressing pressure is applied to one side of the ironing board 1 close to the main machine 3, the locking connecting piece 6 moves downwards under the sliding of the sliding block 5, and the ironing board 1 is driven to rotate around the point D. Meanwhile, since the telescopic member 213 and the electric handspike 35 are both in the non-activated state, the first support 211, the telescopic member 213, the second support 212 and the third support 22 will be folded back synchronously during the movement of the ironing board 1. The first support 211, the telescopic member 213 and the second support 212 rotate clockwise around the point a, and the third support 22 rotates counterclockwise around the point C, as shown in fig. 4.
Then, when the ironing board 1 is folded back to the designated position (as shown in fig. 5-1, 5-2 and 5-3), the first locking shaft 111 of the first locking member 11 is pressed such that the first locking shaft 111 protrudes into the first locking hole 61 of the locking link 6, thereby achieving the locking of the ironing table.
Finally, the retractable member 213 is started, the retractable member 213 retracts to drive the second supporting member 212, the ironing board 1, the locking connecting member 6 and the sliding block 5 to move downwards to the designated position (as shown in fig. 6-1 and 6-2), and at this time, the ironing board 1 further moves downwards under the retractable action of the retractable member 213, so that the overall height of the folded ironing device is smaller and the folded ironing device is convenient to store.
It should be noted that a sensing device such as a microswitch may be provided on the first locking hole 61 of the locking link 6 or the first locking shaft 111 of the first locking member 11, and the retraction of the extensible member 213 is automatically triggered after the first locking shaft 111 is extended into the first locking hole 61 to lock the ironing board 1.
It should be noted that, in the ironing apparatus of this embodiment, in the process of unfolding or folding the ironing board 1, only the ironing board 1 needs to be pushed by pressing manually, and the folding supporting mechanism 2 can be linked to perform corresponding movement, so as to complete the folding or unfolding operation, and therefore, the unfolding or folding process of the ironing board 1 of the ironing apparatus of this embodiment is a single-step folding or single-step unfolding, which is more convenient for the user to operate.
Example two
Referring to fig. 1 to 10, the present embodiment provides an ironing apparatus including an ironing board 1, a folding support mechanism 2, and a main machine 3.
In this embodiment, through being located the homonymy of host computer 3 with folding supporting mechanism 2 and ironing board 1, folding supporting mechanism 2 includes strut assembly 21 and support piece 22, and ironing board 1's one end and host computer 3 rotatable coupling just can follow the direction of height of host computer 3 and remove, so that ironing board 1's the other end can move in order to be the expansion state towards the direction of keeping away from host computer 3, or move in order to be fold condition towards the direction that is close to host computer 3, can be so that ironing board 1 can switch between expansion state and fold condition, thereby can accomodate when depositing with ironing board 1 folding in order to save parking space when needs.
Referring to fig. 1, the supporting member 22 is the third supporting member 22 in the above embodiment, and both are the same component.
Specifically, referring to the left-right direction shown in fig. 2, the right end of the ironing board 1 is rotatably connected to the main machine 3, and the ironing board 1 can move along the height direction of the main machine 3, so that the left end of the ironing board 1 can move towards the direction away from the main machine 3, so that the ironing board 1 is in the unfolded state shown in fig. 2 and 3, and at this time, the ironing board 1 is in the horizontal state, so that a user can conveniently iron on the ironing board 1. Or, the left end of the ironing board 1 can move towards the direction close to the main machine 3, so that the ironing board 1 can be in a folded state as shown in fig. 6-1 and 6-2, at this time, the ironing board 1 is folded at the left side surface of the main machine 3, at this time, the whole volume of the ironing device is small, and the storage space can be saved.
More specifically, when the ironing board 1 in the folded state needs to be unfolded, the left end of the ironing board 1 can move towards the direction away from the main machine 3, at this time, the ironing board 1 rotates counterclockwise around the rotation connection point of the ironing board 1 and the main machine 3, and at the same time, the ironing board 1 moves upward along the height direction of the main machine 3, so that the ironing board 1 is switched from the folded state shown in fig. 6-1 to the unfolded state shown in fig. 2.
In addition, in the folding process of the ironing board 1, as shown in fig. 6-1 to 2, one end of the ironing board 1 moves downwards from the top of the main machine 3 to a preset position (refer to the position shown in fig. 5-1, that is, in the process that the ironing board 1 moves from the unfolded state to the one side of the main machine 3 and does not move to the bottom of the main machine 3 yet) along the height direction of the main machine 3, during the folding process, an included angle a between the supporting rod assembly 21 and the ironing board 1 and an included angle b between the supporting rod assembly 21 and the supporting piece 22 are gradually reduced, so that the ironing board 1 can be reliably supported by the supporting rod assembly 21 and the supporting piece 22 in the folding process of the ironing board 1, the problem that the ironing board 1 is unreliable in support and laborious in support due to manpower is avoided, and the folding process is convenient.
Further, the included angle a between the supporting rod assembly 21 and the ironing board 1 and the included angle b between the supporting rod assembly 21 and the supporting member 22 can be set to decrease synchronously, so that the supporting rod assembly 21 and the supporting member 22 can support the ironing board 1 more stably and reliably.
Accordingly, when the ironing board 1 in the unfolded state needs to be folded, the left end of the ironing board 1 can be moved toward a direction close to the main machine 3, and at this time, the ironing board 1 rotates clockwise around the rotation connection point of the ironing board 1 and the main machine 3, and at the same time, the ironing board 1 moves downward along the height direction of the main machine 3, so that the ironing board 1 is switched from the unfolded state shown in fig. 2 to the folded state shown in fig. 6-1.
In summary, the ironing apparatus provided in this embodiment can realize that the ironing board 1 can be folded with respect to the main machine 3 so as to be accommodated or unfolded with respect to the main machine 3 so as to perform the ironing operation by rotatably connecting one end of the ironing board 1 with the main machine 3 and moving the ironing board along the height direction of the main machine 3. Through the arrangement of the supporting rod assembly 21 and the supporting piece 22, which are respectively rotatably connected with the main machine 3 and the ironing board 1, the ironing board 1 can be reliably supported when the ironing board 1 is unfolded relative to the main machine 3, so that the ironing operation of a user is facilitated.
In addition, the supporting rod assembly 21, the supporting piece 22 and the ironing board 1 are arranged on the same side of the main machine 3, so that the ironing board 1, the supporting rod assembly 21, the supporting piece 22 and the main machine 3 are arranged in a left-right mode, and the whole volume of the ironing device which is folded and can be integrally folded on one side of the main machine 3 is small after the ironing board 1 is folded, and the storage space of the ironing device is further saved.
In addition, in some embodiments, the supporting rod assembly 21 can axially extend and retract, so that when the ironing board 1 is folded relative to the main machine 3 and is folded to one side of the main machine 3, the supporting rod assembly 21 can axially retract, so that the ironing board 1 further moves toward the bottom of the main machine 3, so as to further reduce the overall volume of the ironing apparatus after the ironing board 1 is folded.
The folding process as well as the unfolding process of the specific ironing board 1 will be explained in detail below.
The following will exemplify the related structure of the ironing apparatus by taking the ironing board 1 shown in fig. 2 located on the left side of the main machine 3 as an example, but it should not be limited that the ironing board 1 can be only arranged on the left side of the main machine 3, and in other examples, the ironing board 1 can also be arranged on the front side, the rear side, or the right side of the main machine 3.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the rotational connection point of the support rod assembly 21 to the main unit 3 may be located at or near the bottom of the main unit 3. Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the rotation connection point of the support rod assembly 21 and the main frame 3 is a, and the rotation connection point a is located at the bottom of the main frame 3 or near the bottom of the main frame 3. That is, referring to the left-right direction shown in fig. 2, the rotation connection point a of the right end of the supporting bar assembly 21 and the main machine 3 is located at the bottom of the main machine 3 or is disposed near the bottom of the main machine 3, so that the supporting bar assembly 21 has a longer axial length under the condition that the rotation connection point B of the supporting bar assembly 21 and the ironing board 1 is determined, and thus the reliable support of the ironing board 1 by the supporting bar assembly 21 can be improved.
In addition, the rotation connection point a of the supporting rod assembly 21 and the main machine 3 is located at the bottom of the main machine 3 or a position close to the bottom of the main machine 3, so that a moving space along the height direction of the main machine 3 can be provided for the ironing board 1 when the ironing board 1 is folded, which is beneficial to enabling one end (specifically, the right end of the ironing board 1 in fig. 2) of the ironing board 1 rotatably connected with the main machine 3 to be closer to the bottom of the main machine 3 when the ironing board 1 moves towards the bottom of the main machine 3, and further enabling the whole volume of the ironing device to be smaller when the ironing board 1 is completely folded and folded at one side of the main machine 3, so as to reduce the storage space of the ironing device.
In some embodiments, the pivotal connection point of the support bar assembly 21 to the ironing board 1 is located at an end of the ironing board 1 remote from the main machine 3.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the rotation connection point B of the support rod assembly 21 and the ironing board 1 is located at an end of the ironing board 1 far from the main machine 3. That is, referring to the left-right direction shown in fig. 2, the rotation connection point B of the left end of the support bar assembly 21 to the ironing board 1 is located at or near the left end of the ironing board 1.
In this embodiment, the rotation connection point of the supporting rod assembly 21 and the ironing board 1 is located at the end of the ironing board 1 far away from the main machine 3, so that the ironing board 1 can be supported more reliably, and the problem that the stability of the ironing board 1 is not good and the ironing operation of a user is affected due to the overlarge length of the suspension part of the ironing board 1 far away from the main machine 3 is avoided.
Referring to fig. 1-3, in some embodiments, support rod assembly 21 includes a first support 211, a second support 212, and an axially telescoping member 213. The telescopic member 213 may be, for example, an electric telescopic member 213, which is electrically connected to an electronic control system of the ironing apparatus to complete the starting or stopping of the telescopic member 213. For example, the first support 211, the second support 212, and the telescopic member 213 may have a rod-shaped structure, or may have a plate-shaped structure.
Wherein, one end of the first supporting member 211 is rotatably connected to the main body 3, one end of the telescopic member 213 is connected to the other end of the first supporting member 211, one end of the second supporting member 212 is connected to the other end of the telescopic member 213, and the other end of the second supporting member 212 is rotatably connected to the ironing board 1.
Specifically, referring to the left-right direction shown in fig. 2, the right end of the first supporting member 211 is rotatably connected to the main machine 3, a rotation connection point of the right end of the first supporting member 211 and the main machine 3 is a, the right end of the telescopic member 213 is connected to the left end of the first supporting member 211, the right end of the second supporting member 212 is connected to the left end of the telescopic member 213, the left end of the second supporting member 212 is rotatably connected to the ironing board 1, and a rotation connection point of the left end of the second supporting member 212 and the ironing board 1 is B.
In this embodiment, by providing the supporting rod assembly 21 including the first supporting member 211, the second supporting member 212 and the axially retractable telescopic member 213, when the ironing board 1 is folded relative to the main body 3 and is folded to one side of the main body 3, the telescopic member 213 can axially retract, so that the ironing board 1 further moves toward the bottom of the main body 3, and the overall volume of the ironing apparatus after the ironing board 1 is folded is further reduced.
In addition, in the process of unfolding the ironing board 1 relative to the main machine 3, the expansion piece 213 can be axially extended at first, so that the ironing board 1 can be lifted by a certain height relative to the main machine 3, and a user can press the ironing board 1 conveniently, thereby facilitating the rotation of the ironing board 1 relative to the main machine 3 and the movement along the height direction of the main machine 3, so as to realize the unfolding.
In this embodiment, the rotation connection point C between the supporting member 22 and the supporting rod assembly 21 may be located at the center of the supporting rod assembly 21 in the axial direction, so that the linkage between the supporting member 22 and the supporting rod assembly 21 is smoother, and the stability of the linkage structure formed by the supporting member 22 and the supporting rod assembly 21 is stronger, thereby realizing reliable support of the ironing board 1. For example, the support 22 may have a rod shape or a plate shape.
In addition, a roller 23 may be disposed at an end of the supporting member 22 away from the supporting rod assembly 21, so that when the supporting member 22 and the supporting rod assembly 21 are linked to move the supporting member 22 along the bearing surface, the moving process of the supporting member 22 is smoother.
In some embodiments, the main machine 3 is provided with a first sliding part, one end of the ironing board 1 is rotatably connected with a second sliding part, and the first sliding part and the second sliding part are in sliding fit, so that the ironing board 1 can slide along the height direction of the main machine 3 (refer to the y direction shown in fig. 2). That is to say, through setting up the first sliding part that has on the host computer 3, the one end swivelling joint of ironing board 1 has the second sliding part with first sliding part complex to make ironing board 1 can slide along the direction of height of host computer 3 under the mating reaction of first sliding part and second sliding part, thereby realize its folding or expand, with the different user demands that satisfy the user.
For example, referring to fig. 2, when the ironing board 1 is located at the left side of the main machine 3, the first sliding part may be welded or clamped or fixed on the front and back surfaces of the main machine 3 by fasteners such as screws, so as to facilitate the ironing board 1 to slide along the height direction of the main machine 3 under the sliding fit of the first sliding part and the second sliding part.
Illustratively, as an implementation manner of the present embodiment, the first sliding part may be, for example, a slide rail 4 extending in a height direction of the main machine 3, and the second sliding part is a slider 5 slidably engaged with the slide rail 4. In this embodiment, be slide rail 4 through setting up first sliding part, the second sliding part is slider 5 to realize ironing board 1 along the smooth and easy removal of the direction of height of host computer 3 through the cooperation of slide rail 4 with slider 5, be favorable to ironing board 1 to carry out corresponding expansion or folding operation.
Alternatively, in another embodiment, the first sliding portion may be a slide rail extending in the height direction of the main unit 3, and the second sliding portion may be a pulley sliding along the slide rail.
Referring to fig. 4-2 and 10, in the present embodiment, two sliding rails 4 may be provided, two sliding rails 4 are respectively provided on two opposite sides of the host 3, and the sliding blocks 5 are in one-to-one correspondence with the sliding rails 4. That is, the front and the back of the main body 3 are respectively provided with a slide rail 4, and the two slide blocks 5 slide on the corresponding slide rails 4, so that the moving process of the ironing board 1 moving along the height direction of the main body 3 is smoother.
Illustratively, the sliding rail 4 may be fixed to the main body 3 by a fastener such as a screw, or the sliding rail 4 may be welded or bonded to the main body 3.
In some embodiments, the sliding rail 4 may be arranged to extend in a direction from the bottom of the host 3 to the top of the host 3, and the top of the sliding rail 4 is at a higher height than the top of the host 3. Through setting up the top of slide rail 4 protrusion in host computer 3, the benefit of design this way lies in can providing the removal space that ironing board 1 moved along the direction of height of host computer 3, can realize when existing to be favorable to ironing board 1 to fold that the one end of ironing board 1 is in the position that is close to the bottom of host computer 3 in order to reduce the whole volume after folding, and is favorable to ensuring that ironing board 1 fully expands in order to be in horizontal position when ironing board 1 moves towards the top of host computer 3 to the condition that slider 5 has moved to the top of host computer 3 and ironing board 1 has not been in horizontal position appears.
In some embodiments, as shown with reference to figure 2, the second sliding portion is provided with a locking link 6, the locking link 6 being rotatably connected with the ironing board 1; the ironing board 1 has a first locking 11 thereon, the first locking 11 being adapted to be connected with the locking connection 6 for locking the ironing board 1 when the ironing board 1 is in the folded state. That is, as shown in fig. 6-1 and 6-2, when the ironing board 1 is folded and folded at one side of the main machine 3, in order to prevent the ironing board 1 from rotating and affecting storage and accommodation of the ironing apparatus, the first locking member 11 on the ironing board 1 may be connected to the locking connecting member 6 on the second sliding portion, so as to limit the rotation of the ironing board 1, thereby completing the locking of the ironing board 1.
Accordingly, a second locking member 31 is provided on the main machine 3, the second locking member 31 being adapted to be connected with the locking connection 6 when the ironing board 1 is in the unfolded state, so as to lock the ironing board 1. That is, referring to fig. 2 and 3, when the ironing board 1 is unfolded and in the unfolded state, the ironing board 1 is in a horizontal position as a whole, in order to avoid the ironing board 1 from rotating and causing a tilting tendency to use, the locking connector 6 on the second sliding part may be connected with the second locking member 31 on the main machine 3, so as to complete the locking of the ironing board 1, and at this time, the support rod assembly 21, the ironing board 1 and the main machine 3 form a stable triangular stable structure, so as to ensure that the ironing board 1 is stably in the unfolded state.
In summary, in the embodiment, the ironing board 1 can be connected to the locking connector 6 through the first locking member 11 when being folded, so that the ironing board 1 can be reliably locked, and the ironing board 1 is prevented from rotating relative to the main machine 3, thereby affecting the folding storage of the ironing apparatus. Through setting up ironing board 1 and can be connected with locking connecting piece 6 through second locking piece 31 when the expansion state to can lock ironing board 1, prevent that ironing board 1 from taking place to rotate and leading to its positional stability not good influence user to iron the operation.

Then, when the ironing board 1 is rotated to be in the unfolded state, the second locking shaft 311 of the second locking member 31 on the main machine 3 is pressed at this time, so that the second locking shaft 311 is extended into the second locking hole 62 of the locking connection member 6, and the reliable locking of the ironing board 1 is achieved.
It should be noted that in this embodiment, a micro switch or an infrared sensor may be disposed at the position of the limit protruding rib 32 of the main machine 3, and when the slider 5 moves to contact with the limit protruding rib 32, the micro switch or the infrared sensor may automatically trigger the second locking shaft 311 to extend into the second locking hole 62 of the locking connector 6, so as to lock the ironing board 1.

Finally, the retractable member 213 is started, the retractable member 213 retracts to drive the second supporting member 212, the ironing board 1, the locking connecting member 6 and the sliding block 5 to move downwards to the designated position (as shown in fig. 6-1 and 6-2), and at this time, the ironing board 1 further moves downwards under the retractable action of the retractable member 213, so that the overall height of the folded ironing device is smaller and the folded ironing device is convenient to store.
