Detailed Description
In order that the above objects, features and advantages of embodiments of the invention may be more clearly understood, a further description of aspects of embodiments of the invention will be provided below. It should be noted that, without conflict, the embodiments of the present invention and features in the embodiments may be combined with each other.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of embodiments of the invention, but embodiments of the invention may be practiced otherwise than as described herein; it should be apparent that the embodiments in the specification are only some, but not all, of the embodiments of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 13, the present embodiment provides an ironing apparatus, which may be, for example, an apparatus capable of performing an ironing operation, such as a table ironing machine or a garment ironing machine. In particular, the ironing device comprises an ironing board 1, a folding support mechanism 2 and a main machine 3.
In actual use, the ironing board 1 mainly serves as an operating platform for a user to deposit garments or the like to be ironed on the ironing board 1 for subsequent ironing of the garments. However, in order to allow a user to iron an object waiting for ironing from a garment, which is laid flat on the ironing board 1, the overall size of the ironing board 1 is large, thus resulting in a large volume of the whole ironing apparatus, which is inconvenient to store. The main unit 3 is mainly used for installing an electric control system, a water tank and the like of the ironing device.
Therefore, in this embodiment, by locating the folding support mechanism 2 and the ironing board 1 on the same side of the main machine 3, and the ironing board 1 has one end rotatably connected to the main machine 3 and movable along the height direction of the main machine 3, the folding support mechanism 2 includes the first support member 21 and the second support member 24, one end of the first support member 21 is rotatably connected to the other end of the ironing board 1, the other end of the first support member 21 is rotatably connected to the main machine 3, one end of the second support member 24 is rotatably connected to the first support member 21, and the other end of the second support member 24 is movable on a carrying surface for carrying the ironing device, so that the other end of the ironing board 1 can be moved in a direction away from the main machine 3 to be in an unfolded state, or in a direction approaching to the main machine 3 to be in a folded state, that is, the ironing board 1 can be switched between the unfolded state and the folded state, so that the ironing board 1 can be folded when storage is required to save storage space.
When the ironing board 1 is in the unfolded state, during the process that one end of the ironing board 1 moves down to a target position along the height direction of the main machine 3 (the target position may be that one end of the ironing board 1 moves from the top of the main machine 3 to the bottom of the main machine 3 along the height direction of the main machine 3, and the ironing board 1 is not folded on one side of the main machine 3, as shown in fig. 4-2), the included angle b between the second supporting member 24 and the first supporting member 21 is reduced, and after one end of the ironing board 1 moves to the target position, during the process that the ironing board 1 rotates towards the direction approaching the main machine 3 by taking the rotation connection point of the ironing board 1 and the main machine 3 as the rotation center, the included angle b between the second supporting member 24 and the first supporting member 21 is gradually reduced, so that the ironing board 1 is in the folded state (as shown in fig. 5-1, one end of the ironing board 1 moves to the bottom of the main machine 3 and is folded on one side of the main machine 3).
The gradual decrease of the angle b between the second support 24 and the first support 21, here, to the point where the ironing board 1 is in the folded state, may be explained in particular as: the angle b between the second support 24 and the first support 21 may for example be reduced to 0 when the ironing board 1 is moved to the folded state, or the angle b between the second support 24 and the first support 21 may be reduced to any angle larger than 0 when the ironing board 1 is moved to the folded state, which may be a user-defined angle that facilitates storage and placement, for example, when the position of the ironing device placed by the user has a certain inclined plane, the angle b between the second support 24 and the first support 21 may be different from 0 even when the ironing board 1 is in the folded state, so as to be more adapted to the placement position of the ironing device.
Specifically, referring to the left-right direction shown in fig. 2, the right end of the ironing board 1 is rotatably connected with the main unit 3, the rotational connection point of the ironing board 1 and the main unit 3 is D, and the ironing board 1 can move along the height direction of the main unit 3, so that the left end of the ironing board 1 can move towards the direction away from the main unit 3, so that the ironing board 1 is in the unfolded state as shown in fig. 2 and 3, and at this time, the ironing board 1 is in the horizontal state, so that the user can conveniently perform the ironing operation on the ironing board 1. Or, the left end of the ironing board 1 can move towards the direction approaching the main machine 3, so that the ironing board 1 can be in a folded state as shown in fig. 5-1 to 5-3, the ironing board 1 is folded on the left side surface of the main machine 3, and the whole size of the ironing device is smaller, so that the storage space can be saved.
More specifically, when the ironing board 1 in the folded state needs to be unfolded, the left end of the ironing board 1 can be moved towards a direction away from the main machine 3, and at this time, the ironing board 1 rotates counterclockwise around the rotation connection point of the ironing board 1 and the main machine 3, and at the same time, the ironing board 1 moves upwards along the height direction of the main machine 3, so that the ironing board 1 is switched from the folded state shown in fig. 5-1 to 5-3 to the unfolded state shown in fig. 2.
Accordingly, when it is desired to fold the ironing board 1 in the unfolded state, the left end of the ironing board 1 may be moved in a direction approaching the main unit 3 at this time, and at this time, the ironing board 1 is rotated clockwise about the rotational connection point of the ironing board 1 and the main unit 3, and at the same time, the ironing board 1 is moved downward in the height direction of the main unit 3, so that the ironing board 1 is switched from the unfolded state as shown in fig. 2 to the folded state as shown in fig. 5-1.
In summary, according to the ironing device provided in the present embodiment, by enabling one end of the ironing board 1 to be rotatably connected with the main machine 3 and capable of moving along the height direction of the main machine 3, the ironing board 1 can be folded relative to the main machine 3 so as to be convenient for storage or unfolded relative to the main machine 3 for ironing operation. Through setting up the rotatable connection of one end of first support piece 21 and the other end of ironing board 1, the other end and the host computer 3 rotatable connection of first support piece 21 to can realize expanding or folding in-process at ironing board 1 and carry out reliable support to ironing board 1, in order to avoid supporting unreliable and supporting laborious problem that leads to ironing board 1 through the manpower.
In addition, through setting up folding supporting mechanism 2 and ironing board 1 at the homonymy of host computer 3 to realize ironing board 1, folding supporting mechanism 2 and host computer 3 are left and right layout, thereby can make ironing board 1 fold the back and wholly draw in the whole volume of ironing device behind the realization folding in one side of host computer 3 less, in order to further save its parking space.
In particular, the process of moving one end of the ironing board 1 downward to the target position along the height direction of the main machine 3 includes: one end of the ironing board 1 moves downward along the height direction of the main machine 3 to an intermediate preset position (the intermediate preset position is a position where one end of the ironing board 1 is located between the top and the bottom of the main machine 3, that is, one end of the ironing board 1 does not move to the bottom of the main machine 3, and the ironing board 1 is not folded on one side of the main machine 3), and then moves from the intermediate preset position to a target position.
Wherein the angle b between the second support 24 and the first support 21 gradually decreases during the downward movement of one end of the ironing board 1 to the intermediate preset position. It should be noted that, the decrease may be that the included angle B between the first support 21 and the second support 24 always gradually decreases during the process of moving the one end of the ironing board 1 downward to the middle preset position, or may be that the included angle B between the first support 21 and the second support 24 first increases instantaneously and then gradually decreases during the process of moving the one end of the ironing board 1 downward to the middle preset position, which is related to an instantaneous inertia force of the ironing board 1 subjected to the downward pressing force.
Wherein, in the process that one end of the ironing board 1 moves from the middle preset position to the target position, the included angle b between the second supporting piece 24 and the first supporting piece 21 is kept unchanged, and the included angle a between the first supporting piece 21 and the ironing board 1 is reduced, so that the ironing board 1 can be reliably and stably supported by the first supporting piece 21 and the second supporting piece 24 in the folding process of the ironing board 1.
In some embodiments, in the process that one end of the ironing board 1 moves from the middle preset position to the target position, the included angle a between the first supporting member 21 and the ironing board 1 may be reduced to 0, so that the first supporting member 21 and the ironing board 1 are folded, and then the ironing board 1 and the main machine 3 are folded, so that the folded volume of the whole ironing device is further reduced.
In other embodiments, the included angle a between the first support 21 and the ironing board 1 is reduced to be not 0, that is, to be any angle greater than 0, in the process that one end of the ironing board 1 moves from the middle preset position to the target position, so that the first support 21 and the ironing board 1 are not completely folded, and then the first support 21 and the ironing board 1 are completely folded in the process that the ironing board 1 and the host 3 are completely folded.
In some embodiments, in the process that the ironing board 1 rotates towards the direction close to the main machine 3 by taking the rotation connection point of the ironing board 1 and the main machine 3 as the rotation center, the included angle b between the second supporting piece 24 and the first supporting piece 21 can be gradually reduced to 0, so that the ironing board 1 is in a folded state, and therefore the ironing board 1 can be reliably and stably supported through the first supporting piece 21 and the second supporting piece 24 in the process that the ironing board 1 is folded, and the folding of the ironing board 1 is simpler, more convenient and more reliable, and the folded volume of the whole ironing device is further reduced.
The first support 21 may be a rod-like structure or a plate-like structure, for example.
In some embodiments, as shown with reference to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the rotational connection point of the first support 21 with the host 3 may be located at or near the bottom of the host 3.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the rotational connection point a of the first support member 21 and the main unit 3 is located at the bottom of the main unit 3 or near the bottom of the main unit 3.
That is, referring to the left-right direction shown in fig. 2, the rotational connection point a of the right end of the first support 21 with the main body 3 is located at the bottom of the main body 3 or near the bottom of the main body 3, so that the first support 21 can have a long axial length in case that the rotational connection point B of the first support 21 with the ironing board 1 is determined, thereby promoting reliable support of the ironing board 1 by the first support 21.
In addition, by setting the rotational connection point a of the first support 21 and the main machine 3 to be located at the bottom of the main machine 3 or at a position close to the bottom of the main machine 3, a moving space along the height direction of the main machine 3 when the ironing board 1 is folded can be provided, which is beneficial to the fact that one end (specifically, the right end of the ironing board 1 in fig. 2) of the ironing board 1, which is rotatably connected with the main machine 3, can be closer to the bottom of the main machine 3 when moving towards the bottom of the main machine 3, and then the ironing board 1 is fully folded and folded at one side of the main machine 3, the whole volume of the ironing device is smaller, so as to reduce the storage space thereof.
In some embodiments, the rotational connection point between the first support 21 and the ironing board 1 is movable along the length of the ironing board 1.
Specifically, in the process that the ironing board 1 moves from the unfolded state to the folded state, the rotating connection point of the first supporting piece 21 and the ironing board 1 moves along the ironing board 1 in the direction away from the main machine 3, so that the whole ironing device has more freedom of movement when being folded, and further, the length of the first supporting piece 21 and the position of the corresponding rotatable connection point have fewer constraints to be met, so that the whole volume of the ironing board 1 after being folded is smaller.
In some embodiments, the ironing board 1 is further provided with a telescopic assembly 22 which is telescopic along the length direction of the ironing board 1, the telescopic assembly 22 is provided with a movable end and a fixed end, the fixed end is connected with the ironing board 1, and one end of the first supporting piece 21 is rotatably connected with the movable end.
Through setting up the rotatable connection of the expansion member 21 and the expansion member 22, thereby realize that the rotation tie point of first support 21 and expansion member 22 can follow ironing device's length direction and remove, thereby make whole ironing device more in the degree of freedom of movement when folding, and then make the length of first support 21 and the constraint that the position of corresponding rotatable tie point needs to satisfy less, thereby make the whole volume after ironing board 1 is folded less.
In some embodiments, the rotational connection point of the first support 21 to the telescopic assembly 22 is located at the end of the telescopic assembly 22 remote from the host 3.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the rotational connection point B of the first support member 21 and the telescopic assembly 22 is located at an end of the telescopic assembly 22 away from the host 3. That is, referring to the left-right direction shown in fig. 2, the rotational connection point B of the left end of the first support 21 and the telescopic assembly 22 is located at the left end of the telescopic assembly 22 or near the left end of the ironing board 1.
In this embodiment, the rotating connection point of the first supporting element 21 and the telescopic component 22 is located at one side, far away from the host computer 3, of the telescopic component 22, so that the ironing board 1 can be supported more reliably, and the problem that the stability of the ironing board 1 is poor and the ironing operation of a user is affected due to the fact that the length of the suspension portion of one side, far away from the host computer 3, of the ironing board 1 is too large is avoided.
Referring to fig. 2, the telescopic component 22 may be specifically disposed at the bottom or the side wall of the ironing board 1, and the left end of the first support member 21 is rotatably connected with the movable end of the telescopic component 22, so that the rotational connection point B of the first support member 21 and the telescopic component 22 can move along the length direction of the ironing board 1, so that the whole ironing device has more freedom of movement when being folded, and further the length of the folding support mechanism 2 and the constraint to be satisfied by the position of the corresponding rotatable connection point are less, so that the whole volume of the ironing board 1 after being folded is smaller.
Illustratively, the telescoping assembly 22 may be a telescoping rail or telescoping cylinder, or the like. The telescoping assembly 22 may be secured to the ironing board 1 by fasteners such as screws or the like or welded or adhesively secured to the ironing board 1.
In particular, referring to fig. 2, 12-1 and 12-2, as an implementation manner of the present embodiment, the telescopic assembly 22 includes a telescopic outer rail 221 and a telescopic inner rail 222 disposed in the telescopic outer rail 221, one end of the telescopic outer rail 221 close to the main machine 3 forms a fixed end, one end of the telescopic inner rail 222 far away from the main machine 3 forms a movable end, and the telescopic inner rail 222 can move along the length direction of the ironing board 1 relative to the telescopic outer rail 221.
That is, the telescopic inner rail 222 may move in the x direction as shown in fig. 2 with respect to the telescopic outer rail 221, and the movable end of the telescopic inner rail 222 is rotatably connected to the first support member 21, so that the first support member 21 rotatably connected thereto is driven to move in the x direction when the telescopic inner rail 222 moves in the x direction, so that the position of the rotational connection point B of the telescopic inner rail 222 is changed in the x direction.
In this embodiment, the telescopic outer rail 221 is fixed on the ironing board 1 by fasteners such as screws, and the number of screws may be plural, so as to improve the connection reliability between the telescopic outer rail 221 and the ironing board 1.
In this embodiment, by setting the telescopic assembly 22 including the telescopic outer rail 221 and the telescopic inner rail 222, the telescopic inner rail 222 can move relative to the telescopic outer rail 221 so as to drive the first support member 21 connected with the telescopic inner rail 222 to move along the length direction of the ironing board 1, so that the rotational connection point B between the first support member 21 and the telescopic assembly 22 can smoothly move along the length direction of the ironing board 1, so that the overall size of the ironing device after the subsequent folding of the ironing board 1 is smaller.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the end of the telescopic inner rail 222 remote from the main unit 3 has a telescopic link 223, and the telescopic link 223 is rotatably connected to the first support 21. That is, the left end of the telescopic inner rail 222 is fixedly connected to the telescopic link 223, and the left end of the first support 21 is rotatably connected to the telescopic link 223. In this embodiment, the telescopic connection 223 is additionally provided, so that the rotatable connection between the telescopic inner rail 222 and the first support 21 is indirectly realized through the telescopic connection 223.
In some embodiments, the ironing board 1 is provided with a sliding block capable of sliding along the length direction of the ironing board 1, and one end of the first supporting piece 21 is rotatably connected with the sliding block, so that a rotating connection point of the first supporting piece 21 and the sliding block can move along the length direction of the ironing device, the whole ironing device has more freedom of movement when being folded, and the length of the first supporting piece 21 and the position of the corresponding rotatable connection point are less in constraint to be met, so that the whole volume of the ironing board 1 after being folded is smaller.
Referring to fig. 1 to 13, in some embodiments, the folding support mechanism 2 further comprises a second support 24, one end of the second support 24 being rotatably connected to the first support 21, the other end of the second support 24 being movable on a carrying surface for carrying the ironing device. By providing the second support 24 rotatably connected to the first support 21 and being movable on the carrying surface, the second support 24 and the first support 21 together form a stable and mutually coupled folding support mechanism 2, which can serve to reliably support the ironing board 1 when the ironing board 1 is unfolded and in the unfolded position.
More specifically, in this embodiment, the rotational connection point C between the second support 24 and the first support 21 may be disposed at the center of the first support 21 in the axial direction, so that the linkage between the second support 24 and the first support 21 is smoother, and the stability of the linkage structure formed by the second support 24 and the first support 21 is stronger, so as to achieve reliable support of the ironing board 1.
In addition, a roller 23 may be disposed at an end of the second support 24 away from the first support 21, so that when the second support 24 is linked with the first support 21 to move the second support 24 along the bearing surface, the movement process of the second support 24 is smoother.
In some embodiments, a first sliding portion is provided on the main machine 3, and a second sliding portion is rotatably connected to one end of the ironing board 1, and the first sliding portion and the second sliding portion are in sliding fit, so that the ironing board 1 can slide along the height direction (refer to the y direction shown in fig. 2) of the main machine 3. That is, by providing the main body 3 with the first sliding portion, one end of the ironing board 1 is rotatably connected with the second sliding portion matched with the first sliding portion, so that the ironing board 1 can slide along the height direction of the main body 3 under the matching action of the first sliding portion and the second sliding portion, thereby realizing folding or unfolding of the ironing board, and meeting different use requirements of users.
In some embodiments, when the ironing board 1 is in the unfolded state, the ironing board 1 can slide along the height direction of the main machine 3, so that the height adjustment of the ironing board 1 is realized, and the requirements of users with different heights are met.
In particular, when the ironing board 1 slides upwards along the height direction of the main machine 3, the second supporting member 24 rotates towards the direction close to the main machine 3, and when the ironing board 1 slides downwards along the height direction of the main machine 3, the second supporting member 24 rotates towards the direction far away from the main machine 3, so that reliable support is provided for the ironing board 1 through the second supporting member 24 and the ironing board 1 is ensured to be in a horizontal state, and ironing operation is facilitated.
For example, referring to fig. 2, when the ironing board 1 is positioned at the left side of the main unit 3, the first sliding portion may be welded or fastened to the front and back sides of the main unit 3 by means of fasteners such as screws, so that the ironing board 1 is conveniently slid along the height direction of the main unit 3 under the sliding fit of the first sliding portion and the second sliding portion.
As an implementation manner of the present embodiment, for example, the first sliding portion may be a sliding rail 4 extending in the height direction of the host computer 3, and the second sliding portion may be a slider 5 slidingly engaged with the sliding rail 4. In this embodiment, the first sliding portion is the sliding rail 4, and the second sliding portion is the sliding block 5, so that smooth movement of the ironing board 1 along the height direction of the host 3 is realized through cooperation of the sliding rail 4 and the sliding block 5, which is beneficial to corresponding unfolding or folding operation of the ironing board 1.
Alternatively, in other embodiments, the first sliding portion may be a slide rail 4 extending in the height direction of the host computer 3, and the second sliding portion may be a pulley that slides along the slide rail 4.
Referring to fig. 4-2 and 13, in this embodiment, two sliding rails 4 may be provided, where two sliding rails 4 are separately provided on opposite sides of the host 3, and the sliding blocks 5 are in one-to-one correspondence with the sliding rails 4. That is, one slide rail 4 is respectively provided on the front and the back of the main unit 3, and the two sliding blocks 5 slide on the corresponding slide rails 4, so that the moving process of the ironing board 1 when moving along the height direction of the main unit 3 is smoother.
The slide rail 4 may be fixed to the main body 3 by a fastener such as a screw, or the slide rail 4 may be welded or adhered to the main body 3.
In some embodiments, the sliding rail 4 may be arranged to extend from the bottom of the main machine 3 to the top of the main machine 3, and the height of the top of the sliding rail 4 is higher than the height of the top of the main machine 3, and by arranging the sliding rail 4 to protrude from the top of the main machine 3, this design has the advantage of providing a moving space for the ironing board 1 to move along the height direction of the main machine 3, which is beneficial to realizing that one end of the ironing board 1 is located near the bottom of the main machine 3 when the ironing board 1 is folded so as to reduce the overall volume after folding, and ensuring that the ironing board 1 is fully unfolded so as to be in a horizontal position when the ironing board 1 moves towards the top of the main machine 3, so as to avoid the situation that the sliding block 5 has moved to the top of the main machine 3 and the ironing board 1 is not yet in the horizontal position.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2, the second sliding portion is provided with a locking connection 6, the locking connection 6 being rotatably connected with the ironing board 1; the ironing board 1 is provided with a first locking member 11, the first locking member 11 being adapted to being connected with the locking connection 6 for locking the ironing board 1 when the ironing board 1 is in a folded or unfolded state.
That is, as shown with reference to fig. 2 to 5-3, when the ironing board 1 is folded and folded at one side of the main body 3, in order to prevent the ironing board 1 from rotating to affect the storage and accommodation of the ironing apparatus, the first locking piece 11 on the ironing board 1 may be connected with the locking connecting piece 6 on the second sliding portion, thereby restricting the ironing board 1 from rotating, and thus completing the locking of the ironing board 1. Or to lock the ironing board 1 when the ironing board 1 is in the unfolded state as shown in figure 3.
Accordingly, the main machine 3 is provided with a second locking member 31, the second locking member 31 being adapted to be connected with the locking connection 6 for locking the ironing board 1 when the ironing board 1 is in the unfolded state. That is, as shown with reference to fig. 2 and 3, when the ironing board 1 is unfolded and is in the unfolded state, at this time, the ironing board 1 is in the horizontal position as a whole, in order to avoid the ironing board 1 rotating and causing tilting tendency, the locking connector 6 on the second sliding portion may be connected with the second locking connector 31 on the main machine 3, and the first locking connector 11 on the ironing board 1 is connected with the locking connector 6, thereby completing the locking of the ironing board 1, at this time, the first supporting member 21, the ironing board 1 and the main machine 3 form a stable triangle-shaped stable structure, thereby ensuring that the ironing board 1 is stably in the unfolded state.
In summary, in this embodiment, by providing that the ironing board 1 can be connected with the locking connector 6 through the first locking member 11 when in the folded state or the unfolded state, the ironing board 1 can be reliably locked, and the ironing board 1 is prevented from rotating relative to the main machine 3, so that the folding storage of the ironing device is affected. Through setting up ironing board 1 can be connected with locking connecting piece 6 through second locking piece 31 when the state of expanding, and first locking piece 11 is connected with locking connecting piece 6 to can lock ironing board 1, prevent that ironing board 1 from taking place to rotate and leading to its position stability not good influence user to carry out ironing operation.
The structure of the locking between the specific ironing board 1 and the locking connection 6 may be: the locking connection 6 has a first locking hole 61 thereon, and the first locking member 11 has a first locking shaft 111 thereon that is movable toward and away from the first locking hole 61, such that the first locking shaft 111 may be inserted into the first locking hole 61 to lock the ironing board 1, or such that the first locking shaft 111 may be removed from the first locking hole 61 to unlock the ironing board 1.
For example, when the ironing board 1 is in a folded state or an unfolded state and needs to be locked, the first locking shaft 111 on the first locking member 11 can be moved towards the position close to the first locking hole 61 and extend into the first locking hole 61, and the locking connecting member 6 is connected with the first locking member 11, so that the ironing board 1 is locked, and the ironing board 1 cannot rotate. When the ironing board 1 needs to be unfolded, the locking of the ironing board 1 needs to be released, the first locking shaft 111 on the first locking piece 11 can be moved away from the first locking hole 61 and moved out of the first locking hole 61, the locking connecting piece 6 is not connected with the first locking piece 11, so that the unlocking of the ironing board 1 is completed, and the ironing board 1 can be rotated.
The specific structure of the lock between the locking connector 6 and the host 3 may be: for example, when the ironing board 1 is in the unfolded state and needs to be locked, the second locking shaft 311 on the second locking member 31 can be moved towards the position close to the second locking hole 62 and extend into the second locking hole 62, and the locking connecting member 6 is connected with the second locking member 31, so that the ironing board 1 is locked, and the ironing board 1 cannot rotate. When the ironing board 1 needs to be folded, the locking of the ironing board 1 needs to be released at this time, the second locking shaft 311 on the second locking member 31 can be moved away from the second locking hole 62 and moved out of the second locking hole 62, at this time, the locking connecting member 6 is not connected with the second locking member 31, so that the release of the locking of the ironing board 1 is completed, at this time, the ironing board 1 can be rotated to facilitate the subsequent folding operation.
With the above structure, the ironing device provided in this embodiment can extend the first locking shaft 111 into the first locking hole 61 when the ironing board 1 is in the folded state or the unfolded state, so as to achieve reliable locking of the ironing board 1, and can extend the second locking shaft 311 into the second locking hole 62 when the ironing board 1 is in the unfolded state, so as to achieve reliable locking of the ironing board 1 for ironing operation by a user.
That is, when the ironing board 1 is in the folded state, only the first locking member 11 is connected with the locking connection member 6 to lock the ironing board 1; the ironing board 1 is simultaneously connected to the locking connection 6 by the first locking member 11 and the second locking member 31 is connected to the locking connection 6 for locking the ironing board 1 when the ironing board 1 is in the unfolded state, which is designed for a degree of freedom of the folding or unfolding process of the present embodiment of 2 (described below), and therefore the unfolded state requires simultaneous locking by the first locking member 11 and the second locking member 31.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 2, a second locking member 31 may be provided at the top of the main body 3. By arranging the second locking member 31 on top of the main machine 3, it is achieved that the ironing board 1 is normally positioned at the top of the main machine 3 when the ironing board 1 is in the unfolded state, and the ironing board 1 is reliably locked against rotation by the connection of the second locking member 31 with the locking connection 6 when the ironing board 1 is in the unfolded state.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the second sliding portion is provided with a locking connection 6, the ironing board 1 is provided with an ironing board connection 12, and the locking connection 6 and the ironing board connection 12 are rotatably connected; the projection of the rotational connection point of the locking connection 6 and the ironing board connection 12 in the horizontal direction is located outside the main machine 3, i.e. the projection of the rotational connection point of the locking connection 6 and the ironing board connection 12 in the x-direction is located outside the main machine 3 as shown with reference to fig. 2.
In particular, the ironing board connector 12 may be fixed to the ironing board 1 by means of fasteners, such as screws, or the ironing board connector 12 may be glued or welded to the ironing board 1.
In addition, the projection of the rotation connection point D of the locking connection piece 6 and the ironing board connection piece 12 in the horizontal direction is positioned on the outer side of the main machine 3, so that the ironing board 1 can be folded on one side of the main machine 3 integrally when being folded, and the folded ironing device is small in overall size, so that the ironing board is convenient to store.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the main machine 3 has a first limiting structure thereon, and the first limiting structure is configured to cooperate with the second sliding portion when the ironing board 1 is in the unfolded state, so as to limit the movement of the ironing board 1 along the height direction of the main machine 3.
That is, the first limiting structure may play a role in positioning or prompting the sliding of the second sliding portion, when the second sliding portion slides to be matched with the first limiting structure, it is explained that the ironing board 1 has moved to the unfolded state as shown in fig. 2, and the ironing board 1 is limited to move continuously through the matching of the second sliding portion and the first limiting structure, so as to ensure that the ironing board 1 can move to the unfolded state accurately for the user to perform ironing operation.
The first limit structure includes, for example, a limit rib 32 provided on the main body 3 and protruding in a direction away from the main body 3.
When the second sliding portion slides to abut against the limit bead 32, at which point the ironing board 1 has been fully unfolded, at which point the ironing board 1 is in the horizontally unfolded state as shown in fig. 2, at which point the limit bead 32 may prevent the second sliding portion from continuing to slide upwards.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 9 to 11-2, the ironing board connector 12 is provided with a second limiting structure, the locking connector 6 is provided with a third limiting structure, the third limiting structure is used for being matched with the second limiting structure when the ironing board 1 is in the unfolded state so as to limit the ironing board 1 to rotate, and the second limiting structure and the third limiting structure are arranged to play a role in positioning or prompting, when the second limiting structure and the third limiting structure are matched, the ironing board 1 is illustrated to be in the unfolded state and to be in the horizontal position at the moment, and then a user can perform ironing operation.
Specifically, the second limiting structure comprises a first limiting protrusion 121 arranged on the ironing board connecting piece 12 and deviating from the protrusion of the ironing board connecting piece 12, the third limiting structure comprises a second limiting protrusion 63 arranged on the locking connecting piece 6 and deviating from the protrusion of the locking connecting piece 6, and the first limiting protrusion 121 is abutted with the second limiting protrusion 63 so as to limit the rotation of the ironing board 1.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the host 3 includes a base 33 and a body 34; the ironing board 1 and the folding supporting mechanism 2 are both connected with the main body 34, the main body 34 is arranged on the base 33, and when the ironing board 1 is in an unfolded state, the main body 34 can move along the height direction of the base 33 relative to the base 33, and the main body 34 is locked to different height positions through the locking piece, so that the ironing board 1 is positioned to different height positions, and the ironing board 1 is ensured to be in a horizontal state, so that ironing operation is facilitated.
That is, by providing that the main body 3 includes the base 33 and the main body 34, the ironing board 1 and the folding supporting mechanism 2 are connected with the main body 34, and the main body 34 can be moved in a direction toward approaching or separating from the base 33, so that the adjustment of the height between the ironing board 1 and the base 33 can be realized, thereby being suitable for the needs of users of different heights. The locking member may be a locking pin or a shackle, for example.
In particular, an electric push rod 35 can be arranged in the base 33, the fixed end of the electric push rod 35 is connected with the base 33, and the movable end of the electric push rod 35 is connected with the main body 34, so that the main body 34 can be driven to move along the height direction of the base 33, and the height of the ironing board 1 can be adjusted steplessly.
Further, a first accommodating groove 13 is formed in one side of the ironing board 1 facing the folding support mechanism 2, and when the ironing board 1 is in the folded state, the first support piece 21 is at least partially located in the first accommodating groove 13, so that the whole volume of the ironing device after the ironing board 1 is folded is further reduced, and a storage space is saved.
Further, the second supporting member 24 is provided with a second accommodating groove, and in the process of moving the ironing board 1 from the unfolded state to the folded state, the first supporting member 21 is firstly accommodated in the first accommodating groove 13, and the groove wall of the second accommodating groove is then accommodated between the outer wall of the first supporting member 21 and the groove wall of the first accommodating groove 13.
That is, after the ironing board 1 is completely folded, the first supporting member 21 is first received in the first receiving groove 13, and the second supporting member 24 is received in the gap between the groove wall of the first receiving groove 13 and the outer wall of the first supporting member 21, so that the overall volume of the ironing device after the ironing board 1 is folded is further reduced, and the storage or folding space is saved.
The folding and unfolding process of the ironing device will be described in detail below:
the unfolding process for the ironing board 1 is specifically as follows:
referring to fig. 5-1 to 5-3, the ironing board 1 is in a folded state, wherein the first locking shaft 111 of the first locking member 11 on the ironing board 1 extends into the first locking hole 61 of the locking connector 6, and the second locking shaft 311 of the second locking member 31 on the main unit 3 moves out of the second locking hole 62 of the locking connector 6, and wherein the ironing board 1 cannot rotate relative to the main unit 3, and the ironing board 1 is in a locked state.
When the ironing board 1 needs to be unfolded for ironing, the first locking shaft 111 of the first locking piece 11 on the ironing board 1 is moved out of the first locking hole 61 of the locking connection piece 6, and at this time, the locking of the ironing board 1 is released, and the ironing board 1 can rotate relative to the main machine 3.
After that, the second supporting member 24 is pushed in the horizontal direction, the second supporting member 24 rotates clockwise around the point C relative to the first supporting member 21 under the driving of the horizontal movement of the roller 23, and the first supporting member 21 rotates counterclockwise around the point a relative to the main body 34 under the driving of the rotation of the second supporting member 24 (as shown in fig. 4).
Then by manually pushing the ironing board 1 obliquely downwards, the slider 5 slides upwards along the slide rail 4 and the telescopic inner rail 222 of the telescopic assembly 22 continues to slide in the direction retracted to the telescopic outer rail 221, while the ironing board 1 rotates anticlockwise about point D, so that the ironing board 1 moves until the locking connection 6 is in contact with the limit bead 32 of the main machine 3 and the first limit protrusion 121 of the connecting plate of the ironing board 1 is in contact with the second limit protrusion 63 of the locking connection 6 (as shown in fig. 3 and 11-1, 11-2), at which time the ironing board 1 is unfolded until the ironing board 1 is in a horizontal state (as shown in fig. 2 and 3).
Then, when the ironing board 1 is turned to be in the unfolded state, the second locking shaft 311 of the second locking member 31 on the main machine 3 is pressed at this time, so that the second locking shaft 311 extends into the second locking hole 62 of the locking connection member 6, and simultaneously the first locking member 11 on the ironing board connection member 12 is pressed, so that the first locking shaft 111 of the first locking member 11 extends into the first locking hole 61 of the locking connection member 6, thereby realizing reliable locking of the ironing board 1.
It should be noted that in this embodiment, a micro switch or an infrared sensor may be disposed at the position of the limit rib 32 and the first limit protrusion 121 of the main machine 3, and when the slider 5 moves to contact with the limit rib 32, the micro switch or the infrared sensor may automatically trigger the second locking shaft 311 to extend into the second locking hole 62 of the locking connector 6 to lock the ironing board 1.
In addition, a micro switch or an infrared sensor and the like can be arranged at the position of the first limiting protrusion 121 of the ironing board connecting piece 12, and when the locking connecting piece 6 is contacted with the limiting rib 32 of the host computer 3 and the first limiting protrusion 121 of the ironing board 1 connecting plate is contacted with the second limiting protrusion 63 of the locking connecting piece 6 through the electronic control module of the ironing device, the first locking shaft 111 and the second locking shaft 311 are automatically triggered to extend into the corresponding first locking hole 61 and the second locking hole 62, so that the ironing board 1 is locked.
Through the above procedure, the ironing board 1 is completed being switched from the folded state to the unfolded state. When the ironing board 1 is unfolded, the height of the ironing board 1 can be adjusted according to the height of the user. The specific process is as follows:
after the ironing board 1 is unfolded and locked, the height of the ironing board 1 is now the initial design height, and the height of the ironing board 1 can be adjusted according to the height of the user.
When the ironing board 1 is required to be lifted, the electric push rod 35 is started, and the main body 34 is jacked up by lifting the electric push rod 35; meanwhile, since the ironing board 1 is locked with the main body 34 by the first locking member 11 and the second locking member 31, the first supporting member 21 is hinged with the telescopic connecting member 223 and the main body 34 at the point B and the point a, respectively, and the second supporting member 24 is hinged with the first supporting member 21 at the point C, the ironing board 1, the first supporting member 21, the telescopic connecting member 223, the telescopic assembly 22 and the second supporting member 24 will constitute a triangle mechanism, thereby having good stability, so that the ironing board 1 can be lifted up along with the main body 34 while maintaining a horizontal posture.
The electric push rod 35 is turned off after the ironing board 1 is raised to a desired height. In this process, the first supporting member 21 rotates clockwise around the point B while the telescopic inner rail 222 of the telescopic assembly 22 slides in the direction of retracting the telescopic outer rail 221, and the second supporting member 24 rotates counterclockwise around the point C under the driving of the first supporting member 21, so as to provide reliable support for the ironing board 1.
Accordingly, the ironing device is switched from the unfolded state to the folded state by the following steps:
firstly, the ironing board 1 is lowered to an initial design height, and the specific process is as follows:
when the ironing board 1 needs to be lowered, the electric push rod 35 is started, the telescopic inner rail 222 of the telescopic assembly 22 is retracted, the main body 34 is driven to descend, the ironing board 1 descends horizontally along with the descending of the main body 34, meanwhile, the first supporting piece 21 rotates anticlockwise around the point B, the telescopic inner rail 222 of the telescopic assembly 22 slides along the direction extending out of the telescopic outer rail 221, and the second supporting piece 24 rotates clockwise around the point C under the driving of the first supporting piece 21, so that reliable support is provided for the ironing board 1. Therefore, the ironing board 1 can realize stepless adjustment of the horizontal height, and the lifting is driven by the electric push rod 35, so that the ironing board is stable, convenient and safe.
Then, at this time, the second locking shaft 311 of the second locking member 31 on the main unit 3 is pressed such that the second locking shaft 311 is moved out of the second locking hole 62 of the locking connection member 6, and simultaneously the first locking member 11 on the ironing board connection member 12 is pressed such that the first locking shaft 111 of the first locking member 11 is moved out of the first locking hole 61 of the locking connection member 6, thereby unlocking the ironing board 1.
Then, pressing force is applied to the side, close to the main body 34, of the ironing board 1, and the sliding locking connecting piece 6 moves downwards under the sliding action of the sliding block 5, so that the ironing board 1 is driven to rotate around the point D until the sliding block 5 contacts with the limiting ribs 32 on the main body 34, and the limiting ribs 32 prevent the sliding block 5 from sliding downwards (as shown in fig. 4-1).
The ironing board 1 and the second support 24 are then pushed horizontally, causing the ironing board 1 to rotate clockwise about point D, the telescopic inner rail 222 of the telescopic assembly 22 slides in a direction extending out of the telescopic outer rail 221, the first support 21 rotates counter-clockwise about point B with respect to the ironing board 1, and the ironing board 1, the first support 21 and the second support 24 are all folded to be nearly vertical (as shown in fig. 5-1).
Pressing the second locking shaft 311 of the second locking member 31 on the main machine 3 causes the second locking shaft 311 to extend into the second locking hole 62 of the locking connection 6, and the whole ironing board 1 achieves locking.
In this embodiment, sensing devices such as micro switches may be disposed on the first support 21, the second support 24 and the ironing board 1, and when the ironing board 1 is folded, the electronic control module of the ironing device automatically triggers the first locking shaft 111 to extend so as to realize automatic locking of the ironing table when the ironing board is folded and stored.
It should be noted that, in the ironing device of the present embodiment, during the process of unfolding or folding the ironing board 1, the second supporting member 24 needs to be pushed horizontally first, and then the ironing board 1 is pushed down manually to link the folding supporting mechanism 2 to perform corresponding movement, so as to complete the folding or unfolding operation, so that the ironing board 1 of the ironing device of the present embodiment is folded in two steps or unfolded in two steps, thereby being more convenient for the user to operate.
In addition, in the present embodiment, since the folding or unfolding process is two-step folding, the degree of freedom of movement of the whole ironing device is 2 in the two-step folding process. In the actual design test process, constraint conditions (such as initial and final folding or lifting postures and position requirements of each rotating connection point) are set to solve equations to solve the lengths of the supporting pieces and the positions of the rotating connection points, and the less the degree of freedom of movement is, the more constraint equations need to be satisfied for the lengths of the supporting pieces of the folding supporting mechanism 2 and the positions of the rotating connection points under the same conditions, the more the degree of freedom of movement is 2, and the less constraints are satisfied for the ironing device with the degree of freedom of movement being 1, so that the volume of the ironing device after final folding is smaller.
