However, most of the existing shoe washing machines have the problem of low shoe cleaning degree, and some shoe washing machines also have the problem of broken bristles, so that the user experience is poor.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The utility model aims to solve the technical problem, namely, solve the problem of low cleaning degree of the prior shoe washing machine.
In a first aspect, the present invention provides a washing assembly for a washing apparatus, the washing assembly comprising a pulsator, the pulsator comprising a wheel portion and a water-repelling portion provided on the wheel portion, the water-repelling portion being asymmetrically distributed in a size and/or shape and/or on the wheel portion.
The utility model provides a washing subassembly for washing equipment, set up on the rim plate part with asymmetric mode through the water portion of dialling with the impeller, when dialling the water portion and accompany the rim plate part when the drive of motor is moved down, the disturbance power that the water portion of dialling was applyed to the water is unbalanced to the impeller on the whole, so, the water receives this disturbance power can form the sinuous flow, the irregularity of sinuous flow is favorable to making treats the irregular rotation of washings in relative center of rotation is rotatory, thereby reach the mesh of upset, each face homoenergetic that makes the washings of treating can with the water, abundant contact friction such as brush, thereby promote clean effect.
The utility model discloses in, the mode that the water diversion part realized asymmetric distribution has the multiple. For example, when the water repellant portion includes a water repellant member, the water repellant member may be disposed at any suitable location on the wheel portion, such as away from or near the center of the wheel portion, or extending outward from the center of the wheel portion to the edge of the wheel portion, etc.; further, the shape may be regular or irregular, such as may be a bar, a wave, and the like. When the water-repelling portion comprises a plurality of water-repelling members, if the shapes of the water-repelling members are the same, the distribution of the water-repelling members on the wheel disc portion can be asymmetrical; if there is a difference in the shape, size, etc. of each water-repelling member, the spacing distances in the distribution may be the same or different, and when the spacing distances are the same, the shape, size, etc. may be different, etc.
It should be noted that the asymmetric mode in the present invention refers to an arrangement mode that the center of gravity of the pulsator (the wheel disk portion and the water-stirring portion are integrally formed) or the pulsator assembly (the wheel disk portion and the water-stirring portion are connected as an integral structure) does not coincide with the rotation center thereof, and includes some cases of non-central symmetry and non-axial symmetry, and also includes a case of axial symmetry but having only one axis of symmetry, such as the case of having only one water-stirring member as described above, the pulsator is symmetric with respect to the axis passing through the water-stirring member, but the center of gravity thereof is offset for the whole pulsator.
In some possible embodiments of the above washing assembly for a washing appliance, the water-repelling portion comprises a water-repelling member which is eccentrically disposed with respect to a center of the wheel portion.
When the water-stirring part only comprises one water-stirring component, the water-stirring component is eccentrically arranged relative to the center of the wheel disc part, so that when the impeller rotates, the disturbance force of the position of the water-stirring component on the water body is strong, the acceleration of the water body is large, and one side (relative to the wheel disc center) opposite to the water-stirring component is not provided with the water-stirring component, and the disturbance force of the impeller on the water body is realized only through the friction between the wheel disc part and the water body, so that turbulent flow is formed at the position close to the water-stirring component and impacts the to-be-washed objects from all directions, so that the to-be-washed objects realize irregular rotation while moving along with the water flow along the clockwise or counterclockwise direction, and the brush is continuously overturned, and the cleaning effect can be effectively improved.
It is understood that the structure of the water-repelling member can be realized in various manners, such as being in any suitable shape, such as a hemisphere, a semi-ellipsoid, a strip, a prism, etc., and moreover, the surface of the water-repelling member can be a corrugated surface, an arc surface, etc.

The water-stirring component is arranged into the strip-shaped water-stirring rib and is arranged in the direction extending outwards along the radial direction from the center of the wheel disk part, so that the water-stirring effect of the water-stirring rib can be fully exerted, and sufficient disturbance force is provided for the movement of the water body.
It should be noted that one end of the strip-shaped water-repellent rib may be close to the center of the wheel disc portion, or may be spaced from the center of the wheel disc portion by a certain distance. The other end of the strip-shaped water stirring rib can extend to the edge of the wheel disc part and can also be spaced from the edge of the wheel disc part by a certain distance. The surface shape of the strip-shaped water repellent rib can be any suitable shape, such as a rugged corrugated surface, a smooth transitional cambered surface and the like, as long as the water body is disturbed without damaging the to-be-washed objects.
In some possible embodiments of the above-described washing assembly for a washing appliance, the water-repelling portion comprises a plurality of water-repelling members, which are arranged on the wheel portion at least in a partially asymmetrical manner.
When the water-repelling portion includes a plurality of water-repelling members, there are a variety of arrangements. Set up a plurality of components of dialling water not only can promote the ability of dialling water, can be with the help of the eccentric degree of arranging the adjustment impeller of the component of dialling water moreover to be favorable to reducing rocking of impeller when realizing the differentiation water dialling.
The plurality of water repellant members may not only be asymmetrical in positional relationship but also asymmetrical in shape, size. The water-repelling members may be asymmetrical as a whole or partially asymmetrical. For example, in the case where the water-repelling members have the same size in the length direction and the width direction and are arranged in an annular array, the height of one end of one of the water-repelling members, which is far from the center of the wheel disc portion, is different from the height of one end of the other water-repelling member, which is far from the center of the wheel disc portion.
In some possible embodiments of the above washing assembly for a washing appliance, at least a portion of the plurality of water repelling members has a distance difference from a center of the wheel portion; and/or
At least a portion of the plurality of water repelling members has a distance difference from an edge of the wheel portion.
In some possible embodiments of the above-described washing assembly for a washing appliance, at least a portion of the plurality of water repelling members have different surface shapes.
For example, in one implementation, the water-repelling portion includes two water-repelling members, one of which has a hemispherical surface shape, and the other of which has a semi-ellipsoidal surface shape, and the water-repelling members of the hemispherical structure and the semi-ellipsoidal structure may be disposed on opposite sides of the center of the wheel portion, or one of them may be deflected by a certain angle.
In some possible embodiments of the above washing assembly for a washing apparatus, at least a portion of the plurality of water-repelling members has a height difference with respect to a height at which the wheel portion protrudes.
In some possible embodiments of the above-described washing assembly for a washing appliance, at least a portion of the plurality of water-repelling members has a different width than the other water-repelling members.
In some possible embodiments of the above-described washing assembly for a washing appliance, at least a portion of the plurality of water-repelling members may have a different length than the other water-repelling members.
In some possible embodiments of the above washing assembly for a washing appliance, the wheel portion is provided with a plurality of mounting locations, the number of the mounting locations being greater than the number of the water-repelling members, at least one of the mounting locations being asymmetrically distributed with respect to the other mounting locations, such that when the plurality of water-repelling members are mounted to the mounting locations, at least a portion of the plurality of water-repelling members are asymmetrically distributed.
The wheel disc part is provided with a plurality of mounting positions, at least one of the mounting positions is distributed in an asymmetrical mode relative to other mounting positions, and the number of the mounting positions is larger than that of the water-dialing members, so that the water-dialing members can be changed between a symmetrical state and an asymmetrical state by adjusting the mounting positions of the water-dialing members, and when the water-dialing members are mounted in a symmetrical structure, the water-dialing members are suitable for washing clothes, so that the clothes can be prevented from being wound due to the fact that the clothes move along with the water flow rule in the washing process; when changing the mounted position of part water distribution component for when water distribution component is in asymmetric installation state, be suitable for washing shoes, can make shoes overturn well under the effect of differentiation disturbance power, and then promote clean degree, can make this washing equipment possess multiple washing function simultaneously like this.
It should be noted that, a plurality of mounting positions detachably connected to the water-stirring member may be provided in the wheel disc portion in advance, and a user may remove the mounted water-stirring member and transfer the water-stirring member to another mounting position to change the position of the water-stirring member.
Alternatively, the mounting location may also be continuous, e.g. the mounting location has an arc-shaped slide track, and the water-repelling members may be transferred to other orientations under the guidance of the slide track, like a swinging motion.
In some possible embodiments of the above washing assembly for a washing apparatus, the water-repelling member is integrally formed or connected with the wheel portion as an integral structure.
It can be understood that the manner of connecting the water-stirring member and the wheel disc part into an integral structure can be clamping, inserting, interference fit connection, screw connection, bonding, combination of the above connection manners and the like.
In some possible embodiments of the above-mentioned washing assembly for a washing appliance, the water-repelling member is provided with a plurality of protrusions at least at a side remote from the wheel portion.
Through set up a plurality of archs on dialling the water component, not only can increase the vortex ability of dialling the water component, make moreover to dial the water component and also can possess certain clean ability, the washing ability that the cooperation brush can further promote washing equipment.
In some possible embodiments of the above-mentioned washing assembly for a washing apparatus, the plurality of protrusions are integrally formed or connected with the water-repelling member as an integral structure.
It will be appreciated that the plurality of projections may be integrally formed with the water dial member and further may be integrally formed with the wheel portion. Or a plurality of bulges can be connected with the water-stirring component into an integral structure. For example, a plurality of protrusions are formed on the substrate, the substrate is connected with the water-repellent component into an integral structure through various methods such as bonding, embedded connection and the like, and the protrusions and the substrate can be made through bonding or integral molding. The material of the bulge and the material of the water-repellent component can be the same or different. For example, the water-repelling component can be made of high-strength plastic or metal, and the protrusion can be made of high polymer materials such as silica gel, silicon rubber, rubber and the like.
The shape and arrangement of the projections are various. For example, the height and thickness of the plurality of protrusions may be the same or different, the material of the protrusions in different regions may be the same or different, and so on. Preferably, the projections are made as a cylindrical structure with smooth transitions of the end lines.
In some possible embodiments of the washing assembly for a washing apparatus described above, the washing assembly further includes a brush portion provided on the wheel portion or the water scooping portion.
It can be understood that the brush part can comprise one brush component or a plurality of brush components, the arrangement of the brush part should consider the arrangement position of the water-dispelling component, and the effective exertion of the differential water-dispelling capacity in the water-dispelling process needs to be ensured.
The hair brush part is arranged on the wheel disc part in a clamping manner, a screw connection manner, an adhesion manner, an interference fit manner or a combination of a plurality of connection manners. It will be appreciated that since the brush portion is a readily worn component, it is preferable that the brush portion is mounted in a manner that facilitates replacement.
The brush part is arranged on the water-stirring component, the brush hair can be directly implanted into the water-stirring component, or the brush hair can be implanted into the base body firstly, and then the base body is fixedly arranged on the water-stirring component.
In some possible embodiments of the washing assembly for a washing apparatus described above, the brush portion is provided on the wheel disc portion and includes at least one brush member including a plurality of segments arranged in a radial direction of the wheel disc portion, wherein a segment away from a center of the wheel disc portion has a greater brushing ability than a segment near the center of the wheel disc portion.
By arranging the brush component into a structure with different sections having different brushing capacities, when washing is carried out on shoes, because the hardness and the weight of a sole are often greater than those of a vamp, the outward probability of the sole is far greater than that of the vamp in the process that the shoes turn over along with water flow, and the brushing capacity of the section far away from a rotation center is greater than that of the section close to the rotation center through the brush, so that the vamp is mainly contacted with bristles with relatively weak washing capacity in the washing process, and the sole is mainly contacted with the bristles with relatively strong washing capacity, so that targeted washing is realized, the integral cleaning degree of the shoes can be improved, the risk of the bristles being broken can be reduced by properly enhancing the strength of the bristles in contact with the sole, and the service life of the brush is prolonged.
It is understood that the brushing ability of the brush is related to the material, size, etc. of the bristles, and when the same material is used, the thicker bristles have higher strength and hardness than the thinner bristles, so that the brushing ability of the bristles can be changed by changing the thickness of the bristles. In addition, when the diameters of the bristles are the same, the brushing ability of a brush formed by bristles having relatively greater hardness is greater than that of a brush formed by bristles having relatively less hardness. When the diameter and the material of the bristles are the same, the brushing capacity of the brush with longer bristles is smaller than that of the brush with shorter bristles. Further, various factors such as the thickness, length and material of the bristles can be combined to construct a brush member having different brushing abilities.
In some possible embodiments of the above-described washing assembly for a washing appliance, a bristle diameter of a section away from a center of the wheel portion is greater than a bristle diameter of a section near the center of the wheel portion.
In some possible embodiments of the above-described washing assembly for a washing appliance, the bristles of a section away from the center of the wheel portion are made of a material having a hardness greater than that of the bristles of a section close to the axis of the wheel portion.
In some possible embodiments of the above-described washing assembly for a washing appliance, the plurality of sections are arranged consecutively or at intervals.
It will be appreciated that the brush member may be of unitary or separate construction. When the brush member is of unitary construction, the bristles of the multiple sections may be continuous or spaced apart. If one brushing section is arranged on the same substrate every 5 cm, the brushing capacity of each brushing section is gradually enhanced along the outward direction of the center, or each brushing section is continuously arranged on the same substrate. Or the bristles of each section are planted on one base plate, the base plates are not connected, and the plurality of base plates and the bristles of the base plates form the brush component.
