Description

Washing device and washing assembly for washing device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of washing equipment, and particularly provides washing equipment and a washing assembly for the same.
Background
Washing devices such as washing machines, shoe washing machines, etc., have become almost one of the requisite appliances of modern households because of their ability to greatly facilitate the lives of users.
Taking a shoe washing machine as an example, the existing shoe washing machine adopts a pulsator structure, a plurality of water-stirring ribs are arranged on a wheel disc of the pulsator, water is stirred by uniformly distributed water-stirring ribs, shoes are driven to move in a washing barrel, and the shoes are contacted and rubbed with a hairbrush, so that a brushing effect is achieved.
However, most of the existing shoe washers have the problem of low cleaning degree of shoes, and part of the shoe washers also have the problem of scrubbing off bristles, so that the user experience is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention aims to solve the above technical problems, namely, the problem of low cleaning degree of the existing shoe washer.
In a first aspect, the present invention provides a washing assembly for a washing apparatus, the washing assembly comprising a pulsator, the pulsator comprising a rim portion and a water-deflector portion provided on the rim portion, the water-deflector portion being asymmetric in size and/or shape and/or distribution over the rim portion.
According to the washing component for the washing equipment, the water stirring part of the pulsator is arranged on the wheel disc part in an asymmetric mode, when the water stirring part moves along with the wheel disc part under the driving of the motor, the disturbing force applied by the water stirring part to the water body is unbalanced to the whole pulsator, so that the water body is disturbed by the disturbing force to form a turbulence, the irregular rotation of the object to be washed is facilitated while the object to be washed rotates relative to the rotation center, the overturning purpose is achieved, and all surfaces of the object to be washed can be fully contacted and rubbed with the water body, the hairbrush and the like, and the washing effect is improved.
In the invention, various modes for realizing asymmetric distribution of the water-shifting part are available. For example, when the water-repellent section includes a water-repellent member, the water-repellent member may be disposed at any suitable location on the wheel section, such as away from or near the center of the wheel section, or extending outwardly from the center of the wheel section to the rim of the wheel section, etc.; further, the shape thereof may be regular or irregular, such as may be stripe-shaped, corrugated, or the like. When the water-repellent section includes a plurality of water-repellent members, if the shape of each water-repellent member is the same, the distribution thereof on the wheel disk section may be asymmetric; if the parameters such as shape, size and the like are different in each water-shifting member, the interval distance in distribution can be the same or different, and when the interval distance is the same, the shape, size and the like can be different, and the like.
The asymmetric mode in the present invention refers to a mode in which the center of gravity of the pulsator (the wheel disc portion and the water-repellent portion are integrally formed) or the pulsator assembly (the wheel disc portion and the water-repellent portion are integrally connected) is not coincident with the rotation center thereof, and includes not only the case of non-central symmetry and non-axial symmetry but also the case of only one symmetry axis, such as the case of the above-described example of only one water-repellent member, the pulsator is symmetrical with respect to the axis passing through the water-repellent member, but the center of gravity thereof is offset with respect to the entire pulsator.
In some possible embodiments of the above washing assembly for a washing appliance, the water-repellent section comprises a water-repellent member, which is eccentrically disposed with respect to the center of the wheel section.
When the water-shifting part only comprises one water-shifting component, the water-shifting component is eccentrically arranged relative to the center of the wheel disc part, so that when the impeller rotates, the position of the water-shifting component is strong to the disturbance force of the water body, the speed increasing of the water body is large, the disturbance force of the impeller to the water body is realized only through the friction between the wheel disc part and the water body due to the fact that the water-shifting component is not arranged on the side (relative to the center of the wheel disc), turbulence is formed at the position close to the water-shifting component, the turbulence impacts the objects to be washed from all directions, irregular rotation is realized when the objects to be washed move along with the water flow in the clockwise or anticlockwise direction, and then the brush continuously overturns, so that the cleaning effect can be effectively improved.
It will be appreciated that the structure of the water-repellent member may be of any suitable shape, such as hemispherical, semi-ellipsoidal, elongate, prismatic, etc., and that the surface of the water-repellent member may be corrugated, cambered, etc.
It should be noted that the rotation of the pulsator may be unidirectional or bidirectional alternately, and there may be time intervals therebetween; in addition, the number of turns of the pulsator in a single rotation is not limited, and may be less than one turn, or may be one turn or more.
In some possible embodiments of the above washing assembly for a washing appliance, the water deflector is a strip-shaped water deflector extending radially outwardly from the center of the wheel disc portion.
The water-shifting member is provided with the strip-shaped water-shifting ribs and is arranged in a direction extending radially outwards from the center of the wheel disc part, so that the water-shifting effect of the water-shifting ribs can be fully exerted, and sufficient disturbing force is provided for the movement of the water body.
It should be noted that one end of the strip-shaped water-repellent bar may be close to the center of the wheel disc portion, or may be spaced a certain distance from the center of the wheel disc portion. The other end of the strip-shaped water-shifting rib can extend to the edge of the wheel disc part, and can also be spaced a certain distance from the edge of the wheel disc part. The surface shape of the strip-shaped water-repellent bars can be any suitable shape, such as corrugated surfaces with uneven heights, smooth transitional cambered surfaces and the like, so long as the water body is disturbed without damaging the objects to be washed.
In some possible embodiments of the above-described washing assembly for a washing appliance, the water-repellent section comprises a plurality of water-repellent members arranged at least partially asymmetrically on the wheel section.
When the water-repellent section includes a plurality of water-repellent members, there are various arrangements. The setting of a plurality of components of dialling not only can promote the ability of dialling water, can adjust the eccentric degree of impeller with the help of dialling the arrangement of the component of dialling water moreover to be favorable to reducing the rocking of impeller when realizing that the differentiation is dialled water.
The plurality of water-repellent members may be asymmetric not only in positional relationship but also in shape and size. In addition, the whole water-shifting components can be asymmetric or partially asymmetric. For example, in the case where the respective water-repellent members are arranged in an annular array at the same positions in the longitudinal direction and the width direction, the height of one end of one of the water-repellent members away from the center of the wheel disc portion is different from the height of one end of the other water-repellent member away from the center of the wheel disc portion.
In some possible embodiments of the above washing assembly for a washing appliance, at least a portion of the plurality of water-moving members have a distance difference from a center of the wheel portion; and/or
At least a portion of the plurality of water-shifting members have a distance difference from an edge of the wheel portion.
In some possible embodiments of the above washing assembly for a washing appliance, the surface shape of at least a portion of the plurality of water-moving members is different.
For example, in one implementation, the water-repellent section includes two water-repellent members, one of which has a hemispherical surface shape and the other of which has a semi-ellipsoidal surface shape, and the water-repellent member of the hemispherical structure and the water-repellent member of the semi-ellipsoidal structure may be disposed on both sides of the center of the wheel section, or may deflect one of them by a certain angle.
In some possible embodiments of the above washing assembly for a washing appliance, at least a portion of the plurality of water-repelling members have a height difference between the protruding heights of the wheel portion.
In some possible embodiments of the above washing assembly for a washing appliance, at least a portion of the plurality of water-repelling members have a different width than the other water-repelling members.
In some possible embodiments of the above washing assembly for a washing appliance, at least a portion of the plurality of water-repelling members have a different length than the other water-repelling members.
In some possible embodiments of the above washing assembly for a washing appliance, a plurality of mounting locations are provided on the wheel portion, the number of mounting locations being greater than the number of water-repelling members, at least one of the mounting locations being asymmetrically distributed with respect to the other mounting locations, such that when the plurality of water-repelling members are mounted to the mounting locations, at least a portion of the plurality of water-repelling members are asymmetrically distributed.
The wheel disc part is provided with a plurality of mounting positions, at least one of the mounting positions is distributed in an asymmetric mode relative to other mounting positions, and the number of the mounting positions is larger than that of the water-shifting members, so that the water-shifting members can be changed between two symmetrical and asymmetric states by adjusting the mounting positions of the water-shifting members, and when the water-shifting members are arranged into a symmetrical structure, the wheel disc part is suitable for washing clothes, and therefore, the clothes can be prevented from winding due to regular movement of the clothes along with water flow in the washing process; when the installation position of the water-shifting component is changed, the water-shifting component is in an asymmetric installation state, and is suitable for washing shoes, so that the shoes can be well turned over under the action of differential disturbance force, the washing degree is further improved, and the washing equipment can have multiple washing functions at the same time.
It should be noted that, a plurality of installation positions detachably connected with the water-shifting member may be provided in advance at the wheel disc portion, and a user may take down the installed water-shifting member and transfer it to other installation positions, so as to realize the position change of the water-shifting member.
Alternatively, the mounting location may also be continuous, such as having an arcuate slide rail, the water-shifting member being displaceable to other orientations under the guidance of the slide rail, like a swinging movement.
In some possible embodiments of the above washing assembly for a washing appliance, the water-repellent member is integrally formed with or connected to the wheel portion as a unitary structure.
It is understood that the water-shifting member and the wheel disc part are integrally connected in a clamping, inserting, interference fit, screwing, bonding, a combination of the above connection modes, or the like.
In some possible embodiments of the above-described washing assembly for a washing appliance, the water-repelling member is provided with a plurality of protrusions at least on a side remote from the wheel disc portion.
Through setting up a plurality of archs on dialling the water component, not only can increase the vortex ability of dialling the water component, make dialling the water component can also possess certain clean ability moreover, the cooperation brush can further promote the washing ability of washing equipment.
In some possible embodiments of the above washing assembly for a washing appliance, the plurality of protrusions are integrally formed with or connected to the water-repellent member as a unitary structure.
It will be appreciated that the plurality of projections may be integrally formed with the water deflector, and further may be integrally formed with the wheel portion. Or a plurality of protrusions may be connected with the water drawing member as an integral structure. For example, the plurality of protrusions are formed on the substrate, the substrate is connected with the water-repellent member into an integrated structure by various means such as bonding, embedded connection, etc., and the protrusions and the substrate can be made by bonding or integrated molding. The raised material may be the same as or different from the water-repellent member. For example, the water-repellent member may be made of high-strength plastic or metal, and the protrusions may be made of polymer materials such as silica gel, silicone rubber, and rubber.
The shape and arrangement of the protrusions are various. For example, the heights and thicknesses of the protrusions may be the same or different, the materials of the protrusions in different areas may be the same or different, and so on. Preferably, the protrusions are made as columnar structures with smooth transitions of the end lines.
In some possible embodiments of the above washing assembly for a washing appliance, the washing assembly further comprises a brush portion provided on the dish portion or the water-repellent portion.
It will be appreciated that the brush portion may comprise one brush member or a plurality of brush members, and that the arrangement of the brush portion should take into account the arrangement position of the water-repelling members, so that an effective exertion of the differential water-repelling capacity in the water-repelling process is required.
The brush part is arranged on the wheel disc part in a mode of one or a combination of a plurality of connecting modes such as clamping, screwing, bonding, interference fit and the like. It will be appreciated that the brush portion is preferably mounted in a manner which facilitates replacement, as the brush portion is a lossy component.
The brush part is arranged on the water-shifting component in a way that the brush hair is directly implanted into the water-shifting component, or the brush hair is firstly implanted into the base body and then the base body is fixedly arranged on the water-shifting component.
In some possible embodiments of the above-described washing assembly for a washing appliance, the brush part is provided on the rim part and comprises at least one brush member comprising a plurality of sections arranged in a radial direction of the rim part, wherein the brushing capacity of the section remote from the center of the rim part is greater than the brushing capacity of the section near the center of the rim part.
By arranging the brush members to have different brushing capacities in different sections, when the shoes are washed, the hardness and the weight of the soles are always larger than those of the shoe uppers, and the probability of the soles outwards is far larger than that of the shoe uppers in the process that the shoes are overturned by water flow, so that the brushing capacities of the sections of the brush far away from the rotation center are larger than those of the sections close to the rotation center, the shoe uppers are mainly contacted with bristles with relatively weaker washing capacities, and the soles are mainly contacted with bristles with relatively stronger washing capacities in the washing process, thereby realizing targeted washing, not only improving the overall washing degree of the shoes, but also reducing the risk of the bristles being rubbed off by properly enhancing the strength of the bristles contacted with the soles and prolonging the service life of the brush.
It will be appreciated that the brushing ability of the brush is related to the material, size, etc. of the bristles, and that when the same material is used, the thicker bristles have a higher strength and stiffness than the thinner bristles, so that the brushing ability of the bristles can be changed by changing the thickness of the bristles. In addition, when the bristle diameters are the same, the brushing ability of the brush made of bristles having relatively large material hardness is larger than that of the brush made of bristles having relatively small material hardness. When the diameter and the material of the bristles are the same, the brushing capability of the brush with longer bristles is smaller than that of the brush with shorter bristles. Further, the brush members having different brushing capacities may be constructed by combining various factors such as thickness, length, material and the like of the bristles.
In some possible embodiments of the above-described washing assembly for a washing appliance, the bristle diameter of the section remote from the center of the rim portion is greater than the bristle diameter of the section near the center of the rim portion.
In some possible embodiments of the washing assembly for a washing appliance described above, the bristles of the section remote from the centre of the rim portion have a greater material stiffness than the bristles of the section close to the axis of the rim portion.
In some possible embodiments of the above-described washing assembly for a washing apparatus, the plurality of sections are arranged continuously or at intervals.
It will be appreciated that the brush member may be of unitary or split construction. When the brush member is of unitary construction, the bristles of the plurality of sections may be continuous or may be spaced apart. If the bristle sections are arranged on the same substrate at intervals of 5 cm, the brushing capability of each bristle section is gradually enhanced along the outward direction of the center, or the bristle sections are continuously arranged on the same substrate. Alternatively, the bristles of each section are planted on one substrate, the substrates are not connected, and a plurality of substrates and their bristles constitute the brush member.
In a second aspect, the invention also provides a washing apparatus comprising a body and a washing assembly provided within the body, the washing assembly being a washing assembly for a washing apparatus according to any one of the preceding claims.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that, since the washing apparatus described above is configured with the washing assembly according to any one of the foregoing technical aspects, the washing apparatus has all the technical effects that can be obtained by the foregoing washing assembly, and will not be described in detail herein.
In some possible embodiments of the above washing apparatus, the washing apparatus is a shoe washer, or a washing machine, or a washing and shoe washing integrated machine, or a dishwasher, or a vegetable washer, or a toy washer.

Example 1
Fig. 1 is a schematic longitudinal sectional view of a shoe washer according to embodiment 1 of the present invention. In this embodiment, the shoe washer includes a washing tub 1 and a pulsator 2 provided at an inner bottom of the washing tub 1. The pulsator 2 is connected with a motor 3, and the motor 3 drives the pulsator 2 to rotate unidirectionally or bidirectionally so as to disturb the movement of the water body and drive shoes in the barrel to move.
The pulsator 2 includes a disc portion 21 and a water-repellent portion, a brush portion 23 provided on the disc portion 21. The water-repellent section in this embodiment includes a water-repellent member, which is a first water-repellent member 22, and the first water-repellent member 22 is eccentrically disposed with respect to the center of the wheel portion 21.
As shown in fig. 1, the surface of the first water drawing member 22 provided in this embodiment is an arc-shaped surface, and has a strip-like structure extending in the outward direction of the center of the wheel disc portion 21. A plurality of protrusions 221 are arranged on the surface of one side, far away from the wheel disc portion 21, of the water-shifting member in the embodiment, the protrusions 221 are of a short and thick columnar structure, and the end portions of the protrusions 221 are cambered surfaces, so that shoes to be washed are prevented from being scratched. The boss 221 in this embodiment is integrally formed with the first water-moving member 22.
Alternatively, the water blocking member in the present embodiment may also be made as a strip-shaped water blocking rib extending radially outward from the center of the disk portion 21, as extending to the edge of the disk portion 21, as shown with reference to fig. 3.
The first water-drawing member 22 and the wheel disc portion 21 in this embodiment are integrally formed, and the processing process is simple and convenient. Alternatively, the first water-drawing member 22 may be integrally connected with the wheel portion 21 by screwing, clamping, bonding, or other connection methods.
The brush part 23 in this embodiment comprises 3 brush members, one of which is not shown, the 3 brush members being arranged adjacently and having an included angle, the arrangement being as shown with reference to fig. 3. Taking the brush member on the right side in fig. 1 as an example, the brush member includes a plurality of segments arranged in the radial direction of the sheave portion 21, and the brush member in this embodiment includes three segments, and the segment division is shown with reference to fig. 3. The three sections are respectively a first section 231, a second section 232 and a third section 233 which are sequentially arranged in a radial outward direction of the center of the disk portion, wherein the diameter of bristles of the first section 231 is smallest, the diameter of bristles of the second section 232 is larger than that of bristles of the first section 231, the diameter of bristles of the third section 233 is larger than that of bristles of the second section 232, and the lengths of the bristles of the three sections are the same, so that the brushing capacity of a side of the brush member away from the center of the disk portion 21 is larger than that of a side thereof close to the center of the disk portion 21.
Alternatively, the brushing ability of the respective sections may also be changed by changing the material stiffness of the bristles of the respective sections. The brushing ability of the corresponding section can also be changed by simultaneously changing the hardness and diameter of the bristle material.
The first section 231, the second section 232 and the third section 233 in this embodiment are continuous, and the interval between the sections is the same as the interval of the bristles inside the sections.
Alternatively, the first section 231, the second section 232, and the third section 233 may also be disposed at intervals, or at intervals between at least two sections.
It will be appreciated that the end of the brush member adjacent the centre of the rim portion 21 may be spaced from the centre of the rim portion 21, as shown in figure 1; or may be immediately adjacent the center of the wheel disc portion 21 as shown in fig. 3. Further, an end of the brush member remote from the center of the disk portion 21 may extend to an edge of the disk portion 21, as shown in fig. 1 or 3; or may have a distance from the edge of the wheel disc portion 21.
In addition, when the brush member is plural, parameters such as the size, bristle length, etc. of each brush member may be different.
Example 2
Fig. 2 is a schematic longitudinal sectional view of a shoe washer according to embodiment 2 of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, in the washing assembly of the present embodiment, the brush portion 23 is provided in the same manner as in embodiment 1. The difference is that the surface shape of the first water drawing member 22 in this embodiment is different from that of the water drawing member in embodiment 1.
As shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment, there is a significant height difference on the surface of the first water-drawing member 22, wherein the height of the side of the first water-drawing member 22 near the center of the wheel portion 21 is higher than the height of the side near the edge of the wheel portion 21, so that a turbulence is easily formed in the area where the two portions are bordered and around, and the turbulence acts on the shoes in the barrel to cause the shoes to turn over in disorder, thereby enabling each surface of the shoes to have a chance to contact with the brush.
It is to be understood that the above embodiment is merely illustrative, and the surface shape of the first water-drawing member 22 may be a corrugated shape with a significant level difference, and the number of the corrugated segments may be arbitrary, such as 2 segments, 3 segments, 4 segments, and so on.
The surface shape of the first water blocking member 22 mainly refers to the surface shape of the water blocking member on the side away from the wheel disc portion 21.
Example 3
In order to enhance the water-repellent ability of the water-repellent section, the number of water-repellent members may be increased.

Further, the number of brush members may be any suitable number, such as 2, 3, 4, etc. In addition, the number of segments each brush member comprises may be any suitable number, such as 2, 3, 4, 5 segments, etc.
Example 7
For the traditional washing machine, the washing machine needs to avoid clothes winding in the washing process, and the regularly flowing water body is favorable for preventing clothes winding, so that the washing machine is suitable for adopting the pulsator uniformly distributed by the water-shifting component. For the shoe washing machine, the local impeller of the water-shifting component can drive the shoes to rotate clockwise or anticlockwise along with water flow, so that the problem of incomplete washing is caused almost due to the fact that the shoes are hardly overturned, and the washing degree can be effectively improved by adopting the asymmetric distribution scheme.
How to make the washing machine have both the washing function and the shoe washing function or how to make the shoe washing machine have both the washing function and the shoe washing function is a technical problem to be further solved by the invention.
Therefore, the embodiment of the invention provides multifunctional washing equipment which can switch between two functions of washing soft cloth such as clothes, toys and the like and washing hard shoes.
Specifically, the washing device in the embodiment comprises a body and a washing assembly arranged in the body, wherein the washing assembly comprises a washing barrel and a pulsator arranged at the inner bottom of the washing barrel. The pulsator includes a wheel portion and a plurality of water-repellent members provided on the wheel portion. The wheel disc part is provided with a plurality of mounting positions, the number of the mounting positions is larger than that of the water-shifting members, and at least one part of the water-shifting members can be detachably connected to any one mountable mounting position. For example, 5 mounting positions are provided on the wheel disc portion, wherein 4 mounting positions extend along the axis direction of the coordinate axis, respectively, and the other mounting position is located in one of the quadrants. When clothes, bed sheets and the like need to be washed, the 4 water-shifting members are respectively mounted on the 4 mounting positions extending along the axial direction of the coordinate axes, so that the water-shifting members are distributed in a symmetrical manner. When it is desired to wash the footwear, two water-repellent members adjacent to the mounting locations in the quadrants may be removed and one of the water-repellent members mounted to the mounting location in the quadrant, such that the individual water-repellent members are distributed in an asymmetric manner.
The mounting positions in the above examples are predetermined positions, and the user may mount the water drawing member to an appropriate mounting position as needed. Alternatively, the mounting location may also be continuous, and the water-shifting member may be arranged to slide over the continuous mounting location relative to the wheel disc portion, thereby changing the mounting location of the water-shifting member relative to the other water-shifting members. For example, a sliding rail is arranged on the pulsator, a sliding groove and a clamping structure are arranged on the water-shifting component, when the water-shifting component slides (swings) relative to the wheel disc part until moving to a proper position, the relative positions of the water-shifting component and the wheel disc part are fixed through the clamping structure, so that the installation position of the water-shifting component can be changed more simply and conveniently, and the washing equipment can be switched between a washing mode and a shoe washing mode conveniently.
The above embodiments are described by taking a shoe washing machine as an example, and it is understood that the integration of a washing function with a shoe washing function can be achieved when the present invention is applied to a washing machine. When the invention is applied to a dish washer, such as a water tank of the dish washer, the impeller of the invention is arranged at the bottom of the water tank, so that water flow which can impact tableware from various directions can be generated, and the washing capability of the dish washer can be improved. When the washing equipment is a toy washing machine, such as a plush toy washing machine, the number of the hairbrushes can be properly reduced or the hairbrushes can be removed, only the asymmetrically arranged impellers are reserved, the toy can be turned over in the washing process, and further other surfaces of the toy can be fully contacted with water for friction, so that the washing effect is improved.
Thus far, the technical solution of the present invention has been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of protection of the present invention is not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent modifications and substitutions for related technical features may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principles of the present invention, and such modifications and substitutions will fall within the scope of the present invention.
