The third wall portion 23 of the inner box 2 forms an article carrying structure for accommodating the packaged article, and the second wall portion 21 slides relative to the inside of the first wall portion 11. Since the second direction Y is perpendicular to the first direction X, the second direction Y may be a vertical direction when the packing box of the embodiment of the present application is placed on a horizontal plane. The second opening 211 penetrates the second wall part 21 and the third wall part 23, or the second opening 211 sinks such that the second wall part 21 and the third wall part 23 form a recess, such that the inner side of the third wall part 23 forms an article carrying structure. The inner side of the third wall part 23 of the inner box 2 forms the accommodating space of the packing box of the embodiment of the application, the second opening 211 penetrates through the second wall part 21 and the third wall part 23, and the packaged object can be directly placed in the accommodating space formed by the third wall part 23 through the second opening 211.
The user can place the object in the accommodating space through the second opening 211 of the second wall portion 21, or can take out the object from the second opening 211. The second opening 211 is oriented perpendicular to the first opening 111, so that when the pack is closed, the first wall 11 of the sleeve 1 covers the second opening 211, thereby protecting the packaged articles.
In other embodiments, the article carrying structure may be a snap structure provided on the outer side of the second wall portion and extending in the second direction Y, so as to achieve the snap or fixation of the packaged article.
Further, with continuing reference to fig. 4 to 5, the latch bolt structure 22 includes a first connecting plate 223, a second connecting plate 221 and a latch bolt body 222, which are sequentially connected in a bending manner, the first connecting plate 231 is connected with one end of the third wall portion 23 in the second direction Y in a bending manner, and the latch bolt body 222 passes through the first locking notch 112 and the second locking notch 212; the first connecting plate 223 and the second connecting plate 221 are both perpendicular to the second direction Y, the bolt body 222 is parallel to the first direction X and the second direction Y, and the first direction X is perpendicular to the second direction Y.
In one embodiment, the gravity displacement stroke or the elastic displacement stroke of the latch body 222 of the latch structure 22 may be adjusted according to the bending connection distance between the first connection plate 223 and the second connection plate 221.
In other embodiments, the latch bolt structure 22 may be a stacked bending structure, and the number of bending layers may be designed according to the gravity displacement stroke or the elastic displacement stroke of the latch bolt body 222.
In other embodiments, the end of the latch body 222 of the latch structure 22 may be provided with a barb for catching the edge of the first lock opening 112, so that a user can push the latch body 222 from the edge of the first lock opening 112 to the center of the first lock opening 112, and then lift the latch body 222 towards the center of the first lock opening 112, thereby unlocking the inner box and the outer box.
The first connecting plate 223, the second connecting plate 221 and the latch body 222 of the latch structure 22 form a whole body which is sequentially connected in a bending manner. Because the first connection plate 223 is connected to the third wall 23 in a bending manner along one end of the second direction Y, the latch structure 22 is located below the third wall 23, and the latch structure 22 does not interfere with the accommodating space formed by the third wall 23. Considering that latch bolt structure 22 adopts cardboard bending to form, latch bolt structure 22 self possesses certain elasticity to further increase latch bolt structure 22's the ability of resetting. The second connecting plate 221 is perpendicular to the second direction Y, so that the second connecting plate 221 is parallel to the first plate 231 and extends between the first plate 231 and the second wall portion 21. The latch body 222 is parallel to the first direction X and the second direction Y as a portion passing through the first locking notch 112 and the second locking notch 212, that is, the latch body 222 is perpendicular to the second connecting plate 221. When removing the locking of the packing carton of this application embodiment, exert external force on tongue body 222, tongue body 222 is perpendicular with second connecting plate 221, can increase the arm of force of external force to make the external force that the result was exerted littleer, and then make the packing carton of this application embodiment remove the locking and relax more.
Further, the first connection plate 223 is attached to the bottom of the third wall portion 23. The first connecting plate 223 can enhance the structural strength of the bottom of the third wall portion 23, so as to increase the carrying capacity of the article carrying structure for the packaged article, and improve the protection capacity of the packaging box of the embodiment of the present application for the packaged article.
Further, with continuing reference to fig. 4 to 5, the inner case 2 further includes a pulling structure 24, the pulling structure 24 is connected to the second wall portion 21 in a bent manner, at least a portion of the pulling structure 24 is attached to the inner side of the third wall portion 23, and at least a portion of the pulling structure 24 is located at the second opening 211.
When the packaged article is placed in the accommodating space formed by the third wall portion 23, there may be inconvenience if it is desired to take out the packaged article. The pulling structure 24 is attached to the inner side of the third wall portion 23, and when the packaged article is placed in the accommodating space formed by the third wall portion 23, the pulling structure 24 is pressed between the packaged article and the third wall portion 23. Since at least part of the pulling structure 24 is located at the second opening 211, the packaged article can be pulled out from the accommodating space formed by the third wall 23 only by pulling the pulling structure 24 located at the second opening 211, which is simple and convenient.
Further, with continued reference to fig. 4 to 5, the pulling structure 24 includes a first contact plate 241, a second contact plate 242, a third contact plate 243 and a pulling plate 244 which are sequentially connected in a bending manner, the first contact plate 241 is connected with the second wall portion 21 in a bending manner, and the pulling plate 244 is located in the second opening 211.
The first contact plate 241, the second contact plate 242, the third contact plate 243 and the pulling plate 244 of the pulling structure 24 are sequentially connected to form a whole through bending. Considering that the package of the present embodiment may be made of a paperboard material, the pull structure 24 may be formed by continuously bending the paperboard. In addition, the elasticity of the material of the lifting structure 24 can facilitate the resetting of the lifting structure 24, the packaged article can be conveniently placed in the accommodating space formed by the third wall part 23 again, and the lifting structure 24 can be conveniently reused.
Further, with continued reference to fig. 4 to 5, the third wall portion 23 includes a first plate 232, a second plate 233, and a third plate 234, the first plate 232 and the third plate 234 being disposed opposite to each other and both being parallel to the first direction X and the second direction Y, the second plate 233 being perpendicular to the second direction Y, the second direction Y being perpendicular to the first direction X; the first plate 232 is provided with a notch, the first contact plate 241 is located at the notch, the second contact plate 242 is attached to the second plate 233, and the third contact plate 243 is attached to the third plate 234.
When the packing box of the embodiment of the present application is placed on a horizontal plane, the first and third panels 232 and 234 are vertical and correspond to the side walls of the accommodating space, and the second panel 233 is horizontal and corresponds to the bottom wall of the accommodating space. The notch of the first plate 232 is aligned with the location of the pull structure 24. Considering that the inner case 2 can be cut and bent from a paperboard, the position of the notch of the first plate 232 on the paperboard corresponds to the position of the lifting structure 24 on the paperboard, and the notch is formed by bending the lifting structure 24 relative to the first plate 232. Therefore, the first contact plate 241 is located at the notch, and the second contact plate 242 is attached to the second plate 233, and the third contact plate 243 is attached to the third plate 234.
FIG. 6 is a top view of the outer box of the package box of the first embodiment of the present application. Fig. 7 is a cross-sectional view of section B-B of fig. 6. Figure 8 is another schematic view of the package of the first embodiment of the present application in a closed condition.
Further, referring to fig. 6 to 8, the outer box 1 further includes: a display opening 12 extending through the first wall 11 in a perpendicular first direction X to expose the article carrying structure; and/or the hooking part 14 is connected with the first wall part 11 and is positioned at one end of the first wall part 11 along the vertical first direction X, and the hooking part 12 comprises at least one hooking hole; and/or a plurality of reinforcing plates 13, wherein the reinforcing plates 13 are connected with the first wall part 11 in a bending way, and the reinforcing plates 13 are attached to the inner side of the first wall part 11.
The reinforcing plate 13 can be connected to the first wall 11 by bending and can be attached to the inner side of the first wall 11, so as to increase the actual thickness of the first wall 11 and enhance the protection capability of the outer box 1 for the inner box 2 and the secured object. The display opening 12 exposes the article carrying structure. When the article carrying structure is provided with the second opening 211, the display opening 12 may expose the second opening 211. The user can view the packaged item through the display opening 12 tube. Display opening 12 should be smaller in size than second opening 211 to reduce the likelihood of a packaged item falling out of the package of the embodiments of the present application through display opening 12. Through hook portion 14, can hang a plurality of packing carton of this application embodiment in unison on show window, stand or commodity frame, make things convenient for accomodating and the show of packing carton, also make things convenient for the user to look over and select the packing article in the packing carton. The hook 14 may be an integral unbent structure with the first wall 11, and the hook hole of the hook 14 allows the package to be easily hung. Since the display opening 12 and the hook 14 are located at two ends of the first wall 11 along the first direction X, the display function of the display opening 12 on the article carrying structure is not significantly disturbed after the packing box is hung up by the hook 14.
Second embodiment
Figure 9 is a schematic view of a first side of a first sub-panel of a second embodiment of the paperboard structure of the present application. Figure 10 is a schematic view of a second side of a first sub-panel of a paperboard structure of a second embodiment of the present application. Figure 11 is a schematic view of a first side of a second sub-panel of a paperboard structure of a second embodiment of the present application. Figure 12 is a schematic view of a second side of a second sub-panel of the paperboard structure of the second embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 9 to 12, an embodiment of the present application provides a paperboard structure, including: a first plane P1 and an opposite second plane P2; the first sub-board S1 is bent towards the first plane P1 at least once to form an outer box 1 extending along the first direction X; the first sub-board S1 includes a first wall area S11, the first wall area S11 is bent at least once toward the first plane P1 to form a first wall portion 11, and at least one end of the first wall portion 11 along the first direction X is provided with a first opening 111; the first wall section S11 includes a first locking notch 112; the second sub-board S2 is bent at least once toward the first plane P1 direction and the second plane P2 direction to form an inner box 2, and the inner box 2 is configured to be slidably connected with the outer box along the first direction through the first opening 111; the second sub-board comprises a second wall area and a bolt structure area, the second wall area is bent at least once towards the first plane P1 direction and the second plane P2 direction to form a second wall part, a second opening is formed in the second wall part along the direction vertical to the first direction, and the second wall area comprises a second locking notch; the lock tongue structure area is connected with the second wall area, the lock tongue structure area is bent towards the first plane P1 direction and the second plane P2 direction relative to the second wall area at least once to form a lock tongue structure, and at least part of the lock tongue structure is positioned on the inner side of the second wall area; after the inner box slides into the outer box, the lock tongue structure passes through the second locking notch and the first locking notch. The method comprises the following steps: a first plane P1 and an opposite second plane P2; the first sub-board S1 is bent towards the first plane P1 at least once to form an outer box 1 extending along the first direction X; the first sub-board S1 includes a first wall area S11, the first wall area S11 is bent at least once toward the first plane P1 to form a first wall portion 11, and at least one end of the first wall portion 11 along the first direction X is provided with a first opening 111; the first wall section S11 includes a first locking notch 112; the second sub-board S2 is bent at least once towards the first plane P1 direction and the second plane P2 direction to form an inner box 2, the outer box 1 is sleeved outside the inner box 2, and the inner box 2 and the outer box 1 are connected in a sliding mode along the first direction X; the second sub-board S2 comprises a second wall area S21 and a bolt structure area S22, the second wall area S21 is bent at least once in the first plane P1 direction and the second plane P2 direction to form a second wall portion 21, the second wall portion 21 is provided with a second opening 211 along the first direction X, and the second wall area S21 comprises a second locking notch 212; the latch bolt structure area S22 is connected to the second wall area S21, the latch bolt structure area S22 is bent at least once in the direction of the first plane P1 and the direction of the second plane P2 relative to the second wall area S21 to form the latch bolt structure 22, at least a part of the latch bolt structure 22 is located inside the second wall area 21, and the latch bolt structure 22 passes through the first locking notch 112 and the second locking notch 212.
The cardboard structure of the present embodiment can be bent to form the package of the previous embodiment.
Because the cardboard structure is when not buckling, can regard the cardboard structure as planar structure, planar structure's both sides face is first face P1 and second face P2 respectively, and first reference direction A is the horizontal direction, and second reference direction B is vertical direction. When the paperboard structure is bent, the bending toward the first plane P1 means that the first plane P1 of the two bent parts forms an angle smaller than 180 degrees, and the second plane P2 forms an angle larger than 180 degrees. Correspondingly, bending in the direction of the second plane P2 means that the second plane P2 of the two oppositely bent parts forms an angle smaller than 180 ° and the first plane P1 forms an angle larger than 180 °. The cardboard structure can be folded to obtain a packing box, the shape of the packing box is not limited, and a cuboid box is taken as an example for convenience of description.
Fig. 13 is a schematic view of a first wall section of a first sub-panel of a paperboard structure of a second embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 13 and fig. 9 and 10, the first sub-board S1 can be bent to form the outer box 1, and the first sub-board S1 needs to be bent at least once toward the first plane P1 and the second plane P2. The first sub-board S1 includes a first wall section S11, and the first wall section S11 is bent at least once toward the first plane P1 to form a first wall section 11. The first wall area S11 includes a first sub-area S111, a second sub-area S112, a third sub-area S113, a fourth sub-area S114, and a fifth sub-area S115 sequentially connected along the first reference direction a, and sequentially bent toward the first plane P1 to form the first wall 11 with the first opening 111, and the first sub-area S111 and the second sub-area S112 overlap each other in a corresponding structure of the first wall 11. The first sub-board S1 further includes a plurality of reinforcing regions, and both ends of the second sub-area S112, the third sub-area S113 and the fourth sub-area S114 along the second reference direction B are respectively connected to at least one reinforcing region. The reinforced area is bent towards the first plane P1 to form a reinforced plate 13. The first locking port 112 is located at the junction of the first sub-area S111 and the second sub-area S112.
Figure 14 is a schematic view of a second wall section of a second sub-panel of a paperboard structure according to a second embodiment of the invention.
Referring to fig. 14, and with reference to fig. 11 and 12, the second sub-board S2 can be bent to form the inner case 2, and the second sub-board S2 needs to be bent at least once toward the first plane P1 and the second plane P2. The second sub-board S2 includes a second wall section S21, and the second wall section S21 is bent at least once toward the first plane P1 direction and the second plane P2 direction to form a second wall section 21.
The second wall section S21 comprises a sixth sub-section S211, a seventh sub-section S212, an eighth sub-section S213, a ninth sub-section S214 and a tenth sub-section S215. The sixth sub-area S211 forms a bottom plate of the second wall portion 21, the seventh sub-area S212 and the eighth sub-area S213 are respectively connected to two ends of the sixth sub-area S211 along the first reference direction a, the ninth sub-area S214 and the tenth sub-area S215 are respectively connected to two ends of the sixth sub-area S211 along the second reference direction B, and the seventh sub-area S212, the eighth sub-area S213, the ninth sub-area S214, and the tenth sub-area S215 are all bent toward the first plane P1 with respect to the sixth sub-area S211 to form the second wall portion 21.
The second wall section S21 further comprises a first top section S216, a second top section S217, a third top section S218 and a fourth top section S219, the first top section S216 is connected to the seventh sub-section S212, the second top section S217 is connected to the eighth sub-section S213, the third top section S218 is connected to the ninth sub-section S214, and the fourth top section S219 is connected to the tenth sub-section S215. The first top region S216 bends toward the first plane P1 relative to the seventh sub-region S212, the second top region S217 bends toward the first plane P1 relative to the eighth sub-region S213, the third top region S218 bends toward the first plane P1 relative to the ninth sub-region S214, and the fourth top region S219 bends toward the first plane P1 relative to the tenth sub-region S215, so as to form the top plate of the second wall portion 21 and the second opening 211.
Fig. 15 is a schematic view of a tab structure region of a second sub-panel of a paperboard structure according to a second embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 15 in combination with fig. 11 and 12, the second sub-board S2 further includes a latch bolt structure area S22, and the latch bolt structure area S22 is connected to the first top area S216 and bends toward the first plane P1 relative to the first top area S216. The bolt structure area S22 includes a first connection area S223, a second connection area S221 and a bolt area S222 that are connected in sequence, the first connection area S223 is connected with the second wall area S21, the first connection area S223 is bent towards the second plane P2 to form the second connection plate 223, the second connection area S221 is bent towards the first plane P1 to form the second connection plate 221, and the bolt area S222 is bent towards the second plane P2 relative to the second connection area S221 to form the bolt body 222.
Figure 16 is a schematic view of a pull structure region of a second sub-panel of the paperboard structure of the second embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 16 in combination with fig. 11 and 12, the second sub-board S2 further includes a pull structure region S24, and the pull structure region S24 is connected to the first top region S216. The pull-up structure region S24 includes a first contact region S241, a second contact region S242, a third contact region S243, and a pull-up region S244, which are connected in sequence. The first contact region S241 is bent toward the first plane P1 direction relative to the first top region S216, the second contact region S242 is bent toward the second plane P2 direction relative to the first contact region S241, the third contact region S243 is bent toward the second plane P2 direction relative to the second contact region S242, and the pull-up region S244 is bent toward the first plane P1 or the second plane P2 direction relative to the third contact region S243, so as to form the pull-up structure 24.
To sum up, outer box and interior box adopt the form of inserting to close, can relative slip, and the spring bolt structure of interior box inserts the first fore shaft of outer box and the second fore shaft of interior box, and the spring bolt structure of interior box is connected with the second wall portion of interior box is buckled for the spring bolt structure can keep inserting the state of first fore shaft and second fore shaft, realizes the locking of packing carton promptly. And applying external force to the spring bolt structure to deform the spring bolt structure, so that the spring bolt structure is withdrawn from the first lock opening, and the package box is unlocked. Because the outer box and the inner box both adopt a paper forming process, an additional structure is not required to be arranged, the structure is simple, and the recycling of the packaging box is facilitated.

Claims (10)

1. A package, comprising:
the outer box extends along a first direction and comprises a first wall part, and at least one end of the first wall part along the first direction is provided with a first opening; the first wall portion comprises a first locking notch penetrating through the first wall portion;
an inner case configured to be slidably coupled with the outer case in a first direction through the first opening, and including a second wall portion and a latch structure;
wherein the second wall portion comprises a second locking notch penetrating through the second wall portion and an article bearing structure;
the bolt structure is positioned in the second locking notch, and at least part of the bolt structure is positioned on the inner side of the second wall part and is connected with the second wall part in a bending way; after the inner box slides into the outer box, the lock tongue structure penetrates through the second locking notch and the first locking notch.
2. A package according to claim 1 wherein the inner box further comprises a third wall portion, at least part of the third wall portion being located inwardly of the second wall portion, the third wall portion forming the article-carrying structure; the third wall part is connected with the second wall part in a bending mode, the bolt structure is connected with the third wall part in a bending mode, and at least part of the bolt structure is located between the third wall part and the second wall part.
3. The packaging box according to claim 2, wherein the latch bolt structure comprises a first connecting plate, a second connecting plate and a latch bolt body which are sequentially connected in a bending manner, the first connecting plate is connected with one end of the third wall part along the second direction in a bending manner, and the latch bolt body penetrates through the first locking notch and the second locking notch; the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate are both vertical to the second direction, and the bolt body is parallel to the first direction and the second direction; the first direction is perpendicular to the second direction.
4. A package as claimed in claim 3 wherein the first web abuts the bottom of the third wall portion.
5. A package according to claim 2, wherein the second wall portion further comprises a second opening arranged in a second direction, the second direction being perpendicular to the first direction; the second opening penetrates the second wall portion and the third wall portion so that an accommodating space is formed inside the third wall portion.
6. A package according to claim 5, wherein the inner container further comprises a lifting structure, the lifting structure is connected with the second wall portion in a bent manner, at least part of the lifting structure is attached to the inner side of the third wall portion, and at least part of the lifting structure is located in the second opening.
7. The packaging box according to claim 6, wherein the lifting structure comprises a first contact plate, a second contact plate, a third contact plate and a lifting plate which are sequentially connected in a bending manner, the first contact plate is connected with the second wall portion in a bending manner, and the lifting plate is positioned at the second opening.
8. The packing box according to claim 7, wherein the third wall portion includes a first plate, a second plate and a third plate, the first plate and the third plate being disposed opposite to each other and being parallel to the first direction and a second direction, the second plate being perpendicular to the second direction, the second direction being perpendicular to the first direction; the first plate is provided with a notch, the first contact plate is located at the notch, the second contact plate is attached to the second plate, and the third contact plate is attached to the third plate.
9. The package of claim 1, wherein the sleeve further comprises:
a display opening extending through the first wall portion in a direction perpendicular to the first direction to expose the article carrying structure;
and/or the hooking part is connected with the first wall part and is positioned at one end of the first wall part along the direction vertical to the first direction, and the hooking part comprises at least one hooking hole;
and/or a plurality of reinforcing plates, wherein the reinforcing plates are connected with the first wall part in a bending way, and the reinforcing plates are attached to the inner side of the first wall part.
10. A paperboard structure, comprising:
a first face and an opposing second face; and
the first sub-board is bent towards the first surface at least once to form an outer box extending along the first direction; the first sub-board comprises a first wall area, the first wall area is bent towards the first surface direction at least once to form a first wall part, and at least one end of the first wall part along the first direction is provided with a first opening; the first wall section includes a first locking notch;
