Description

Backrest module, backrest and vehicle seat
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a back module, a back and vehicle seat that are used for vehicle seat for back.
Background
When assembling a backrest for a vehicle seat, a backrest frame and front and rear backrest modules are usually provided. These backrest modules are placed individually onto the backrest frame from the front or the rear and are connected to one another by means of corresponding connecting members, for example screws. Other functional components which are to be integrated into the backrest, such as massage airbags, speaker modules, actuating cushions, spring cushions, cushion modules made of foam, etc., can also be connected directly to the backrest frame, for example by means of screws.
In this case, the individual components of the backrest are stored in a JIT (Just-in-Time manufacturing) factory, in which they are fixed on the backrest frame and then delivered to an assembly plant, in which the installation of the vehicle seat is completed, depending on the customer's requirements. Therefore, a series of parts to be used later should be prepared or stored in a JIT factory.
Furthermore, US 20160229322 A1 and US 20170036579 A1 describe a method of assembling a vehicle seat, wherein a front backrest module or cushion module and a backrest frame or seat back frame are provided. In this case, the front backrest module is coupled with the other rear backrest module or the rear wall module around the backrest frame, such that the backrest frame is enclosed between them, wherein the front backrest module can be placed on the backrest frame in the region of the headrest accommodation. The connection between the backrest module and the backrest frame is thereby achieved, wherein the connection between these backrest modules is fixed by means of additional fixing means.
DE 10 2016 212 387A1 describes a support layer made of structural foam material, on which functional components can be mounted in order to form a subassembly. In this case, this support layer is used to provide structural support for the backrest. The cushion layer is then positioned on the subassembly and mounted from the front on the supports of the seat back frame and the back frame, respectively. The cover material is then turned over and secured to the backing plate.
US 20180037143 A1 also proposes a seat back and suspension module having an injection molded carrier substrate and suspension system as additional functional components. The seat back and suspension module together with the seat back panel module sandwich the back frame of the vehicle seat, wherein the two modules are connected to each other by means of an additional fastening mechanism in order to achieve a fastening on the back frame.
US 20180056834 A1 also describes a backrest assembly as a front backrest module, in particular with a ventilator assembly or an airbag device as an additional functional assembly. The backrest assembly has a backrest carrier consisting of two wall sections coupled to each other by a connector. The backrest module is moved from the front to the backrest frame and is connected to the rear wall, which is moved from the rear to the backrest frame, by means of an additional fastening mechanism in order to achieve a fastening on the backrest frame. US 20190143913 A1 also describes two module bounding frames coupled to each other.
A disadvantage of the described backrest is that the respective backrest module is fixed to the backrest frame in the following manner: the backrest module resting against the backrest frame from behind and the backrest module resting against the backrest frame from behind are coupled together around the backrest frame by means of additional fastening means or connecting members. However, assembly is therefore very complicated and inconvenient. Furthermore, a series of additional connecting elements should be provided to achieve this fixing. Furthermore, such modules are only suitable to a limited extent for pre-assembly processes, since they only gain their final form and function after the complete seat mechanism has been assembled.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In view of the above, it is an object of the invention to provide a backrest module, a backrest and a vehicle seat which can be manufactured in a simple, convenient and cost-effective manner.
Thus, according to the invention, the base frame of the backrest module preferably has a first mounting tongue at the top side, which is coupled with the main body of the base frame, so that a gap is formed between the main body and the first mounting tongue, so that the backrest module can be placed or slipped onto the backrest frame of the backrest, and in this case the backrest frame can be positioned in the formed gap, so that the base frame can be placed against the front and the back of the backrest frame for fixing the backrest module firmly on the backrest frame. In this case, the intermediate space is a cavity of some kind bounded upwardly and laterally by the main body and the first mounting tongue, which cavity opens downwardly so that the backrest frame can project downwardly from the formed intermediate frame.
In this case, the base frame is embodied in one piece and is made of a rigid or flexurally rigid or structurally stable plastic, for example in an injection molding process, wherein the one-piece base frame accommodates and supports at least one functional component. Advantageously, the at least one functional component can be preassembled on the base frame, so that the function of the entire backrest module can also be tested according to the customer's requirements before installation on the backrest frame. Therefore, the respective constituent parts of the backrest do not have to be stored in a JIT (Just in Time) factory near the assembly plant of the vehicle seat and then assembled in the factory.
In addition, a modularly providable backrest module with preassembled functional components can be fastened to the backrest frame in a simple manner by means of the base frame, wherein for this purpose in particular a first mounting tongue is used, which is an integral part of the base frame. In this case, the backrest module is firmly enclosed by the resulting intermediate space, so that no additional components which are yet to be connected to the backrest module are required for final fixing. It is only necessary to ensure a firm coupling between the first mounting tongue and the body of the base frame, and thus a rigid or fixed formation of the intermediate space which receives the backrest frame in the mounted state.
To this end, according to the invention, the first mounting tongue is pivotably connected to the main body by means of a first film hinge, wherein the first mounting tongue, the first film hinge and the main body are integrally formed, in particular produced in an injection molding process. In this case, the first film hinge may be constructed, for example, in the following manner: in the first transition region, a thin material is formed between the main body and the first mounting tongue in an injection molding process, so that an angularly movable and virtually wear-free connection is formed between the two, but the main body and the first mounting tongue themselves remain rigid or resistant to bending or structural stability. In this way, a fastening solution that is formed integrally with the base frame is achieved in a simple manner, wherein the first mounting tongue is folded only when the final mounting is carried out in order to form the intermediate space, which simplifies the mounting and production, for example in a correspondingly designed injection mold.
Furthermore, the base frame preferably has a second mounting tongue on the underside, which is connected pivotably or fixedly to the main body, for example by a second film hinge, wherein the second mounting tongue, possibly the second film hinge, and the main body are integrally formed, in particular produced in an injection molding process. In this case, the second film hinge may be constructed, for example, in the following manner: in the second transition region, a thinner material is formed in an injection molding process between the main body and the second mounting tongue, so that an angularly movable and virtually wear-free connection is formed between the two, but the main body and the second mounting tongue themselves remain rigid or resistant to bending or structural stability. In comparison to the first mounting tongue, a further fastening solution is thereby realized which is integrally formed with the base frame, which has the same advantages and also makes it possible to fasten the underside of the backrest module by means of the integrally formed base frame. This can be achieved, for example, by clamping, i.e. either, for example, the second mounting tongue, which is firmly connected to the main body, is clamped to the cross member of the backrest frame, or the second mounting tongue, which is pivotably connected to the main body, is first pivoted and then clamped to the backrest frame. This ensures a secure fastening of the modularly constructed backrest module while achieving a simple production overall.
Furthermore, the first mounting tongue is preferably coupled to the body by a connecting element, in particular a clip, in order to form and fix the intermediate space. Thus, no complicated connection to the backrest frame is necessary to form a central space or to establish a secure connection to the backrest frame. This simplifies installation (and removal). In this case, this connection can also be used advantageously for coupling between the second mounting tongue and the body of the base frame.
Furthermore, the base frame preferably houses and supports at least one component as a functional component, the component being selected from the group consisting of: speaker module, massage module, pneumatic cushion module, lumbar vertebrae support module, spring pad, back lining, cushion. Depending on the customer requirements, it is therefore possible to implement a plurality of functions in a modular manner on the vehicle seat, wherein the individual functional components can be tested already after preassembly on the backrest module.
Furthermore, at least one functional component is preferably fixed directly or indirectly to the base frame by means of a connecting element and/or other functional components on the base frame. Thus, an inventive backrest module is formed, the functional components of which do not primarily rely on being fixed to the backrest frame. The at least one functional component can thus be fastened on the backrest module in a preassembled manner, so that it is only indirectly fastened to the backrest frame via the base frame.
The utility model discloses still relate to a back that has back frame and back module, especially according to the utility model discloses a back module, wherein the back module is fixed on the back frame for at least one functional component passes through the back module keeps on the back frame, wherein according to the utility model discloses, the bed frame has first installation tongue piece in the top side, first installation tongue piece with the main part coupling of bed frame, thereby the main part with form the middle space between the first installation tongue piece, wherein the back module is placed or the cover is to the back frame, makes the back frame is located the middle space that forms, the bed frame pastes on the front and the back of back frame for firmly fix the back module on the back frame.
In this case, the backrest module is preferably connected to the backrest frame at the top side only by the first mounting tongue of the base frame. As an alternative, the backrest module can be connected to the backrest frame only at the top side by a first mounting tongue and at the bottom side by a second mounting tongue, which is preferably arranged at the bottom side of the base frame. In this way, a complex fastening of the backrest module and the functional components connected thereto to the backrest frame can be avoided, since only mounting tongues integrally connected to the backrest frame are used, which already enables a positionally fixed fastening of the backrest module in a simple and convenient manner.
In addition, a back cover may be preferably provided on the back surface of the back frame to cover the back frame on the back surface. In this case, the back cover is preferably fastened to the backrest frame independently of the backrest module, so that the backrest module is completely independent of the other components.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 shows a vehicle seat 1 mounted on a seat rail, having a seat part 2 and a backrest 3 which are pivotably connected to one another, wherein the backrest 3 has a backrest frame 4 and the seat part 2 has a seat part frame 5. The respective frame 4, 5 is made of a metal component or sheet, in particular a cross member 19 and side walls 21 and serves to provide structural support for the backrest 3 or the seat part 2. The side airbag module 9 (see fig. 3), the headrest (not shown), the further functional components 6 (see fig. 2, 8, 9), which are integrated in the backrest module 7 (see fig. 3) in the present invention, and the rear cover 8 are usually fastened directly or indirectly to the backrest frame 4 and the rear cover is then at least partially covered or enveloped by a cover.
As additional functional components 6, for example, a speaker module 6a, a massage module 6b, a pneumatic cushion module 6c, a lumbar support module 6d, a spring cushion 6e, a backrest cushion 6f, a cushion layer 6g, etc. can be provided in the backrest module 7. At least the backrest 3 is thus constructed in a modular manner, wherein individual functional components 6 can also be omitted and further functional components, such as ventilation modules (not shown) and/or vibration modules (not shown), can be added, depending on the customer requirements. In this case, the assembly or mounting of such a modular backrest 3 with the backrest module 7 is effected in the following manner:
first, a base frame 10 made of plastic or synthetic material, which is shown separately in fig. 4 and 5, is provided, which is produced in one piece, for example in an injection molding process, in a corresponding injection mold. To optimize the manufacturing process of the base frame 10, no undercuts are provided on the base frame 10, making it easier to remove the finished base frame 10 from the injection mold. Such a base frame 10 is provided as a "structural interface" between the above-mentioned functional components 6 and the metal backrest frame 4, wherein the base frame 10 forms an original and possibly preassembled backrest module 7 with the respective functional components 6 arranged thereon or connected thereto. It is possible to connect the backrest module directly to the backrest frame 4 in a simple and convenient manner in the preassembled state.
To accomplish this, the one-piece base frame 10 is divided into a body 11, a top first mounting tongue 12a and a bottom second mounting tongue 12b as shown in fig. 4, 5 and 6. In a first transition region 13a in the upper part of the base frame 10, a first film hinge 14a is formed, which forms the transition between the main body 11 and the top first mounting tongue 12 a. Furthermore, a second film hinge 14b is formed in a second transition region 13b of the lower part of the base frame 10, which forms the transition between the body 11 and the bottom-side second mounting tongue 12b. As shown in fig. 5a, the respective film hinge 14a, 14b extends continuously over substantially the entire width of the respective transition region 13a, 13 b. However, as shown by the dashed lines in fig. 5a, the respective film hinge 14a, 14b can also be formed by individual webs which are distributed uniformly over the entire width of the respective transition region 13a, 13 b. In principle, the bottom second mounting tongue 12b can also be firmly connected to the body 11.
In the context of the present invention, a film hinge 14a, 14b refers to an angularly movable and virtually abrasion-free connection between the main body 11 and the first or second mounting tongue 12a, 12b, wherein the film hinge 14a, 14b is formed integrally with both the main body 11 and the first or second mounting tongue 12a, 12b. In this case, the respective film hinge 14a, 14b is preferably designed in a thinner manner than the body 11 and the first or second mounting tongue 12a, 12b in order to ensure a pivotable connection. This can be achieved by a corresponding selection of the injection mold, so that only one injection molding process is required in a single injection mold and no additional subsequent processes for forming the respective film hinge 14a, 14b are required. In this way, the complete one-piece base frame 10 is obtained in a simple manner.
The one-piece base frame 10 also has connecting pieces 15 in the region of the main body 11 at defined positions, which serve to fix the functional component 6 directly or indirectly to the base frame 10. The spring washer 6e is therefore hooked into the lateral connecting piece 15a, as shown in particular in fig. 1, and the lumbar support module 6d is fixed on the lower connecting piece 15b, wherein at the same time the lumbar support module 6d is also supported rearward by the spring washer 6 e. It is also possible to support the massage module 6b backwards by means of the spring mat 6e and at the same time to hold the massage module on the base frame 10 by means of the lateral connection 15 a.
The loudspeaker module 6a, the backrest lining 6f and the pneumatic cushion module 6c are indirectly connected to the base frame 10 via a cushion layer 6g, wherein the cushion layer 6g is in turn placed circumferentially on the base frame 10 at the edges and can be clipped onto the base frame 10, for example, via corresponding receptacles. On the top side, a cushion layer 6g and a back lining 6f are fitted around or over the base frame 10. The cushion layer 6g has fixing hooks 16 on the bottom side in order to fix the cushion layer 6g together with the components fixed thereto in the mounted state. In the base frame 10, a recess 20 for a headrest (not shown) can also be arranged on the top side, wherein in particular as shown in fig. 2, the backrest lining 6f and the cushion layer 6g are also slotted in alignment with this recess.
In order to fasten such a backrest module 7 together with the functional component 6 fastened thereto to the backrest frame 4 by means of the base frame 10, as shown in fig. 6, the base frame is first placed on the front side 4a of the backrest frame 4, with the first mounting tongue 12a being folded upwards, wherein in fig. 6 for reasons of clarity only the spring inlay 6e is fastened to the base frame 10 as the functional component 6. The first mounting tongue 12a is then folded back by the first film hinge 14a so that it rests against the rear side 4b of the backrest frame 4, as shown in fig. 1. In this state, the body 11 and the first mounting tongue 12a are coupled together by a connecting member 17, such as a clip 17a, so that an intermediate space 18 defined upwardly and laterally by the body 11 and the first mounting tongue 12a is formed. Thus, the backrest module 7 is slipped over the backrest frame 4, so that the backrest frame 4 is securely positioned in the intermediate space 18 built between the main body 11 and the first mounting tongue 12 a.
In a subsequent step, the second mounting tongue 12b is pivoted back at the bottom side, so that it surrounds the cross beam 19 of the backrest frame 4 (see fig. 1, 3, 6), wherein the second mounting tongue 12b is coupled with the main body 11 and/or the cross beam 19 of the backrest frame 4 (see fig. 7), likewise by means of a suitable connecting member 17, for example a clip 17 a. In principle, the bottom-side second mounting tongue 12b can also be firmly connected (in one piece) to the body 11. In this case, the second mounting tongue 12b can also be connected or clipped to the transverse beam 19 of the backrest frame 4 by means of the connecting element 17, in particular the clip 17 a. Thereby preventing the lower portion of the pedestal 10 from being moved.
The base frame 10 and the entire backrest module 7 with all the functional components 6 arranged thereon can be easily and securely fastened to the backrest frame 4 by means of the two mounting tongues 12a, 12b. In this case, the placing onto the front face 4a, the folding or fixing of the mounting tongues 12a, 12b and the interconnection of the connecting member 17 (e.g. a clip) can be effected simply and without any loss, and therefore the above-described method can also be carried out robotically with little effort, so that the degree of automation is increased.
In this case, the back cover 8 can then be abutted from the back face 4b onto the back frame 4 and fixed thereto, and then the cover can be fitted to complete the backrest 3.
