In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the card receiving box 5 further includes a turning arm 502, a groove or hollow matched with the turning arm 502 is formed on a bottom wall 5015 of the card receiving box body 501, and the turning arm 502 is hinged to the card receiving box body 501 and tends to be embedded into the groove or hollow through an elastic member. The turning arm 502 is L-shaped, and the hinged position of the turning arm 502 and the shoe receiving body 501 is close to the outer side wall 5011 of the shoe receiving body 501.

In this embodiment, two openings 5014 are preferably formed in the bottom wall 5015 of the card shoe body 501, the two openings 5014 respectively extend outward from the bottom wall 5015 and penetrate through the outer side wall 5011, an outward extending extension arm is formed between the two openings 5014 of the card shoe body 501, and the turning arm 502 is disposed between the two openings 5014 and hinged to the extension arm.

Preferably, the elastic member is a torsion spring, one end of the torsion spring abuts against the turning arm 502, and the other end of the torsion spring abuts against the extension arm.

When the card dealer deals cards, a plurality of card receiving boxes in the card receiving device respectively rotate randomly to a card outlet of the card dealer to receive cards: when one card receiving box 5 rotates to the outer side of a card outlet of the card dispenser, the card dispensing step 2031 on the inner side card blocking ring 2 is matched and connected with the bottom wall 5015 of the card receiving box 5, the linear card blocking wall 203 forms the inner side wall of the card storage space of the card receiving box 5, so that the card storage space of the card receiving box is expanded, playing cards dispensed by the card dispenser can conveniently enter the card receiving box, the arc card blocking walls 202 of the inner side card blocking ring 2 form the inner side walls of the card storage spaces of other card receiving boxes 5, and the card storage spaces of the other card receiving boxes are relatively reduced, so that the playing cards are favorably gathered neatly; when the card receiving box 5 rotates to other positions, the arc-shaped card blocking wall 202 of the inner card blocking ring 2 can push the playing cards outwards to be gathered neatly.

As shown in fig. 1 and 4 to 5, the card lifting device for the poker machine comprises a card lifting seat 4 and a card receiving box 5, wherein a card lifting port for lifting poker cards onto a tabletop of the poker machine is arranged on the card lifting seat 4, the card lifting port is provided with an opening door plate 301, one side of the opening door plate 301 is movably connected with the card lifting seat 4, the other side of the opening door plate 301 can be pushed and opened by the poker cards, a card bearing frame 702 is arranged below the card lifting port, and the card bearing frame 702 is driven by a card lifting driving mechanism to lift up and down; the card receiving box 5 comprises a card receiving box body 501 and a turning arm 502, a groove or hollow matched with the turning arm 502 is formed in the bottom wall 5015 of the card receiving box body 501, and the turning arm 502 is hinged with the card receiving box body 501 and tends to be embedded into the groove or hollow through an elastic piece; an opening 5014 is formed in the bottom wall 5015 of the card receiving box body 501, and the opening 5014 extends outwards from the bottom wall 5015 and penetrates through the outer side wall 5011 of the card receiving box body; when the card-receiving shoe 5 is positioned above the card-carrying rack 702, the card-carrying rack 702 can be raised upwardly through the opening 5014 and flip the flip arm 502 up and over.

Therefore, the door opening plate is set to be in a passive jacking opening mode, and the turnover arm is arranged in the card receiving box, so that the playing cards are turned to be in a standing state when the card holding frame supports the playing cards in the card receiving box, the door opening plate is pushed open by the top of the playing cards, the number of motors in the card lifting device is reduced, the door opening plate structure is simplified, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the card support 702 includes two card support arms corresponding to the two openings 5014, and the inner ends of the card support arms extending into the card receiving box 5 are provided with a blocking step 7021 for blocking the playing cards 100 and a lifting portion 7022 for lifting the turning arm 502.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, a lower top plate 303 is arranged below the door opening plate 301, the lower top plate 303 is arranged obliquely, the upper side of the lower top plate 303 is hinged to the opening side of the door opening plate 301, the lower side of the lower top plate 303 is hinged to the tile lifting seat 4, the door opening plate 301 is movably connected to the tile lifting seat 4 through a left connecting rod 302 and a right connecting rod 302, the upper end of the connecting rod 302 is hinged to the door opening plate 301, the lower end of the connecting rod 302 is hinged to the tile lifting seat 4, and the door opening plate 301, the lower top plate 303, the connecting rod 302 and the tile lifting seat 4 form a four-bar mechanism. In the preferred embodiment, the lower bottom surface of the lower top plate 303 contacting with the playing cards is a smooth surface, and the playing card lifting seat 4 is provided with a smooth guide surface or a smooth guide rib at the position of the playing card lifting port for promoting the playing cards to move along the guide direction, so as to reduce the damage of the playing cards.

In this embodiment, the link 302 is located between the door opening plate 301 and the lower top plate 303, and a spring is installed between the link 302 and the card lifting seat 4, and the spring gives the link 302 a tendency of pulling the door opening plate 301 downward to close. Preferably, the spring is a torsion spring sleeved on a hinge shaft of the connecting rod 302 and the mahjong lifting seat 4.

The card lifting method of the card lifting device comprises the following steps:

1) The card receiving box 5 with the playing cards 100 is moved to the lower part of the card lifting port, and the card bearing frame 702 is positioned below the card receiving box 5;

2) As shown in fig. 7, the card support 702 is lifted upwards and drives the turning arm 502 to turn, and the turning arm 502 drives the playing cards 100 in the card receiving box 5 to turn and stand up;

3) As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the card support 702 continues to rise upwards, the opening plate 301 is opened by pushing the lower top plate 303 at the upper end of the playing card 100, and the upper side of the playing card 100 rises to the table top;

4) The turnover arm 502 is reset after being separated from the card support 702; after the playing cards 100 are removed, the card receiving box 5 is removed from under the card lifting port, and the card support 702 is lowered to be reset.

The tile lifting driving mechanism is a conventional art, for example, a link mechanism disclosed in patent document CN113304462A is adopted, and generally includes a tile lifting base, a tile lifting gear, a first link, a second link, a tile supporting frame, a guide post and tile lifting racks, wherein the two tile lifting racks are slidably disposed on the tile lifting base, the tile lifting gear is disposed between the two tile lifting racks, the tile lifting gear is respectively engaged with the tile lifting racks on two sides for transmission, each tile lifting rack is provided with a first link, the two first links are symmetrically and crossly disposed and hinged at the intersection, the lower end of the first link is hinged with the tile lifting rack, the upper end of the first link is hinged with the lower end of the second link, the upper ends of the two second links are hinged with the tile supporting frame, the tile supporting arm is fixedly connected with or integrally formed with the tile supporting frame, the tile supporting frame is slidably sleeved on the guide post, and the tile lifting motor drives the tile lifting gear to rotate. When the rising gear drives the hinged ends of the two rising racks to be far away, the card bearing frame 702 and the card bearing arms thereof descend to the bottom; when the rising gear drives the hinged ends of the two rising racks to approach, the mahjong support frame and the mahjong support arm thereof rise to the top. Therefore, the two first connecting rods and the two second connecting rods form a crossed connecting rod mechanism, the structure is simple and reasonable, the mahjong lifting movement is reliable and stable, and the manufacturing cost is low. In a preferred embodiment, the tile lifting driving mechanism of each party is driven by the same tile lifting motor to synchronously move, each tile lifting gear is fixedly connected with or integrally formed with a driving arm, the tile lifting driving ring also comprises a circular tile lifting driving ring which is arranged at the bottom of the base through a plurality of positioning guide wheels and is driven by the tile lifting motor to rotate, a plurality of driving parts which are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of driving arms extend out of the outer circumference of the tile lifting driving ring, one driving part is movably connected with one driving arm through a sliding groove, and thus the tile lifting motor drives each driving arm to swing and the tile lifting gears to rotate by rotating the tile lifting driving ring, and further realizes the lifting and the tile bearing frame and the tile bearing arms thereof. The mahjong lifting motor synchronously drives the plurality of mahjong lifting devices, and has the advantages of simple structure, reasonable action, reliable operation and low manufacturing cost.

A card lifting device for a poker machine comprises a card lifting seat (4) and a card receiving box (5), wherein a card lifting port for lifting poker cards onto a tabletop of the poker machine is arranged on the card lifting seat (4), and is characterized in that the card lifting port is provided with a door opening plate (301), one side of the door opening plate (301) is movably connected with the card lifting seat (4), the other side of the door opening plate (301) can be pushed to open by the poker cards, a card bearing frame (702) is arranged below the card lifting port, and the card bearing frame (702) is driven by a card lifting driving mechanism to lift up and down; the card receiving box (5) comprises a card receiving box body (501) and a turning arm (502), wherein the turning arm (502) is hinged with the card receiving box body (501) and gives a trend of being close to a bottom wall (5015) of the card receiving box body (501) through an elastic piece; an opening (5014) is arranged on the bottom wall (5015) of the card receiving box body (501), and the opening (5014) extends outwards from the bottom wall (5015) and penetrates through the outer side wall (5011) of the opening; when the card receiving box (5) is positioned above the card support (702), the card support (702) can be lifted upwards to pass through the opening (5014) and lift the turnover arm (502) to turn over.

2. A card lifting device for a poker machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the card shoe body (501) has an outer side wall (5011), a right side wall (5012), a left side wall (5013) and a bottom wall (5015), the inside of the card shoe body (501) being open-ended.

3. A card lifting device for a poker machine according to claim 1, wherein the flip arm (502) is L-shaped, and the hinged position of the flip arm (502) and the card shoe body (501) is close to the outer side wall (5011) of the card shoe body (501).

A card lifting device for a poker machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the bottom wall (5015) of the card receiving box body (501) is provided with a groove or a hollow which is matched with the turning arm (502), and the turning arm (502) is hinged with the card receiving box body (501) and gives a tendency to be embedded into the groove or the hollow by means of an elastic member.

A card lifting device for a poker machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the bottom wall (5015) of the card shoe body (501) is provided with two openings (5014), the two openings (5014) extending outwardly from the bottom wall (5015) and through the outer side wall (5011), respectively, the card shoe body (501) being formed with an outwardly extending extension arm between the two openings (5014), the flip arm (502) being arranged between the two openings (5014) and being hinged to the extension arm.

6. A card lifting device for a poker machine according to claim 5, wherein the elastic member is a torsion spring, one end of which abuts against the turning arm (502) and the other end of which abuts against the extension arm.

A card lifting device for a poker machine according to claim 5, characterized in that the card support (702) comprises two card support arms corresponding to the two openings (5014), the inner ends of the card support arms that penetrate into the card receiving box (5) being provided with a blocking step (7021) for blocking the playing cards (100) and a lifting part (7022) for lifting the turning arm (502).

The card lifting device for the poker machine according to claim 1, wherein a lower top plate (303) is arranged below the door opening plate (301), the lower top plate (303) is obliquely arranged, the upper side of the lower top plate (303) is hinged with the opening side of the door opening plate (301), the lower side of the lower top plate (303) is hinged with the card lifting seat (4), the door opening plate (301) is movably connected with the card lifting seat (4) through a left connecting rod (302) and a right connecting rod (302), the upper end of the connecting rod (302) is hinged with the door opening plate (301), the lower end of the connecting rod (302) is hinged with the card lifting seat (4), and the door opening plate (301), the lower top plate (303), the connecting rod (302) and the card lifting seat (4) form a four-bar mechanism.

A card lifting device for a poker machine according to claim 8, characterized in that the link (302) is located between the opening plate (301) and the lower top plate (303), and a spring is mounted between the link (302) and the card lifting shoe (4), which gives the link (302) a tendency to pull the opening plate (301) downwards to close.

10. A poker machine including a card lifting device for a poker machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
