With the development of science and technology and the increasing living standard of people, the dish washing machine is gradually popularized in families. Compared with the traditional manual dish washing machine, the dish washing machine has the following advantages: firstly, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, and links such as drying, disinfection and the like are added, so that the infection probability of germs is reduced. Secondly, the circulation convection performance of water is utilized, and the water-saving effect is obvious.
When long and thin tableware such as chopsticks, spoons, knives and forks are cleaned, in order to avoid the problem that the tableware is easily dropped when being directly placed on a shelf, a chopstick cage is generally needed, the tableware is firstly contained in the chopstick cage, and then the chopstick cage is placed on the shelf to clean the tableware in the chopstick cage.
In the related technology, when the chopstick cage needs to be used, the chopstick cage can only be placed in a space between two adjacent adjusting teeth on the shelf, the placement position is not flexible, and the use is inconvenient for users.
Based on this, referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a dishwasher 100 according to an embodiment of the present application, where the embodiment of the present application provides a dishwasher 100, and the dishwasher 100 may include a housing 1 and a door 2. Wherein a washing chamber (not shown in the drawings) is formed inside the housing 1. The door body 2 is rotatably connected to the case 1 for opening and closing the washing chamber.
The washing chamber in the housing 1 may provide a washing space for dishes to be washed. The door body 2 is rotatably connected with the shell 1, so that tableware can be taken and placed conveniently, and in the process of cleaning the tableware, the door body 2 can prevent water in a washing cavity from flowing out.
In order to perform the function of the dishwasher 100 for washing dishes, the dishwasher 100 may further include a water inlet pump, a water discharge pump, and a spray device (none of which are shown). Wherein, the intake pump can be communicated with an external water supply system, and the external clean water is pumped into the washing cavity. The spray device may spray water onto the dishes to be washed to wash the dishes. The drain pump may drain the dirty water within the washing chamber to an outside of the washing chamber.
In order to facilitate placing of the dishes, referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a partial structural schematic view of the dishwasher 100 provided in the embodiment of the present application, and the dishwasher 100 may include a rack 3 and a chopstick container 4.
Wherein, the shelf 3 is positioned in the washing chamber, and the shelf 3 comprises a shelf main body 31 and a plurality of adjusting teeth 32. The shelf body 31 encloses a first accommodation space 33. The first accommodating space 33 of the shelf body 31 can provide a placing space for the tableware, so that the placing of the tableware is facilitated.
A plurality of adjustment teeth 32 are disposed at intervals in the first receiving space 33 and connected to the shelf body 31. The adjusting teeth 32 arranged at a plurality of intervals can realize the fixation of tableware, and when the tableware is cleaned, the adjusting teeth 32 arranged at a plurality of intervals can effectively prevent water flow pressure from turning over the tableware, so that the washing effect of the tableware is finally ensured.
It is understood that the shelf body 31 includes a bottom frame 311 and side frames 312 disposed around the bottom frame 311, and the bottom frame 311 and the side frames 312 enclose the first receiving space 33. The bottom frame 311 and the side frames 312 disposed around the bottom frame 311 in a circle may have a mesh structure formed of a metal iron bar.
The inside of the chopstick cage 4 forms a second receiving space 41. A placing opening 42 is formed at one side of the chopstick cage 4. When elongated dishes such as chopsticks, spoons, forks, etc. are washed, the elongated dishes can be placed in the second receiving space 41 inside the chopstick cage 4 through the placing hole 42, so that the elongated dishes are prevented from falling off the shelf 3.
At least one limit groove 43 is formed at the other side of the chopstick cage 4. A portion of the adjustment tooth 32 may be disposed through the retaining groove 43. When the chopstick cage 4 is placed on the shelf 3, the adjusting teeth 32 on the shelf 3 do not obstruct the placement of the chopstick cage 4, and a part of the adjusting teeth 32 can penetrate through the limiting groove 43.
Thus, when the chopstick cage 4 is placed on the shelf 3, the user can place the chopstick cage 4 in the space between two adjacent adjusting teeth 32 and can place the chopstick cage 4 across the adjusting teeth 32, so that a part of the adjusting teeth 32 penetrates through the limiting groove 43. Therefore, the chopstick cage 4 is more flexible in placement position and more convenient for users to use.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of the chopstick cage 4 provided by the embodiment of the present application, and in some embodiments, the chopstick cage 4 includes a chopstick cage bottom wall 44 and a chopstick cage side wall 45. The chopstick cage side wall 45 is disposed around a circumference of the chopstick cage bottom wall 44 to form a second accommodating space 41 with the chopstick cage bottom wall 44.
It can be understood that, in order to ensure that the sprayed water can smoothly enter the chopstick cage 4 when the dishwasher 100 operates, the chopstick cage bottom wall 44 and the chopstick cage side wall 45 of the chopstick cage 4 are both net-shaped structures provided with a plurality of hollowed-out holes 441.
The chopstick cage bottom wall 44 is provided with at least one first notch 46. The side wall 45 of the chopstick cage is provided with a plurality of second gaps 47. Wherein, the two opposite ends of the first notch 46 are respectively communicated with one second notch 47 to form the limiting groove 43.
Thus, the first notch 46 formed in the chopstick cage bottom wall 44 and the second notches 47 formed in the two chopstick cage side walls 45 at both ends of the first notch 46 form a limit groove 43 penetrating the chopstick cage 4. Thus, when the chopstick cage 4 is placed on the shelf 3, the adjusting teeth 32 can pass through the first notch 46 and the two second notches 47 communicated with the first notch 46, so that the chopstick cage 4 can be placed on the shelf main body 31 across the adjusting teeth 32, and the placing flexibility of the chopstick cage 4 on the shelf 3 is improved.
The number of the limit grooves 43 is set according to the size of the chopstick container 4 and the distance between two adjacent regulating teeth 32, which is not limited herein. For example, as shown in fig. 2, two limiting grooves 43 may be provided, and when the chopstick container 4 is placed on the shelf main body 31, two adjacent adjusting teeth 32 respectively penetrate through the two limiting grooves 43.
It is understood that the shape of the chopstick cage 4 may be designed according to the actual use requirements of the user, and for example, the chopstick cage 4 may be configured to be approximately rectangular parallelepiped. When the chopstick cage 4 is approximately rectangular, the limit groove 43 penetrates through two longer chopstick cage side walls 45 of the chopstick cage 4.
Based on the above scheme, the chopstick container 4 can be placed in the space between two adjacent adjusting teeth 32, and the length direction of the chopstick container 4 is the same as the extending direction of the plurality of adjusting teeth 32. Meanwhile, as the two chopstick cage side walls 45 with longer chopstick cage length are provided with the limiting grooves 43 in a penetrating way, the chopstick cage 4 can cross over the adjusting teeth 32 and is placed on the shelf main body 31.
It can be understood that, because the tableware is placed at intervals along the extending direction of the adjusting teeth 32, compared with the chopstick cage 4 placed between two adjacent adjusting teeth 32, the chopstick cage 4 placed on the shelf main body 31 across the adjusting teeth 32 occupies less tableware placing space, and the utilization rate of the first accommodating space 33 in the shelf is higher.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the chopstick cage 4 further comprises at least one partition wall 48, and the at least one partition wall 48 is positioned in the second receiving space 41. The partition wall 48 includes a partition top wall 481 and two partition side walls 482, the two partition side walls 482 are disposed opposite to each other, and both ends of the partition top wall 481 are connected to the two partition side walls 482, respectively.
Wherein, the partition top wall 481 is connected with the chopstick cage side wall 45, the partition side wall 482 is connected with the chopstick cage bottom wall 44 and the chopstick cage side wall 45, and the partition wall 48 is disposed around the first notch 46 and the two second notches 47 communicated with the first notch 46, forming a groove wall of the limit groove 43, i.e. the partition wall 48 can be covered on the periphery of a part of the adjusting teeth 32 (fig. 2).
By providing the partition wall 48 composed of the partition top wall 481 and the two partition side walls 482 connected to each other, the partition wall 48 is equivalent to connecting the plurality of parts of the chopstick cage bottom wall 44 in sequence, whereby the structural strength of the chopstick cage 4 can be enhanced.
In addition, since the partition wall 48 composed of the partition top wall 481 and the two partition side walls 482 is connected to the chopstick cage side wall 45, the partition wall 48 is equivalent to a support plate disposed in the second receiving space 41 of the chopstick cage 4, which can reduce the probability of distortion of the chopstick cage side wall 45 and improve the structural strength of the chopstick cage 4.
Also, since at least one partition wall 48 is located in the second receiving space 41, the partition wall 48 may partition the second receiving space 41 into a plurality of subspaces in which dishes may be placed. The partition wall 48 may make the dishes less prone to bunching, thereby facilitating cleaning. When the tableware is washed, dirty water after the tableware in each subspace is washed is not easy to splash onto the tableware in other adjacent subspaces, so that cross contamination is avoided, and the cleaning rate of the tableware is improved.
With continued reference to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the cross-sectional shape of the dividing top wall 481 is a circular arc. The cross section is perpendicular to the plane of the chopstick cage bottom wall 44 and perpendicular to the plane of the separating sidewall 482. That is, the partition wall 48 is U-shaped, and the U-shaped partition wall 48 serves as a groove wall of the stopper groove 43.
Through setting the separation roof 481 to the circular arc type, so, when washing tableware, the water that sprays on the separation roof 481 can flow down to the bottom of the chopstick cage 4 very fast because of the action of gravity, has avoided ponding to remain on the separation roof 481 to can improve the hydrophobic ability of the chopstick cage 4, and then improve the drying rate of tableware.
In some embodiments, the surfaces of the two spaced sidewalls 482 on the sides away from each other are perpendicular to the chopstick cage bottom wall 44. Thus, the water flowing down from the partition top wall 481 to the partition side wall 482 can easily continue to flow down, ensuring that the chopstick cage 4 has high water-repellent ability.
Of course, the surfaces of the two separating sidewalls 482 away from each other may also be inclined surfaces, which may also enable smooth discharge of water flow, and further may ensure a high hydrophobic capability of the chopstick cage 4.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of the chopstick cage 4 at another angle according to an embodiment of the present invention, in order to further improve the water-repellent capacity of the chopstick cage 4, in some embodiments, the chopstick cage 4 may further include a plurality of water distribution ribs 49, and the plurality of water distribution ribs 49 are arranged on the partition wall 48 at intervals and in parallel. The water diversion rib 49 has one end located at an end of the partition wall 48 away from the chopstick cage bottom wall 44 and the other end extending in a direction close to the chopstick cage bottom wall 44.
During the cleaning process of the tableware in the chopstick cage 4, the water falling on the partition wall 48 can be guided by the plurality of water distribution ribs 49 and then easily flows onto the bottom wall 44 of the chopstick cage. Therefore, the plurality of water distribution ribs 49 provided on the partition wall 48 can further increase the speed of the water on the partition wall 48 flowing to the chopstick cage bottom wall 44, thereby improving the water drainage capability of the chopstick cage 4.
Referring to fig. 3, a portion of each water distribution rib 49 (fig. 4) may be provided on the partition sidewall 482, and another portion may be provided on the partition top wall 481. Wherein, a portion of the water diversion rib 49 on the partition sidewall 482 may extend in a direction perpendicular to the chopstick cage bottom wall 44. When the plurality of water distribution ribs 49 are arranged in a manner that the extending direction of a part of the separation side wall 482 is perpendicular to the chopstick cage bottom wall 44, the resistance of the water distribution ribs 49 in the downward flow process of the water falling onto the separation wall 48 is smaller, the water can be more quickly guided onto the chopstick cage bottom wall 44, and the water drainage capability of the chopstick cage 4 is higher.
The shape of the water diversion rib 49 may have a variety, and for example, the cross-sectional shape of the water diversion rib 49 may be set to a triangle.
Referring to fig. 4, in order to improve the water-repellent capacity of the chopstick cage bottom wall 44, the chopstick cage bottom wall may include a plurality of water-guiding ribs 442, and the plurality of water-guiding ribs 442 form hollowed-out holes 441, wherein a portion of the water-guiding ribs 442 extend downward and intersect.
Thus, the water flowing down to the chopstick cage bottom wall 44 can be collected along a part of the plurality of downstream ribs 442 which extend downwards and intersect with each other, and can be smoothly discharged, so that the drainage capacity of the chopstick cage bottom wall 44 is improved, and the drying rate of the tableware is improved.
With continued reference to fig. 4, in some embodiments, the chopstick cage 4 may further include a first blocking plate 491, the first blocking plate 491 is located in the second accommodating space 41, one end of the first blocking plate 491 is connected with the partition top wall 481, and the other end extends away from the chopstick cage bottom wall 44.
