Referring to fig. 6, a bottle holder 67 for supporting a deep-mouth bottle is further provided on the holder 61, the bottle holder 67 having an arc-shaped supporting portion 671 at an upper end, and vertical portions 672 extending upward along both ends of the arc-shaped supporting portion 671, and a bottle holder fixing portion 673 fixed to the holder 61; the lower end of the vertical part 672 is provided with a first bending part 674 which is bent inwards and extends, and the first bending part 674 is connected with the bottle support fixing part 673. By providing the arcuate support portion 671 for contact with the bottom surface of the interior of the deep-mouth bottle, it is advantageous to increase the adaptability of the arcuate support portion 671 to the bottom surface of the interior of the deep-mouth bottle, and by providing the first bending portion 674, the structural strength of the bottle bracket 67 is increased, increasing the supporting capacity.
The lower extreme of vertical portion 672 is equipped with the second bending portion 675 that extends of inwards bending, and the lower extreme along second bending portion 675 is equipped with the third bending portion 676 of outwards bending, and third bending portion 676 and bottle support fixed part 673 are connected. By arranging the locking structure between the filtering support frame 71 and the bottom surface of the water tank 305, the locking structure has a larger arrangement space, a firmer structure can be arranged, the strength of the locking structure is increased, and the firmness and the stability of the filtering structure 7 after installation are improved; in addition, the locking structure is arranged between the bottom surface of the water tank 305 and the filtering support frame 71 and is clamped and fixed in the vertical direction, so that the position accuracy of the filtering structure 7 after installation can be ensured, and food residues are prevented from entering a water channel due to the fact that a large assembly gap exists.
As shown in fig. 15, the filter structure 7 further has an upper cover 73 fastened to the filter support frame 71, and the filter structure 7 has, in order from top to bottom: the upper cover 73, the filter support frame 71 and the cup-shaped filter screen 72, wherein the water flow mixed with the food residues enters the cup-shaped filter screen 72 through the filter support frame 71 to filter the food residues, and then enters the water flow channel.
Referring to fig. 19 and 21, the locking structure includes a plurality of first locking members 3051 protruded upward on the bottom surface of the water tub 305, and a plurality of second locking members 711 extended downward on the filtering support frame 71, and the first locking members 3051 are rotatably locked with the second locking members 711; because the cup-shaped filter screen 72 is located at the lower part of the filter support frame 71, a through hole 721 for the first locking piece 3051 to extend into is formed in the bottom surface of the cup-shaped filter screen 72, and the through hole 721 is matched with the first locking piece 3051. The assembly precision of the filtering structure 7 is ensured by controlling the size of the first locking member 3051 and the second locking member 711 in the vertical direction; through setting up first retaining member 3051 and the rotatory locking of second retaining member 711, be favorable to improving assembly efficiency to first retaining member 3051 and second retaining member 711 hardly warp at the block in-process, that is at the rotatory locking in-process, first retaining member 3051 and second retaining member 711 need not realize the block fixed through the deformation of self.
The first lock piece 3051 includes a first support part 30511 extending upward along the bottom surface of the water tank 305, a first claw part 30512 extending horizontally along the top end of the first support part 30511, and a reinforcing part 30513 provided outside the first support part 30511 and the first claw part 30512, a lower end of the reinforcing part 30513 being connected to the bottom surface of the water tank 305, the reinforcing part 30513 being an arc surface. By providing the reinforcing portion 30513, it is advantageous to increase the structural strength of the first locking member 3051, and to facilitate the guiding and restraining action of the second locking member 711 at the time of rotational locking. Three first locking pieces 3051 are evenly distributed on the bottom surface of the water tank 305 at intervals, and the stability and firmness of locking of the first locking pieces 3051 and the second locking pieces 711 are improved.
The second locker 711 has a second supporting portion 7111 extending downward, and a second claw portion 7112 extending outward along the outer side of the second supporting portion 7111; the lower end face of the first claw part 30512 is matched and clamped with the upper end face of the second claw part 7112, and the second supporting part 7111 is an arc surface. The second claw portion 7112 is arranged on the outer side of the second supporting portion 7111, so that the arc surface length of the second supporting portion 7111 is large, structural strength is increased, and stress performance is improved. To achieve rotational locking, the second jaw portion 7112 is provided with a slant, and a second stopping portion 7113 extending upwards is provided at the slant rising end of the second jaw portion 7112, and the second stopping portion 7113 is used for limiting the locking of the first locking piece 3051 in place. The first support part 30511 serves to limit locking of the second locker 711 to a position. The lower end face of the first claw portion 30512 is an inclined face matching the inclined direction of the second claw portion 7112,
referring to fig. 16 and 17, in order to increase the structural strength of the through hole 721 and increase the fit between the first locking member 3051 and the through hole 721, an extending portion 7211 extending upward is provided at the through hole 721, and an escape groove 7212 through which the second claw portion 7112 passes is formed in the extending portion 7211. The matching area between the through hole 721 and the first locking piece 3051 is increased by arranging the extension 7211, so that the stability after assembly is improved; and an escape groove 7212 is provided so that the first claw portion 30512 of the first locking member 3051 can pass through and be screwed to the second locking member 711.
Referring to fig. 17, the first locking member 3051 is matched with the through hole 721, and when the first locking member 3051 and the second locking member 711 are locked in a rotating manner, the cup-shaped filter sieve 72 should be stationary relative to the first locking member 3051, so that the filter support frame 71 rotates, the first locking member 3051 and the second locking member 711 are engaged in a rotating manner, and the cup-shaped filter sieve 72 and the filter support frame 71 have a relative rotating relationship. After the filtering structure 7 is placed in the water tank 305, the first retaining member 3051 extends through the through hole 721 into the cup-shaped filter sieve 72; when the filter support frame 71 is rotatably installed, the first locking member 3051 gives a supporting force to the through hole 721 so that relative rotation occurs between the cup-shaped filter net 72 and the filter support frame 71. To further increase the positioning of cup-shaped filter mesh 72, it is avoided that relative rotational forces act between first locking member 3051 and via 721 causing structural deformation. Preferably, the first locking member 3051 is positioned between the through hole 721, a limiting block 306 for stopping the cup-shaped filter screen 72 from rotating is arranged in the water tank 305, a limiting part 722 matched with the limiting block 306 is arranged on the cup-shaped filter screen 72, and the limiting block 306 extends into the limiting part 722; the rotation firmness between the cup-shaped filter screen 72 and the water tank 305 is increased by the arrangement of the limiting block 306 and the limiting part 722.
Referring to fig. 18, the stopper portion 722 has a first stopper opening 7221 formed in the bottom surface of the cup-shaped filter 72 and a second stopper opening 7222 formed in the side surface of the cup-shaped filter 72, the first stopper opening 7221 communicates with the second stopper opening 7222, wherein the first stopper opening 7221 has a width greater than that of the second stopper opening 7222; the positioning of the limiting part 722 in the circumferential direction of the cup-shaped filter screen 72 is limited, the radial positioning of the cup-shaped filter screen 72 is ensured, and the fixing firmness of the cup-shaped filter screen 72 is improved. The stopper 306 has a stopper body matching the second stopper hole 7222, and a retaining edge extending along the end of the stopper body near the axis of the filter structure 7, wherein the stopper body is located in the second stopper hole 7222, the retaining edge extends into the cup-shaped filter screen 72 from the first stopper hole 7221, and the retaining edge is retained inside the second stopper hole 7222. The cup-shaped filter screen 72 moves from top to bottom, so that the limit part 722 is buckled on the limit block 306; the circumferential and radial movement of the cup-shaped filter 72 is limited, or the forward rotation, the reverse rotation and the radial movement of the cup-shaped filter 72 are limited; is favorable for increasing the firmness of fixation. A baffle 725 extending radially and upwardly is arranged on the bottom surface of the cup-shaped filter screen 72, and the baffle 721 is positioned inside the first limit opening 7221 and used for stopping and positioning the limit block 306; when the limiting block 306 and the limiting part 722 are installed in a matching manner, the baffle 725 plays a role of limiting and guiding, and is beneficial to limiting the moving trend of the limiting block 306 and the limiting part 722 in the direction of approaching each other after being installed in place.
When the filter structure 7 is mounted on the inner tub 30 of the dishwasher, the cup-shaped filter net 72 is stationary with respect to the inner tub 30, and the filter support frame 71 is rotatably fixed to the inner tub 30. The cup-shaped filter screen 72 is rotationally fixed on the filter support frame 71, so that the assembly speed of the filter structure 7 during assembly is improved, and the stability after fixation is improved through the rotational fixation; through setting up the rotatory locking of filtration support frame 71 and inner bag 30, be favorable to improving assembly precision, assembly efficiency between filtration 7 and the inner bag 30 to and set up the structural strength of the locking structure between filtration support frame 71 and the inner bag 30, guarantee the fastness after the assembly.
The cup-shaped filter net 72 is fixed in rotation in the direction opposite to the direction in which the filter support frame 71 is fixed. The rotating angle of the cup-shaped filter screen 72 when the cup-shaped filter screen is rotated and fixed is smaller than the rotating angle of the filter support frame 71 when the cup-shaped filter screen is installed and fixed; thus, the cup-shaped filter screen 72 is fixed on the filter support frame 71 in a forward rotating mode, when the filter structure 7 is locked on the inner container 30 in a rotating mode, the filter support frame 71 is locked in a reverse rotating mode, at the moment, the cup-shaped filter screen 72 is static relative to the inner container 30, and the cup-shaped filter screen 72 rotates in a reverse direction relative to the filter support frame 71; the cup-shaped filter screen 72 and the filter support frame 71 are fixedly installed to rotate in the forward direction, when the filter structure 7 is locked in rotation, the cup-shaped filter screen 72 rotates in the reverse direction, and the rotation angle of the cup-shaped filter screen 72 in the rotation and fixation is smaller than that of the filter support frame 71 in the installation and fixation; after the filter screen 7 is fixed on the inner container 30, the cup-shaped filter screen 72 is also fixed on the filter support frame 71, which is beneficial to increasing the stability of the fixed filter structure 7.
Referring to fig. 16 to 18, for the rotational fixation between the cup-shaped filter mesh 72 and the filter support frame 71, a catch 724 is provided on the cup-shaped filter mesh 72, wherein the catch 724 has a catch bar 7241 provided with an inward projection along the side wall of the cup-shaped filter mesh 72, and a catch projection 7242 provided at the upper end of the catch bar 7241 and extending inward. The filter support frame 71 is provided with a radially extending clamping edge 712, the clamping edge 712 is positioned on the inner side of the cup-shaped filter screen 72, the clamping edge 712 is provided with an arc-shaped first avoiding opening 7121 matched with the stop rod 7241, and one end of the first avoiding opening 7121 is provided with a second avoiding opening 7122 matched with the stop protrusion 7242. The clamping edge 712 comprises a clamping edge body 7120, and a first avoidance port 7121 and a second avoidance port 7122 which are arranged on the clamping edge body 7120. By arranging the first avoidance opening 7121 and the second avoidance opening 7122, particularly the second avoidance opening 7122, when the cup-shaped filter screen 72 is assembled on the filter support frame 71, the cup-shaped filter screen 72 is close to the filter support frame 71, so that the baffle protrusion 7242 is positioned in the second avoidance opening 7122, and the baffle rod 7241 is positioned in the first avoidance opening 7121, so that the cup-shaped filter screen 72 is positioned; then, the stop lever 7241 rotates along the first avoiding opening 7121 through rotation, and the stop protrusion 7242 is stopped at the upper side of the clamping edge 712; in the process of rotation fixing, the blocking claws 724 do not need to be deformed and clamped, so that the blocking claws 724 have high structural strength, and the stability and firmness of the cup-shaped filter screen 72 and the filter support frame 71 after fixation are improved. Preferably, the other end of the first avoidance opening 7121 is provided with a limit rib 7123 extending upwards, and the limit rib 7123 is used for installing and fixing the blocking claw 724 in place; when the catch 724 is rotated to the stop rib 7123, the cup-shaped filter mesh 72 is mounted in place.
Referring to fig. 19 and 20, the filter support bracket 71 has a support body 710, a fitting rim 713 extending radially outward along an edge of the support body 710, and a ring-shaped cover frame 715 disposed above the fitting rim 713, and a plurality of vertically disposed water inflow ports 716 are provided between the cover frame 715 and the fitting rim 713. Claims (10)

1. A dish rack of a dish washer comprises a bracket and a dish rack arranged on the bracket, and is characterized in that the dish rack comprises a plurality of rotatable brackets which are arranged in parallel, and each bracket comprises a bottom bracket and a plurality of side brackets which are arranged on the bottom bracket at intervals and extend upwards; the side support has a vertical opening state and a horizontal folding state after the side support is rotated and laid flat, and the bottom support rotates simultaneously when the side support rotates.
2. The dishwasher rack of claim 1, wherein a detachable engagement fixing structure is provided between the rack and the bracket, the engagement fixing structure including a first receiving groove opened in a rotational opening and closing direction of the side rack, the side rack passing through the first receiving groove.
3. The dishwasher rack of claim 2, wherein the snap-fit fixing structure further comprises a second snap groove provided at an upper end of the first receiving groove for snap-fitting the side bracket.
4. The rack of claim 3, wherein the engaging and fixing structure further comprises a first engaging groove formed at a lower end of a groove wall of the first receiving groove for engaging with the bottom bracket; when the side support rotates, the bottom support rotates in the first clamping groove.
5. A dishwasher rack as defined in claim 3 wherein said snap-fit securing structure further comprises a support arm extending downwardly and towards each end along a wall of said first receiving channel, said wall and/or support arm being provided with a snap-fit portion for snap-fitting onto a rack support bar.
6. The dishwasher rack of claim 5 wherein said engaging portions are outwardly projecting and staggered upper and lower catches, said rack support bar being removably secured within a space defined by said upper and lower catches.
7. The dishwasher rack of claim 6 wherein said upper catch has an upper arcuate slot matching said rack support bar and an upper guide portion that slopes upwardly along the outside of said upper arcuate slot.
8. The dishwasher rack of claim 6 wherein said lower catch has a lower arcuate slot that mates with said bracket support bar and a lower guide that slopes downwardly along the outside of said lower arcuate slot.
9. A dishwasher rack according to any one of claims 3 to 8, wherein the snap-fit securing formation further comprises arcuate support tabs projecting outwardly from the walls of the first receiving channel, the arcuate support tabs being located above the base support.
10. A dishwasher comprising a tub and a dishwasher rack according to any one of claims 1 to 9 located in the tub.
