Unless defined otherwise, all technical terms used in the embodiments of the present disclosure have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art. Some technical terms appearing in the embodiments of the present disclosure are explained below.
In order to make the technical solutions and advantages of the present disclosure clearer, the following will describe embodiments of the present disclosure in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In a first aspect, embodiments of the present disclosure provide a cup lid.
Referring to fig. 1, the cap comprises an outer casing 1, a spout structure 2, a removal assembly 3 and a resilient member 4.
The outer shell 1 is sleeved on the drinking spout structure 2.
The elastic member 4 is connected between the detaching assembly 3 and the drinking spout structure 2, and the elastic member 4 biases the detaching assembly 3 into engagement with the outer case 1.
Wherein the removal assembly 3 can overcome the bias of the resilient member 4 when pressed to disengage from the outer housing 1.
In order to make the parts easier to see, fig. 1 is actually an exploded structural view of the cup lid, in fig. 1, an outer shell 1, a spout structure 2, a detaching assembly 3 and an elastic member 4 exist independently, and in actual use, the parts are assembled together.
As can be seen in fig. 1, the elastic member 4 is connected between the disassembling unit 3 and the drinking spout structure 2, so that the disassembling unit 3 can be biased to a specific position by the elastic force of the elastic member 4. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the elastic member 4 can bias the detaching assembly 3 into a clamping connection with the outer casing 1, so that the detaching assembly 3 is always clamped between the drinking spout structure 2 and the outer casing 1 when no external force is applied, so that the outer casing 1, the drinking spout structure 2 and the detaching assembly 3 are relatively fixed to each other. In this state, the user can normally use the drinking hole of the water cup to drink water. When the disassembling component 3 is pressed, the disassembling component 3 can overcome the bias action of the elastic component 4 by external force and is released from the clamping connection with the outer shell 1. At this time, the outer shell 1 and the drinking spout structure 2 can move relatively, so that a user can easily detach the drinking spout structure 2 from the outer shell 1 of the cup cover and separately clean the drinking spout structure 2. The elastic member 4 in the present disclosure may be selected according to the actual application, and may be a spring, for example.
To sum up, be provided with the dismantlement subassembly in the bowl cover that this disclosed embodiment provided, with the help of this dismantlement subassembly, can guarantee that the relative shell body of drinking mouthful structure is fixed when having no external force, and when having external force to press this dismantlement subassembly, the relative shell body of drinking mouthful structure can remove, and the user of being convenient for will drink mouthful structure and dismantle from the bowl cover.
There are several specific ways of clamping the detachment assembly 3 to the outer housing 1. The following is an exemplary description.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 2-3 and 12, the detaching assembly 3 has a first clamping member 31, the outer shell 1 has a second clamping member 11, and the first clamping member 31 and the second clamping member 11 cooperate to form a clamping connection.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the clamping pieces with mutually matched sizes and positions are respectively arranged on the dismounting component 3 and the outer shell 1, and clamping is realized by means of matching of the clamping pieces.
Optionally, the first engaging member 31 is a first protrusion, and the second engaging member 11 is a first recess, or the first engaging member 31 is a first recess, and the second engaging member 11 is a first protrusion.
In fig. 2-3, the first clip member 31 is shown as a first protrusion, and the second clip member 11 is shown as a first groove. In some embodiments, a person skilled in the art can adjust the first clip member 31 to be the first groove and the second clip member 11 to be the first protrusion as required. Under the bias of the elastic element 4, the first protrusion can be located in the second groove, so that the drinking spout structure is fixed relative to the outer casing. With the help of recess and bellied cooperation, can effectually guarantee the installation stability of mouthful structure and shell body, the difficult condition that mouthful structure of drinking rocks relative the shell body appears.
Optionally, referring to fig. 3, the first engaging member 31 has a first inclined surface 311, the second engaging member 11 has a second inclined surface 111, and after the detachment assembly 3 is pressed to release the engagement, the first inclined surface 311 and the second inclined surface 111 abut against each other to form a sliding fit.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, continuing to use the first clip member 31 as the first protrusion and the second clip member 11 as the first groove, the first clip member 31 has a first inclined surface 311, the first inclined surface 311 may be located on a side of the first clip member 31 away from the cup body, the second clip member 11 has a second inclined surface 111, and the second inclined surface 111 may be located on a side of the second clip member 11 close to the cup body. When the user need dismantle drink mouthful structure 2, can press the dismantlement subassembly 3, make the first joint spare 31 of dismantlement subassembly 3 and the second joint spare 11 of shell body 1 remove the joint. At this time, referring to fig. 6 to 7, the first catching member 31 is disengaged from the second catching member 11. The user can continue to press the detaching assembly 3 to provide a biasing force to the mouthpiece structure 2, or directly press other parts of the mouthpiece structure 2 to provide a biasing force to the mouthpiece structure 2, so that the mouthpiece structure 2 is turned over to some extent, as shown in fig. 8. Referring to fig. 8-9, under the above-mentioned biasing force, the first inclined surface 311 of the first engaging member 31 can abut against the second inclined surface 111 of the second engaging member 11 to form a sliding fit, and the first engaging member 31 of the detaching assembly 3 can continuously slide relative to the second inclined surface 111 of the second engaging member 11, so that the drinking spout structure 2 can be detached from the outer housing 1.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, by providing the first inclined surface 311 and the second inclined surface 111, the difficulty in detaching the drinking spout structure 2 can be effectively reduced, and the detaching process is more convenient and faster.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 13, the outer side wall of the mouthpiece structure 2 has a first opening 24, the detachment assembly 3 being located at least partially in the first opening 24.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the first opening 24 is formed on the outer side wall of the mouthpiece structure 2, and the disassembling component 3 is at least partially disposed in the first opening 24, so that the space occupied by the disassembling component 3 can be effectively reduced. Moreover, under the biasing action of the elastic element 4, at least a part of the detaching assembly 3 is clamped with the outer shell 1, so that the detaching assembly 3 serves as a fixing element between the drinking spout structure 2 and the outer shell 1, and the drinking spout structure 2 and the outer shell 1 can be relatively fixed and have high stability.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 13 and 14, the inner side wall of the first opening 24 is provided with a first sliding groove 25, the detaching assembly 3 includes a first sliding portion 32, and the first sliding portion 32 can slide in the first sliding groove 25 when the detaching assembly 3 is pressed.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the first sliding groove 25 is provided on the inner side wall of the first opening 24, so that the first sliding portion 32 of the detachment assembly 3 can slide in the first sliding groove 25 when the detachment assembly 3 is pressed. First spout 25 and first sliding part 32 mutually support, can ensure to dismantle and move along fixed direction all the time when subassembly 3 is pressed, and the distance upper limit of motion is the length of first spout 25, improves the orderliness of dismantling the motion of subassembly 3, effectively avoids the user to press the condition of dismantling the subassembly but be difficult to dismantle the drink mouthful structure. Wherein, the fixed direction can be in parallel with the direction of the biasing force of the elastic element 4, so that when the dismounting assembly 3 is pressed, the pressing force is accurately transmitted to the elastic element 4, the efficiency of applying work to the elastic element 4 by a user is ensured to be higher, the elastic element 4 is elastically deformed more quickly, and the clamping between the dismounting assembly 3 and the outer shell 1 is further removed more efficiently. In some embodiments, the elastic member 4 is a spring, and the direction of the biasing force of the elastic member 4 is the direction of the elastic force of the spring.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 7, 15 and 16, the second catching member 11 includes a second sliding groove 112, and the first catching member 31 of the detachment assembly 3 is biased by the elastic member 4 in the second sliding groove 112 and can exit the second sliding groove 112 when the detachment assembly 3 is pressed.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the second clamping member 11 on the inner side wall of the outer casing 1 includes a second sliding groove 112. In this way, the first latch 31 of the detachment assembly 3 can slide in the second sliding slot 112 under the urging of the elastic member 4 until being biased to be latched with the second latch 11, i.e., biased in the second sliding slot 112. When the detaching assembly 3 is pressed, the first latch 313 can exit the second chute 112 again, so as to detach the drinking spout structure 2.
When the drinking structure 2 needs to be installed back into the cup lid, the user can press the detaching assembly 3 first, so that the first sliding portion 32 of the detaching assembly 3 slides in the first sliding groove 25 of the drinking structure 2, and the first clamping member 31 is driven to move towards the direction close to the drinking structure 2. Then, the mouthpiece structure 2 is fitted inside the outer housing 1, so that the first engaging member 31 and the second engaging member 11 of the outer housing 1 are opposed to each other. Like this, after the user loosens one's hand, elastic component 4 can promote dismantling subassembly 3 to the direction motion of keeping away from drink mouthful structure 2, promotes first joint spare 31 and slides in the second spout 112 of second joint spare 11, and until first joint spare 31 and second joint spare 11 reach the joint state. Or, the user can not press the detaching assembly 3, but directly suit the drinking structure 2 inside the outer shell 1, and upwards push the drinking structure 2, because the elastic part 4 is located between the drinking structure 2 and the detaching assembly 3, so in-process of pushing the drinking structure 2, under the extrusion of the second clamping part 11, the detaching assembly 3 can automatically move towards the direction close to the drinking structure 2, until the first clamping part 31 and the second clamping part 11 are opposite to each other, under the push of the elastic part 4, the detaching assembly 3 can move towards the direction far away from the drinking structure 2, so that the first clamping part 31 automatically slides in the second chute 112, and then the first clamping part 31 and the second clamping part 11 enter the clamping state.
It can be seen that, including second spout 112 through setting up second joint spare 11, complexity when can effectual reduction will drink mouthful structure 2 and adorn back the bowl cover improves the installation effectiveness of drinking mouthful structure 2.
Alternatively, with continued reference to fig. 15, the first sliding portion 32 and the first snap-in member 31 are connected to each other or formed as an integral structure, and the first slide groove 25 and the second slide groove 112 are opposite to each other.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the first sliding portion 32 and the first clamping member 31 are directly formed as an integral structure, or are connected together, and the first sliding slot 25 and the second sliding slot 112 are opposite to each other, so that the structure of the disassembling assembly 3 is simpler, and the matching relationship between the disassembling assembly and the outer shell 1 and the drinking spout structure 2 is simpler.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 13 and 14, the inner side wall of the first opening 24 of the mouthpiece structure 2 is further provided with a fourth sliding slot 26, and the detachment assembly 3 may further include a second sliding portion 34, wherein when the detachment assembly 3 is pressed, the second sliding portion 34 can slide in the fourth sliding slot 26. In this way, the direction of movement of the stripper assembly 3 can be defined more accurately.
In addition, the fit between the sliding portion and the sliding groove in the present disclosure may be adjusted according to actual requirements, and it is not limited that a sliding portion is provided in one component and a sliding groove is provided in another component. For example, a sliding groove can be arranged on the disassembling component, a lug is arranged on the inner wall of the first opening of the drinking structure, and the lug on the inner side wall of the first opening moves in the sliding groove on the disassembling component.
Optionally, with continued reference to fig. 14, a side of the detaching assembly 3 close to the drinking spout structure 2 is provided with a protruding portion 33, the protruding portion 33 is provided with a third sliding slot 35, an extending direction of the third sliding slot 35 is parallel to a direction of the biasing force of the elastic member 4, a shaft 36 is arranged in the third sliding slot 35, the shaft 36 is fixed relative to the drinking spout structure 2, and the shaft 36 can slide in the third sliding slot 35 when the detaching assembly 3 is pressed.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, a side of the detaching assembly 3 close to the drinking spout structure 2 has a protrusion 33, and the protrusion 33 is provided with a third sliding groove 35. The third runner 35 has a shaft 36 fixed to the mouthpiece structure 2. By means of the shaft 36 it is ensured that the pull-off assembly 3 does not fall off the spout construction 2. When the detaching module 3 is pressed, the shaft rod 36 can slide in the third sliding groove 35, and the extending direction of the third sliding groove 35 is parallel to the direction of the biasing force of the elastic member 4, so the third sliding groove 35 can play a role in guiding the movement of the detaching module 3, the moving direction of the detaching module 3 is always parallel to the direction of the biasing force of the elastic member 4, and the pressing force applied to the detaching module 3 can be efficiently transmitted to the elastic member 4. Since the stem 36 is fixed to the spout structure 2, the stem 36 slides in the third slide groove 35 in fact as a relative slide, and when the spout structure 2 is used as a reference, the third slide groove 35 slides relative to the stem 36.
Optionally, referring to fig. 2 and 4, the inner side wall of the outer casing 1 is provided with a third clamping member 12, the outer wall side of the drinking spout structure 2 is provided with a fourth clamping member 21, and the third clamping member 12 and the fourth clamping member 21 cooperate to form a clamping connection.
When the detachment assembly 3 is pressed, the third engagement member 12 and the fourth engagement member 21 are disengaged.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, in addition to fixing the drinking spout structure 2 by means of the clamping between the first clamping member 31 and the second clamping member 11, the drinking spout structure 2 is also directly fixed relative to the outer shell 1 by means of the clamping between the outer shell 1 and the drinking spout structure 2. For example, the third engaging member 12 is provided on the inner side wall of the outer casing 1, the fourth engaging member 21 is provided on the outer side wall of the mouthpiece structure 2, and the engagement is realized by the third engaging member and the fourth engaging member which are matched in size and position.
Optionally, the third clamping member 12 is a second groove, and the fourth clamping member 21 is a second protrusion, or the third clamping member 12 is a second protrusion, and the fourth clamping member 21 is a second groove.
In the drawings of the present disclosure, the third clamping member 12 is taken as a second groove, and the fourth clamping member 21 is taken as a second protrusion for illustration. In some embodiments, one skilled in the art may adjust the third clamping member 12 to be a second protrusion and the fourth clamping member 21 to be a second groove according to the requirement.
The aforementioned clamping mainly describes that the clamping is realized by means of the groove and the protrusion, but in some embodiments, the first clamping member and the second clamping member may be in a lap joint, and the third clamping member and the fourth clamping member may be in a clamping joint, or the first clamping member and the second clamping member may be in a clamping joint, and the third clamping member and the fourth clamping member are in a lap joint, so that it is only required to ensure that the drinking spout structure is fixed relative to the outer shell in the assembled state and the drinking spout structure can be easily detached.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 2, the fourth snap-in members 21 and the detaching assembly 3 are located on opposite sides of the central axis of the drinking spout structure 2. Therefore, when the user presses the detaching assembly 3 to detach the drinking spout structure 2, the pressing force can be directly used as a biasing force applied to the drinking spout structure 2, so that the first clamping piece 31 and the second clamping piece 11 are released from clamping, and meanwhile, the third clamping piece 12 and the fourth clamping piece 21 are released from clamping, thereby reducing the difficulty in detaching the drinking spout structure 2.
In some embodiments, the third clamping member 12 is taken as a second groove, and the fourth clamping member 21 is taken as a second protrusion. Referring to fig. 2 and 4, when the mouthpiece structure 2 is in an installation state with the outer housing 1, the second protrusion of the mouthpiece structure 2 is located in the second groove of the outer housing 1, so that the mouthpiece structure 2 and the outer housing 1 are in a relatively fixed state. Referring to fig. 8 and 10, when the disassembling assembly 3 is pressed to release the first engaging member 31 from the second engaging member 11, the pressing force applied to the disassembling assembly 3 is transmitted to the mouthpiece structure 2, so that the mouthpiece structure 2 is biased to turn over, and thus the fourth engaging member 21 of the mouthpiece structure 2 is disengaged from the third engaging member 12 of the outer casing 1. At this time, the mouthpiece structure 2 and the outer housing 1 can be moved relatively to each other, and the user can easily take out the mouthpiece structure for cleaning.
Optionally, with continued reference to fig. 10 and 18, the drinking spout structure 2 includes a main body portion 20, a fourth engaging member 21 is fixedly connected to the main body portion 20, and an end surface of the fourth engaging member 21 away from the main body portion 20 includes a third arc surface 211.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the third arc surface 211 is disposed on the end surface of the fourth clamping member 21 away from the main body portion 20 (that is, the end surface is clamped into the end surface of the third clamping member 12), so that when the drinking spout structure 2 is detached, the fourth clamping member 21 can be easily disengaged from the third clamping member 12, and the difficulty in detaching the drinking spout structure 2 is reduced.
