The die plate of the noodle maker according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein in the rotation direction of the extrusion piece, a face of the die plate facing the inner cavity of the extrusion container is formed by connecting a plurality of first plane sections which are arranged in sequence, and the adjacent first plane sections have included angles;
and/or, at least one end of the die sheet protrudes outwards along the axial direction of the extrusion container to form an arc-shaped edge;
and/or one surface of the die sheet facing the inner cavity of the extrusion container is provided with a sunk platform, the sunk platform is sunk towards the direction far away from the inner cavity of the extrusion container, and the face outlet hole of the die sheet is positioned in the sunk platform.
8. A noodle extruding apparatus of a noodle maker comprising a press tube and a die plate of the noodle maker according to any one of claims 1 to 7;
the extrusion part is arranged in the inner cavity of the extrusion container, and the wall of the extrusion container is provided with the mounting hole for mounting the die sheet.
9. The noodle extruding device of the noodle maker as claimed in claim 8, wherein the extruding member comprises an extruding screw;
the distance between the outer edge of the transition extension surface and the outer end of the extrusion screw is 0.2 mm-3 mm.

The noodle extruding device of claim 8, wherein the die head piece is formed by connecting a plurality of first plane sections which are arranged in sequence along the rotating direction of the extruding piece, the surface of the die head piece facing the inner cavity of the extruding container is formed by connecting a plurality of second plane sections which are arranged in sequence, and the inner wall of the extruding container is formed by connecting a plurality of second plane sections which are arranged in sequence, so that when the die head piece is installed in the installation hole, the inner wall of the die head piece and the inner wall of the extruding container jointly enclose an inner cavity with a polygonal cross section;
and/or the junction of the inner wall of the extrusion container and the hole wall of the mounting hole is in smooth transition.
11. The noodle extruding device of the noodle maker as claimed in claim 8, wherein the hole wall of the mounting hole is provided with a support protrusion extending inwards, and the die head piece is provided with a support step capable of being lapped on the support protrusion;
the supporting convex part is arranged at the outer end of the mounting hole; and/or the supporting convex part is an arc-shaped supporting convex part extending along the circumferential direction of the extrusion container.
