Background
The motor is an electromagnetic device for realizing electric energy conversion or transmission according to an electromagnetic induction law, and motor driving equipment is frequently used in daily production and life, so that automatic production and manufacturing are realized.
In the production process of the motor, in order to ensure the quality of the motor, the performance of the motor needs to be tested before the motor leaves a factory, and the performance test generally comprises a withstand voltage test, an idle load test, a temperature rise test and the like. In the testing process, because the models of the motors are different, the testing voltage required by each motor is different from the used testing device, and testers need to use various detection devices to test the performance of the motors, so that the efficiency of testing the performance of the motors is low. the controller 4 is further connected with the testing device 3 and the sensor unit 2, so that the testing device 3 is controlled to test the performance of the motor according to the detection instruction, and detection data are obtained through the sensor unit 2.
Preferably, a starting circuit 5 is also included;
the starting circuit 5 comprises a first switching device, a second switching device and a first resistive device;
a first end of the first switching device is connected with a power supply, a second end of the first switching device is connected with the transformer unit 1, and a control end of the first switching device is connected with the controller 4;
the first end of the second switching device is connected with a power supply, the second end of the second switching device is connected with the first end of the first resistive device, the second end of the first resistive device is connected with the transformer unit 1, and the control end of the second switching device is connected with the controller 4.

the controller 4 is further connected with the control end of the transformer unit 1, and adjusts the voltage at the output end of the transformer unit 1 to a preset voltage value by adjusting the transformation ratio of the transformer unit 1, wherein the preset voltage value is a voltage value corresponding to the detection method, the input end of the transformer unit 1 is connected with a power supply, and the output end of the transformer unit 1 is connected with a motor;
the controller 4 is further connected with the testing device 3 and the sensor unit 2, so as to control the testing device 3 to test the performance of the motor according to the detection instruction, and acquire the detection data through the sensor unit 2.
In a specific implementation, the required voltage of a common motor is usually 690V, 1140V and 2300V, and in the process of detecting the performance of the motor, the transformer unit 1 obtains a 380V direct current electrical signal and performs a boosting operation on the electrical signal to provide different working voltages for different types of motors. It can be understood that the transformer unit 1 can be an adjustable transformer, and a control end of the adjustable transformer is connected with the controller 4 to adjust the transformation ratio thereof according to a signal sent by the controller 4, so as to supply power to the motor; the transformer unit 1 may also be a circuit in which a plurality of transformers are combined, and after receiving an instruction sent by the controller 4, the transformer unit adjusts the transformers connected to the circuit, thereby adjusting the transformation ratio of the whole transformer unit 1.
The Controller 4 may be an intelligent terminal device such as a desktop computer, or may also be a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), which is not limited herein.
Fig. 2 is a structural diagram of another motor performance testing apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 2, in a specific implementation, in order to enable a transformer unit 1 to work normally, a transformer needs to be soft-started, and therefore, a starting circuit 5 needs to be further provided in a circuit. The starting circuit 5 comprises a first switching device, a second switching device and a first resistive device;
the first end of the first switching device is connected with the power supply, the second end of the first switching device is connected with the transformer unit 1, and the control end of the first switching device is connected with the controller 4;
the first end of the second switching element is connected with the power supply, the second end of the second switching element is connected with the first end of the first resistive element, the second end of the first resistive element is connected with the transformer unit 1, and the control end of the second switching element is connected with the controller 4.
It can be understood that the control command mentioned in this embodiment may be a command input by a user, and the detection device provides a corresponding performance test for the motor according to the command; the control command may also be a control command that is automatically determined by the detection device according to the motor model, and is not limited herein.
In a specific implementation, the motor factory routine test typically includes: withstand voltage test, turn-to-turn insulation test, no-load test, temperature rise test, hydrostatic test, load test etc. correspondingly, sensor unit 2 includes: torque sensors, temperature sensors, voltage transformers, current transformers, etc.

Therefore, in the scheme provided by the application, the controller adjusts the output voltage of the transformer according to the obtained detection instruction to provide different voltages, and tests the performance of the motor according to the detection method corresponding to the detection instruction, so that the device can test the performance of motors with different signals, and different power supplies and detection devices do not need to be configured for different motors, thereby reducing the cost of motor performance test work and improving the test efficiency.
In specific implementation, in order to enable a manager to find out a failed motor in time, an alarm device is also required to be arranged; wherein, the alarm device is connected with the controller 4 and used for sending an alarm to a manager when the controller 4 determines that the detection data does not meet the preset conditions.
Further, the alarm device may include a buzzer and an indicator lamp. When the performance data of the detection motor does not meet the preset conditions, the buzzer is controlled to sound and the indicating lamp flickers so as to send an alarm to a manager.
In addition, a display unit can be arranged for the motor performance detection device, and abnormal data can be displayed in the display unit so as to be convenient to check. Further, the display unit may be a touchable screen to facilitate a user to send detection instructions to the performance detection device through the screen.
Further, in the motor detection process, if any performance data is not qualified, it is indicated that the performance of the motor to be detected is not qualified, and the motor needs to be processed or the detection device needs to be corrected. When unqualified data is detected, in order to improve the detection efficiency, other performances of the motor to be detected at present do not need to be detected, and the detection flow is immediately stopped. On the basis of the embodiment, the motor performance detection device further comprises an emergency stop unit; the emergency stop unit is connected with the controller 4 to acquire an abnormal signal sent by the controller 4 when the detected data do not meet the preset conditions; the emergency stop unit is also connected with the testing device 3, and controls the testing device 3 to stop working after the abnormal signal is obtained.
It will be appreciated that in order to prevent errors in the detected performance data due to a failure of the detection means, a detection unit may be provided at the output of the transformer. In a specific implementation, the motor performance detection apparatus further includes a detection unit, and the detection unit is connected to the output end of the transformer unit 1 to determine whether the transformer unit 1 is working normally.
It can be understood that, in order to facilitate the detection of various types of motors by using the motor performance detection apparatus provided in the present application, the above-mentioned testing devices 3, the controller 4, the transformer unit 1, and the sensor unit 2 may be disposed in the same casing, and a moving component (e.g., a roller, a sliding rail, etc.) may be disposed at the bottom of the casing, so as to facilitate the use and movement of the motor performance detection apparatus.
