the controller controls the fan 19 to work through the fan driving circuit, the fan 19 continuously blows air to the condensation pipe 20 and the radiating fins 18, and when the air passes through the condensation pipe 20, water vapor in the air is condensed on the inner surface of the condensation pipe 20 and flows back into water through the air collecting inner pipe 13.
