4. The adjustable displacement, progressive grease dispenser of claim 1 wherein the pores comprise a left pore disposed on the left side and a right pore disposed on the right side, the left pore and the right pore being disposed on either side of the central bore.
5. The adjustable displacement progressive grease dispenser of claim 4 wherein the two annular grooves provided on the pilot plunger correspond to the left or right bores, respectively.
