A fitness stool according to claim 1, characterised in that the resistance assembly comprises a first motor (11), a first reel (12), a second motor (13) and a second reel (14), the first motor (11) and the second motor (13) being intended to control the first reel (12) and the second reel (14), respectively.

The stool according to claim 9, wherein the resistance assembly further comprises a first rope outlet mechanism (15) and a second rope outlet mechanism (16), the first rope outlet mechanism (15) and the second rope outlet mechanism (16) are respectively arranged at the movable connecting shafts of the corresponding side plates (3) and the bottom plate (2), and two groups of pulling ropes respectively start from the corresponding reels and firstly penetrate into the corresponding rope outlet mechanisms and then penetrate out from the corresponding side plates (3).
