14. The exercise machine of claim 12, wherein: the exercise machine is in particular a portal frame integrated exercise machine comprising a pull rope mechanism according to claim 11.

The exercise machine of claim 12, wherein: the body-building equipment is specifically a platform type pull rope body-building machine, the platform type pull rope body-building machine comprises a platform and two pull rope mechanisms assembled in the platform, one end of the pull rope penetrates out of the platform and is fixedly provided with pull rings, and a user holds the pull rings with left and right hands respectively to exercise.
