The mutual flat board of this embodiment includes the multistage frame, and the frame is as mutual dull and stereotyped overall structure's support piece 10, and multistage support piece 10 links to each other in proper order and encloses to close and prescribes a limit to be used for installing the display module assembly 60 display area, support piece 10 can be panel beating frame or section bar frame, adopt section bar frame structure as the example in this embodiment, display module assembly 60 covers in display area, and each outer edge of display module assembly 60 corresponds and is connected with support piece 10, promptly, support piece 10 sets up the week portion at display module assembly 60 as the frame structure of display module assembly 60.
As shown in fig. 2-3, the supporting member 10 of the profile frame structure is a through structure, and a containing cavity 12 for installing each functional component is formed in the supporting member, the pen lifting detection structure provided in this embodiment is disposed in the containing cavity 12, generally speaking, the pen lifting non-detection structure is disposed in the supporting member 10 located at the lower edge of the interactive flat plate, correspondingly, a receiving portion 11 for placing the stylus pen 50 is correspondingly formed at the front side of the supporting member 10 provided with the pen lifting detection structure, the pen lifting detection structure is disposed at the lower side of the interactive flat plate, and the receiving portion 11 can be located at a height that is convenient for a user to lift and place the pen, of course, the pen lifting detection structure can also be disposed in the supporting member 10 at the left side, the right side, or even the upper side of the interactive flat plate, and the specific installation position thereof depends on the specific application of the interactive flat plate and the specific applied scenario, and this embodiment is not particularly limited. Moreover, in the middle of one interactive tablet device, the pen lifting detection structure is not limited to be set to be only one, and under the condition that the pen lifting detection structure is set to be two or more than two, the pen lifting detection structures can be arranged on the same side or different side edges of the interactive tablet, so that the interactive tablet provides more accommodating parts 11 and adapts to the use habits of different users.
In the scheme that is used for realizing carrying a detection function at present, current carry a detection structure and can be through setting up in the frame or frame rear side and dabber, dabber stretches out the frame surface through the inspection hole that the frame front side was seted up, or set up the plastic button at the frame front side and dabber between the button to and frame front side and dabber set up the plastic button that has the magnet between and trigger the mode such as trigger. In the above manner, when the stylus 50 is in the pen-placing state, the pen body of the stylus 50 directly abuts against the plastic key, or the plastic key is driven by the stylus 50, and the plastic key is driven by magnetic force to move back and forth to press and flick the light touch switch, so that the display device turns on or off the corresponding auxiliary function. However, because the light touch key belongs to a more precise device, and each part has production and assembly tolerance again, therefore, under the state that the light touch key is triggered, the pressing depth of the light touch key can have the possibility of being too big or too small, thereby causing the damage of the light touch key to lose efficacy or detect badly, for this reason, the utility model provides a following implementation mode.
As shown in fig. 2 to 7, the pen lifting detection structure includes a supporting member 10 and a circuit board 20 fixed relative to the supporting member 10, the circuit board 20 is used as a detection module of the pen lifting detection structure, a control circuit is formed on a surface of the circuit board, in an application of an interactive flat plate, the circuit board 20 can be electrically connected to a central control unit in the interactive flat plate, and when the circuit board 20 obtains a pen lifting signal or a pen placing signal, the circuit board 20 can send a corresponding detection signal to the central detection unit, so that the central detection unit controls other function modules in the interactive flat plate to be opened or closed. If in the using state of the stylus 50, the user takes the stylus 50 off the support 10, the circuit board 20 obtains a corresponding pen lifting signal, and sends the pen lifting signal to the central control unit, the central control unit controls the interactive tablet to open the annotation and writing functions, in the non-using state of the stylus 50, the user places the stylus 50 back to the support 10, the circuit board 20 obtains a corresponding pen placing signal, and sends the pen placing signal to the central control unit, and the central control unit controls the interactive tablet to close the corresponding function.
The supporting member 10 is formed with a receiving portion 11 for receiving the stylus pen 50, a front side surface of the receiving portion 11 provides a receiving position of the stylus pen 50, the receiving portion 11 may be a plane structure or a cambered surface structure according to a specific installation manner of the pen lifting detection structure, and a detection hole is selectively opened on the receiving portion 11 according to the pen lifting detection structure.
The circuit board 20 is specifically disposed at the rear side of the receiving portion 11 and is kept relatively fixed with the support 10, and the circuit board 20 can be correspondingly disposed at the rear side of the support 10 or inside the support 10 according to different structures of the support 10, and the circuit board 20 is correspondingly disposed in the accommodating cavity 12 inside the support 10 due to the adoption of the support 10 with the profile frame structure in the present embodiment.
As shown in fig. 7, a contact switch is disposed on the circuit board 20, the contact switch includes a switch contact 21 and a switch elastic sheet 22, the switch contact 21 and the switch elastic sheet 22 are electrically connected to the circuit board 20, the switch elastic sheet 22 can elastically deform under an external force and abut against the switch contact 21, so that the contact switch is closed, and the switch elastic sheet 22 can elastically reset to a state of being separated from the switch contact 21 when the external force is removed from the switch elastic sheet 22. The control logic of the circuit board 20 can be adaptively adjusted according to the control mode of the pen lifting detection structure, and the present embodiment provides several optional embodiments for the detection mode of the pen lifting detection structure:
1. under the condition that the switch elastic sheet 22 abuts against the switch contact 21, the control circuit on the circuit board 20 is closed and acquires a pen lifting signal, and under the condition that the switch elastic sheet 22 is separated from the switch contact 21, the control circuit on the circuit board 20 is disconnected and acquires a pen placing signal;
2. when the switch spring 22 abuts against the switch contact 21, the control circuit on the circuit board 20 is closed to obtain the pen-out signal, and when the switch spring 22 is separated from the switch contact 21, the control circuit on the circuit board 20 is opened to obtain the pen-up signal.
In order to drive the switch elastic sheet 22 in the pen lifting and placing states, a movable trigger support 30 is disposed between the supporting member 10 and the circuit board 20, specifically, a side of the circuit board 20 on which the contact switch is disposed is defined as a front side of the circuit board 20, in this embodiment, a rear side of the receiving portion 11 is disposed opposite to a front side of the circuit board 20, the trigger support 30 is movably disposed between a rear side of the receiving portion 11 and the front side of the circuit board 20, the trigger support 30 can act on the switch elastic sheet 22 to generate elastic deformation during a movement of the trigger support 30 toward a side close to the circuit board 20, and the trigger support 30 can release the switch elastic sheet 22 during a movement of the trigger support 30 toward a side close to the receiving portion 11, so that the switch elastic sheet 22 loses elastic reset due to external force.
When the stylus pen 50 is placed in the storage portion 11, the stylus pen 50 can drive the trigger support 30 to release or act on the switch elastic sheet 22, so as to open or close the contact switch, and the specific stylus pen 50 is used for driving the trigger support 30 to release or act on the switch elastic sheet 22, specifically depending on whether the control circuit of the circuit board 20 is set to open to obtain the pen placing signal or close to obtain the pen placing signal.
Through the above-mentioned implementation mode that adopts the contact switch as the control switch of circuit board 20, compared with the existing mode that adopts the light touch key/micro-switch, the contact switch adopts switch shell fragment 22 to contradict switch contact 21 or break away from switch contact 21 in the elastic deformation process to control the on-off of the control circuit of circuit board 20, the switch stroke of switch shell fragment 22 is bigger than general switch and the above-mentioned light touch key, it can adapt to the depth of pressing within a certain stroke range, and switch shell fragment 22 has certain elastic deformation range and has higher toughness, therefore, it still has certain push-down allowance under the contact state, even if there is certain processing, assembly tolerance in the spare part of the pen lifting detection structure, switch shell fragment 22 can also keep not destroyed under the great depth of pressing, switch shell fragment 22 can also guarantee the stability of the closed state of the contact switch within a certain range of depth of pressing, thereby the condition that the switch has been avoided the push-down depth too big and has caused the failure and damage, thus improve the reliability of pen lifting detection, and the whole structure is relatively simple, compared with the light touch key and low cost scheme.
As shown in fig. 2 to 6, as an embodiment for driving the trigger bracket 30, the embodiment uses the magnetic force of a magnet to drive the trigger bracket 30 to move between the receiving portion 11 and the circuit board 20, so that the surface of the receiving portion 11 in the embodiment does not need to be provided with corresponding detection holes, the aesthetic appearance of the interactive tablet can be further improved, the processing steps of the supporting member 10 are also reduced, and the assembly difficulty of the pen-lifting detection structure is reduced.
The pen lifting detection structure further includes a first magnetic member 31 and a second magnetic member 51, the first magnetic member 31 is fixedly disposed with the trigger bracket 30, and the second magnetic member 51 is correspondingly disposed on the stylus pen 50, it can be understood that the second magnetic member 51 may be disposed on the surface or inside of the stylus pen 50 according to actual requirements, or the second magnetic member 51 is directly used as a pen body of the stylus pen 50, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
The trigger bracket 30 of the present embodiment is based on the following principle:
when the stylus pen 50 is placed on the front side of the storage portion 11, the second magnetic member 51 is in a state of being close to the first magnetic member 31, so that a magnetic force action can be generated between the first magnetic member 31 and the second magnetic member 51, and the first magnetic member 31 drives the trigger bracket 30 fixed to the first magnetic member 31 to release or act on the switch elastic sheet 22 through the magnetic force action generated between the first magnetic member 31 and the second magnetic member 51.
It should be noted that, when the pen lifting detection mode is set to acquire the pen releasing signal when the control circuit of the circuit board 20 is disconnected, and when the control circuit of the circuit board 20 is closed, the trigger bracket 30 in the pen lifting state is kept at the position acting on the switch elastic sheet 22, the present embodiment adopts the setting mode that the first magnetic member 31 and the second magnetic member 51 are opposite in opposite polarity, so that when the handwriting pen 50 is placed at the storage position, a magnetic attraction force can be generated between the first magnetic member 31 and the second magnetic member 51, the handwriting pen 50 can be magnetically attracted and fixed on the storage portion 11, and the trigger bracket 30 can be driven by the first magnetic member to move toward the handwriting pen 50, i.e. toward the storage portion 11, so that the trigger bracket 30 can release the switch elastic sheet 22, such an embodiment can not only realize the control of the trigger bracket 30 through a magnet, but also realize the stable storage function of the handwriting pen 50, save the number of parts related to the pen lifting detection structure, also make the structure simpler, and reduce the processing and assembly costs;
when the pen lifting detection mode is set to obtain a pen releasing signal when the control circuit of the circuit board 20 is closed, and obtain a pen lifting signal when the control circuit of the circuit board 20 is disconnected, the trigger bracket 30 in the pen lifting state is kept at the position of releasing the switch elastic sheet 22, in this embodiment, the first magnetic member 31 and the second magnetic member 51 are arranged in a homopolar opposition manner, so that when the stylus pen 50 is placed at the storage position, a mutually repulsive magnetic force can be generated between the first magnetic member 31 and the second magnetic member 51, here, because the two magnetic members generate a repulsive magnetic force, the stylus pen 50 cannot be stably placed on the storage portion 11, a fixing structure for fixing the stylus pen 50 needs to be arranged on the storage portion 11, or the stylus pen 50 is fixed by other methods, after the stylus pen 50 is fixed on the storage portion 11, the first magnetic member is repelled by the second magnetic member, so that the trigger bracket 30 is driven by the first member to move away from the stylus pen 50, i.e., to approach the circuit board 20, thereby allowing the trigger bracket 30 to act on the switch elastic sheet 22, and completing the detection of the pen releasing state.
As another embodiment for driving the trigger bracket 30, the trigger bracket 30 may also be directly driven by a pen body of the stylus pen 50, a detection hole (not shown) is formed in the storage portion 11, the trigger bracket 30 maintains a state of at least partially extending out of the detection hole in a pen lifting state, and when the stylus pen 50 is placed in the storage portion 11, the pen body of the stylus pen 50 abuts against the trigger bracket 30 extending out of the detection hole portion, so that the trigger bracket 30 moves in a direction approaching the circuit board 20 as a whole and acts on the switch elastic sheet 22, thereby completing the detection of the pen placing state.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, it can be understood that, since the switch elastic sheet 22 itself has a certain elastic resetting capability, the switch elastic sheet 22 can be configured to be elastically reset to a state of being separated from the switch contact 21 without an external force acting on the trigger bracket 30.
Further, in a pen-lifting state, that is, in a state where the trigger holder 30 is not driven by the stylus pen 50, in order to keep the trigger holder 30 in a corresponding position state, the pen-lifting detection structure further includes an elastic reset member 32, the elastic reset member 32 is disposed between the support member 10 and the trigger holder 30, and when the stylus pen 50 is placed in the storage portion 11, an elastic force of the elastic reset member 32 acting on the support member 10 and the trigger holder 30 is smaller than a magnetic force between the first magnetic member 31 and the second magnetic member 51.
When the magnetic force between the first magnetic member 31 and the second magnetic member 51 is a magnetic attraction force, the elastic reset member 32 continuously applies an elastic force to the trigger bracket 30, the elastic force moving towards the direction of pressing the switch elastic sheet 22;
when the magnetic force between the first magnetic member 31 and the second magnetic member 51 is a magnetic repulsive force, the elastic restoring member 32 continuously applies an elastic force to the trigger bracket 30, which moves toward the direction of releasing the switch elastic sheet 22.
It can be understood that the elastic force applied by the elastic reset piece 32 to the trigger support 30 is opposite to the force of the stylus pen 50 driving the trigger support 30 to move, so that when the trigger support 30 loses the driving force of the stylus pen 50 after the stylus pen 50 is lifted, the trigger support 30 can be reset by the elastic reset piece 32 to the state of acting on the switch elastic sheet 22 or releasing the switch elastic sheet 22. Adopt elasticity piece 32 that resets's mode can let trigger support 30 reset to original position better under carrying a state on, let its release switch shell fragment 22, compare only the elasticity of switch shell fragment 22 itself resets the power and supports the scheme that pushes away trigger support 30, protection switch shell fragment 22 that can be better, reduce switch shell fragment 22's elasticity fatigue speed, and, reset piece 32 drive trigger support 30 through elasticity, also can let carry carrying a detection structure carry a detection more reliable, also let this structure can adopt more different implementation modes, improve and carry the commonality that a detection structure.
As shown in fig. 2-5 and 8-9, in order to provide a mounting space for mounting the trigger bracket 30 and the circuit board 20, a mounting bracket 40 is disposed between the trigger bracket 30 and the support 10, the mounting bracket 40 is fixedly connected to the support 10, specifically, the mounting bracket 40 is fixed to the rear side of the receiving portion 11, the circuit board 20 is fixedly disposed on the mounting bracket 40, and the trigger bracket 30 is also movably connected to the mounting bracket 40, so that the trigger bracket 30 can reciprocate between the receiving portion 11 and the mounting bracket 40.
Of course, the trigger bracket 30 can also be provided with a corresponding mounting structure on the supporting member 10, so that the trigger bracket 30 can be movably connected with the supporting member 10 to achieve the above technical effects.
In the above embodiment, a movement space for allowing the trigger bracket 30 to move is formed between the mounting bracket 40 and the receiving portion 11 so that the trigger bracket 30 can reciprocate between the receiving portion 11 and the mounting bracket 40. A guide structure is disposed between the mounting bracket 40 and the trigger bracket 30, and the guide structure is used for limiting the movement direction of the trigger bracket 30.
Specifically, the guiding structure includes a first guiding portion 41 disposed on the mounting bracket 40 and a second guiding portion 33 disposed on the trigger bracket 30, wherein the first guiding portion 41 and the second guiding portion 33 are guided and matched along a direction perpendicular to the rear side of the receiving portion 11 and the front side of the circuit board 20.
