Of course, the supporting member 11 and the puncturing structure 13 may be formed as a single-piece structure, for example, by injection molding. The integral supporting member 11 and the piercing structure 13 can reduce the number of parts, reduce the assembly time and improve the assembly efficiency.
The specific structure of the puncturing structure 13 is not limited herein as long as it can puncture the lotion dispensing box 30 dispensed through the detergent dispensing opening 11b, and for example, referring to fig. 4, the puncturing structure 13 includes a mounting portion 131 and a puncturing portion 132 disposed on the mounting portion 131, the puncturing structure 13 is mounted at the detergent dispensing opening 11b or in the dispensing groove 11c through the mounting portion 131, and the puncturing structure 13 punctures the lotion dispensing box 30 through the puncturing portion 132.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the mounting portion 131 is formed with a through hole 131a, the puncturing portion 132 is connected to an inner sidewall of the through hole 131a, and a puncturing end of the puncturing portion 132 faces the detergent input port 11b. That is, when the detergent delivery box 30 is inserted into the delivery groove 11c through the detergent delivery opening 11b, the bottom of the detergent delivery box 30 contacts the piercing end facing the detergent delivery opening 11b, the piercing end pierces the detergent delivery box 30, and the dry detergent in the detergent delivery box 30 flows out from the piercing end of the detergent delivery box 30 and flows into the receiving space 10a through the hole 131 a. By disposing the piercing end of the piercing part 132 toward the detergent dispensing opening 11b, the piercing structure 13 can pierce the detergent dispensing box 30 more easily.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the puncturing portion 132 extends toward the detergent inlet 11b, and the outer dimension of the puncturing portion 132 decreases gradually toward the detergent inlet 11b, so that a puncturing end is formed at an end of the puncturing portion 132 close to the detergent inlet 11b, and the puncturing structure 13 can puncture the detergent dispensing box 30 more easily. For example, the piercing part 132 has a triangular shape with the apex angle of the triangle facing the detergent inlet 11b, i.e., the apex angle of the triangle is the piercing end.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the puncturing structure 13 includes a reinforcing member 133, the reinforcing member 133 is connected between the inner sidewall of the through hole 131a and the puncturing portion 132, and the reinforcing member 133 is disposed to reinforce the puncturing portion 132 of the puncturing structure 13, so as to improve the structural strength of the puncturing portion 132 and further improve the reliability of the puncturing structure 13. Specifically, the reinforcing member 133 is a reinforcing rib.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the supporting assembly 10 includes an injection device 15, a detergent passage, and an air pump 17, wherein the injection device 15 has an injection port; the detergent passage communicates the accommodating space 10a with the ejection port; the detergent in the accommodating space 10a can flow toward the ejection port by the air pump 17.
The spray device 15 comprises a housing and an atomizing core. The housing has a first flow passage and a second flow passage independent of each other. The first flow channel and the second flow channel can be respectively introduced with different fluid media. The fluid medium may be a liquid or a gas. The atomizing core is provided with a Venturi flow passage, a jet orifice and a Venturi negative pressure suction port, the first flow passage is communicated to the inlet of the Venturi flow passage, and the second flow passage is communicated with the Venturi negative pressure suction port. The first fluid medium is introduced into the first flow passage and flows through the Venturi flow passage, negative pressure is generated at the Venturi negative pressure suction port based on the Venturi effect in the process of flowing through the Venturi flow passage, the second flow passage generates negative pressure, the second fluid medium is sucked into the Venturi flow passage from the second flow passage under the action of the negative pressure, and the first fluid and the second fluid are ejected out of the ejection port of the atomizing core together.
The outlet of the detergent passage is communicated with the inlet of the second flow passage. And the dry cleaning agent enters the Venturi jet flow passage from the second flow passage through the Venturi negative pressure suction port.
The outlet of the air pump 17 communicates with the inlet of the first flow passage. The spray device 15 is used to spray atomized dry cleaning agent to the laundry treating drum 20.
In the clothes treating apparatus of the embodiment of the present application, the spraying device 15 may spray the dry cleaning agent onto the surface of the clothes in the clothes treating cavity 20a after the dry cleaning agent is atomized by the impact of the gas, so that the dry cleaning agent is contacted and dissolved with the stains on the surface of the clothes, thereby implementing dry cleaning of the clothes in the clothes treating cavity 20a.
The clothing treatment facility of this application embodiment carries dry cleaning agent through gaseous, atomizes and spouts to clothing treatment facility through injection apparatus 15, and through gaseous atomizing carrier as dry cleaning agent, the spraying process of dry cleaning agent can not increase the moisture content of clothing for the clothing can keep at lower moisture content level, is convenient for reduce subsequent stoving time, shortens the time of dry cleaning procedure, and not only energy-conservation can promote dry cleaning efficiency again.
For example, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the laundry treating apparatus includes a supporting member 11, the supporting member 11 is disposed at a front end of the laundry treating drum 20, and the liquid storage box 12, the air pump 17 and the spraying device 15 are disposed on the supporting member 11. According to the embodiment of the invention, the nozzle device is arranged on the support member 11, so that the spraying device 15 and the support member 11 can be assembled in a modularized manner, the assembly is convenient, the structural compactness of the clothes treatment equipment is improved, the feasibility and the reliability of mass production of products formed by the support member 11 and the nozzle device are improved, and the after-sale maintenance of the products is facilitated.
Illustratively, the laundry treating apparatus includes a base (not shown), and the bottom end of the supporter 11 is connected to and supported on the base.
Illustratively, the supporter 11 is provided with a through hole through which one end of the spraying device 15 near the spraying port passes and protrudes to the inside of the supporter 11 toward the laundry treatment chamber 20a. In this embodiment, the through hole is provided in the support member 11, so that it is not necessary to form a hole in the door gasket, and the sealing performance of the door gasket is not affected.
Exemplarily, the supporter 11 has a laundry input port 11a. The through hole is located above the laundry input port 11a. Thus, the mist ejected from the ejection port is dispersed in the clothes treating chamber 20a at a longer distance and covers a wider range.
Illustratively, the through-hole extends obliquely downward at a portion where the spraying device 15 is inserted to the inside of the supporter 11, so that the spraying port can spray mist obliquely downward, and the mist can be more effectively contacted with the laundry.
For example, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the air pump 17 is disposed at the lower left of the supporting member 11, such that the center of gravity of the air pump 17 is closer to the lower side of the supporting member 11, and the position of the center of gravity is lowered, so that the whole machine of the clothes treating apparatus is more stable.
For example, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the liquid storage box 12 is disposed at the lower right of the supporting member 11, so that the air pump 17 and the liquid storage box 12 are relatively and uniformly arranged along the left-right direction, which facilitates the force balance of the supporting member 11.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the laundry treating apparatus includes an air pipe 18 and a dry detergent pipe 16, and a space inside the dry detergent pipe 16 defines the above-described detergent passage. Air pipe 18 is provided around spray device 15 from the lower left of laundry inlet 11a to the upper side, and dry cleaning agent pipe 16 is provided around spray device 15 from the lower right of laundry inlet 11a to the upper side. That is, the air pipe 18 is disposed substantially at the left side of the laundry input port 11a, and the dry detergent pipe 16 is disposed substantially at the right side of the laundry input port 11a.
It should be noted that, in the laundry processing apparatus according to the embodiment of the present application, in the dry cleaning process, the non-immersion dry cleaning mode is adopted, the liquid (water or dry cleaning agent) does not immerse the laundry, and the liquid stored in the laundry processing chamber 20a does not exist.

Claims (12)

1. A support assembly for supporting a laundry treatment drum of a laundry treatment apparatus, comprising:
the clothes washing machine comprises a support piece (11), wherein the support piece (11) is provided with a clothes feeding opening (11 a), and the inner side wall surface of the clothes feeding opening (11 a) is provided with a detergent feeding opening (11 b);
an accommodating space (10 a) for storing detergent, the accommodating space (10 a) being in communication with the detergent input port (11 b).
2. The support assembly according to claim 1, wherein the detergent input opening (11 b) is provided at a lower portion of the laundry input opening (11 a).
3. The support assembly according to claim 1, wherein said support member (11) comprises a filter plate (111), said filter plate (111) constituting a part of an inner side wall surface of said laundry input opening (11 a), said detergent input opening (11 b) being provided on said filter plate (111); or, the filter plate (111) is positioned at one side of the detergent input port (11 b).
4. A support assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that it comprises a reservoir (12) arranged on said support (11), said reservoir (12) being formed with a housing chamber (12 a) communicating with said detergent dispensing opening (11 b), said housing chamber (12 a) constituting at least part of said housing space (10 a).
5. Support assembly according to claim 4, wherein said support (11) is provided with a dosing slot (11 c) having said detergent dosing opening (11 b), said dosing slot (11 c) being in communication with said housing cavity (12 a), the space inside said dosing slot (11 c) and said housing cavity (12 a) together constituting said housing space (10 a).
6. The support assembly according to claim 4, wherein the reservoir (12) is located at the bottom of the support (11), the containing cavity (12 a) being centrally lower than the detergent dispensing opening (11 b).
7. Support assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein said support (11) is provided with a dosing trough (11 c) having said detergent dosing opening (11 b), said dosing trough (11 c) having said receiving space (10 a).
8. Support assembly according to claim 7, characterized in that it comprises a piercing structure (13), said piercing structure (13) being intended to pierce a detergent dispensing box (30) dispensed through said detergent dispensing opening (11 b).
9. The support assembly according to claim 8, wherein the puncture structure (13) is provided at the detergent input (11 b); or the puncturing structure (13) is arranged in the throwing groove (11 c).
10. A support assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that it comprises a cover plate (14) covering said detergent dispensing opening (11 b), said cover plate (14) being intended to open or close said detergent dispensing opening (11 b).
11. The support assembly of claim 1, wherein the support assembly comprises:
an injection device (15), the injection device (15) having an injection port;
a detergent passage communicating the accommodation space (10 a) with the ejection port;
an air pump (17), the detergent in the accommodating space (10 a) being capable of flowing to the ejection opening by the air pump (17).
12. A laundry treatment apparatus, characterized by comprising a support assembly according to any one of claims 1-11 and a laundry treatment drum (20) having a laundry treatment cavity (20 a), said support (11) being arranged at a front end of said laundry treatment drum (20).
