Referring collectively to fig. 1-2, the bellows assembly 10 may be connected to an air duct assembly 50, and the bellows assembly 10 and the air duct assembly 50 may be disposed in any type of integrated cooker. Referring collectively to FIGS. 1, 2 and 5, the bellows assembly 10 may comprise: case 100, blower 200, and bracket 300. Blower 200 may be attached to enclosure 100 by any removable means, including but not limited to, fastener attachment, snap fit, etc. The left sidewall of the box 100 may be provided with a left box outlet 110, and the right sidewall of the box 100 may be provided with a right box outlet 120. Specifically, the shapes of the left box outlet 110 and the right box outlet 120 may be set according to the use requirement, and may be any regular or irregular shapes. The blower 200 may have a blower primary inlet 210 and a blower outlet 230. The fan 200 may be any type of fan. For example, referring to fig. 10, taking the fan 200 as a turbo fan as an example, the fan main air inlet 210 of the fan 200 may be on the same side as the axial direction of the fan 200, and the fan air outlet 230 may be located on the peripheral side of the fan 200 and perpendicular to the axial direction. The bracket 300 may support the blower 200 within the case 100. The blower 200 may have a first connection station and a second connection station within the case 100. Referring to fig. 6, the blower 200 is in the first connection station, the blower main air inlet 210 faces upward, and the blower outlet 230 is in butt joint with one of the left and right case outlets 110 and 120. The blower main inlet 210 has a first distance from the top wall of the cabinet 100 supported by the bracket 300. Referring to fig. 7, in the second connection station of the blower 200, the blower main inlet 210 faces downward and the blower outlet 230 is in butt joint with the other of the left and right case outlets 110 and 120, and the blower main inlet 210 is supported by the bracket 300 and has a second distance from the bottom wall of the case 100. The first distance and the second distance are both larger than or equal to the preset air inlet distance. It should be noted that the directional terms "front", "rear", "left" and "right" as used herein are relative to the user when the bellows assembly 10 is in use. It will be appreciated that the fan 200 is in a different connection station and the particular orientation of the fan outlet 230 is related to the configuration of the volute 240 of the fan 200. For example, the blower 200 shown in fig. 7 is in the second connection station with the blower outlet 230 interfacing with the left case outlet 110. In other embodiments, the fan outlet may be arranged in the opposite direction to the fan outlet shown in the figure, that is, in this embodiment, the fan is in the second connecting station, the main air inlet of the air box faces downwards, and the fan outlet is in butt joint with the right box outlet. The structure of the volute 240 is not specifically limited, and it is sufficient to ensure that the fan outlet 230 of the fan 200 is opposite in direction under the first connection station and the second connection station. Specifically, with the blower 200 arranged as described above, it can be understood that the blower 200 is disposed horizontally in the casing 100, i.e., the blower 200 is arranged at an angle in which the axial direction is perpendicular to the horizontal plane. The first connection station and the second connection station in this application may be understood as connection states that are present before and after the blower 200 is turned over as a whole. The fan main air inlets 210 before and after the turning are oppositely oriented, and the fan air outlets 230 are oppositely oriented. The left and right case outlets 110 and 120 thus disposed to be in abutment with the blower outlet 230 are spaced apart from the back of the case 100 by the same distance. Like this, can guarantee no matter the fan is under first connection station or second connection station, all be located the position far away apart from the user with its left box air outlet 110 or the right box air outlet 120 of butt joint, promote the user and use the impression. Such bellows subassembly 10 is installed in the frame 40 of integrated kitchen, can save bellows subassembly 10 better in the shared space of vertical direction, and the volume of devices such as the roast machine of steaming that can promote to be located this space, sterilizer in the space of increase bellows subassembly 10 top, the structure sets up more rationally. Bellows subassembly 10 in this application, support 300 can guarantee the firm of fan 200 position under first connection station and second connection station, and then guarantee the stability of bellows subassembly 10 operation. Moreover, in the bellows assembly 10 of the present application, no matter the blower 200 is under the first connection station or the second connection station, the distance between the main air inlet 210 of the blower and the inner wall of the adjacent box 100 is enough, so as to ensure the efficiency of oil smoke passing through, and further ensure the efficiency and the effect of oil smoke removal of the integrated stove with the bellows assembly.
For example, referring to fig. 6 and 7 in combination, the blower 200 may further include a blower secondary intake opening 220 disposed opposite to the blower primary intake opening 210, and a distance from the blower secondary intake opening 220 to an inner wall of the box 100 adjacent thereto may be less than a predetermined intake distance. Wherein, the inner walls of the boxes 100 adjacent to each other are different inner walls when the fans 200 are in different connection stations. Specifically, at the first connection station, the inner wall of the box 100 adjacent to the secondary blower inlet 220 is the bottom wall of the box. Under the second connection station, the inner wall of the box 100 adjacent to the secondary air inlet 220 of the fan is the top wall of the box. In the working process of the fan 200, most of the wind enters the fan 200 through the fan main air inlet 210, which requires that the fan main air inlet 210 has enough space to ensure the air inlet efficiency. The air quantity entering the fan 200 through the secondary air inlet 220 of the fan is small, so that the distance between the secondary air inlet 220 of the fan and the inner wall of the box 100 adjacent to the secondary air inlet is smaller than the preset air inlet distance, and the space occupied by the air box assembly 10 in the vertical direction can be reduced on the basis of ensuring the integral air inlet efficiency of the fan 200. Like this, the inside of the integrated kitchen that is provided with this bellows subassembly 10 can have more spaces and install devices such as steaming oven, and space utilization is higher, and the structure sets up more rationally. In another embodiment, the distance between the secondary air inlet of the fan and the inner wall of the box body adjacent to the secondary air inlet of the fan can be equal to the preset distance.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 5, the case 100 may include a rear cover 130 having an opening at a front side thereof and a cover plate 140 detachably covering the opening, and the bracket 300 may be coupled with the cover plate 140. Thus, when the cover plate 140 is pulled, the bracket 300 connected to the cover plate is driven, and the fan 200 is driven. Specifically, when the connection station of the fan 200 needs to be adjusted, the fan 200 can be directly pulled out by pulling the cover plate 140, the box body 100 is pushed in after the fan 200 is turned over, the fan 200 is connected with the box body 100, and the process is simple and convenient and high in efficiency.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 12 and 13 in combination, a guide 150 extending in a front-rear direction may be provided in the case 100, and a guide adaptor 160 slidably coupled to the guide 150 may be provided on the cover plate 140. Thus, when the blower fan 200 is pulled out or pushed into the case 100, the moving trace of the blower fan 200 is more controlled by the engagement of the guide 150 and the guide adaptor 160. Through the reasonable arrangement of the guide member 150 and the guide adaptor 160, the pushed fan 200 can be just in a predetermined position, and the installation efficiency can be improved. Specifically, the guide 150 may be two and located at the left and right sides of the case 100, respectively. Further, since the blower fan 200 has the first and second connection stations in the case 100 in the present application, in order to ensure high installation efficiency at both the first and second connection stations, the guide adapters 160 may be four, disposed at the left and right sides of the cover plate 140 and oppositely disposed at the top and bottom of the cover plate 140.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 5 and 9 in combination, the bracket 300 may include a first side support plate 310, a second side support plate 320, and a wind inlet side support plate 330. Wherein the first and second side support plates 310 and 320 extend inward from the left and right sides of the cover plate 140, respectively. The air inlet side support plate 330 is connected between the top of the first and second side support plates 310 and 320. The air inlet side support plate 330 is provided with a recess 331 recessed forward from the rear edge thereof, and the blower 200 can be inserted into the recess 331 and coupled to the air inlet side support plate 330. The notch 331 is provided to support the portion of the peripheral side of the fan 200 fitted into the notch 331, which effectively improves the stability of the support of the fan 200 by the bracket 300. Specifically, blower 200 may be coupled to bracket 300 by any means, including but not limited to, fasteners, welding, and the like. In an embodiment not shown, the bracket may include only first and second side support plates that are directly secured to the fan. Or the support frame can be one or more support ribs extending inwards along the cover plate, and the support ribs are directly connected and fixed with the fan.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 5 and 7 in combination, a motor side support plate 340 may be further connected between the bottoms of the first and second side support plates 310 and 320, and the blower 200 is connected to the motor side support plate 340. The motor side supporting plate 340 may support the motor side of the fan, thereby further improving the stability of the support of the fan 200 by the supporting member 300. Moreover, an accommodating cavity for accommodating the fan 200 can be formed among the first side support plate 310, the second side support plate 320, the air inlet side support plate 330 and the motor side support plate 340, and axial and radial supports are provided for the fan 200, so that the fan 200 can be stably supported in both the first connection station and the second connection station.
Illustratively, the first distance is equal to the second distance. Therefore, the fan main air inlet 210 is the same as the inner wall of the adjacent box 100 no matter the fan 200 is positioned at the first connection station or the second connection station, and the stability of the air inlet efficiency of the air box assembly 10 at different connection stations of the fan 200 is ensured. In an embodiment not shown, the first distance and the second distance may be set accordingly according to the use case, and the first distance may be different from the second distance.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 1 and 4 in combination, the left and right case vents 110 and 120 may be symmetrically disposed. Generally, the bellows assembly 10 is installed in a housing 40 of the integrated cooker, and a left air outlet 410 and a right air outlet 420 are provided in the housing 40. The left air outlet 410 and the right air outlet 420 are respectively communicated with the left case air outlet 110 and the right case air outlet 120. When installed, the smoke exhaust duct may pass through the left air outlet 410 or the right air outlet 420 to communicate with the left box air outlet 110 or the right box air outlet 120 in the rack 40. The left box outlet 110 and the right box outlet 120 are symmetrically arranged to have the same height. Thus, when the smoke exhaust pipe is installed, the smoke exhaust pipe extends into the rack 40 at the same angle, and the installation process is more convenient. Or, in another embodiment, one of the left and right case outlets is lower in height than the other of the left and right case outlets. It can be understood that the height of the box air outlet butted with the fan air outlet of the fan under the first connecting station is lower than that of the box air outlet on the other side. Taking the blower shown in fig. 10 as an example, the height of the right box air outlet is lower than that of the left box air outlet of the air box assembly provided with the blower. Like this, can guarantee that fan owner air intake distance has sufficient distance with the inner wall of its adjacent fan, guarantees the air inlet efficiency of bellows subassembly to reduce the shared space of bellows subassembly in vertical direction, the structure sets up more rationally. Illustratively, the air outlet seats 170 may be connected to outer sides of the left and right case outlets 110 and 120. A sealing ring may be disposed between the outlet base 170 and the box 100 to prevent oil smoke from escaping from between the outlet base 170 and the box 100.
Illustratively, the bracket 300 may include a first leg and a second leg. The first leg may be disposed at a main air inlet side of the blower 200, and the second leg may be disposed at another side of the blower 200 opposite to the main air inlet side. The first and second legs may abut the top and bottom walls of the case 100. Specifically, the blower 200 is in the first connecting station, and the first leg abuts against the top wall of the box 100 and the second leg abuts against the bottom wall of the box 100. Correspondingly, the fan is in the second connection station, the second support leg abuts against the top wall of the box 100, and the first support leg abuts against the bottom wall of the box 100. In this way, the stability of the support 300 to the support of the wind turbine 200 may be further improved.
Illustratively, the front side of the blower 200 may be provided with a hand-held portion. Thus, the user can move the fan 200 by pulling the hand-held part, and the process is more convenient.
