Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention more clearly understood, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and detailed description. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described herein, and therefore the scope of the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.
An integrated cooker according to some embodiments of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 13.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides an integrated oven 100, where the integrated oven 100 includes: a heating assembly 110 for holding and heating the container, the heating assembly 110 comprising: a base 111 including a duct 112; a range hood assembly 120 for extracting cooking fumes through the air duct 112, the range hood assembly 120 comprising: and a housing 122 detachably connected to the base 111.
The application provides an integrated kitchen 100 of inner loop formula, this integrated kitchen 100 can concentrate the produced oil smoke of culinary art and draw to integrated kitchen 100 inside to in the indoor environment that the user is located after accomplishing grease filtration, peculiar smell filtration inside integrated kitchen 100, with the inner loop that realizes the oil smoke, remove from and set up complicated outer exhaust structure.
The integrated cooktop 100 includes a heating assembly 110 and a range hood assembly 120. The heating assembly 110 includes a base 111, and the base 111 is a main structure of the integrated cooker 100 for positioning and supporting other structures on the integrated cooker 100. The top of the heating assembly 110 can provide a cooking operating surface for a user, and a container for holding food material is placed over the heating assembly 110 to hold and heat the container through the heating assembly 110. The blower 126 assembly includes a housing 122, the housing 122 is connected to the heating assembly 110, a cavity is formed in the housing 122, and a second end of the air duct 112 is communicated with the cavity. The cigarette maker assembly 120 is capable of extracting cooking fumes over the heating assembly 110 through the cavity and the air duct 112. Specifically, after the blower 126 is turned on, the cigarette maker assembly 120 pumps the air in the air duct 112 into the cigarette maker assembly 120 through the cavity, so as to form a negative pressure environment in the area of the air duct 112, and under the action of the negative pressure environment, the oil smoke above the heating assembly 110 is pressed into the air duct 112, so as to complete the suction of the oil smoke and prevent the oil smoke from diffusing into the indoor environment.
In the related art, the range hood and the heating device 118 of the integrated stove 100 are commonly disposed in the same housing structure, which results in a large volume and weight of the whole stove, so that the integrated stove 100 has the technical problems of inconvenient transportation and easy damage due to impact during transportation. Meanwhile, since the range hood and the heating device 118 share the common housing structure, when the structure of one needs to be adjusted, the other disposed in the same housing structure needs to be changed and adjusted along with it. So that the integrated cooker 100 has technical problems of poor flexibility and versatility.
In the embodiment defined herein, the integrated cooker 100 is divided into two main operating modules, a heating assembly 110 and a range hood assembly 120, each of which is provided with a dedicated housing structure. The working structures within the particular heating assembly 110 are mounted within the base 111. The operative structures within the cigarette maker assembly 120 are mounted within the housing 122. The working structures contained in the two are independently arranged and do not interfere with each other. Therefore, when the selection and layout of the internal structures of the heating assembly 110 or the cigarette machine assembly 120 are adjusted, the structures and the layout in the assemblies which are not adjusted are not affected, and the complex work of cooperative adjustment can be avoided. Thereby relieving layout constraints between the cigarette maker assembly 120 and the heating assembly 110 and thereby achieving a modular design.
On this basis, casing 122 is connected through detachable construction with base 111, through setting up the cigarette machine subassembly 120 and the fan 126 subassembly that can dismantle the connection, makes integrated kitchen 100 components of a whole that can function independently transportation heating element 110 and cigarette machine subassembly 120 in the transportation to reduce the transportation degree of difficulty, and solve integrated kitchen 100 because of the great easy technical defect of collision damage of volume and weight in the transportation.
It can be seen that the integrated cooker 100 proposed by the present application solves the problems existing in the related art by providing the heating assembly 110 and the range hood assembly 120 which are separate bodies and connecting the two by a detachable structure: inconvenient carrying, easy damage due to impact in the transportation process and poor flexibility and universality. And then realize optimizing integrated kitchen 100 structure, promote the technological effect of integrated kitchen 100 practicality and convenience.
As shown in fig. 1, 3, 4 and 5, in the above embodiment, the integrated cooker 100 further includes: a plurality of connecting seats 124 provided in one of the base 111 and the housing 122; a plurality of connection holes 1112 provided in the other of the base 111 and the housing 122, and arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of connection seats 124; the screw 130 is inserted into the connecting base 124 and the connecting hole 1112.
In this embodiment, the detachable connection structure between the base 111 and the housing 122 is defined. Specifically, the detachable connection structure includes a connection seat 124, a connection hole 1112, and a screw 130. Specifically, the connection seat 124 is disposed on one of the base 111 and the housing 122, the connection hole 1112 is disposed on the other of the base 111 and the housing 122, and the connection seats 124 and the connection holes 1112 are in multiple sets, and the multiple sets of connection seats 124 and the connection holes 1112 are disposed in one-to-one correspondence. During assembly, the plurality of attachment holes 1112 are aligned with the plurality of attachment sockets 124 corresponding thereto, respectively, and then the screws 130 are threaded through the attachment sockets 124 into the attachment holes 1112, thereby hanging the cigarette maker assembly 120 on the heating assembly 110 via the screws 130. This screw 130 connection structure possesses the advantage that the structure complexity is low, and the good reliability can effectively bear the weight of cigarette machine subassembly 120 on the basis of guaranteeing to dismantle the connection, avoids cigarette machine subassembly 120 not hard up or even drops. Meanwhile, the screw 130 is a standard component, and the purchasing of the screw 130 is completed to detachably connect with the production cost of compressing the integrated cooker 100.
Specifically, in an alternative embodiment, seven attachment sockets 124 are provided around the periphery of the housing 122, seven attachment holes 1112 are correspondingly provided in the bottom of the base 111, and the base 111 and housing 122 are attached by seven screws 130 in multiple orientations to ensure that the detachable attachment structure is able to carry the weight of the cigarette maker assembly 120.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in any of the above embodiments, the heating assembly 110 further includes: the protrusion 113 is disposed at the bottom of the base 111, and the connection hole 1112 is disposed at the protrusion 113.
In this embodiment, the connection holes 1112 are disposed at the bottom of the base 111, and on this basis, the bottom of the base 111 is provided with a plurality of protrusions 113, the plurality of protrusions 113 are disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of connection seats 124 on the housing 122, and each protrusion 113 is provided with one connection hole 1112. During assembly, the tab 113 is mated with the attachment receptacle 124 to hang the cigarette maker assembly 120 under the heating assembly 110.
By providing the projections 113, it is helpful to increase the structural strength of the region of the base 111 where the attachment holes 1112 are provided, increasing the resistance of that region to downward pulling forces, thereby reducing the likelihood that the bottom of the base 111 will be pulled down by the cigarette maker assembly 120. Thereby improving the safety and reliability of the integrated cooker 100.
Specifically, the protruding portion 113 may be formed at the bottom of the base 111 through a stamping process to reduce the difficulty of processing the base 111 and reduce the production cost of the base 111.
In any of the above embodiments, the integrated cooker 100 further includes: a positioning groove provided in one of the base 111 and the housing 122; the positioning rib is disposed on the other of the base 111 and the housing 122 and inserted into the positioning groove.
In this embodiment, the integrated cooker 100 further includes positioning grooves and positioning ribs. Specifically, the shape of the positioning groove is matched with the shape of the outer contour of the positioning rib. The positioning groove is provided on one of the base 111 and the housing 122, and the positioning rib is provided on the other of the base 111 and the housing 122. During the assembly process, the positioning ribs are aligned and inserted into the positioning grooves, so that the pre-positioning of the cigarette machine assembly 120 on the heating assembly 110 is completed through the positioning ribs and the positioning grooves, and the multiple sets of connecting seats 124 and the connecting holes 1112 are self-aligned. Thereafter, the plurality of screws 130 are screwed into the plurality of sets of the coupling seats 124 and the coupling holes 1112, respectively, to complete the assembly.

In this embodiment, the base 111 is further provided with an air outlet 1114 at the bottom thereof, the air outlet 1114 is communicated with the second end of the air duct 112, the top of the housing 122 is further provided with an air inlet 1222 correspondingly, and the air inlet 1222 is communicated with the inner cavity of the housing 122. After the assembly of the cigarette maker assembly 120 on the heating assembly 110 is completed, the air inlet 1222 is in butt joint with the air outlet 1114, so that the cigarette maker assembly 120 can suck the oil smoke above the heating assembly 110 through the air duct 112, and the oil smoke exhausting function of the integrated cooker 100 can be effectively executed. On this basis, integrated kitchen 100 still is provided with sealing member 140, and sealing member 140 specifically is rubber seal, and after accomplishing the assembly of cigarette machine subassembly 120 on heating element 110, sealing member 140 shutoff gas inlet and the gap between the gas outlet to avoid the oil smoke to leak between gas inlet and the gas outlet, thereby guarantee integrated kitchen 100's oil smoke pumping effect.
In an alternative embodiment, the housing 122 is provided with a mounting groove at the top thereof, and the mounting groove is disposed around the air inlet 1222. The sealing member 140 is embedded in the mounting groove. The base 111 bottom is provided with protruding muscle, and protruding muscle encircles air outlet 1114 and sets up, and protruding muscle sets up with the mounting groove is relative. EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, in the third embodiment of the present invention, the heating assembly 110 further includes: the cross beam 114 has a bottom connected to the bottom wall of the base 111 and an end connected to the sidewall of the base 111 and located around the air outlet 1114.
In this embodiment, a cross beam 114 is also disposed within the heating assembly 110. The cross member 114 is disposed on the peripheral side of the air outlet 1114, and the cross member 114 extends in the longitudinal direction or the width direction of the base 111. Specifically, the lower surface of the beam 114 is attached to the bottom wall of the base 111, and the end of the beam 114 is connected to the side wall of the base 111. Thereby increasing the structural strength of the overall frame of the base 111 by the cross member 114 spanning the interior space of the base 111 and connecting the bottom and side walls of the base 111 to prevent collapse and torsional deformation of the base 111 due to the weight of the cigarette maker assembly 120. Thereby ensuring that the cigarette maker assembly 120 can be stably hung below the heating assembly 110 for a long period of time. And then realize promoting base 111 structural stability and reliability, strengthen base 111 load capacity, promote integrated kitchen 100 security, reduce integrated kitchen 100 fault rate's technical effect.
In an alternative embodiment, the outlet 1114 is a rectangular port, the outlet 1114 is disposed at the center of the base 111, and the outlet 1114 extends in the width direction of the base 111. On this basis, two beams 114 are provided, the two beams 114 are respectively provided at the left and right sides of the air outlet 1114, and the two beams 114 are both connected to the upper and lower side walls of the base 111. Therefore, an I-shaped mechanical bridging structure is formed on the base 111 through the two crossbeams 114, and the capability of the base 111 for resisting deformation of the lower bed is further improved. Specifically, the cross member 114 is fastened to the base 111 by screws 130.
In any of the above embodiments, the base 111 further includes a flange 1116 that is connected to the outlet 1114 and is folded toward the inside of the base 111.
In this embodiment, the base 111 further includes a flange 1116, the flange 1116 is disposed at the air outlet 1114, and the flange 1116 is folded from the air outlet 1114 to the inside of the base 111. Can promote the regional structural strength of air outlet 1114 through setting up turn-ups 1116 to promote the ability that external force was resisted to air outlet 1114, reduce the possibility of air outlet 1114 atress deformation, with the gas tightness of guaranteeing air intake 1222 and air outlet 1114 spare. In this embodiment, a controller 115 is further disposed in the heating assembly 110, the controller 115 is installed in the base 111 and is used for controlling the operating states of the electric devices on the integrated cooker 100, the specific controller 115 is connected to an operation panel 117, and a user can send a corresponding control command to the controller 115 by touching the operation panel 117. A blower 126 is provided within the cigarette maker assembly 120, the blower 126 being capable of drawing and directionally conveying air to effect the drawing of smoke and fumes via the chamber and duct 112. On the basis, a first electric connector 116 is arranged on the base 111, and a first end of the first electric connector 116 is connected with the controller 115. A second electrical connector 128 is provided on the housing 122, a first end of the electrical connector being connected to the blower 126. Wherein, the second end of the first electrical connector 116 and the second end of the second electrical connector 128 are coupled to meet the requirement of electrical signal transmission between the controller 115 and the blower 126. When disassembly of the cigarette maker assembly 120 is desired, the first electrical connector 116 and the second electrical connector 128 are disconnected from one another to complete the disassembly. The detachable connection of the blower 126 assembly to the electrical structure of the heater assembly 110 is achieved by providing the first electrical connector 116 and the second electrical connector 128, so that the electrical devices can be removed and installed simultaneously with the frame structure. And then realize optimizing integrated kitchen 100 dismouting structure, promote the technological effect of integrated kitchen 100 practicality and convenience.
In an alternative embodiment, first electrical connector 116 is a connector and second electrical connector 128 is a motor lead that is plugged into the electrical connector during installation of the blower 126 assembly.
In any of the above embodiments, the bottom of the base 111 includes the heat dissipation holes 1118, the top of the housing 122 includes the evacuation grooves 1224, and the evacuation grooves 1224 communicate with the peripheral side of the housing 122; the heat dissipation holes 1118 are disposed opposite to the escape grooves 1224.
In this embodiment, the bottom of the base 111 is provided with a heat dissipating hole 1118, and the heat dissipating hole 1118 communicates the space below the base 111 with the space inside the base 111. A sunken avoidance groove 1224 is formed in a corresponding area of the top of the housing 122, one end of the avoidance groove 1224 is communicated with the heat dissipation hole 1118, and the other end of the avoidance groove 1224 is communicated with the peripheral space of the housing 122. During operation, air around the housing 122 may enter the interior of the base 111 through the relief grooves 1224 to dissipate heat from the space inside the base 111. Correspondingly, the heat inside the base 111 can be conducted out through the heat dissipation holes 1118 and the evacuation grooves 1224, so as to achieve the same heat dissipation effect. By providing the heat dissipation holes 1118 and the air relief grooves 1224, the heat dissipation airflow can smoothly circulate between the inside and outside spaces of the base 111, so as to ensure that the working temperature of the electric device inside the base 111 can be within a safe temperature range. And then realize optimizing integrated kitchen 100 structure, promote integrated kitchen 100 security, reduce the technological effect of integrated kitchen 100 fault rate.
The direction of the arrow in fig. 11 is the flow direction of the heat dissipating airflow.
In any of the above embodiments, the distance between the heat dissipation hole 1118 and the avoidance groove 1224 ranges from: greater than or equal to 9mm and less than or equal to 15 mm.
In this embodiment, the relief groove 1224 is sized to accommodate the previously described embodiments. Specifically, the distance between the escape groove 1224 and the heat dissipation hole 1118 needs to be greater than or equal to 9mm and less than or equal to 15 mm. The distance between the avoidance groove 1224 and the heat dissipation hole 1118 is limited to be larger than or equal to 9mm, so that the air quantity flowing into the avoidance hole can meet the heat dissipation requirement, and the situation that the too narrow avoidance hole cannot dissipate heat effectively is avoided. By limiting the distance between the avoiding groove 1224 and the heat dissipation hole 1118 to be larger than or equal to 15mm, the structural strength of the shell 122 can be guaranteed on the basis of meeting the heat dissipation requirement, and the structural stability of the shell 122 is prevented from being damaged by excessive avoiding. And then realize optimizing heat dissipation channel size, promote the radiating effect, reduce the technological effect of integrated kitchen 100 fault rate.
In any of the above embodiments, the integrated cooker 100 further includes: the heat dissipation fan 150 is disposed in the base 111 and configured to dissipate heat from the inner space of the base 111 through the heat dissipation hole 1118.
In this embodiment, the integrated cooker 100 further includes a heat radiating fan 150. Specifically, the heat dissipation fan 150 is disposed in the base 111, and the heat dissipation fan 150 is disposed opposite to the heat dissipation hole 1118. During operation, the heat dissipation fan 150 rotates to form a heat dissipation airflow circulating inside and outside the base 111. Thereby carrying heat out of the interior of the base 111 by the airflow.
In an alternative embodiment, two heat dissipation holes 1118 are disposed at the bottom of the base 111, and two heat dissipation fans 150 are correspondingly disposed to enhance the heat dissipation effect.
In any of the above embodiments, the heating assembly 110 further comprises: a panel 117 snap-fitted over the base 111; a heating device 118 for forming a heating region on the panel 117.
In this embodiment, the integrated cooker 100 further comprises a panel 117. The panel 117 is an exposed structure of the integrated cooker 100, the panel 117 is covered above the base 111, and after the installation of the integrated cooker 100 is completed, the surface of the panel 117 is an operation table of the integrated cooker 100. The panel 117 is provided with an opening which is communicated with the air duct 112, negative pressure is generated in the lower suction opening of the fan 126 during the working process, and under the action of the negative pressure, oil smoke above the panel 117 is pressed into the integrated stove 100 through the opening to complete collection of the oil smoke and prevent the oil smoke from diffusing into the room.
The integrated cooker 100 further includes a heating device 118, and the heating device 118 is installed inside the base 111. Specifically, a heating device 118 is coupled to the panel 117 base 111, disposed opposite the panel 117, to form a heating zone on the panel 117. The heating device 118 may directly heat the panel 117 to heat the cooking utensil placed on the panel 117 through the panel 117 that is locally heated, or the heating device 118 directly heats the cooking utensil placed on the corresponding area of the panel 117 through the panel 117. In this embodiment, the specific structure of the heating device 118 is not strictly limited, and the heating region may be formed on the panel 117.
Wherein, the bottom of the base 111 is provided with a through hole opposite to the opening on the panel 117, a ring member is arranged in the base 111, the upper end of the ring member is connected with the opening, and the lower end of the ring member is connected with the through hole, so as to enclose the air outlet channel 112 inside the heating component 110.
Specifically, the integrated cooker 100 is further provided with a grill, and after the assembly of the grill is completed, at least a portion of the grill is inserted into the opening. Through set up the grid on the opening, on the one hand, can avoid the produced large granule material of culinary art in-process to drop to the separator assembly to avoid particulate matter to block up the air inlet on the separator assembly. On the other hand, the grille can prevent impurities such as external dust from falling into the separating assembly to a certain extent, so that a large amount of dust and grease are prevented from being condensed into lumps which are difficult to clean. And then realize promoting separation assembly operational reliability and stability, reduce the clean degree of difficulty of separation assembly, promote the technical effect that the user used and experienced.
In any of the above embodiments, the integrated cooker 100 further includes: and a filter 160 disposed in the housing 122 for filtering the oil smoke.
In this embodiment, a filter 160 is further disposed in the integrated oven 100, and the filter 160 is used for filtering the oil smoke drawn into the integrated oven 100 to filter out impurities contained in the oil smoke and substances emitting odor. So as to ensure that the gas finally discharged back to the room does not pollute the indoor environment.
The filter 160 is disposed in the cavity in the housing 122, and the filter 160 is disposed on the windward side of the fan 126, that is, the filter 160 is located between the air duct 112 and the fan 126, and the oil smoke entering the cavity from the air duct 112 needs to pass through the filter 160 before being sucked into the fan 126. Through filtering piece 160 and setting up in the cavity, can remove and filter the restriction of piece 160 to the exhaust pipe size, make fan 126 can dock the exhaust pipe of different models and different producer's production to reduce the cost that the user maintained integrated kitchen 100, and be favorable to forming unified exhaust pipe standard between different brands. Meanwhile, the filter member 160 is disposed in the cavity, so that the transverse space in the cavity can be reasonably utilized, and the filter member 160 can be internally installed without increasing the thickness of the integrated oven 100. Therefore, the filter piece 160 is arranged in the transverse space of the cavity, so that the structural layout of the optimized integrated cooker 100 is realized, the practicability of the integrated cooker 100 is improved, and the technical effect of user experience is improved.
Meanwhile, the filter member 160 is disposed on the upstream side of the fan 126, so that impurities in the oil smoke can be prevented from being sucked into the fan 126, and the rate of pollution of the fan 126 by the impurities is reduced, thereby prolonging the maintenance period and the service life of the fan 126. Thereby promoting the operating stability of the integrated cooker 100 and reducing the technical effect of the failure rate of the integrated cooker 100.
The filter member 160 is made of an activated carbon material, and is used for physically adsorbing particles in the oil smoke, and also can be used as a component for performing electric adsorption or liquid adsorption.
In any of the above embodiments, the integrated cooker 100 further includes: and a blower 126 disposed in the housing 122.
In this embodiment, a fan 126 is disposed in the housing 122, and the fan 126 is capable of extracting oil fumes over the heating assembly 110 through the cavity and the air duct 112.
