Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present application provides a pen lamp with good safety, which includes a pen container assembly 100 and a pen body assembly 200 connected to an end of the pen container assembly 100, a power supply device 110 is disposed inside the pen container assembly 100, the pen body assembly 200 includes a housing 210 and a conductive assembly 220 disposed inside the housing 210, an illumination assembly 230 is disposed at an end of the pen body assembly 200 away from the pen container assembly 100, the conductive assembly 220 is respectively connected to the power supply device 110 and the illumination assembly 230, so that the illumination assembly 230 is illuminated by the power supply device 110, and an insulating member 300 is disposed between the illumination assembly 230 and the pen body assembly 200.
In this embodiment, a power supply device 110 is disposed inside the pen container assembly 100, the pen body assembly 200 includes a housing 210 and a conductive assembly 220 disposed inside the housing 210, an illumination assembly 230 is disposed at an end of the pen body assembly 200 away from the pen container assembly 100, the conductive assembly 220 is respectively connected to the power supply device 110 and the illumination assembly 230, so that the power supply device 110 provides illumination for the illumination assembly 230, an insulating member 300 is disposed between the illumination assembly 230 and the pen body assembly 200, so that the power supply device 110 and the illumination assembly 230 are conductively connected through the conductive assembly 220 for power supply, the illumination assembly 230 is insulated from the pen body assembly 200 by the insulating member 300, a short circuit between the illumination assembly 230 and the pen body assembly 200 is prevented, and safety of the pen lamp is improved.
In some embodiments, the end of the barrel assembly 100 facing the body assembly 200 is provided with a conductive ring 120, and the conductive ring 120 is electrically connected to the power supply 110 and the conductive member 220. The end face of the pen container assembly 100 facing the pen body assembly 200 is provided with the conductive ring 120, the conductive ring 120 is electrically connected with the power supply device 110 and the conductive member 220, so that the conductive member 220 and the power supply assembly are electrically connected through the conductive ring 120, and the pen container assembly is convenient and reliable.
The conductive assembly 220 comprises a conductive pen core 221, the conductive pen core 221 is movably connected with the housing 210, the end of the conductive pen core 221 is abutted against the conductive sheet 235, and the other end is conductively connected with the illumination assembly 230. The lighting assembly 230 includes a fixing member 231, the fixing member 231 is fixed to the end of the housing 210, and the conductive pen core 221 is disposed inside the fixing member 231. By arranging the conductive assembly 220 to comprise the conductive pen core 221, the conductive pen core 221 is movably connected with the shell 210, the end part of the conductive pen core 221 is abutted against the conductive sheet 235, and the other end of the conductive pen core is conductively connected with the illumination assembly 230, so that the conductive pen core 221 connects the conductive sheet 235 with the illumination assembly 230 to establish a conductive path. The lighting assembly 230 comprises a fixing piece 231, the fixing piece 231 is fixed with the end of the housing 210, and the conductive pen core 221 is arranged inside the fixing piece 231, so that the conductive pen core 221 can be stably connected with the housing 210.
The lighting assembly 230 further comprises a lighting ring 232 sleeved on the outer surface of the fixing member 231 and a pressing member 233 arranged inside the fixing member 231, wherein the end of the conductive pen core 221 extends into the pressing member 233 to expand the pressing member 233 so as to make the pressing member 233 and the inner wall of the fixing member 231 be in conductive connection. By arranging the lighting assembly 230 to further comprise a lighting ring 232 sleeved on the outer surface of the fixing member 231 and a pressing member 233 arranged inside the fixing member 231, the end of the conductive pen core 221 extends into the pressing member 233 to expand the pressing member 233 so that the pressing member 233 is in conductive connection with the inner wall of the fixing member 231, so that the conductive pen core 221 moves in the housing 210 and expands the pressing member 233 outwards, and the pressing member 233 is in contact with the inner wall of the fixing member 231 to establish a conductive path.
The extrusion member 233 includes a limiting member 234 and a conducting plate 235, the limiting member 234 is sleeved outside the conductive pen core 221, one end of the conducting plate 235 is connected to the limiting member 234, and the other end extends toward the pen barrel assembly 100 along the axis of the conductive pen core 221. The extrusion part 233 is provided with the limiting part 234 and the conducting strip 235, the limiting part 234 is sleeved outside the conducting pen core 221, one end of the conducting strip 235 is connected with the limiting part 234, and the other end of the conducting strip 235 extends towards the pen container assembly 100 along the axis of the conducting pen core 221, so that the conducting strip 235 extends towards the direction opposite to the movement direction of the conducting pen core 221, the stroke of the movement required by the contact between the conducting strip 235 and the inner wall of the fixing part 231 is shortened, and the connection stability is improved.
The end of the conductive sheet 235 is provided with a folded part 236, so that the conductive sheet 235 is pressed and expanded by the conductive pen core 221 to be abutted against the inner wall of the fixing member 231 for conduction. The limiting member 234 is sleeved with a connecting sleeve 237, and the connecting sleeve 237 is fixedly connected with the fixing member 231. The turned-over part 236 is arranged at the tail end of the conducting strip 235, so that the conducting strip 235 is pressed and expanded by the conducting pen core 221 to be in butt joint with the inner wall of the fixing part 231 for conducting, and the conducting strip 235 can be quickly in butt joint with the inner wall of the fixing part 231 for conducting when the conducting strip 235 is pressed by the conducting pen core 221. The connecting sleeve 237 is sleeved outside the limiting member 234, and the connecting sleeve 237 is fixedly connected with the fixing member 231, so that the limiting member 234 is stably connected with the fixing member 231, and the reliability of the pen lamp is improved.
The insulating member 300 is sleeved on the end of the conductive pen core 221 located in the fixing member 231. The inner wall of the fixing member 231 is provided with a limiting groove 238, and the insulating member 300 is embedded in the limiting groove 238. The insulating member 300 is sleeved on the end of the conductive pen core 221 located in the fixing member 231, so that the conductive pen core 221 can be sufficiently insulated from the fixing member 231, thereby preventing a short circuit. The inner wall of the fixing member 231 is provided with the limiting groove 238, and the insulating member 300 is embedded in the limiting groove 238, so that the insulating member 300 is stably connected with the fixing member 231, and the insulating member 300 is prevented from falling off between the conductive pen core 221 and the fixing member 231 and causing short circuit.
