本实用新型涉及一种在冶炼行业中用作导电材 料的异形石墨电极。该异形石墨电极接头采用阶梯 形与石墨电极本体螺纹配合,避免了石墨电极掉落和 人为打掉,可以提高冶炼制品的质量,降低了石墨电 极的消耗量,减少了工人劳动强度。

Description

本发明涉及一种冶炼行业所需的由石墨电极本体及用于联结本体的石墨电极接头组成的导电材料的异型石墨电极。
现有的石墨电极接头采用圆柱型或圆锥型与加工成相同状内孔的石墨电极本体螺纹联结(配合),在冶炼过程中,当石墨电极螺纹壁氧化变薄时,承受不住下部工作端的重量而掉入炉内,且锥型接头一旦受震动松扣即易掉落,特别在铁合金微炭铬铁生产中,为防止电极掉入炉内出现合金废品,要人为地将下部工作端打掉,如电极打得不光滑也能造成合金增炭,产生合金废品。
本实用新型的目的在于避免上述现有技术中的不足之处而提供一种使电极只接不打、连续使用、减少工人劳动强度及电极消耗量、提高合金制品质量的异型石墨电极。
本实用新型包括石墨电极本体、石墨电极接头,其特殊之处在于石墨电极接头采用阶梯型,石墨电极本体采用阶梯型内孔与之螺纹配合。
本实用新型接头由现有的圆柱型或圆锥型改为阶梯型与加工成相同状内孔的本体螺纹联结。当冶炼时电极本体螺纹壁氧化变薄时,由接头下部小端承受工作端的重量,当下部电极本体使用结束,接头中部螺纹裸露在外时,由接头上部小端承受接头中部的重量,这样可避免电极掉落或人为打掉,提高了冶炼制品的质量,降低了石墨电极的消耗量,减少了工人劳动强度。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的一个实施例作进一步描述:
本实用新型可在C630车床上分两部分加工而成。第一部分为阶梯型石墨电极接头(2)加工,根据所联结的电极不同规格,采用大小直径比为2:1-3:1的比例加工成阶梯型毛坯,石墨电极接头(2)上、下部两小端与中部对称。最后等螺距并连续加工成其外螺纹。第二部分为石墨电极本体(1)、(3)加工,用车刀加工外圆后,采用同石墨电极接头(2)同样大小直径比加工阶梯型内孔,使石墨电极本体(1)与(3)阶梯孔的大直径部分长度之和等于石墨电极接头(2)中部长度。最后等螺距并连续加工成其内螺纹。

1、一种在冶炼行业中用作导电材料的异型石墨电极,包括上部石墨电极本体(1)、下部石墨电极本体(3)、石墨电极接头(2),其特征在于石墨电极接头(2)采用阶梯型,石墨电极本体(1)、(3)采用阶梯型内孔与石墨电极接头(2)螺纹配合。
2、根据权利要求1所述的用作冶炼行业导电材料的异型石墨电极,其特征在于阶梯型石墨电极接头(2)大小直径比为2:1-3:1。
