The dedusting assembly comprises a dedusting box, a smoke inlet and a smoke outlet are formed in the dedusting box, a water curtain turbulence plate is covered on the smoke inlet, smoke can enter the dedusting box through the water curtain turbulence plate, a nozzle is arranged in the dedusting box and aims at the water curtain turbulence plate, a water blocking weir plate is arranged on the dedusting box and is provided with a cyclone centrifugal pipe group, the cyclone centrifugal pipe group is used for separating water mist, particles and gas carried in the smoke, the cyclone centrifugal pipe group is abutted against the smoke outlet, and a sewage separation box is arranged at the output end of the water blocking weir plate;
the defogging subassembly, the defogging subassembly is including removing the fog case, the dust removal case set up in remove the fog case, just the dust removal case with it passes through to remove the fog case the outlet flue intercommunication, it is provided with the gas-water separation folded plate to remove the fog incasement, the gas-water separation folded plate is used for gas-liquid separation.

The dust and mist removing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cyclone centrifugal tube set comprises a plurality of rigid tube bundles uniformly spaced from the water-blocking weir plate, the water-blocking weir plate is correspondingly provided with a plurality of through holes, the rigid tube bundles are communicated with the sewage separation tank through the water-blocking weir plate, and one end of each of the rigid tube bundles, which is far away from the water-blocking weir plate, is formed into an inclined plane.
3. The dust and mist removing apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein an air inducing system is disposed on the dust removing box, and the air inducing system is located at an input end of the smoke inlet.
4. The dust-removing and mist-removing device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the output end of the sewage separation tank is provided with a sewage port and a sludge port, and the output end of the sludge port is provided with a sludge-water separator.
5. The dust and mist removing apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein a back washing assembly is provided at an input end of the gas-water separation flap in the mist removing box, and the back washing assembly is used for washing the gas-water separation flap.
6. A dedusting and demisting apparatus as set forth in claim 5 wherein said air-water separating flap is W-shaped or S-shaped in cross section and comprises a plurality of flaps joined to each other, and a gap is formed between adjacent flaps through which smoke can pass.

The dust and mist removing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein a water separating tank for containing water separated from the gas-water separating flap is disposed in the mist removing tank, a water level meter is disposed on the water separating tank, a first isolating valve and a process water pipeline are disposed at an output end of the water separating tank, the first isolating valve is used for controlling the process water pipeline and the water separating tank to be connected or disconnected, a water replenishing valve is disposed at a side of the mist removing tank, and a built-in circulating water channel and a built-in air duct are disposed in the mist removing tank.
8. A dust and mist removing apparatus as set forth in claim 7, wherein said dust removing tank is provided with a circulation pump, and a water outlet end of said circulation pump is communicated with said plurality of nozzles.
9. The dust-removing and mist-removing apparatus as claimed in claim 8, wherein the water curtain turbulence plate has a plurality of pores uniformly distributed thereon, and the pores are circular holes.
10. The dust and mist removing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the smoke inlet is funnel-shaped, and the diameter of the outer end of the smoke inlet is smaller than the diameter of the inner end of the smoke inlet.
