Detailed Description
Fig. 1 and 2 are a front view and a top view, respectively, of a motor vehicle according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a dome 90 in a motor vehicle 100 according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention is mounted with two combined lamps 1. The modular light fitting 1 is elongated and extends in the longitudinal direction of said motor vehicle 100. When viewed in the longitudinal direction of the motor vehicle 100 (i.e. in the viewing angle as described in fig. 1), the two combined light fixtures 1 are located at the upper left and right corners of the dome 90, respectively, and are arranged symmetrically with respect to the central vertical plane OO' of the motor vehicle 100. The combined luminaire 1 emits light rays BM1 of a first type and light rays BM2 of a second type. A portion of the light rays BM1 shine towards the dome 90 and may then be reflected/diffusely reflected by the dome 90 to function as an ambience light, for example. The light ray BM2 is irradiated toward the vehicle interior seat 80 near the combination lamp 1, so that the passenger in the vehicle interior seat 80 can be illuminated to perform, for example, a reading light function, a dome light function, and the like.
Fig. 3 and 4 are an exploded view and a cross-sectional view, respectively, of a combination lamp according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
Specifically, the combination lamp 1 includes a housing 11 and a lampshade 12, wherein the lampshade 12 is mounted on the housing 11 and encloses a cavity with the housing 11. A plurality of anchors 111 are provided on the housing 11 for securing the housing 11 to the dome 90. A cavity enclosed by the housing 11 and the lampshade 12 is provided with: the first lamp group can emit first type light rays BM1 to play a first lighting function; and a second lamp group capable of emitting a second type of light rays BM2 to perform a second lighting function. Wherein the second lighting function is different from the first lighting function, the first lighting function may comprise an atmosphere light function, and the second lighting function may comprise one or more of a reading light function, a dome light function. The first lamp set and the second lamp set extend side by side in the longitudinal direction of the modular luminaire 1.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the second lamp set comprises a plurality of segments (e.g. three segments S1, S2, S3 shown in fig. 2 and 3) in the longitudinal direction of the modular luminaire 1. Each zone is capable of controlling the switching, brightness and/or color, etc. of the lights within the zone independently of the other zones to function as a reading light as desired by the occupants of the vehicle. In particular, when the lamps in all the segments of the second lamp group are lit, the function of a dome lamp can be exerted.
Specifically, the first lamp group includes:
a light guide LG extending in the longitudinal direction of the modular luminaire 1;
one first light source LGP (see the left side in fig. 3) that is provided at one end (the left end in fig. 3) of the light guide LG and injects a light ray into the light guide LG from the one end of the light guide LG, and then the light ray propagates within the light guide LG and is emitted from the outer peripheral surface of the light guide LG; the first light source LGP may be a printed circuit board light emitting assembly (PCBA), and the switching, brightness, and/or color of the first light source LGP may be controlled by a LIN control protocol or a PWM control protocol; and
the lamp cover 12 includes a first lamp cover 121 for transmitting light from the first lamp group, the first lamp cover 121 being transparent, the light from the light guide LG being emitted through the first lamp cover 121, corresponding to the first lamp group (see fig. 4).
As shown in fig. 2, in order to make the light intensity distribution within the light guide LG more uniform, the first lamp group may further include another first light source LGP (see the right side in fig. 3). The other first light source LGP is disposed at the other end (right end in fig. 3) of the light guide LG. The other first light source LGP injects light into the light guide LG from the other end thereof, and the light propagates within the light guide LG and is emitted from the outer peripheral surface of the light guide LG.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the second lamp set includes:
a plurality of second light sources, wherein the second light source FP1 is located within the first segment S1, the second light sources FP2 and FP3 are located within the second segment S2, and the second light sources FP4 and FP5 are located within the third segment S3. Similar to the first light source LGP, the second light sources FP1, FP2, FP3, FP4, FP5 may also be printed circuit board light emitting components (PCBA); and
a plurality of converging lenses, wherein the converging lens F1 is located in the first section S1, the converging lens F2 is located in the second section S2, and the converging lens F3 is located in the third section S3, wherein the light L1 emitted from the second light sources FP1, FP2, FP3, FP4, FP5 is converged or collimated by the corresponding converging lenses into the light L2, and then emitted through the second lamp shade 122.
Preferably, the converging lenses F1, F2, F3 are fresnel lenses.
It is to be understood that the number of the second light sources and the condensing lens is not limited thereto, and any other number of the second light sources and the condensing lens may be used.
The lamp housing 12 further includes a second lamp housing 122 for transmitting light from the second lamp assembly, correspondingly to the second lamp assembly, and the second lamp housing 122 is preferably in a semi-transparent frosted state to scatter light from the second light source, so that uniformity of lighting effect can be improved, and functions such as a reading lamp function and a dome lamp function can be well performed.
The first lamp cover 121 and the second lamp cover 122 are formed as one integrated lamp cover 12 by a manufacturing process such as two-shot molding to simplify the process. As mentioned above, the first shade 121 is transparent, and the second shade 122 is in a semi-transparent frosted state. As shown in fig. 4, an interface 21 exists between the first lamp cover 121 and the second lamp cover 122. The integrated lamp cover 12 is mounted on the housing 11, specifically, below the housing 11.
In addition, a blocking portion 112 is disposed between the first lamp set and the second lamp set. The blocking portion 112 may be a part of the housing 11 or may be a separate component. The blocking portion 112 is configured to block light from the first lamp group (especially, the light guide LG) from being incident into the second lamp group, and simultaneously block light from the second lamp group (especially, the second light sources FP1, FP2, FP3, FP4, FP 5) from being incident into the first lamp group, so as to avoid mutual interference between different lighting functions. Further, the blocking portion 112 is configured to support the light guide LG and reflect light from the light guide LG. For example, a part of the light rays BM1 emitted from the outer circumferential surface of the light guide LG may be directly emitted from the first shade 121, and another part of the light rays BM1 emitted from the outer circumferential surface of the light guide LG needs to be reflected by the stopper 112 and then emitted from the first shade 121.
Although the general concept of the modular light fixture of the present invention has been specifically described above by taking the first and second light sets as an example, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the modular light fixture of the present invention may also comprise other light sets in addition to the first and second light sets described.
Although the technical objects, technical solutions and technical effects of the present invention have been described in detail hereinabove with reference to specific embodiments, it should be understood that the above embodiments are only illustrative and not restrictive. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made by those skilled in the art within the spirit and principle of the present invention is included in the protection scope of the present invention.
