The fourth mounting post 215 and the third mounting post 222 are provided with corresponding locking holes, which may be screw holes. The bottom of the third spacing groove 2222 has a mounting table, the mounting table has a through hole, which is communicated with the locking hole, and the screw penetrates the locking hole thread in turn to fix the third mounting column 222 and the fourth mounting column 215. The length of the third mounting post 222 and the fourth mounting post 215 corresponds to the inner diameter of the first cavity, so that the housing 20 can be perfectly attached during connection, and the limiting and pre-fixing can be realized during installation. After the screw fastening is completed, the groove outside the locking hole of the third mounting post 222 can be sealed by using a sealing plug, so as to achieve the functions of water resistance, dust resistance and protection.
The first mounting grooves 27 are used for mounting the massage heads 90, the head cover 26 is sleeved on part of the massage heads 90 and is arranged in the first mounting grooves, the second limiting plates 223 are arranged between the third mounting columns 222, the second limiting plates 223 are provided with second limiting grooves 2231, the shape and the size of the second limiting grooves 2231 are matched with those of the head cover 26 and used for mounting the head cover 26, the head cover 26 has a limiting and fixing effect, and the head cover 26 is prevented from being displaced in the using process of the fascial gun.
The upper shell 21 and the lower shell 22 are detachably connected, maintenance and replacement of an internal structure of the fascial gun are facilitated, the upper shell 21 is further provided with a continuous or segmented sealing edge 23 at the joint of the upper shell 21 and the lower shell 22, the joint of the lower shell 22 and the upper shell 21 is further provided with a sealing groove 24 corresponding to the sealing edge 23, and when the upper shell 21 and the lower shell 22 are installed, the sealing edge 23 can be embedded into the sealing groove 24 of the shell 20 on the other side, so that sealing is achieved, and limiting and pre-fixing can be achieved through the two structures. Alternatively, the sealing groove 24 and the sealing edge 23 may be stepped to further increase the sealing performance of the fascial gun.
The tail end of the shell 20 is provided with a second installation groove 28 for installing the operation assembly 80, a baffle 281 is arranged between the second installation groove 28 and the battery installation groove 211, the baffle 281 can realize the isolation of two-part structures to prevent sundries from falling into the first cavity and influencing the operation of the driving assembly 30 and the transmission assembly 40, and a thread passing groove 2811 is arranged on the baffle 281, so that part or all circuits of the fascia gun can pass through the baffle 281, and the combing wire harness and the preventing wire harness are wound and rolled into the transmission assembly 40.
In one embodiment, the fascia gun further comprises a heat dissipation structure, the heat dissipation structure comprises a heat insulation cavity and heat dissipation holes 254, a heat insulation plate 323 is arranged on the outer side surface of the mounting frame 32 and/or the connection position of the mounting frame 32 and the motor 31, the heat insulation plate 323 extends around the outer side surface of the mounting frame 32 and abuts against the inner side surface of the handle 25, the heat insulation plate 323 and the handle 25 form the heat insulation cavity, and a large amount of heat generated by the motor 31 during operation is prevented from flowing upwards, so that the influence on the battery 10 is avoided; when the heat insulation plate 323 is arranged at the joint of the motor mounting bracket 32 and the motor 31, the hot air generated by the motor 31 can be prevented from flowing upwards, and the heat can be exhausted from the heat dissipation hole 254 below the handle 25 through the fan carried by the motor 31. The heat shield plate 323 here also has a wire passage hole through which a part of the wiring harness can pass. The heat shield 323 has mounting holes corresponding to the mounting holes of the motor mount 32 and/or the mounting holes of the motor 31, and both or three of them can be fixed using fasteners; the heat shield 323 may be made of a thermally insulating material having a low thermal conductivity to reduce heat transfer.
The heat dissipation holes 254 are circumferentially distributed on the handle 25, and the heat dissipation holes 254 are through holes to facilitate heat circulation, and may be in the shape of a long strip, a circle or a polygon, and are preferably arranged between the motor 31 and the charging assembly 60 to accelerate air circulation and prevent heat accumulation.
For the convenience of charging of a user, the auxiliary structure of the fascial gun comprises a charging assembly 60, the charging assembly 60 is electrically connected with a battery 10 and used for charging the battery 10, the charging assembly 60 comprises a battery circuit board 61, a charging head 62 and a charging switch 63, the battery 10 is electrically connected with the battery circuit board 61, a driving assembly 30 is electrically connected with the battery circuit board 61 through a main control board 82, the battery circuit board 61 comprises a charging circuit and a battery management circuit and is respectively used for electric quantity management and transportation when the battery 10 is charged and the fascial gun works normally and is also electrically connected with other auxiliary structures, and the charging switch 63 and the charging head 62 are both connected with the battery circuit board 61.
In the first embodiment shown in fig. 9, the charging assembly 60 is located at the lower end of the handle 25, the lower end of the handle 25 has a bottom cover 252, the charging assembly 60 is located between the bottom cover 252 and the motor 31, the bottom cover 252 is formed with a second groove 2521, a first step 2522 is formed around the inner side wall of the second groove 2521, a plurality of fixing plates 2523 are formed on the first step 2522, the bottom cover 252 is connected to the handle 25 by the fixing plates 2523, a first fixing column 2524 is formed on the bottom wall of the second groove 2521 in an extending manner, a boss step is formed at one end of the first fixing column 2524 away from the bottom wall of the groove, a convex plate is arranged around the inner side wall of the lower end of the handle 25, a second fixing column 253 is formed on one side of the convex plate facing the bottom cover 252 in an extending manner, a concave step is formed at one end of the second fixing column 253 facing the bottom cover 252, and the first fixing column 2524 is fixedly connected to the second fixing column 253 in an inserting manner; the connection strength between the bottom cover 252 and the handle 25 is further improved, and the stability and the sealing property between the handle 25 and the bottom cover 252 are improved; preferably, a step structure or a labyrinth structure is arranged at the joint of the bottom cover 252 and the lower end of the handle 25, so that the sealing property and the water resistance of the joint are enhanced; the charging head 62 is fixed on the battery circuit board 61 and extends towards the bottom cover 252, and the bottom cover 252 is provided with a charging hole matched with the charging head 62, so that the plugging charging is convenient; the charging switch 63 is fixed on the battery circuit board 61 and extends toward the bottom cover 252, and the bottom cover 252 has a switch hole adapted to the charging switch 63 for user's convenience.
In a second embodiment, shown in fig. 13, the charging assembly 60 is located at the rear end of the housing 20. Specifically, the charging assembly 60 is located inside the rear cover 29 of the housing 20. The charging assembly 60 is perpendicular to the first cavity, and the battery circuit board 61 is in a circular-like shape, and has a chamfer or a fillet on the periphery, or may be in a circular structure. The charging head 62 is disposed in a direction parallel to the lateral axis and extends toward the rear cover 29, and the rear cover 29 has a charging hole corresponding to the charging head 62 for exposing the charging head 62 for charging. The rear cover 29 is also provided with a switch gap for the charging switch 63 to pass through for controlling the start and stop of the power supply of the whole machine. The charging head 62 is a circular structure with a metal needle in the middle, and the charging switch 63 is a toggle switch for controlling the main power supply.
To facilitate the user's manipulation of the fascial gun, the auxiliary structure of the fascial gun further includes a display assembly 70 and a manipulation assembly 80.
In the first embodiment as shown in fig. 11 to 12, the display assembly 70 and the operation assembly 80 are both located at the rear end of the housing 20. The display assembly 70 mainly functions to display the remaining power of the battery 10 and the rotation speed grade of the motor 31, and comprises a display part 71 and a display circuit board 72, wherein the display part 71 can be a nixie tube operation assembly 80 which functions to control the rotation speed of the motor 31, and comprises an operation part 81 and a main control board 82, the main control board 82 is provided with a wiring port, and the wiring port is used for leading out a signal wire and is electrically connected with other auxiliary structures such as the display circuit board 72. In this embodiment, the operation switch is a touch switch integrally formed with the cover plate, and a device for conducting a touch signal, such as a metal spring, is disposed on the surface of the internal circuit board integrally formed with the cover plate; by pressing the operating switch, the corresponding operating logic of the fascial gun can be realized. In this embodiment, the display circuit board 72 and the main control board 82 may be the same circuit board.
Specifically, the housing 20 includes a rear cover 29, a clamping groove 291 is formed in the inner side of the front end of the rear cover 29, a clamping strip 292 is formed at the rear end edge of the upper housing 21 and the lower housing 22, and when the upper housing 21 and the lower housing 22 are folded, the rear cover 29 is clamped with the clamping strip 292 through the clamping groove 291 and is fixed at the rear end of the upper housing 21 and the lower housing 22. The display unit 70 and the operation unit 80 are located inside the rear cover 29, and the rear cover 29 has a light-transmitting portion at a position corresponding to the display member 71, so that the content of the display member 71 can be exposed to the rear cover 29 or the display surface of the display member 71 itself. A touch area is provided on the inner side of the rear cover 29 and at a position corresponding to the operation switch, the rear cover 29 may be made of a hard material having a display area and a touch function, and when a user presses or touches a corresponding position of the rear cover 29, the pressing block presses the operation button 812 to perform an operation. The outside of back lid 29 has the sign of plus sign and subtracting the sign, and the sign position corresponds with the position of pressing the briquetting, and convenience of customers discerns the operation.
The fascial gun comprises an upper shell 21 and a lower shell 22, wherein the upper shell 21 and the lower shell 22 form a main body, a first cavity is arranged in the main body, and the outer side edge of the rear end of each of the upper shell 21 and the lower shell 22 is provided with a rear cover mounting seat 293. The main body has a head end for mounting the massage head 90 and a tail end for mounting the rear cover 29. The rear cover 29 assembly comprises a rear cover mounting assembly and a rear cover 29, the mounting structure of the rear cover 29 is located on the upper shell 21 and/or the lower shell 22, and comprises a first buckle 2931, a fixing rib 2932, a first limiting surface 2933, a second limiting surface 2934, an inwardly protruding third fixing column 2935 and the like, wherein a mounting hole is further formed in the third fixing column 2936.
As shown in fig. 18 to 19, the back cover 29 has a receiving opening therein, and the wall of the receiving opening is a step design and includes a first abutting surface 294 and a second abutting surface 295, wherein the first abutting surface 294 abuts against the first position-limiting surface 2933, and the second abutting surface 295 abuts against the second position-limiting surface 2934. The bottom of the receiving port is provided with at least one display port 296 and at least one control port 297 which penetrate through the receiving port; a concave receiving hole for receiving a part of the device on the surface of the display circuit board 72; also included is at least one circuit board mounting post 298, the top of the circuit board mounting post 298 having a step and the interior of the circuit board mounting post 298 having a mounting hole. In addition, a reserved port (also a control port 297, but there is no corresponding control button in this embodiment) is also provided in the receiving port, and the reserved port may correspond to a control switch of another display circuit board 72 in other embodiments.
The receiving opening of the rear cover 29 is used for receiving the display circuit board 72, the display circuit board 72 is of a round-like structure with the periphery being a chamfer or a fillet or a round structure, and is sleeved at the step of the circuit board mounting column 298 through the mounting hole corresponding to the circuit board mounting column 298 at the receiving opening inside, and the display circuit board 72 and the mounting hole are connected through a fastener. The display circuit board 72 is provided with a control chip, a display part 71, an operation part and a plug-in part. The display part 71 corresponds to the display opening 296 of the rear cover 29 and is a nixie tube for displaying the operation state of the fascial gun, and in other embodiments, the control part can also select a diode component, a liquid crystal display screen and other devices capable of displaying information; the operation member corresponds to the operation port 297 of the back cover 29 and is a metal spring for transmitting a touch signal from the operation port 297 of the back cover 29. The outer surface of the rear cover 29 has a protective cover mounting groove having a limiting portion for limiting a mounting angle and a mounting position of the protective cover. The protective cover is mounted in the protective cover mounting groove of the rear cover 29.
The protective cover is made of hard material and is adhered in the mounting groove of the rear cover 29. The protective cover is provided with an operation area and a display area, the operation area senses touch signals from the outside and transmits the signals to the internal chip through the metal spring, and therefore the operation signals are recognized; the display area is made of a light-transmitting material, and can display information displayed on the display 71.
After the protective cover and the display circuit board 72 are mounted on the rear cover 29, the rear cover 29 is connected to the rear portion of the main body in a clamping manner, the fixing rib 2932 at the rear portion of the main body abuts against the inner surface of the rear cover 29, and the fixing rib 2932 can also enhance the connection strength of the connection portion. At this time, the first abutting surface 294 abuts against the first limiting surface 2933, the second abutting surface 295 abuts against the second limiting surface 2934, a first buckle fixing hole is formed in the upper portion of the inner surface of the tail cover 200 corresponding to the position of the upper shell 82, the upper shell 21 is clamped into the first buckle fixing hole of the rear cover 29, at this time, the primary fixing of the rear cover 29 is already realized, and then, a fastener penetrates through the mounting holes of the rear cover 29 and the lower shell 22 from the lower side of the rear cover 29 respectively, so that the final fixing of the rear cover 29 can be realized.
A baffle 281 is further provided between the rear cover 29 assembly and the first cavity, the baffle 281 including a portion inside the upper housing 21 and a portion inside the lower housing 22, wherein the upper housing 21 and/or the portion of the lower housing 22 has a wire passage slot 2811 for combing and fixing the wire harness passing therethrough. The baffle 281 can effectively prevent impurities from entering the first cavity or the second cavity, thereby hindering or damaging the normal operation of the driving assembly 30 and/or the transmission assembly 40 inside the first cavity. In other embodiments, the rear cover 29 mounting structure and the rear cover 29 may be replaced with the hot compress and cold compress assembly 91.
In the third embodiment shown in fig. 14-16, the display assembly 70 is located on the side of the housing 20 and the operating assembly 80 is located on the handle 25. The display circuit board 72 includes a control chip, a display 71, and a plug connector, and the display 71 may be an LED display, a nixie tube, a liquid crystal display, and other elements capable of displaying information, so as to display the operating state of the fascial gun.
Specifically, for the convenience of installation, the display module 70 is located at the junction of the upper case 21 and the lower case 22, and defines a portion of the case 20 provided with the first cavity as a main body. The side of main fuselage has first demonstration mounting groove 73 for installation display 71, and display circuit board 72 is located first cavity, is connected with display 71 electricity, and display circuit board 72's fixed mode can be for one or more combinations of modes such as joint, butt, fastener connection, bonding, also can be other fixed modes. The outer side of the display element 71 is further provided with a protective cover, the protective cover is of a light-transmitting structure, the outer edge of the first display installation groove 73 is provided with first installation edges distributed in the circumferential direction, the thickness of each first installation edge is slightly thinner than the thickness of the surrounding shell 20 and slightly lower than the outer surface where the first display installation groove 73 is located, the inner surface edge of the protective cover abuts against the first installation edge of the first display installation groove 73, or the inner surface edge of the protective cover is provided with first installation edges distributed in the circumferential direction, during installation, the protective cover is installed from the inside of the first cavity, and at the moment, the outer surface of each first installation edge abuts against the inner surface of the first display installation groove 73. The joint of the two can be provided with a sealing ring to enhance the sealing performance of the joint, and can be fixed by one or more modes such as bonding, clamping and the like, so that the sealing performance of the joint is better ensured.
The operating assembly 80 further comprises one or more operating buttons 812, and the operating buttons 812 may be provided at any position of the handle, such as the side, upper, and lower sides, and preferably may be provided at a position of the handle near the main body. And is located on the underside of the tail cap. The position of the handle near the main body can be divided into an arc area or a polygonal area at the connection position, the operating button 812 corresponds to the operating element 81, and the main control board 82 includes a wiring port for leading out a signal line and electrically connected to other auxiliary structures such as the display circuit board 72. In this embodiment, the operating element 81 is a push switch with elasticity, and the operating logic of the fascial gun can be implemented by pressing the operating element 81. One of the operating logics is as follows: when the fascia gun is not operated, the fascia gun can be started by pressing the switch, and the strength or frequency of the fascia gun can be adjusted by pressing again and can be changed between the set gears until the fascia gun is closed; the plurality of operation buttons 812 may also have different functions to perform speed adjustment, power on and off, hot compress, and the like.
The operation member 81 needs to be interacted with by a user through an operation button 812 located at the outside thereof. The side surface of the handle 25 is provided with a mounting groove of the operating button 812, and the mounting groove of the operating button 812 faces the same direction as the back end surface of the shell 20, so that the operation of a user is convenient. The operation button 812 is a concentric circular truncated cone and corresponds to the key cap and the annular edge respectively, the key cap is fixedly connected with the annular edge, and the annular edge is circumferentially distributed along the edge of the key cap close to one side of the main control board 82. The diameter of the annular rim is greater than that of the keycap, and the outer diameter of the annular rim is greater than that of the mounting groove of the operation button 812. In addition, the diameter of the key cap should be smaller than the diameter of the mounting groove of the operation button 812, which enables the annular rim of the operation button 812 to move on the inner surface of the mounting groove of the operation member 81 and the operation button 812, preventing falling off.
In this embodiment, in order to implement the interaction function, the inner surface of the operation button 812 should further have an abutting part 8121, the abutting part 8121 may be one or more parallel or crossed strip structures, or may be a column structure, the extreme end of the abutting part 8121 abuts against the surface of the operation switch, and when pressed, the force acting on the surface of the operation button 812 is indirectly applied to the operation switch through the action of the abutting part 8121, so as to implement the interaction.
In this embodiment, the employed abutting part 8121 is two abutting strips perpendicular to each other, and extends to the inner surface of the key cap, which is equivalent to a reinforcing rib, and the strength of the key cap can be increased while the interaction is realized.
In the fourth embodiment shown in fig. 17, the display assembly 70 and the operating assembly 80 are both located on the handle 25, the display assembly 70 is located on the front side of the handle 25, and the operating assembly 80 is located on the rear side of the handle 25. Of course, in other embodiments, the display component 70 and the operation component 80 may be both disposed on the left side or the right side of the handle 25, considering that the dominant hand is a right-handed user, the display circuit board 72 and the main control board 82 may be the same circuit board, the protective cover on the outer side of the display circuit board 72 may be provided with an interaction position corresponding to the operation component 81, the interaction position may adopt an interaction member, and the interaction member may be a metal sheet, a metal spring, an optical sensor, a pressure sensor, or the like. In other embodiments, the operation element 81 may be a mechanical switch instead of a touch switch, or a combination of the two may be used to implement different functions. When the display assembly 70 and the operation assembly 80 are disposed on different sides, the display circuit board 72 and the main control board 82 may be two separate circuit boards and electrically connected by a wire harness. As shown in fig. 17, taking the display component 70 located at the front side of the handle 25 and the operation component 80 located at the rear side of the handle 25 as an example, the front side of the handle 25 has a second display installation groove 74 passing through, the inner edge of the second display installation groove 74 has second installation edges distributed circumferentially, and the thickness of the second installation edges is slightly thinner than that of the surrounding handle 25 and the height of the second installation edges is slightly lower than the surface where the second display installation groove 74 is located. The display circuit board 72 is located in the second cavity, the display element 71 is located in the second display mounting groove 74, a protective cover is further fixed on the outer side of the second display mounting groove 74, the protective cover is of a light-transmitting structure, the protective cover directly covers the second display mounting groove 74 from the outer side of the handle, the edge of the protective cover abuts against the second mounting edge of the second display mounting groove 74, or the outer edge of the second display mounting groove 74 is provided with the second mounting edges distributed circumferentially, the outer surface edge of the protective cover is provided with the second mounting edges distributed circumferentially, the protective cover can be mounted from the inner side of the handle, the outer surface of the second mounting edge abuts against the inner surface of the mounting edge of the second display mounting groove 74, a sealing ring can be arranged at the joint of the protective cover and the protective cover to enhance the sealing performance of the joint, and the protective cover can be fixed by using one or more modes such as bonding and clamping, and the sealing performance of the joint can be better guaranteed.
In other embodiments, which are not shown, the display module 70 and the operation module 80 are both located at the side of the main body and located at the junction of the upper casing 21 and the lower casing 22, and the structures of the display module 70 and the operation module 80 may specifically refer to the structures of the embodiments described above, and the installation structures may be adjusted correspondingly according to the embodiments described above, and are not described herein again.
In some embodiments, the auxiliary structure of the fascial gun further comprises a light emitting element 64, as shown in fig. 13, in the second embodiment, the light emitting element 64 is disposed at the rear end of the casing 20, and corresponds to the charging element 60, the light emitting element 64 is used for displaying the charging state of the charging element 60 and the electric quantity of the battery 10, and different lights are displayed according to different electric quantity states when the fascial gun is charged, after the charging is completed, and in use, so as to facilitate the user to determine the electric quantity of the fascial gun at this time.
Specifically, the light emitting assembly 64 includes a light emitting ring, a light emitting element and a light emitting circuit board, and the light emitting circuit board and the battery circuit board 61 may be the same circuit board, which is referred to as the battery circuit board 61 for convenience of description. The battery circuit board 61 is perpendicular to the first cavity, and because the first cavity is close to a cylindrical structure, the battery circuit board 61 is also of a circular-like structure, and the periphery of the battery circuit board is provided with chamfers or fillets. The installation mode of the luminous ring is as follows: luminous ring clamp locates between lid 29 and the main fuselage after, and luminous ring adopts transparent or translucent material to make, and luminous ring has the extension towards the terminal surface of main fuselage, and the lateral wall edge joint of extension and main fuselage makes luminous ring and the preliminary location of main fuselage, then, back lid 29 adopts screw fixed connection with the main fuselage, further fixed luminous ring.
In other embodiments, not shown, the light assembly 64 may be disposed at the front end of the housing 20 or at the lower end of the handle 25.
In some embodiments, the auxiliary structure of the fascial gun further comprises a cold heat pack 91, as shown in fig. 17 in a fourth embodiment, a massage head 90 has the cold heat pack 91 therein. In this embodiment, the massage head includes a massage head cover 901, a massage head rod 902, and a massage head bottom cover 903, the massage head cover 901 and the massage head rod 902 are connected and fixed by a snap, and the massage head bottom cover 903 and the massage head rod 902 are fixed by snap-in connection. The first body of rod of massage 902 is interior and the first body of cover of massage 901 between have the cavity of intercommunication, cold and hot compress subassembly 91 is located the cavity, cold and hot compress subassembly 91 includes temperature control structure 93, mounting panel 94, power and temperature switch 95, and temperature control structure 93 is the semiconductor refrigeration piece, and this device is small, and can refrigerate or heat through the control of the electric current flow direction control of control inflow to can control the size through control current, thereby control the temperature variation range. The temperature control structure 93 is attached to the massage head cover 901, and transmits the temperature to the human body with the massage head cover 901 as a contact surface with the human body. The power supply is arranged in the massage head rod body 902 along the transverse axis, the power supply can be a rechargeable battery 10, the charging wire is connected with a power supply charging port and a power supply, and the power supply charging port is fixed on the massage head bottom cover 903. The massage head 90 is detachably connected to the piston assembly 50, and when the massage head 90 is not used, the massage head 90 can be detached to charge the power source alone. In this embodiment, the knocking function and the hot and cold compressing function of the massage head 90 can be operated independently.
In a third embodiment, shown in fig. 14, the rear end of the housing 20 has a cold thermal compress assembly 91. The housing 20 includes a rear cover 29 at a rear end, and the hot compress unit 91 further includes a contact piece 92, the contact piece 92 is fixed at an outermost side of the rear cover 29 for contacting with a human body and conducting heat, and preferably, the contact piece 92 used herein may be made of a material having a good thermal conductivity and flame retardancy.
The cold and hot compress assembly 91 can be independently provided with a power supply, the battery 10 in the handle 25 can also be used as the power supply, the temperature control structure 93 can also be electrically connected with the main control board 82 or the battery circuit board 61, and the lead-out wire can be led out from the gap between the temperature control structure 93 and the shell 20. Specifically, the temperature control structure 93 is abutted against a third step of the bottom cover 252 closest to the second cavity, and the temperature control structure 93 can be fixed with the third step in one or more ways such as bonding, clamping, screw connection and the like; the temperature switch 95 is electrically connected with the temperature control structure 93 and located on the side face of the temperature control structure 93, a concave second limiting platform is arranged on the side face, corresponding to the temperature switch 95, of the third step, a penetrating second switch through hole is formed in the middle of the second limiting platform, and the end portion of the temperature switch 95 can penetrate through the second limiting platform and is exposed out of the bottom cover 252. The temperature switch 95 has three positions for switching and adjusting the temperature control structure 93, and functions at least of three functions of cooling, heating and switching are generated in cooperation with the temperature control structure 93. A second through hole is provided in the middle of the fourth step, which is far from the second cavity relative to the third step, and the temperature control structure 93 is at least partially located in the second through hole and located between the mounting plate 94 and the contact piece 92. Temperature control structure 93 is connected to mounting plate 94 on one side and contacts 92 on the other side. In the present embodiment, the temperature control structure 93 is a semiconductor cooling plate, which is small in size, and can control cooling or heating by controlling the flowing current, and can control the temperature variation range by controlling the magnitude of the current.
In other embodiments, the head cover 26 further has a light emitting assembly 64, and specifically, the head cover 26 is fixedly connected to the upper casing 21 and the lower casing 22, the upper casing 21 and the lower casing 22 form a main body, the lower casing 22 extends downward to form a handle 25, and the handle 25 is disposed at an angle with respect to the main body. The light emitting assembly 64 is located in the head cover 26 or at the junction of the head cover 26 and the main body. The light emitting element of the light emitting assembly 64 is disposed toward the head cover 26, and a light hole is disposed at a corresponding position of the head cover 26, and the light hole can transmit light emitted from the light emitting element. The illuminating part can be an LED lamp bead or an infrared physiotherapy lamp. The luminous circuit board is the loop configuration, through the screw fixation in the inside of skull 26, and luminous piece circumference distributes on luminous circuit board, and simultaneously, luminous circuit board's power supply line penetrates first cavity and is connected with the main control board or penetrates the second cavity and be connected with battery circuit board 61. Preferably, the housing 20 has a wire-clamping groove inside for restraining the power supply wire from interfering with the driving assembly 30, the transmission assembly 40 and the battery 10 assembly inside the housing 20. The connection between the head cover 26 and the main body can refer to the specific structure in other embodiments, and is not described herein.

1. A battery-over fascia gun, comprising:
a battery (10);
a housing (20) including an upper housing (21) and a lower housing (22); a battery mounting groove (211) is formed on the inner surface of the upper shell (21); the battery (10) is arranged in the battery mounting groove (211);
a fixing structure fixing the battery (10) to the battery mounting groove (211);

The battery-placed fascia gun as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fixing structure comprises a first limiting plate (212), a first mounting post (213) and a pressing plate (214), the first limiting plate (212) is extended from the inner surface of the upper casing (21) to the lower casing (22); the first limiting plate (212) and/or the middle of the first limiting plate (212) are/is provided with a first limiting groove (2121), the battery (10) is partially or completely arranged in the first limiting groove (2121), the first mounting column (213) is arranged at two sides of the first limiting groove (2121) and/or the battery mounting groove (211), the crimping plate (214) is fixedly connected to the first mounting column (213), and the battery (10) is fixed between the first limiting groove (2121) and the crimping plate (214).

The battery-mounted fascia gun according to claim 1, wherein the upper case (21) and the lower case (22) are fixedly connected to form a first cavity, a second cavity is formed in the handle (25), the handle (25) is disposed at an angle to the case (20), and the connection between the handle (25) and the lower case (22) is disposed in an arc shape.

The battery-placed fascia gun as claimed in claim 1, wherein a third mounting post (222) is provided at the head end of the lower casing (22), a fourth mounting post (215) is provided at the upper casing (21) corresponding to the third mounting post (222), the third mounting post (222) is inserted into the fourth mounting post (215), a baffle (281) is provided at the tail end of the lower casing (22) and/or the upper casing (21), and a wire passing groove (2811) is provided at the upper part of the baffle (281).

The battery-placed fascia gun as claimed in claim 3, further comprising a transmission assembly (40), wherein the driving assembly (30) is fixedly disposed in the second cavity, part or all of the transmission assembly (40) is disposed in the first cavity, and one end of the transmission assembly (40) is rotatably connected to the output end of the driving assembly (30).
6. The battery-over fascia gun of claim 5, wherein each of the second mounting posts (251) is located at an end of the handle (25) proximate to the lower housing (22) and extends inwardly toward the first cavity.

The battery-mounted fascia gun according to claim 6, wherein the mounting bracket (32) is formed with a first groove (322), the first groove (322) is disposed toward the first cavity, an opening (3221) is disposed on a bottom wall of the first groove (322), the motor (31) is fixedly disposed on a side of the mounting bracket (32) facing away from the housing (20), and an output end of the motor (31) is disposed in the first groove (322) through the opening (3221).

The fascia gun placed on battery according to claim 6, wherein the fascia gun further comprises a heat dissipation structure, the heat dissipation structure comprises a heat insulation cavity and heat dissipation holes (254), the outer side of the mounting frame (32) is further provided with a heat insulation board (323) made of insulating material, the heat insulation board (323) extends for a circle along the outer side of the mounting frame (32), or the heat insulation board (323) is fixedly connected with the lower side of the mounting frame (32), is located between the mounting frame (32) and the motor (31), is abutted against the inner side of the handle (25), is formed with a heat insulation cavity with the handle (25), and the handle (25) is provided with heat dissipation holes (254) corresponding to the driving component (30).

The battery-placed fascia gun as claimed in claim 5, wherein the driving assembly (40) comprises an eccentric wheel (41) and a connecting rod (42), the eccentric wheel (41) is fixedly connected to the output end of the driving assembly (40), one end of the connecting rod (42) is connected to the eccentric wheel (41) to convert the rotation of the eccentric wheel (41) into back and forth reciprocating motion.

The fascia gun as claimed in claim 5, wherein the housing (20) further comprises a head cover (26), the head cover (26) is fixedly connected with the upper housing (21) and the lower housing (22), the fascia gun further comprises a piston assembly (50), the piston assembly (50) comprises a cylinder body (51), a piston sleeve (52), a shock-proof sleeve (53), a steel sleeve (54) and a crimping ring (55), one end of the cylinder body (51) is fixedly connected to the transmission assembly (40), the piston sleeve (52) is movably sleeved on the cylinder body (51), the shock-proof sleeve (53) is fixedly arranged in the head cover (26), the steel sleeve (54) is arranged in the shock-proof sleeve (53) in a penetrating manner, the steel sleeve (54) is sleeved on the piston sleeve (52), the crimping ring (55) is arranged at the rear end of the shock-proof sleeve (53) and is fixedly connected with the rear end of the head cover (26) for limiting the shock-proof sleeve (53) and the steel sleeve (54) to be installed in the cavity of the head cover (26).
11. The fascia gun as recited in claim 10, further comprising a massage head (90), wherein one end of the massage head (90) is located outside the head cover (26), and the other end of the massage head passes through the head cover (26) and is fixedly connected with the piston assembly (50).
12. The fascial gun of claim 1, further comprising a cold heat application assembly (91), wherein the cold heat application assembly (91) is disposed within a massage head (90) of the fascial gun or on a surface of the housing (20) or on a bottom surface of a handle (25) of the housing (20).

The battery-placement fascia gun according to claim 1, further comprising a display assembly (70) and an operating assembly (80), wherein the display assembly (70) comprises a display (71) and a display circuit board (72); the operation assembly (80) comprises an operation switch (81) and a main control board (82);
the display assembly (70) is positioned on a rear cover (29) of the shell (20) or positioned on the side surface of the shell (20) or positioned on the top surface of the upper shell (21) or positioned on the side surface of a handle (25) of the shell (20) or positioned at the bottom of the handle (25) of the shell (20);
the operating component (80) is located on the rear cover (29) of the shell (20) or located on the side surface of the shell (20) or located on the top surface of the upper shell (21) or located on the side surface of the handle (25) of the shell (20) or located at the bottom of the handle (25) of the shell (20), or the display component (70) and the operating component (80) are located on the rear cover (29) of the shell (20) or located on the side surface of the shell (20) or located on the top surface of the hump (216) or located on the side surface of the handle (25) of the shell (20) or located at the bottom of the handle (25) of the shell (20).

The battery-mounted fascia gun according to claim 5, further comprising a charging assembly (60), wherein the charging assembly (60) is located at the lower end of the handle (25) and comprises a battery circuit board (61), a charging head (62) and a charging switch (63), the battery (10) is electrically connected with the battery circuit board (61), the driving assembly (30) is electrically connected with the battery circuit board (61) through a main control board (82), and the battery circuit board (61) comprises a charging circuit and a battery management circuit.

The fascia gun as recited in claim 1, further comprising a light emitting assembly (64), wherein the light emitting assembly (64) is located at the rear end of the housing (20), a rear cover (29) is sleeved outside the light emitting assembly (64), the light emitting assembly (64) is electrically connected with the battery (10), and connecting holes for fasteners to pass through are formed in the housing (20), the light emitting assembly (64) and the rear cover (29); the light-emitting component (64) is an LED lamp or an infrared physiotherapy lamp.

The fascial gun of claim 10, wherein an oil filling groove (56) for containing lubricating oil is concavely formed on the inner surface of the steel sleeve (54) along the thickness direction, the surface of the piston sleeve (52) is contacted with the lubricating oil in the oil filling groove (56), and the shockproof sleeve (53) covers two end parts of the steel sleeve (54).
