The massage head mounting structure includes: the head cover 15, the massage head connecting piece, the shockproof sleeve 73, the steel sleeve 72, the crimping ring 74 and the piston 71, wherein the shockproof sleeve 73 and the steel sleeve 72 are nested, the crimping ring 74 is pressed into the head cover 15, and the head cover 15 is fixed in the head cover 15 through a fastening hole arranged on the surface of the crimping ring 74 through a fastening piece. Wherein the massage head connecting piece is fixedly connected with one end of a connecting sleeve of the transmission component 6. The massage head 8 is detachably connected to the massage head connecting member. The position of the head cover 15 facing the lower case 11 further has a semi-open stopper 154 protruding from the plane where the end of the head cover 15 is located, and the stopper 154 is a "square" structure with an open bottom. The front end of the shockproof sleeve 73 is wrapped on the front end of the steel sleeve 72, and the rear end of the shockproof sleeve 73 is wrapped on the rear end of the steel sleeve 72. The inner wall of the piston hole is provided with a longitudinal oil filling groove 721, one function of the shockproof sleeve 73 is to reduce the shock of the piston 71 during reciprocating motion, and the other function is to prevent the solid or paste lubricating oil in the oil filling groove 721 from being carried out of the piston hole during the back and forth movement of the piston body. Specifically, an annular step is arranged inside the front end of the shockproof sleeve 73, the annular step extends inwards, the inner diameter of the shockproof sleeve is equal to or slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the steel sleeve 72, and the front end face of the steel sleeve 72 can be abutted against the rear end face of the annular step, so that the front end face of the steel sleeve 72 can be completely covered by the surface of the annular step; the rear end of the shockproof sleeve 73 is internally provided with an annular groove, the rear end of the steel sleeve 72 is provided with an annular boss, the outer edge of the annular boss is embedded into the annular groove, the inner diameter of the rear end face of the shockproof sleeve 73 is equivalent to that of the steel sleeve 72, even can be slightly smaller than that of the steel sleeve 72, and the rear end face of the shockproof sleeve 73 can completely cover the rear end face of the annular boss.
The piston 71 comprises a piston main body and a connecting block, the piston main body is detachably connected with the connecting block through a screw, the tail end of the connecting block is rotatably connected with the front end of the connecting rod 62, and the piston main body is driven to reciprocate in the piston hole under the action of the connecting rod 62. The piston main body is of a hollow structure, the massage head 8 is conveniently inserted and connected, and meanwhile, a screw connected with the connecting block is exposed. When in use, the massage head 8 is detached to expose the screw, the screw is screwed down by a tool, the piston main body is taken out, oil is filled into the oil filling groove 721, and then the piston main body is reset. The main function of the front and rear ends of the anti-vibration sleeve 73 wrapping the steel sleeve 72 is to prevent the solid or paste lubricating oil in the oil filling groove 721 from being carried out of the piston hole when the piston body moves back and forth, and to prolong the lubricating time.
A press-connection ring 74 is further disposed in the head cover 15, the press-connection ring 74 is located at the rear end of the shockproof sleeve 73 and is fixedly connected with the rear end of the head cover 15, specifically, the press-connection ring 74 is a triangular hollow structure and has three circumferential fixing holes, and a fastener penetrates through the fixing holes to fix the press-connection ring 74 at the rear end of the head cover 15 during implementation. The connecting block and the piston body can pass through the middle gap of the crimp ring 74 to reciprocate, and the main function of the crimp ring 74 is to limit the shockproof sleeve 73 and the steel sleeve 72 in the installation cavity of the head cover 15.
By adopting the head cover 15 and the piston 71, lubrication can be conveniently added between the piston main body and the piston hole, a certain sealing effect can be achieved on the piston hole, leakage of lubricating oil is reduced, cleanness and sanitation are achieved, and frequent addition of lubricating oil is not needed; the effect of shock attenuation and noise reduction is better.
In another embodiment, the oil filling slot 721 may not be provided on the inner wall of the steel sleeve 72, but a piston sleeve 75 may be provided in the steel sleeve 72, the piston sleeve 75 may be fixedly provided in the steel sleeve 72, and the piston body reciprocates linearly in the piston sleeve 75. The piston sleeve 75 may be made of a smooth and wear resistant material.
Referring to fig. 11, the charging assembly 4 includes a battery circuit board 41, a charging head 42 and a charging switch 43, the battery circuit board 41 is located in the second cavity and located at a lower side of the motor 51, and the battery circuit board 41 is electrically connected to the battery 2. The battery circuit board 41 includes a charging circuit and a battery management circuit, which are respectively used for battery charging and power management and transmission during normal operation of the fascial gun. The charging head 42 and the charging switch 43 are both fixedly arranged on the side of the battery circuit board 41 far away from the motor 51.
The housing further comprises a bottom cover 14, and the bottom cover 14 is arranged on the end of the handle 13 far away from the lower shell 11. Correspondingly, the bottom cover 14 is provided with a charging hole 141 and a switch hole 142, the charging head 42 is embedded in the charging hole 141, and an external charging device can be directly connected with the charging head 42 to charge the battery 2. The charging switch 43 passes through the switch hole 142 and extends to the outside of the bottom cover 14, so that the user can turn on or off the charging switch 43 conveniently. The charging head 42 is a circular structure with a metal needle in the middle, and the charging switch 43 is a toggle switch control main power supply and is used for controlling the starting and stopping of the charging assembly 4.
The charging assembly 4, the bottom cover 14 and the handle 13 may be fixed by: a plurality of bottom cover fixing posts 133 may be disposed in an end of the handle 13 away from the lower case 11, and through holes for the bottom cover fixing posts 133 to pass through are disposed at corresponding positions of the battery circuit board 41 and the bottom cover 14. In order to prevent the battery circuit board 41 from shaking, a step may be provided on an outer side surface of the bottom cover fixing post 133, and the step abuts against the battery circuit board 41 when the bottom cover fixing post 133 passes through the through hole of the battery circuit board 41. During specific installation, the bottom cover fixing column 133 penetrates through the through hole in the battery circuit board 41, and the step is abutted against the battery circuit board 41; then, the bottom cover fixing posts 133 penetrate through the through holes in the bottom cover 14, and the bottom cover 14 and the battery circuit board 41 are pressed tightly; finally, the fastening member is connected with the bottom cover fixing post 133 to fixedly connect the bottom cover 14 with the handle 13.
Referring to fig. 12, the fascial gun further includes a light assembly, which can be located at the rear end of the housing or within the head cover 15 of the housing or on the lower end of the handle 13 of the housing. The light-emitting component is used for displaying the charging state of the charging component 4 and the electric quantity of the battery 2, and different lights are displayed according to different electric quantity states when the fascia gun is charged, after the charging is completed and in use, so that a user can judge the electric quantity of the fascia gun at the moment.
Specifically, the light emitting assembly includes a light emitting ring, a light emitting element, and a light emitting circuit board, and at this time, the light emitting circuit board and the battery circuit board 41 may be the same circuit board, and for convenience of description, they are collectively referred to as a battery circuit board 41. The battery circuit board 41 is disposed in the second cavity, and the second cavity is close to the cylindrical structure, so that the battery circuit board 41 is also of a circular-like structure and has a chamfer or a fillet. The installation mode of the luminous ring is as follows: the luminous ring is clamped between the handle 13 and the bottom cover 14, the luminous ring is made of transparent materials, an extending portion is arranged on the end face, facing the handle 13, of the luminous ring, the extending portion is clamped with the edge of the side wall of the handle 13, the luminous ring and the handle 13 are preliminarily positioned, and then the bottom cover 14, the luminous ring and the handle 13 are fixedly connected through screws, and the luminous ring is further fixed.
Referring to fig. 13-14, the housing further includes a hump 16 and a protective cover 17, the hump 16 is integrally formed with the upper housing 12, and the protective cover 17 is fixedly connected to an end of the hump 16 away from the upper housing 12.
The protective cover 17 and the hump 16 may be fixed in the following manner: the hump 16 is provided with a buckle 161, the corresponding part of the protective cover 17 is provided with a clamping groove 171, and the buckle 161 is clamped in the clamping groove 171. A plurality of fixing ribs 162 are further arranged on the outer side face of the upper end of the hump 16 at intervals, and the fixing ribs 162 protrude out of the outer side face of the hump 16. The specific installation mode is as follows: the buckle 161 is first clamped in the clamping groove 171, and then the protective cover 17 is pressed to the upper end of the hump 16. The buckle 161 and the engaging groove 171 can prevent the protective cover 17 from rotating relative to the hump 16, and the fixing rib 162 is disposed in contact with the inner side surface of the protective cover 17, so as to prevent the protective cover 17 from shaking.
In a preferred embodiment, the fascial gun further comprises a display assembly and an operating assembly, which are preferably disposed within the hump 16. The display assembly mainly functions to display the remaining capacity of the battery 2 and the rotation speed level of the motor 51, and includes a display member 91 and a display circuit board 92. The operation assembly is used for controlling the rotating speed of the motor 51, the display assembly comprises an operation piece 93 and a main control board 94, and the main control board 94 is provided with a wiring port which is used for leading out a signal wire and is electrically connected with a display circuit board 92 and other structures. In this embodiment, the operating element 93 is a touch switch integrally formed with the cover plate, and a device for transmitting a touch signal, such as a metal spring, is disposed on the surface of the internal circuit board integrally formed with the cover plate. By pressing the operation member 93, the corresponding fascia gun operation logic can be realized. In this embodiment, the display circuit board 92 and the main control board 94 may be the same circuit board.
In a preferred embodiment, the display member 91 and the operation member 93 are both disposed on an upper side surface of the display circuit board 92. The inside cavity of hump 16, just be equipped with the screw hole on the visor 17, the corresponding position of display circuit board 92 also is equipped with the screw hole, display circuit board 92 through the fastener with visor 17 fixed connection, just display circuit board 92 is located hump 16's inside.
More preferably, the top surface of the protective cover 17 is provided with a display opening and an operation opening corresponding to the display member 91 and the operation member 93, and the display member 91 can pass through the display opening, so that the user can clearly see the information displayed on the display member 91 from the outside. The operating member 93 can also pass through the operating opening and extend to the outer side of the top surface of the protective cover 17, so that a user can press the operating member 93 conveniently.
In order to prevent the display member 91 and the operation member 93 from being damaged and prevent foreign matters such as external dust from entering the first cavity through the display opening and the operation opening, the housing further includes a protection plate 18, and the protection plate 18 is disposed at the uppermost end of the protection cover 17. The protection plate 18 may be a transparent plate having a certain elasticity, and a pressing block for pressing the operation element 93 is disposed at a corresponding position on the protection plate 18. The outside of protection shield 18 has the sign of plus sign and subtracting the sign, and the sign position corresponds with the position of pressing the briquetting, and convenience of customers discerns the operation.
Referring to fig. 15, a second embodiment of the present invention is shown, in which the display module and the operation module are disposed at the rear side of the main body, and the present embodiment is substantially the same as the preferred embodiment in specific structure, except that: in this embodiment, the hump 16 is not required, and the display module, the operation module, the protective cover 17 and the protective plate 18 are transferred from the upper side of the main body to the rear side of the main body.
Referring to the third embodiment shown in fig. 16-19, the display assembly is located on the side of the housing, and the operating assembly is located on the handle 13. The display assembly comprises a display 91 and a display circuit board 92, wherein the display 91 can be an LED display screen, a nixie tube, a liquid crystal screen and other elements capable of displaying information, and is used for displaying the running state of the fascial gun.
Specifically, for convenient installation, the display module is located at the junction of the upper shell 12 and the lower shell 11, and the part of the shell provided with the first cavity is defined as a main body. The side of main fuselage has first demonstration mounting groove 124 for the installation display element 91, display circuit board 92 is located first cavity, with display element 91 electricity is connected, display circuit board 92's fixed mode can be for one or more combinations of modes such as joint, butt, fastener connection, bonding, also can be other fixed modes. The outer side of the display member 91 is further provided with a protective cover 17, the protective cover 17 is of a light-transmitting structure, the outer edge of the first display installation groove 124 is provided with first installation edges distributed in the circumferential direction, the thickness of the first installation edges is slightly thinner than the thickness of the surrounding shell and slightly lower than the surface where the first display installation groove 124 is located, the edge of the inner surface of the protective cover 17 is abutted to the first installation edge of the first display installation groove 124, or the edge of the inner surface of the protective cover 17 is provided with the first installation edges distributed in the circumferential direction, when the protective cover 17 is installed, the protective cover 17 is installed from the inside of the first cavity, and at the moment, the outer surface of the first installation edge is abutted to the inner surface of the first display installation groove 124. The joint of the two can be provided with a sealing ring to enhance the sealing performance of the joint, and can be fixed by one or more modes such as bonding, clamping and the like, so that the sealing performance of the joint is better ensured.
The operating assembly includes the operating member 93 and the main control board 94, and further includes one or more operating buttons 95, and the operating buttons 95 may be disposed at any position of the handle 13, such as a side edge, an upper edge, and a lower edge, and preferably may be disposed at a position of the handle 13 close to the main body. Wherein, the position of the handle 13 near the main body can be divided into an arc area or a polygonal area at the connection position. The operating button 95 corresponds to the operating element 93, and the main control board 94 includes a wiring port for leading out a signal line and electrically connected to the display circuit board 92 and other structures. In this embodiment, the operating element 93 is a key switch with elasticity, and the corresponding operating logic of the fascial gun can be realized by pressing the operating element 93. One of the operating logics is as follows: when the fascia gun is not in operation, the switch is pressed to activate the fascia gun, and the fascia gun is pressed again to adjust the strength or frequency of the fascia gun and move between the set gears until the fascia gun is turned off. The plurality of operation buttons 95 may have different functions, thereby realizing functions such as speed adjustment, power on/off, cold/hot compress, and the like.
The operating element 93 is intended to interact with the user via an operating button 95 located on the outside thereof. The side of handle 13 has operating button mounting groove 134, operating button 95 is concentric round platform, corresponds key cap and annular border respectively, the key cap with annular border fixed connection, the annular border is followed the key cap is close to the border circumference distribution of main control board 94 one side. The diameter of the annular rim is greater than that of the keycap, and the outer diameter of the annular rim is greater than that of the operating button mounting groove 134. In addition, the diameter of the key cap should be smaller than that of the operation button mounting groove 134, so that the annular rim of the operation button 95 can move on the inner surfaces of the operation member 93 and the operation button mounting groove 134, preventing falling off.
In this embodiment, in order to realize the interaction function, the inner surface of the operating button 95 should further have an abutting part 951, the abutting part 951 may be one or more parallel or crossed strip structures, or may be a column structure, the extreme end of the abutting part 951 abuts against the surface of the operating member 93, and when pressed, the force acting on the surface of the operating button 95 is indirectly applied to the operating member 93 through the action of the abutting part 951, so as to realize the interaction.
In this embodiment, the employed abutting pieces 951 are two mutually perpendicular abutting strips, and extend to the inner surface of the keycap, which is equivalent to a reinforcing rib, so that the strength of the keycap can be increased while the interaction is realized.
Referring to the fourth embodiment shown in fig. 20, the display component and the operation component are both located on the handle 13, the display component is located on the front side of the handle 13, and the operation component is located on the front side or the rear side of the handle 13. If the operating component is located on the front side of the handle 13, the display circuit board 92 and the main control board 94 may be the same circuit board, and are collectively referred to as the display circuit board 92. The display element 91 and the operation element 93 are both arranged on the display circuit board 92, the protective cover 17 is of a light-transmitting structure and is made of an elastic material, marks of plus signs and minus signs are arranged on the protective cover 17, and a user can press the operation element 93 by pressing the protective cover 17. If the operating assembly is located at the rear side of the handle 13, the display circuit board 92 and the main control board 94 may be two separate circuit boards and electrically connected by a wire harness. And the specific structure of the operation assembly is the same as the installation manner of the operation assembly in the third embodiment, and is not described herein again.
Of course, in other embodiments, the display assembly and the operating assembly may be disposed on either the left or right side of the handle 13, and it is preferable to dispose the display assembly and the operating assembly on the right side of the handle 13 in consideration of the abundance of right-handed users. The front, rear, left and right sides of this are all described with reference to the orientation of the transverse axis. The specific structures of the display assembly and the operation assembly are unchanged. Display element includes display element 91 and display circuit board 92, display circuit board 92 includes relevant equipment such as control chip, plug connector, display element 91 can be the component that can show information such as LED display screen, charactron, LCD screen for show the running state of manadesma rifle, operation assembly includes operating parts 93 and main control panel 94, operating parts 93 can be switchgear such as touch switch, mechanical switch.
As shown in fig. 20, for example, the display component is located at the front side of the handle 13, and the operation component is located at the rear side of the handle 13, the front side of the handle 13 has a second display installation groove 135 penetrating through the front side, an inner edge of the second display installation groove 135 has second installation edges distributed circumferentially, and the thickness of the second installation edge is slightly thinner than the thickness of the surrounding handle 13 and is slightly lower than the surface where the second display installation groove 135 is located. The display circuit board 92 is located in the second cavity, the display member 91 is located in the second display mounting groove 135, the outer side of the second display mounting groove 135 is further fixed with a protective cover 17, the protective cover 17 is of a light-transmitting structure, the protective cover 17 directly covers the second display mounting groove 135 from the outer side of the handle 13, the edge of the protective cover is abutted to the second mounting edge of the second display mounting groove 135, or the outer edge of the second display mounting groove 135 is provided with second mounting edges distributed in the circumferential direction, the outer surface edge of the protective cover 17 is provided with edges distributed in the circumferential direction, the protective cover 17 can be mounted from the inner side of the handle 13, the outer surface of the second mounting edge is abutted to the inner surface of the mounting edge of the second display mounting groove 135, a sealing ring can be arranged at the joint of the protective cover and the protective cover to enhance the sealing performance of the joint, and can be fixed by using one or more modes such as bonding, clamping and the like, the sealing performance of the connection part is better ensured.
In this embodiment, the operating element 93 is a key switch with elasticity, and the corresponding operating logic of the fascial gun can be realized by pressing the operating element 93. One of the operating logics is as follows: when the fascia gun is not in operation, the switch is pressed to activate the fascia gun, and the fascia gun is pressed again to adjust the strength or frequency of the fascia gun and move between the set gears until the fascia gun is turned off.
In other embodiments that are not shown, the display component and the operation component are both located in the handle 13 and are disposed in a manner of being matched with the lower end surface of the handle 13, the specific structures of the display component and the operation component may refer to the above embodiments, and the installation structure may be adjusted correspondingly according to the above embodiments, which is not described herein again.
In some embodiments, the fascial gun further comprises a cold heat pack. The cold and hot compress component can be arranged in the massage head 8 or the main body or the lower end of the handle 13.
Referring to the first embodiment shown in fig. 21, the fomentation module is disposed in the second chamber, i.e., at the lower end of the handle 13. The cold and hot compress component is fixedly connected with the handle 13 through the bottom cover 14.
Specifically, the cold compress assembly includes a contact pad 96, a temperature control structure 97, a mounting plate 98, and a switch 99. The contact piece 96 is fixed on the outermost side of the bottom cover 14 for contacting with the human body and conducting heat, and preferably, the contact piece 96 used herein may be made of a material having good thermal conductivity and flame retardancy. The contact piece 96 is fixed in the bottom cover 14. The inner side of the bottom cover 14 is provided with a plurality of steps which are distributed circumferentially and have different heights, and the steps are respectively abutted against different parts of the cold and hot compress assembly so as to realize the fixation of different parts.
The switch 99 has three gears for switching and adjusting the temperature control structure 97, and cooperates with the mounting plate 98 to generate at least three functions of cooling, heating and switching.
One side of the temperature control structure 97 is fixedly connected with the mounting plate 98, and the other side thereof is abutted against the contact piece 96. In this embodiment, the temperature control structure 97 is a semiconductor cooling plate, which has a small size, and can control cooling or heating by controlling the flowing current, and can control the magnitude of the current, so as to control the temperature variation range.
The cold and hot compress pack can independently have power supply, also can utilize battery 2 is as the power, mounting panel 98 also can with battery circuit board 41 is connected, and the lead-out wire can be followed mounting panel 98 with the clearance of casing is drawn forth. During the equipment cold and hot compress subassembly, can in proper order with contact piece 96 temperature control structure 97 with mounting panel 98 is fixed on the bottom 14, then will bottom 14 is fixed the lower extreme of handle 13, the inside of handle 13 has the card wire casing, and the lead-out wire of accomplishing the wiring can be retrained in the card wire casing, avoids the interior wiring harness confusion of casing.
Referring to fig. 22, a second embodiment of the present invention is shown, in which the cold and hot compress unit is disposed in the massage head 8. The massage head 8 comprises a massage head cover 81, a massage head rod 82 and a massage head bottom cover 83, the massage head cover 81 and the massage head rod 82 are connected and fixed by a clamping buckle, and the massage head bottom cover 83 and the massage head rod 82 are clamped and fixed. The first body of rod of massage 82 is interior and has the cavity of intercommunication between the first lid 81 of massage, and cold hot compress subassembly is located the cavity, and temperature control structure 97 is the semiconductor refrigeration piece, and this device is small, and can refrigerate or heat through the control of the electric current flow direction control that flows in to can control the size through control current, thereby control temperature variation range. The temperature control structure 97 is attached to the massage head cover 81, and transmits the temperature to the human body with the massage head cover 81 as a contact surface with the human body. The mounting plate 98 is located in the cavity and is fixedly connected with the massage head cover 81 or the massage head rod body 82, the temperature switch is fixed on the side surface of the mounting plate 98, and a switch notch is formed in the corresponding position of the side edge of the massage head cover 81 and is used for the temperature switch to penetrate out of the massage head cover 81, so that the operation of a user is facilitated.
The power supply is arranged in the massage head rod body 82 along the transverse axis, the power supply can be a rechargeable battery, the charging wire is connected with a power supply charging port and a power supply, and the power supply charging port is fixed on the massage head bottom cover 83. When the massage head 8 is not used, the massage head 8 can be detached to charge the power supply independently. In this embodiment, the knocking function and the hot compress function of the massage head 8 can be independently operated.
In a third embodiment, the cold compress and hot compress assembly is disposed within the first cavity. The present embodiment is substantially the same as the hot compress assembly of the first embodiment, except that: the cold and hot compress component is arranged in the first cavity and is matched with the protective cover 17.
