The rotating shaft component and the side opening cover 2 are well fixed.
Referring to fig. 4 and 6, in a preferred embodiment, the side opening cover 2 includes an annular face frame 21 and a panel 22, the face frame 21 is disposed around the panel 22, an inner frame 213 and an outer frame 214 are disposed on the face frame 21, the outer frame 214 surrounds the outside of the inner frame 213, when the side opening cover 2 is closed with respect to the box main body 1, the inner frame 213 is closer to the inside of the box main body 1 than the outer frame 214, when the side opening cover 2 and the box main body 1 are closed, an embedded structure can be formed, and the side opening cover 2 and the box main body 1 have good appearance and sealing performance. When the side opening cover 2 and the box body 1 are mated, the outer frame 214 abuts against the support surface 121.
Referring to fig. 5, in a preferred embodiment, the inner frame body 213 and the outer frame body 214 are hollow, a hollow shaft hole 212 is disposed inside the outer frame body 214, a slot connected to the shaft hole 212 is further formed on the outer frame body 214, the shaft hole 212 connected to two ends of the slot and the slot form a shaft slot, a shaft body 312 adapted to the shaft slot is disposed on the first fixing seat 31, the shaft body 312 is installed in the shaft slot, and an extending end of the shaft body 312 is inserted into the shaft hole 212. Referring to fig. 10-11, a locking assembly 23 fixedly connected to the side opening cover 2 is disposed on the side opening cover 2, a latch 231 is disposed on the locking assembly 23, a lock body 16 is disposed on the box body 1, a spring assembly (not shown) is disposed inside the lock body 16, the lock body 16 is connected to a control assembly 17, the control assembly 17 is disposed on an outer side wall of the box body 1, when the lock body 16 is engaged with the latch 231, the latch 231 is inserted into the lock body 16, and the control assembly 17 can control the spring assembly to eject the latch 231 engaged with the lock body 16. In this embodiment, the first supporting frame is made of a flexible plastic material, and when the side opening cover 2 is pressed toward the box body 1, the first supporting frame can play a role of buffering, and has a buffering elastic force, so that the lock 231 can be locked more tightly when inserted into the lock body 16, and a better sealing effect is achieved when the box body is locked. When popping up the lock catch 231 through the control component 17, the spring component provides certain elastic force, and meanwhile, the first flexible support frame is also provided with elastic force during locking, so that the side cover 2 can be better opened by the elastic force in two aspects, and a better using effect is realized.
Referring to fig. 8, in the preferred embodiment, a first placing groove 51 recessed with respect to the outer end portion of the box main body 1 is installed at the outer side of the box main body 1, and the handle 5 is embedded in the first placing groove 51 and can move up and down with respect to the first placing groove 51. The handle 5 embedded in the first placement groove 51 in this embodiment may be a certain protrusion, a recess, or a flush of the handle 5 relative to the top of the first placement groove 51. When the user uses the handle 5, the user can pull out the handle from the first placing groove 51.
In this embodiment, the first placing groove 51 is installed at the top of the box main body 1, so that the installation space of the handle 5 is sunken, the handle 5 is prevented from being protruded more, the attractiveness of the draw-bar box is affected, and the draw-bar box is large in size.
Referring to fig. 8, in the preferred embodiment, the handle 5 is disposed adjacent one side of the first standing groove 51, with a pick-up area 52 between the other side of the first standing groove 51 and the handle 5. When the user needs to use handle 5, the hand stretches into the area 52 of taking, pulls out handle 5, and the realization user that can be better snatchs convenient to use handle 5.

Referring to fig. 12 to 16, in a preferred embodiment, the first placement slot 51 is provided at both ends of the inside thereof with a first slot 511 and a second slot 512, respectively, the handle 5 includes a hand-held portion 501 and first and second connection end portions 502 and 503 at both ends of the hand-held portion 501, the first connection end portion 502 is inserted into the first slot 511 and is movable in the first slot 511 in a slot-to-slot direction of the first placement slot 51, and the second connection end portion 503 is inserted into the second slot 512 and is movable in the second slot 512 in a slot-to-slot or slot-to-slot direction of the first placement slot 51. So that the handle 5 can be moved up and down in the first placing groove 51.
Referring to fig. 12 to 16, in a preferred embodiment, the side walls of the first slot 511 are respectively provided with a first inclined insertion groove 5111 and a second inclined insertion groove 5112, the side walls of the second slot 512 are respectively provided with a third inclined insertion groove 5121 and a fourth inclined insertion groove 5122, the first inclined insertion groove 5111, the second inclined insertion groove 5112, the third inclined insertion groove 5121 and the fourth inclined insertion groove 5122 all extend obliquely from the groove bottom to the groove opening of the first placement groove 51, the first connection end 502 protrudes towards both sides with a first connection pin 5021, one end of the first connection pin 5021 is matched with the first inclined insertion groove 5111, the other end is matched with the second inclined insertion groove 5112, the second connection end 503 protrudes towards both sides with a second connection pin 5031, one end of the second connection pin 5031 is matched with the third inclined insertion groove 5121, and the other end is matched with the fourth inclined insertion groove 5122. Referring to fig. 12-17, in the preferred embodiment, the second placing groove 53 is provided with a first supporting portion 533 extending toward the periphery of the opening of the box body 1, the first supporting portion 533 supports the box body 1 at the periphery of the opening of the handle 5, a plurality of first reinforcing ribs 5331 surrounding the opening of the handle 5 are provided at a side of the first supporting portion 533 close to the opening of the first placing groove 51, and a plurality of second reinforcing ribs 5332 surrounding the opening of the handle 5 are provided at a side of the first supporting portion 533 close to the bottom of the opening of the first placing groove 51. The strengthening rib of second standing groove 53 can provide more atress for handle 5 for draw-bar box handle 5 is more firm, can bear heavier article and draw, avoids box main part 1 to warp.
Referring to fig. 13, 18, 19 and 20, in the preferred embodiment, the inner side of the box body 1 abuts against a reinforcing plate 9, and the reinforcing plate 9 is provided with mounting positions for the handle 5 and the pull rod assembly 8. Referring to fig. 20, in the preferred embodiment, a second supporting frame 61 is disposed on the box main body 1 near the back opening, the second supporting frame 61 surrounds the back opening, the back plate 6 is recessed relative to an outer end of the second supporting frame 61, and the second supporting frame 61 abuts against an outer side of the back plate 6. Second carriage 61 in this embodiment not only can realize placing backplate 6 and scrape the flower, can play fixed backplate 6 simultaneously and realize better closed effect.
Referring to fig. 20, in the preferred embodiment, a third rib 62 is disposed around the inner side wall of the box body 1 adjacent to the back surface, the back plate 6 is embedded between the third rib 62 and the second support frame 61, and the third rib 62, the back plate 6 and the second support frame 61 are locked by the fixing component after being engaged. In this embodiment, the third protruding strip 62 abuts against the inner side of the backboard 6, and the second supporting frame 61 abuts against the outer side of the backboard 6, so that the backboard 6 is well fixed.
Referring to fig. 20, in a preferred embodiment, a second mounting position 63 and a sealing rubber strip 64 are further disposed on the inner side wall of the box main body 1 adjacent to the back opening in a surrounding manner, the third protruding strip 62 is located inside the back panel 6, the second mounting position 63 and the second supporting frame 61 are located outside the back panel 6, one end of the sealing rubber strip 64 is mounted in the second mounting position 63, the other end of the sealing rubber strip is abutted against the second supporting frame 61, the sealing rubber strip 64 is abutted against the outside of the back panel 6, and the second supporting frame 61 and the sealing rubber strip 64 are made of a flexible plastic material. Referring to fig. 22, in a preferred embodiment, the two bent ends of the box body 1 are fixedly connected by a first fixing member 71 and a second fixing member 72, the two bent ends of the box body 1 are disposed at a side of the box body 1 close to the sliding wheels, the first fixing member is disposed at an inner side of the box body 1 and connected to the two bent ends of the box body 1, and the second fixing member is disposed at an outer side of the box body 1 and connected to the two bent ends of the box body 1. In this embodiment, the connection of the two bent end portions of the box main body 1 is realized by the first fixing member and the second fixing member, and the sealing performance of the box main body 1 is further ensured.
Referring to fig. 5 and 22, in a further preferred embodiment, a plurality of reinforcing strips 18 protruding toward the inside of the box body are arranged in the box body 1, the reinforcing strips 18 are arranged between the second protruding strip and the third protruding strip 62, and the reinforcing strips 18 surround a rectangular cylinder formed by bending the box body 1, so as to improve the structural strength of the box body 1. In this embodiment, the cooperation through 8 grooves 81 of first draw bar assembly and 8 grooves 82 of second draw bar assembly realizes that draw bar assembly 8 can have better atress at the top of case main part 1, guarantees that the user can stand stronger atress when mentioning the draw-bar box through draw bar assembly 8, and the parallelism at 1 top of case main part is further ensured in the existence of reinforcing plate 9 to the draw-bar box for the whole atress at 1 top of case main part is comparatively average.

Claims (33)

1. The side-opening draw-bar box is characterized by comprising a sliding wheel, a box body, a side opening cover, a lifting handle, a draw-bar component and a rotating shaft component, wherein the sliding wheel is fixed on the outer side of a bottom plate of the box body; the other side of the box main body, which is far away from the side cover, is provided with a back opening and a back plate, the back plate seals the back opening, and the pull rod assembly is arranged on the inner side of the back plate.
2. The side opening trolley case of claim 1 wherein a first support frame is disposed on the inside wall of the case body adjacent the case opening, the first support frame surrounding the inside wall of the case body, the first support frame having a support surface formed thereon that is recessed relative to the end surface of the case opening, the side opening cover having an inner edge that abuts the support surface when the side opening cover is closed relative to the case body.
3. The side opening trolley case as claimed in claim 2, wherein the first support frame is provided with a notch at a mounting place where the rotation shaft member is mounted, the rotation shaft member is provided in the notch, the first support frame is made of a flexible plastic material, and an inner edge of the side opening cover forms a sealing structure with the support surface when the side opening cover is closed with respect to the case main body.
4. The side opening trolley case of claim 2 wherein the inner edge of the side opening cover is arcuate and the support surface is an arcuate support surface, the inner edge of the side opening cover being in mating abutment with the arcuate support surface when the side opening cover is closed relative to the case body.
5. The side-opening draw-bar box of claim 2, wherein the box body is provided with a second raised bar and an installation position around the box opening, the first support frame is provided with a support groove capable of being fixed with the second raised bar, when the first support frame and the box body are installed, the second raised bar is covered by the first support frame, the support groove is provided with a support bar near the side wall on one side of the side opening cover in a connected manner, the support bar is provided with the support surface, the installation position is arranged between the box opening and the second raised bar, the installation position is provided with a first connection groove and a second connection groove, the opening of the first connection groove and the second connection groove faces the middle part of the installation position, the support bar is installed in the installation position, and the bottom of the support bar is inserted into the first connection groove and the second connection groove.

The side-opening draw-bar box according to claim 5, wherein the rotation shaft assembly comprises a first fixing seat, the first supporting frame is provided with a notch at the mounting position of the first fixing seat, a second protruding strip at the notch is not covered by the first supporting frame, a second clamping groove is arranged on the rotation shaft assembly, and the second protruding strip at the notch is clamped into the second clamping groove.

The side-opening draw-bar box of claim 1, wherein the pivot assembly comprises a first fixed seat, a hinge and a second fixed seat, one end of the hinge is hinged with the first fixed seat, the other end is hinged with the second fixed seat, the first fixed seat is fixedly connected with the box main body, and the second fixed seat is fixedly connected with the side opening cover.

The side-opening draw-bar box of claim 7, wherein the box body is provided with a first protruding strip on an inner side surface thereof, the first fixing seat is provided with a first clamping groove which can be installed in cooperation with the first protruding strip, the first clamping groove penetrates through two sides of the first fixing seat, and the first protruding strip is locked by the fixing component after being matched with the first clamping groove.
9. The side-opening draw-bar box of claim 7, wherein the pivot assembly comprises 2 hinges, the 2 hinges being disposed on either side of the first fixed seat.
10. The side-opening draw-bar box of claim 7, wherein the hinge comprises a first hinge arm and a second hinge arm hinged to each other, the first hinge arm is hinged to the first fixing seat, the second hinge arm is hinged to the second fixing seat, each of the first hinge arm and the second hinge arm is provided with an arc-shaped clamping position, the first fixing seat is provided with a limiting block, and the limiting block is arranged between the hinge and the side-opening cover and used for abutting against the first hinge arm.
11. The side-opening draw-bar box according to claim 7, wherein the first fixing seat is provided with a shaft body near the end of the first fixing seat near the side-opening cover, the shaft body extends towards two sides of the first fixing seat to form an extending end, the side-opening cover is provided with a shaft groove adapted to the shaft body, two sides of the shaft groove are provided with shaft holes, the shaft body is installed in the shaft groove, and the extending end of the shaft body is inserted into the shaft holes.

The side-opening draw-bar box according to claim 7, wherein the second fixing base is provided with a first side connecting portion and a second side connecting portion, an included angle is formed between a connecting surface of the first side connecting portion and a connecting surface of the second side connecting portion, the side opening cover is provided with a first connecting surface and a second connecting surface near the box main body, an included angle is formed between the first connecting surface and the second connecting surface, the connecting surface of the first side connecting portion is connected with the first connecting surface in a matched manner and fixed through a fixing component, the connecting surface of the second side connecting portion is connected with the second connecting surface in a matched manner and fixed through a fixing component, and when the side opening cover is closed relative to the box main body, the first connecting surface faces the box main body.
13. The side opening trolley case as claimed in claim 7, wherein the side opening cover includes an annular face frame and a face plate, the face frame being disposed around the face plate, the face frame having an inner frame and an outer frame disposed thereon, the outer frame being disposed around an outside of the inner frame, the inner frame being disposed closer to an inside of the case body than the outer frame when the side opening cover is closed with respect to the case body;
the inner frame body and the outer frame body are of hollow structures, the outer side face of the outer frame body is an arc face, and when the side cover is closed relative to the box main body, the arc face abuts against the inner edge of the box main body.
14. The side-opening draw-bar box of claim 7, wherein the hinge is a damped hinge.
15. The side-opening draw-bar box of claim 1, wherein the box body and side-opening lid are made of cemented carbide material.
16. The side-opening draw-bar box according to claim 1, wherein a locking component fixedly connected with the side-opening cover is arranged on one end of the side-opening cover away from the rotating shaft component, a lock catch is arranged on the locking component, a lock body is arranged on the box body, a spring component is arranged in the lock body, a control component is connected with the lock body, the control component is arranged on the outer side wall of the box body, when the lock body is matched with the lock catch, the lock catch is inserted into the lock body, and the control component can control the spring component to eject the lock catch matched with the lock body.
17. The side-opening trolley case as claimed in claim 1, wherein a first placing groove recessed with respect to an outer end portion of the case main body is installed on an outer side of the case main body, and the handle is fitted into the first placing groove and is movable up and down with respect to the first placing groove.
18. The side opening trolley case of claim 17 wherein the handle is disposed adjacent one side of the first standing groove, and a take-up area is provided between the other side of the first standing groove and the handle.
19. The side opening trolley case of claim 17 wherein the top of said handle is flush with the outer end of said case body or the top of said handle is recessed relative to the outer end of said case body when said handle is engaged with said first channel.
20. The side-opening draw-bar box of claim 17, wherein the first storage slot has a first slot and a second slot disposed at each of the inner ends thereof, the handle includes a handle portion and a first connecting end portion and a second connecting end portion disposed at each of the inner ends of the handle portion, the first connecting end portion is inserted into the first slot and is movable therein in a slot bottom-to-slot direction of the first storage slot, and the second connecting end portion is inserted into the second slot and is movable therein in a slot bottom-to-slot or slot bottom-to-slot direction of the first storage slot.
21. The side-opening draw-bar box of claim 20, wherein the side walls of the first slot at both sides are respectively provided with a first inclined slot and a second inclined slot, the side walls of the second slot at both sides are respectively provided with a third inclined slot and a fourth inclined slot, the first inclined slot, the second inclined slot, the third inclined slot and the fourth inclined slot all extend in an inclined manner from the slot bottom to the slot opening of the first placement slot, the first connecting end protrudes towards both sides with a first connecting pin, one end of the first connecting pin is matched with the first inclined slot, the other end of the first connecting pin is matched with the second inclined slot, the second connecting end protrudes towards both sides with a second connecting pin, one end of the second connecting pin is matched with the third inclined slot, and the other end of the second connecting pin is matched with the fourth inclined slot.

The side-opening draw-bar box of claim 21, wherein the first and second slots are adjacent to a first side wall of the first standing slot, the first and third angled slots are through slots, the first and third angled slots both extend through the first side wall, and the second and fourth angled slots are non-through slots;
the box body further comprises a second placing groove, the first placing groove is embedded in the second placing groove, a first protruding portion and a second protruding portion matched with the first recessed portion and the second recessed portion are arranged on the second placing groove, the first protruding portion and the second protruding portion face the inside of the second placing groove in a protruding mode, when the first placing groove and the second placing groove are matched, the first recessed portion and the second recessed portion are located on the inner sides of the first protruding portion and the second protruding portion respectively.

The side-opening trolley case as claimed in claim 17, wherein a second receiving groove recessed with respect to the case main body is further installed on an outer side of the case main body, the case main body is opened with a handle mounting notch, the first receiving groove and the second receiving groove are installed in the handle mounting notch, the first receiving groove is fitted in the second receiving groove and locked by a fixing member, and a portion of the case main body connected to the handle mounting notch is inserted between the first receiving groove and the second receiving groove.

The side-opening draw-bar box of claim 23, wherein the second placement groove is provided with a first support portion extending toward the periphery of the box body opening, the first support portion supports the box body at the periphery of the handle mounting opening, a plurality of first reinforcing ribs surrounding the handle mounting opening are provided at a side of the first support portion near the first placement groove opening, and a plurality of second reinforcing ribs surrounding the handle mounting opening are provided at a side of the first support portion near the bottom of the first placement groove opening;

The side-opening draw-bar box of claim 1, wherein a second support frame is disposed on the box body near the back opening, the second support frame surrounds the back opening, the back plate is recessed relative to an outer end of the second support frame, and the second support frame abuts against an outer side of the back plate.

The side-opening trolley case as claimed in claim 25, wherein a third rib is circumferentially provided on the inner sidewall of the case body adjacent to the rear surface, the back plate is edge-inserted between the third rib and the second support frame, and the third rib, the back plate and the second support frame are engaged and locked by a fixing member;

The side-opening draw-bar box of claim 1, wherein the box main body is a rectangular cylinder formed by bending hard alloy, the back plate is made of hard alloy, two bent ends of the box main body are fixedly connected, and a flexible buffer layer is arranged between the draw bar assembly and the back plate of the box main body.

The side-opening draw-bar box of claim 28, wherein the two bent ends of the box body are fixedly connected by a first fixing component and a second fixing component, the two bent ends of the box body are disposed on one side of the box body close to the sliding wheels, the first fixing component is disposed on the inner side of the box body and connected with the two bent ends of the box body, and the second fixing component is disposed on the outer side of the box body and connected with the two bent ends of the box body.

The side-opening trolley case as claimed in claim 1, wherein a first draw bar groove is installed at a junction of the top of the case body and the back plate, the first draw bar groove penetrates the top of the back plate, an upper end of the draw bar assembly is installed in the first draw bar groove, and a lower end thereof is inserted into the case body and connected to the bottom of the case body.

The side-opening draw-bar box of claim 30, wherein a second draw-bar groove is further installed at a junction between the top of the box body and the back plate, the second draw-bar groove penetrates through the top of the back plate, the first draw-bar groove is embedded in the second draw-bar groove, a clamping groove surrounding an opening of the first draw-bar groove is formed between the first draw-bar groove and the second draw-bar groove, the box body and the back plate are both embedded in the clamping groove, the second draw-bar groove comprises a third bearing portion and a fourth bearing portion, the third bearing portion supports the inner side of the box body, the fourth bearing portion abuts against the inner side of the back plate, and a reinforcing plate is disposed on the inner side of the top of the box body and inserted in the clamping groove and located between the box body and the second draw-bar groove.

The side-opening draw-bar box of claim 1, wherein a back panel is provided on the other side of the box body remote from the side opening cover, the box body has an annular reinforcing band on the outside thereof, the reinforcing band is provided between the back panel and the box body opening, the reinforcing band comprises a plurality of strips protruding or recessed with respect to the outside of the box body, and the plane surrounded by the plurality of strips is parallel to the plane of the box body opening.
33. The side-opening trolley case of claim 32 wherein said handle is mounted in the area of a reinforcing strip on the top of the case body, the strip being an arcuate slot recessed relative to the outside of said case body.
