Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in combination with the detailed description. It should be understood that the description is intended to be exemplary only, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present application. Moreover, in the following description, descriptions of well-known structures and techniques are omitted so as to not unnecessarily obscure the concepts of the present application.
In addition, the technical features mentioned in the different embodiments of the present application described below can be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, and 3, an embodiment of the present application provides a SIM card 40 mounting apparatus, including: a mounting groove 20 having a contact built therein, provided on the terminal 10; the card holder 30 detachably installed in the installation slot 20 includes a substrate 11, where the substrate 11 is provided with a SIM card slot 12 for installing a SIM card 40, and in an installation state, the SIM card 40 on the substrate 11 contacts with the contacts; and a handle 21 disposed on the substrate 11 and exposed outside the mounting groove 20 for a user to grasp for mounting and dismounting operations.
The SIM card 40 installation apparatus of the embodiment of the present application may be used in a terminal device, and includes a mounting slot 20 located on the terminal device and a card socket 30 detachably installed in the mounting slot 20, in a specific application, the SIM card 40 may be installed in the card socket 30 first, and then the card socket 30 is installed in the mounting slot 20 on the terminal device, so that the SIM card 40 installation apparatus can change a traditional manner of directly installing the SIM card 40 on the terminal device; meanwhile, the clamping seat 30 is also provided with the handle 21, a user can directly disassemble and assemble the clamping seat 30 through the handle 21, and the operability is better.
As shown in fig. 3, in some embodiments, the contacts are located on the bottom surface of the mounting slot 20 and the SIM card slot 12 is located on the side of the base plate 11 facing the bottom surface of the mounting slot 20. That is to say, in the installed state, the SIM card 40 is located at the bottom of the installation slot 20, and the card seat 30 can protect the SIM card 40 from being corroded by air and rain.
As shown in fig. 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, in some embodiments, the card socket 30 further includes a SIM card 40 fixing unit, and the SIM card 40 fixing unit includes a pressing block 31 and a resilient connecting arm 32; the pressing block 31 is movably arranged at the edge of the SIM card slot 12 and has a first state of shielding the SIM card slot 12 and a second state of exposing the SIM card slot 12; the elastic connecting arm 32 is connected between the pressing block 31 and the base plate 11, and is used for stretching and contracting to change the pressing block 31 between the first state and the second state. That is, the pressing piece 31 may be used to press on the surface of the SIM card 40, so as to prevent the SIM card 40 from falling out of the SIM card slot 12. For example, when the pressing block 31 is not pressed by the SIM card 40, the elastic connecting arm 32 is in the extended state, and the pressing block 31 is in the first state, and when the pressing block 31 is pressed by the SIM card 40, the pressing block 31 transmits a pressure to the elastic connecting arm 32, and the elastic connecting arm 32 contracts under the pressure, so that the pressing block 31 is switched to the second state.
Optionally, the elastic connection arm 32 is made of an elastic material, and the elastic connection arm 32 is designed in a zigzag shape.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, optionally, the SIM card 40 fixing unit further includes a positioning block 33, and the elastic connecting arm 32 is connected to the base plate 11 through the positioning block 33.
As shown in fig. 3, 4, 6, and 7, in some embodiments, the card socket 30 further includes a SIM card 40 ejecting unit, where the SIM card 40 ejecting unit includes a mounting hole 41 and a top block 42; the mounting hole 41 is arranged on the substrate 11, and one end of the mounting hole 41 is located at the bottom of the SIM card slot 12; the top block 42 is movably disposed in the mounting hole 41, and has a card-loading state retracted into the mounting hole 41 and a card-unloading state projected into the SIM card slot 12. That is, the top block 42 can remove the SIM card 40 mounted in the SIM card slot 12 by changing its position or posture. For example, when the SIM card 40 is installed, the top block 42 is compressed below the bottom surface of the SIM card slot 12 by the pressure of the SIM card 40 so that the SIM card 40 can be installed in place, and when the SIM card 40 is removed, the top block 42 is restored to its original state so as to lift the SIM card 40 out of the SIM card slot 12.
Optionally, two ends of the mounting hole 41 are respectively located at an inner side and an outer side of the SIM card slot 12, the top block 42 is slidably disposed in the mounting hole 41, and the top block 42 slides in the mounting hole 41 to realize switching between different states.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, in some embodiments, the mounting hole 41 has an end away from the SIM card slot 12 and located on the moving track of the pressing block 31, and, in the card loading state, an end of the top block 42 protrudes out of the end of the mounting hole 41 away from the SIM card slot 12; during the moving process, the pressing block 31 is also used for applying a pushing force to the top block 42 so as to enable the top block 42 to be changed from the clamping state to the unclamping state. That is, the SIM card 40 mounting apparatus further includes a driving member for driving the top block 42 to shift to the card-ejecting state, and the driving member may be the pressing block 31.
As shown in fig. 5, optionally, a protrusion 34 is disposed on the pressing block 31, and is connected to the elastic connection arm 32 through the protrusion 34, when the pressing block 31 moves toward the outside of the SIM card slot 12, the pressing block 31 pushes the top block 42 through the protrusion 34 to make it change from the clamping state to the unclamping state. In order to avoid interference of the top block 42 with the resilient connecting arms 32, openings 44 may be provided in the top block 42.
As shown in fig. 8, optionally, in the card loading state, one end of the top block 42 protruding out of the SIM card slot 12 has an inclined plane 43, and when the pressing block 31 is moved to the outside of the SIM card slot 12, the pressing block 31 will press the inclined plane 43, so that the top block 42 moves reversely, and is switched to the card ejecting state.
As shown in fig. 8, in some embodiments, the mounting hole 41 is an arc-shaped hole (not shown), and the top block 42 has an arc-shaped structure; during the state change, the top block 42 rotates around the center of the mounting hole 41. Specifically, the arc hole is the recess that the bottom surface is the arc, and when the installation SIM card 40, can take place to rotate after the one end of kicking block 42 receives the pressure of SIM card 40, in order to incite somebody to action kicking block 42 contracts back in the mounting hole 41, when taking out SIM card 40, the other end of kicking block 42 receives outside thrust and can reverse rotation, so that kicking block 42 resumes initial condition to jack-up SIM card 40 makes it withdraw from SIM card slot 12.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, in some embodiments, the card socket 30 is snap-fit to the mounting slot 20, so that the card socket 30 and the mounting slot 20 can be quickly mounted, and the SIM card 40 can be replaced conveniently. Illustratively, a clamping groove (not shown) is further provided in the mounting groove 20, and the clamping seat 30 further includes a fastening structure that is matched with the clamping groove; the buckle structure comprises a first slide block 51, a second slide block 52, a first buckle 53, a second buckle 54 and a spring 55; the first slider 51 and the second slider 52 are slidably disposed on the substrate 11, and the spring 55 is located between the first slider 51 and the second slider 52; the first fastener 53 and the second fastener 54 are oppositely arranged on two opposite sides of the substrate 11 and are respectively arranged on the first slider 51 and the second slider 52. That is, during the process of installing the card socket 30, the first slider 51 and the second slider 52 move in opposite directions under the elastic force of the spring 55, so that the first catch 53 and the second catch 54 respectively catch into the card slot.
Optionally, the first slider 51 and the second slider 52 are both disposed on one side of the base plate 11, which faces away from the bottom surface of the mounting groove 20, and along the sliding direction, sliding grooves 56 are disposed on the first slider 51 and the second slider 52, in the mounting state, the two sliding grooves 56 are disposed in opposite directions, and two ends of the spring are respectively located in the two sliding grooves 56. Preferably, the two sliding grooves 56 are respectively disposed on the sides of the first slider 51 and the second slider 52 facing the substrate 11.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, in some embodiments, the number of the handles 21 is two, and the two handles 21 are respectively disposed on the first slider 51 and the second slider 52; under the effect of the kneading force of the hand, the handle 21 is further configured to drive the first slider 51 and the second slider 52 to approach each other, so as to withdraw the first buckle 53 and the second buckle 54 from the clamping groove.
As shown in fig. 2, 4 and 9, in some embodiments, the clamping seat 30 further includes a cover plate 61, the cover plate 61 is disposed on a side of the first slider 51 and the second slider 52 away from the base plate 11, and the cover plate 61 is in sliding fit with the first slider 51 and the second slider 52. In addition to being a protection surface, the cover plate 61 may also be used to limit the degree of freedom of the first slider 51 and the second slider 52 in the sliding direction.
Optionally, the cover plate 61 is of a U-shaped structure, and in an installation state, two side walls of the cover plate are located on the side surfaces of the card holder 30 and are connected with the side surfaces of the card holder 30 in a buckling manner.
As shown in fig. 9, in some embodiments, a limiting groove 62 is formed on the cover plate 61 along the sliding direction of the first sliding block 51 and the second sliding block 52; the first sliding block 51 and the second sliding block 52 are both provided with a limiting column 57, and the limiting column 57 is located in the limiting groove 62 and is in sliding fit with the limiting groove 62 to limit the sliding stroke of the first sliding block 51 and the second sliding block 52. That is, during the sliding process, the limiting groove 62 can limit the sliding stroke of the first slider 51 and the second slider 52 through both ends thereof, respectively.
For example, the limit groove 62 is located on a side of the cover plate 61 facing the card socket 30, the limit post 57 is located on a side of the first slider 51 and the second slider 52 facing the cover plate 61, and during a process of moving the first slider 51 and the second slider 52 in a reverse direction, the limit post 57 cannot move beyond an end of the limit groove 62, so that a sliding stroke of the first slider 51 and the second slider 52 can be limited. The maximum stroke of the first slider 51 and the second slider 52 is influenced by the length of the limiting groove 62, and in specific implementation, different lengths of the limiting groove 62 can be selected according to requirements.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a terminal 10, which includes the aforementioned SIM card 40 installation apparatus, which may specifically refer to the related descriptions above and is not described herein again.
The terminal 10 of the embodiment of the application includes a SIM card 40 installation apparatus, where the SIM card 40 installation apparatus includes a mounting slot 20 located on the terminal device and a card seat 30 detachably installed in the mounting slot 20, and in a specific application, the SIM card 40 may be installed in the card seat 30 first, and then the card seat 30 is installed in the mounting slot 20 on the terminal device, so that the SIM card 40 installation apparatus can change a traditional manner of directly installing the SIM card 40 on the terminal device; meanwhile, the clamping seat 30 is also provided with the handle 21, a user can directly disassemble and assemble the clamping seat 30 through the handle 21, and the operability is better.

Claims (10)
1. A SIM card mounting apparatus, comprising:
the mounting groove with the built-in contact is arranged on the terminal;
the card holder is detachably arranged in the mounting groove and comprises a substrate, an SIM card slot for mounting an SIM card is arranged on the substrate, and the SIM card on the substrate is contacted with the contact in the mounting state;
the handle is arranged on the base plate, exposed out of the mounting groove and used for enabling a user to grab for dismounting and mounting operation.
2. The SIM card mounting apparatus of claim 1, wherein the contacts are located on a bottom surface of the mounting slot, and the SIM card slot is located on a side of the base plate facing the bottom surface of the mounting slot.
3. The SIM card mounting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the card holder further includes a SIM card fixing unit, the SIM card fixing unit including a pressing block and an elastic connection arm;
the pressing block is movably arranged at the edge of the SIM card slot and has a first state of shielding the SIM card slot and a second state of exposing the SIM card slot;
the elastic connecting arm is connected between the pressing block and the base plate and used for stretching and contracting so as to enable the pressing block to be changed between the first state and the second state.
4. The SIM card mounting apparatus of claim 3, wherein the card socket further comprises a SIM card ejecting unit, the SIM card ejecting unit comprising a mounting hole and a top block;
the mounting hole is formed in the substrate, and one end of the mounting hole is located at the bottom of the SIM card slot;
the top block is movably arranged in the mounting hole and has a card installing state of contracting into the mounting hole and a card withdrawing state of protruding into the SIM card slot.

The SIM card mounting apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the mounting hole has an end located away from the SIM card slot and on a moving trajectory of the pressing block, and, in the card-loading state, an end of the top block protrudes out of an end of the mounting hole away from the SIM card slot;
in the moving process, the pressing block is further used for applying pushing force to the top block so that the top block is changed from the clamping state to the clamping withdrawing state.
6. The SIM card mounting apparatus of claim 5, wherein the mounting hole is an arc-shaped hole, and the top block is an arc-shaped structure;
and in the state changing process, the top block rotates around the circle center of the mounting hole.
7. The SIM card mounting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a card slot is further disposed in the mounting slot, and the card holder further includes a fastening structure engaged with the card slot;
the buckle structure comprises a first sliding block, a second sliding block, a first buckle, a second buckle and a spring;
the first sliding block and the second sliding block are slidably arranged on the substrate, and the spring is positioned between the first sliding block and the second sliding block;
the first buckle and the second buckle are arranged on two opposite sides of the substrate in a back direction and are respectively arranged on the first sliding block and the second sliding block;

under the effect of the kneading force of the hand, the handle is further used for driving the first sliding block and the second sliding block to be close to each other, so that the first buckle and the second buckle can be withdrawn from the clamping groove.
9. The SIM card mounting apparatus of claim 7, wherein the socket further comprises a cover plate disposed on a side of the first slider and the second slider away from the base plate, and the cover plate is in sliding fit with the first slider and the second slider.
