In the embodiment of the application, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the microwave drying device includes a drying box 1, a baffle plate 2, a conveying assembly 3 and a microwave generator 5, a drying chamber 11 is arranged in the drying box 1, two opposite side surfaces of the drying box 1 are provided with opening openings 12, and the drying chamber 11 is communicated with the opening openings 12; the baffle 2 is shielded in the open opening 12 to form a conveying opening 21 in the open opening 12, and the conveying assembly 3 is arranged at the top of the drying chamber 11 in a penetrating manner through the conveying opening 21 and used for suspending and conveying workpieces; the microwave generator 5 is arranged at the bottom of the drying box 1.
For convenience of description, two side surfaces of the drying box 1, on which the open hole 12 is disposed, are left and right surfaces, that is, the open hole 12 is disposed on the left side surface and the right side surface of the drying box 1. The hand mold 4 is exemplified as a workpiece, and in the following description, the workpiece is not distinguished from the hand mold unless otherwise specified.
It can be understood that two opposite sides of the drying box 1 are formed with open openings 12, that is, the left side and the right side of the drying box 1 are open and have no shielding. The baffle 2 is arranged on the side surface of the drying box 1 for shielding the open opening 12, so that a conveying opening 21 is formed at the open opening 12; the outline size of the baffle plate 2 is smaller than that of the open opening 12, so that the baffle plate 2 can only shield part of the open opening 12, and the left uncovered open opening 12 forms the conveying opening 21. The conveying assembly 3 is arranged at the top of the drying chamber 11, the hand mold 4 is suspended on the conveying assembly 3, and the microwave generating device is arranged at the bottom of the drying box 1, so that the distance between one end, far away from the conveying assembly 3, of the hand mold 4 and the microwave generating device is reduced, and the drying effect of microwaves emitted by the microwave generating device on one end, far away from the conveying assembly 3, of the hand mold 4 is improved; and the opposite two side surfaces of the drying box 1 are shielded by the baffle 2, so that the outline area of the opening 12 is reduced, the closure of the drying chamber 11 is improved, and the effect of the microwave drying hand die 4 is improved.
In this embodiment, the microwave generator 5 is disposed at the bottom of the drying box 1, and the opening 12 is covered by the baffle 2, so as to greatly improve the drying effect of the hand mold 4.
In this embodiment, after the open opening 12 is blocked by the baffle 2, a conveying opening 21 is formed in the open opening 12, so that the hand mold 4 can freely pass through the conveying opening 21, and the conveying assembly 3 can conveniently convey the hand mold 4.
In some exemplary embodiments, the fuel such as coal and natural gas is used to burn and heat the medium such as water and glycerin, so that the medium such as water and glycerin is evaporated and the hand model 4 is dried by using the heat carried by the medium, however, the drying method is gradually not suitable for industrial production due to the large floor space, high height, high cost and low efficiency of the boiler for building fuel combustion. The microwave drying hand mould 4 emitted by the microwave generator 5 can reduce the volume of the whole device, improve the drying efficiency and reduce the cost.
In one embodiment, the microwave drying device further comprises a hand mold 4, and the hand mold 4 is suspended on the conveying assembly 3; wherein, the hand mold 4 is a workpiece to dry the hand mold 4 by the microwave drying device, thereby manufacturing the glove, i.e. the embodiment is particularly suitable for glove production. Of course, when the workpiece is other molds, other products, such as pillows, condoms, and the like, may also be produced.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the conveying opening 21 is provided in the baffle 2, so as to facilitate the setting of the contour size of the conveying opening 21 on the baffle 2 according to the size of the hand mold 4, without measuring the size of the conveying opening 21 when the baffle 2 is fixed to the drying box 1, thereby saving the time for fixing the baffle 2 to the drying box 1 and improving the assembly efficiency of the baffle 2.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a plurality of microwave generators 5 are provided, the plurality of microwave generators 5 are provided directly below the hand molds 4, and the distance between two adjacent microwave generators 5 is correspondingly equal to the distance between two adjacent hand molds 4, so as to improve the drying effect of the microwaves emitted by the microwave generators 5 on the hand molds 4.
In the present embodiment, the spacing between the microwave generators 5 may be equal to the spacing between the hand molds 4 in the conveying direction of the conveying assembly 3. The spacing between the microwave generators 5 in the direction perpendicular to the transport direction of the transport assembly 3 may also be equal to the spacing between the hand molds 4, which is not limited here.
In one embodiment, the top of the drying box 1 is further provided with an air outlet, and the air outlet is communicated with the drying chamber 11. Because in the process of drying the hand model 4, the humidity of the air in the drying chamber 11 can be gradually increased, so that the air in the drying chamber 11 can be exhausted through the air outlet, so as to exhaust the water vapor generated in the process of drying the hand model 4, and the problem that the water vapor in the drying chamber 11 is attached to the hand model 4 again to influence the drying effect of the hand model 4 is avoided.
Because microwave generator 5 has the heating effect to hand mould 4, consequently the temperature of the air in drying chamber 11 can rise gradually, and density can reduce gradually, consequently sets up the air exit in the top of stoving case 1, can conveniently discharge the humid air in drying chamber 11.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the microwave drying device further includes an electric cabinet 6 and an exhaust duct 7, the electric cabinet 6 is disposed at the top of the drying box 1, and the electric cabinet 6 is provided with heat dissipation holes 61; one end of the exhaust pipe 7 is communicated with the exhaust port, and the other end of the exhaust pipe extends out of the electric cabinet 6. The electric control box 6 is used for arranging electric elements 9; the electric cabinet 6 is arranged at the top of the drying box 1, so that the safety can be improved, the safety problem caused by touching the electric element 9 in the electric cabinet 6 can be avoided, and meanwhile, the electric element 9 can be prevented from being damaged; because electric cabinet 6 sets up in the top of stoving case 1, consequently there is heat-conduction, leads to the temperature rising in the electric cabinet 6, sets up louvre 61 on electric cabinet 6, can accelerate the air flow speed in the electric cabinet 6, reduces the temperature in the electric cabinet 6, avoids electrical components 9 in the electric cabinet 6 to be damaged. Air in the drying chamber 11 can be discharged through the exhaust pipe 7, and the influence of air in the drying chamber 11 on an electrical component 9 in the electrical cabinet 6 is avoided.
In this embodiment, the air outlet is a mesh structure.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a through hole 62 is provided at the top of the electric cabinet 6, the through hole 62 is provided directly above the air outlet, and the exhaust pipe 7 extends out of the electric cabinet 6 from the through hole 62 to reduce the length of the exhaust pipe 7 in the electric cabinet 6, prevent the exhaust pipe 7 from occupying a larger space in the electric cabinet 6, and also reduce the heating effect of the exhaust pipe 7 on the electric cabinet 6.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the microwave drying device further includes a supporting member 8 and an electrical component 9, the supporting member 8 is disposed at the bottom of the electric cabinet 6, and the electrical component 9 is disposed at the supporting member 8 to increase a distance between the electrical component 9 and the bottom of the electric cabinet 6, so as to prevent the bottom of the electric cabinet 6 from being heated due to heat conduction and burning out the electrical component 9.
In this embodiment, the electrical component 9 may be a transformer.
In an embodiment, the microwave drying apparatus further comprises a microwave suppressor, which is disposed on the baffle 2 to reduce the microwave by the microwave suppressor so as to reduce the leakage of the conveying opening 21.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the microwave drying apparatus further includes an observation window 10, and the observation window 10 is disposed in the drying box 1, so that a user can observe the conditions in the drying chamber 11 through the observation window 10 conveniently.
In this embodiment, the observation window 10 may be a transparent glass plate, or may have a mesh structure, and this embodiment is not limited herein.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a plurality of drying boxes 1 are provided, the drying boxes 1 are spliced along the conveying direction of the conveying assembly 3, and the baffle plate 2 blocks the two open openings 12 at the edge positions, so that the hand molds 4 can be dried more fully by increasing or decreasing the number of the drying boxes 1 under the condition that the speed of conveying the hand molds 4 by the conveying assembly 3 is constant, and the drying effect of the hand molds 4 is improved.
In the embodiment, when the drying boxes 1 are spliced, two adjacent drying boxes 1 can be fixedly connected through screws; also can adopt the mode of joint to connect two adjacent stoving casees 1, this embodiment does not do the restriction to the connected mode when 1 concatenation of stoving case.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the microwave drying apparatus further includes a support 20, and the drying box 1 is disposed on the support 20.

4. The microwave drying device of claim 1, wherein the top of the drying box is further provided with an air outlet, and the air outlet is communicated with the drying chamber.
5. The microwave drying apparatus of claim 4, wherein the microwave drying apparatus further comprises:
the electric cabinet is arranged at the top of the drying box and is provided with heat dissipation holes;
and one end of the exhaust pipe is communicated with the air outlet, and the other end of the exhaust pipe extends out of the electric cabinet.
6. The microwave drying device of claim 5, wherein a through hole is arranged at the top of the electric cabinet, the through hole is arranged right above the air outlet, and the air exhaust pipe extends out of the electric cabinet from the through hole.
7. The microwave drying apparatus of claim 1, wherein the microwave drying apparatus further comprises:
the microwave suppressor is arranged on the baffle; and/or
The observation window, the observation window set up in the stoving case.
8. The microwave drying device according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of drying boxes are provided, the plurality of drying boxes are spliced along the conveying direction of the conveying assembly, and the baffle shields the two open openings at the edge positions.
9. The microwave drying apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising:
a hand mold suspended from the delivery assembly;
wherein the hand mold is the workpiece.
10. A glove production apparatus, characterised in that it comprises a microwave drying device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
