The belt wheel 3E on the main shaft of the motor is connected with the double-wedge belt wheel 4E on the pinion rotating shaft 21E through the V-shaped belt 2E to drive the pinion rotating shaft 21E to operate, so that the pinion ring 22E on the pinion rotating shaft 21E rotates, the pinion ring 22E is in meshed transmission with the pinion ring 9E on the mud removing roller 24E, the mud removing roller 24E rotates, and then the upper limiting small wheel 13E and the lower limiting small wheel 23E on the mud removing roller 24E are driven to rotate.
The double-wedge belt wheel 4E on the pinion rotating shaft 21E is connected with the belt wheel 3E on the mud removing roller central transmission shaft 5E through the V-shaped belt 2E to drive the mud removing roller central transmission shaft 5E to rotate, so that the mud removing brush 8E on the mud removing roller central transmission shaft 5E rotates.
