Referring to fig. 5 and 6, fig. 5 is a partial sectional view of the protective shell body shown in fig. 4; fig. 6 is a partially enlarged view of the region b shown in fig. 5. As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the protective case body 10 includes a protective case substrate 11, a second leather layer 12 and a third leather layer 13, the protective case substrate 11 includes a first surface and a second surface that are opposite to each other, the second leather layer 12 is attached to and disposed on the first surface of the protective case substrate 11, the third leather layer 13 is attached to and disposed on the second surface of the protective case substrate 11, and a surface of the second leather layer 12 that is away from the first surface of the protective case substrate 11 is an outer surface of the protective case body 10.
The end face of the protective housing substrate 11 departing from the second leather layer 12 is provided with a first accommodating groove 111, the end face of the protective housing substrate 11 far away from the third leather layer 13 is provided with a first through hole communicated with the first accommodating groove 111, the second leather layer 12 is provided with a second through hole 121 communicated with the first through hole, and the second through hole 121, the first through hole and the first accommodating groove 111 are sequentially communicated to form an accommodating space.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, fig. 7 is a schematic structural view of the bracket shown in fig. 4; fig. 8 is a partially enlarged view of the region c shown in fig. 7. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the bracket 20 includes a bracket base plate 21 and a first leather layer 22, and the first leather layer 22 includes a first connecting section 221 attached to the bracket base plate 21 and a second connecting section 222 extending out of the bracket base plate 21.
The second connecting section 222 may sequentially pass through the second through hole 121 and the first through hole, fill the first receiving groove 111, and be fixedly connected to the bottom surface of the first receiving groove 111, so as to prevent the leather layer of the bracket 20 from being directly bonded to the leather layer of the protective shell body 10; moreover, the second connecting section 222 of the first leather layer 22 of the bracket 20 is filled into the first accommodating groove 111, so that the leather layer of the bracket 20 is bonded to the protective housing substrate 11 of the protective housing body 10, the connection strength between the bracket 20 and the protective housing body 10 is further improved, and the purpose of improving the stability of the connection between the bracket 20 and the protective housing body 10 is achieved.
Moreover, since the first receiving groove is a strip-shaped groove or a sheet-shaped groove parallel to the second leather layer 12, after the second connecting section 222 is filled into the first receiving groove 111, not only the bonding area between the second connecting section 222 and the protective case substrate 11 can be increased, but also the first receiving groove 111 itself can form a clamping and fixing effect on the second connecting section 222, thereby further improving the connection strength between the bracket 20 and the protective case body 10.
With continued reference to fig. 8, the second connection section 222 includes a fixed connection section 2221 and a first transition connection section 2222, and the fixed connection section 2221 is connected to the first connection section 221 through the first transition connection section 2222.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a partially enlarged view of a region a shown in fig. 4. As shown in fig. 4 to 9, the fixing connection section 2221 may sequentially pass through the second through hole 121 and the first through hole and be filled in the first receiving groove 111, so as to fixedly connect the bracket 20 and the protective housing body 10.
Referring back to fig. 6, the protective casing substrate 11 includes a first substrate 112 and a second substrate 113 stacked in layers, the second leather layer 12, the first substrate 112, the second substrate 113 and the third leather layer 13 are sequentially stacked in layers, the first receiving groove 111 is disposed on an end surface of the first substrate 112 away from the second leather layer 12, and the first through hole is disposed on the first substrate 112.
By splitting the protective housing substrate 11 into the first substrate 112 and the second substrate 113, the upper and lower surfaces of the fixed connection section 2221 filled in the first receiving groove 111 can be respectively bonded to the first substrate 112 and the second substrate 113, and the end surface of the fixed connection section 2221 deviating from the second leather layer 12 is prevented from being directly contacted and connected with the third leather layer 13, so as to further improve the connection strength between the fixed connection section 2221 and the protective housing substrate 11.
In some embodiments, the thickness of each of the second leather layer 12 and the third leather layer 13 is less than the thickness of the first substrate 112.
Illustratively, the thickness of the second leather layer 12 and the third leather layer 13 may be 0.4 mm, the thickness of the first substrate 112 may be 0.6 mm, and the thickness of the second substrate 113 may be 0.1 mm.
By setting the thickness of the second substrate 113 to be smaller than the first substrate 112, the second leather layer 12, and the third leather layer 13, the thickness of the protective case body 10 can be effectively reduced while the structural strength of the protective case body 10 is ensured.
Moreover, because the support 20 and the protective housing body 10 are fixed through the connection of the fixed connection section 2221 and the first receiving groove 111, and the connection of the fixed connection section 2221 and the first receiving groove 111 does not increase the thickness of the protective housing body 10, that is, the support 20 in this application does not occupy the thickness space of the protective housing body 10, i.e., the material used for the protective housing body 10 can be reduced, thereby reducing the weight and cost of the protective housing body 10, and further satisfying the development of the protective housing body 10 in a light and thin manner.
Referring back to fig. 7 and 8, the support substrate 21 includes a third substrate 211 and a fourth substrate 212, the third substrate 221 and the fourth substrate 212 are stacked on one side of the outer surface of the protective shell body 10, and the fourth substrate 212 is located between the third substrate 211 and the protective shell body 10; the first connecting section 221 is attached to an end surface of the third substrate 211 facing away from the protective case body 10.
The stent 20 further comprises a fourth leather layer 23, the fourth leather layer 23 being understood as the stent inner skin of the stent 20 and correspondingly the first leather layer 21 being understood as the stent outer skin of the stent 20.
With continued reference to fig. 7 and 8, the first connecting section 221 has a fixed connecting section 2221 and a first transitional connecting section 2222 at both ends, that is, the first leather layer 22 has a fixed connecting section 2221 at both ends; referring back to fig. 4 to 6, two first receiving grooves 111 may be disposed on the protective casing substrate 11, so that the two fixing connection sections 2221 of the first leather layer 22 can be filled into the corresponding first receiving grooves 111, and both ends of the first leather layer 22 can be fixed to the protective casing substrate 11, so that the bracket 20 can be better fixed to the protective casing body 10, and the purpose of improving the stability of the connection between the bracket 20 and the protective casing body 10 is achieved.
With reference to fig. 7 and 8, the fourth leather layer 23 includes a third connecting section attached to the end surface of the third substrate 211 facing the protective shell body 10, a fourth connecting section attached to the end surface of the fourth substrate 212 facing away from the protective shell body 10, and a second transition connecting section for connecting the third connecting section and the fourth connecting section.
In some embodiments, the fourth substrate 212 may be a sandwich plate, that is, the fourth substrate 212 may be a sandwich plate composed of a first connecting plate, a second connecting plate and a third connecting plate which are sequentially stacked, the fourth connecting section may be attached to an end surface of the first connecting plate, which is away from the protective shell body 10, and the third connecting plate may be fixedly connected to an outer surface of the protective shell body 10, so as to further improve the connection strength between the bracket 20 and the protective shell body 10.
In still other embodiments, magnetic members may be respectively disposed in the third substrate 211 and the fourth substrate 212, so that when the stand 20 is not needed to be used, the third substrate 211 can be attached to the fourth substrate 212 by the attraction force of the magnetic members, and the occupied space of the stand 20 when the stand 20 is not needed to be used is reduced, so as to provide convenience for carrying the protective case 100.
Specifically, a second receiving groove may be formed in the second connecting plate so that the magnetic member disposed on the fourth substrate 212 is mounted in the second receiving groove, and the magnetic member may be prevented from being separated from the second receiving groove by stacking the first connecting plate and the third connecting plate on the upper and lower surfaces of the second connecting plate, respectively.
Wherein, the thickness of the third connecting plate and the first connecting plate is smaller than that of the second connecting plate, so as to reduce the overall thickness of the fourth substrate 212. Accordingly, the structure of the third substrate 211 is similar to that of the fourth substrate 212, i.e., the third substrate 211 may also be a sandwich plate.
Illustratively, the thickness of the second connecting plate may be 0.8 mm, and the thickness of the first and third connecting plates may be 0.1 mm.
Referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is an operation schematic diagram of the protective shell shown in fig. 2. As shown in fig. 10, when the stand 20 needs to be used, the third substrate 211 and the fourth substrate 212 may be separated, and an accommodating space 40 may be formed between the third substrate 211 and the fourth substrate 212, where the accommodating space 40 may be passed through by fingers or palms of a user, so that the user can better hold the electronic device 200 sleeved on the protective casing 100 through the stand 20.
It will be appreciated that the first and second transition sections 2222 and 2222 are used to switch the stent 20 between the expanded state and the fitted state, and the degree of expansion of the stent 20 is determined based on the lengths of the first and second transition sections 2222 and 2222.
Referring to fig. 11 to 13, fig. 11 is a second schematic structural view of the protective casing shown in fig. 1; fig. 12 is a bottom view of the protective case of fig. 11; fig. 13 is a partial sectional view taken along line B-B of fig. 12. As shown in fig. 11 to 13, the protective case 100 includes a protective case body 10 and a bracket 20, the bracket 20 is fixed on an outer surface of the protective case body 10, and the bracket 20 may assist a user to better hold or move the electronic device 200 and may prevent the electronic device 200 from slipping off the user's hand.
Referring to fig. 14 and 15, fig. 14 is a partial sectional view of the protective shell body shown in fig. 13; fig. 15 is a partially enlarged view of the region e shown in fig. 14. The second leather layer 12 is provided with a third through hole 122, and the protective casing substrate 11 is partially exposed in the third through hole 122.
Referring to fig. 16 and 17, fig. 16 is a schematic structural view of the bracket shown in fig. 13; fig. 17 is a partially enlarged view of the region f shown in fig. 16. As shown in fig. 16 and 17, the bracket 20 includes a bracket base plate 21 and a first leather layer 22, and the first leather layer 22 includes a first connecting section 221 attached to the bracket base plate 21 and a second connecting section 222 extending out of the bracket base plate 21.
The second connecting section 222 can be adhered to the portion of the protective case substrate 11 exposed from the third through hole 122 through the third through hole 122, so as to fixedly connect the bracket 20 and the protective case body 10. Thus, the leather layer of the bracket 20 can be prevented from being directly bonded with the leather layer of the protective shell body 10; moreover, the second connecting section 222 of the first leather layer 22 of the bracket 20 is filled into the third through hole 122 and is bonded to the portion, exposed out of the third through hole 122, of the protective housing substrate 11, so that the leather layer of the bracket 20 is bonded to the protective housing substrate 11 of the protective housing body 10, the connection strength between the bracket 20 and the protective housing body 10 is further improved, and the purpose of improving the stability of the connection between the bracket 20 and the protective housing body 10 is achieved.
The third through hole 122 may be a strip-shaped hole, so as to increase the contact area between the second connecting section 222 and the protective casing substrate 11, that is, increase the bonding area between the second connecting section 222 and the protective casing substrate 11, and further increase the connection strength between the bracket 20 and the protective casing body 10.
