The battery protection plate according to claim 2, wherein the side surface comprises a bottom surface and two facets, the first extension comprises a second lateral extension and a second bottom surface extension connected, the second lateral extension is disposed along one facet of the battery cell (2), the second bottom surface extension is disposed along the bottom surface of the battery cell (2), and the first lead-out portion (1211) is disposed on an end portion of the second bottom surface extension away from the second lateral extension;
the second extending portion comprises a third lateral extending portion and a third bottom surface extending portion which are connected, the third lateral extending portion is arranged along the other small face, opposite to the second lateral extending portion, of the battery core (2), the third bottom surface extending portion is arranged along the bottom surface of the battery core (2), and the second leading-out portion (1311) is arranged at one end portion, far away from the third lateral extending portion, of the third bottom surface extending portion.

The battery protection plate according to claim 2, wherein the side surface comprises a top surface, the first extension comprises a second top surface extension (1213), the second top surface extension (1213) is disposed along the top surface of the battery cell (2), and the first lead-out portion (1211) is disposed on an end portion of the second top surface extension (1213) away from the rigid plate (11);
the second extending part comprises a third top surface extending part (1314), the third top surface extending part (1314) is arranged along the top surface of the battery core (2), and the second leading-out part (1311) is arranged on one end part of the third top surface extending part (1314) far away from the hard plate (11).
6. The battery protection plate as claimed in any one of claims 2 to 5, further comprising: the first lead-out portion (1211) is provided with a first connector (141), the first connector (141) being for connecting a terminal and the first flexible board (12);
the second lead-out portion (1311) is provided with a second connector (142), and the second connector (142) is used for connecting a terminal and the second flexible board (13).
7. The battery protection plate according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising an electronic device (16), the electronic device (16) being mounted on the rigid plate (11).
8. The battery protection plate according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising a connecting member (15) adapted to connect the rigid plate (11) with the tab (8) of the battery cell (2).
9. A battery, comprising: the battery protection sheet as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7;
the battery protection plate comprises a battery cell (2), wherein the battery cell (2) is electrically connected with a rigid plate (11) of the battery protection plate.
10. The battery according to claim 9, further comprising a buffer member (64) disposed between the battery protection plate and the electric core (2) and adapted to protect the electronic device (16) on the rigid plate (11).
