The secondary locking member 60 has a guide ramp formed thereon that functions to cooperate with an unlocking mechanism, as will be described further below, to effect unlocking. When the second locking device 6 is in the locking working state, under the action of the second elastic member 61 (specifically, a spring), the plurality of racks 600 on the second locking member 60 are engaged with the plurality of second tooth grooves 211a formed on the second coupling member 211, so as to achieve locking; when the second locking device 6 is in the unlocking operation state, the plurality of racks 600 on the second locking member 60 are disengaged from the plurality of second tooth grooves 211a on the second coupling member 211, so that the unlocking is realized.
In this example, there are two ways to unlock the second locking device 6. One is, as set up in the existing children's barrow, specially set up the unlocking mechanism to the pertinence, usually include the operating parts (such as the button, etc.) exposed, hide in the car frame pole body, or can slip or rotatable unlocking piece 63, and the haulage cable that connects operating parts and unlocking piece, through operating the operating parts, drive the unlocking piece to slip or rotate, then drive the lockpin 501 to slip and break away from the lockhole, realize the unblock. Since the specific structure in this manner can be realized by conventional means, it will not be described herein in detail. In this case, the unlocking of the second locking device 6 also includes a new unlocking mode, namely, the unlocking is completed by rotating the pedal part 22. Specifically, in one specific embodiment, two unlocking mechanisms are provided corresponding to the two second locking devices 6, respectively. The specific unlocking structure adopted is as follows.
As shown in fig. 6, the unlocking structure for unlocking the second locking device 6 includes a second unlocking driving device and a second pulling member 9. Each of the second unlocking driving means includes a second unlocking member 8, and the second unlocking member 8 is slidable in the front-rear direction of the cart with respect to the rotation shaft between the first coupling member 202 and the second coupling member 211 and the second locking member 60. Specifically, the second unlocking member 8 has an elongated hole 80 and a guide slope 81, the rotation axis between the first coupling member 202 and the second coupling member 211 is disposed through the elongated hole 80, and the guide slope 81 of the second unlocking member 8 is slidably fitted with the guide slope of the second locking member 60. As shown in fig. 19, when the second locking device 6 is locked, the rack 600 of the second locking member 60 is stably engaged with the second tooth groove 211a of the second coupling member 211 by the second elastic member 61. When the unlocking is required, as shown in fig. 25 to 28, the pedal portion 22 is rotated upward, the second unlocking member 8 is pulled by the second pulling member 9, so that the second unlocking member 8 slides forward, and the sliding of the second unlocking member 8 drives the rack 600 of the second locking member 60 to slide in a direction away from the second tooth groove 211a of the second coupling member 211 through the matching of the guiding inclined planes until the rack 600 of the second locking member 60 is completely separated from the second tooth groove 211a of the second coupling member 211, so as to achieve the unlocking.
Further, the unlocking of the first locking device 5 and the second locking device 6 by rotating the footrest 22 is synchronized. As described above, the first unlocking drive and the two second unlocking drives are connected to the foot rest 22 via the first pulling means 7 and the second pulling means 9, respectively. The specific connection between them is as follows.
As shown in fig. 6 to 7, the upper portion of the foot pedal portion 22 is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft 15, the rotating shaft 15 includes a left rotating shaft 15a, a right rotating shaft 15b and an intermediate connecting member 15c located between the left rotating shaft 15a and the right rotating shaft 15b, the left end portion of the left rotating shaft 15a and the right end portion of the right rotating shaft 15b are respectively rotatably connected with two sides of the front portion of the seat portion 20, the left rotating shaft 15a and the right rotating shaft 15b are respectively and fixedly provided with a first fixing member 16, and the two first fixing members 16 are respectively used for connecting two second traction members 9; the second fixing member 17 is a roller fixed to the outer circumference of the intermediate link member 15c, and a portion of the first traction member 7 is wound around the roller.
As shown in fig. 6 to 7 and 19 to 31, when the foot pedal 22 is rotated upward, the first pulling member 7 pulls the front end portion of the first unlocking driving member 70 upward, so that the rear portion of the first unlocking driving member 70 is rotated downward, and as described above, the lock pin 501 is finally driven to disengage from the lock hole, thereby unlocking the first locking device 5; meanwhile, the two second traction pieces 9 respectively pull the two second unlocking pieces 8 to make the second unlocking pieces 8 slide forward, so that the rack 600 on the second locking piece 60 is finally driven to be disengaged from the second tooth groove 211a on the second locking piece 211, and the unlocking of the second locking device 6 is realized.
As shown in fig. 23, 25 and 27, in a specific embodiment, when the pedal portion 22 is located at the initial position in the normal operating state, the first unlocking driving device and the second unlocking driving device are triggered synchronously to complete the unlocking only when the pedal portion is rotated upward from the initial position by a certain angle to reach the set position. In the illustrated embodiment, the pedal portion 22 is rotated upward beyond the horizontal plane to trigger the two unlocking actuators to unlock the first and second locking devices 5 and 6. In the initial position, the foothold 22 is extended obliquely upward from the front to the rear as a whole, and accordingly, it is preferable that the foothold 22 is rotated to be extended obliquely downward from the front to the rear in the aforementioned set position. Due to the arrangement, on one hand, the locking device is prevented from being unlocked due to misoperation in a normal use state, and the use safety is ensured; on the other hand, the operation of turning the foothold 22 upward is an operation generally required for folding, and by this operation, the unlocking is simultaneously performed, which greatly facilitates the folding operation.
As another optional embodiment of the present invention, it may also be provided that the first unlocking driving device and the second unlocking driving device are not triggered at the same time, but are triggered one after the other. For example, the step portion 22 may be rotated to a certain position, the first unlocking driving means may be triggered first, or the second unlocking driving means may be triggered first, and when the step portion is rotated to another position, the other unlocking means may be triggered. This also facilitates folding. In particular, on the basis of the above-described embodiments, this can be achieved by adjusting the stroke of the first pulling element 7 and the second pulling element 9 accordingly.
The present invention has been described in detail, and the purpose thereof is to enable those skilled in the art to understand the contents of the present invention and to implement the same, and the protection scope of the present invention should not be limited thereby, and all equivalent changes or modifications made according to the spirit of the present invention should be covered by the protection scope of the present invention.
