In the solution that the discharge pipe 22 and the mounting member 23 are separately connected, in order to facilitate the assembly of the two, the discharge pipe 22 may be configured as a two-section pipe connection, and the discharge pipe 22 may include a straight pipe and a bent pipe connected below the straight pipe, which are conveniently assembled with the mounting member 23.
As a preferred embodiment of the present application, the valve body assembly 21 includes a valve body 211 and a valve core 212 disposed in the valve body 211, the valve body 211 is provided with a liquid outlet communicated with the liquid outlet 111, the valve core 212 is provided with a valve hole and a liquid discharge channel communicated with the valve hole, the valve core 212 can linearly translate along the valve body 211 to communicate the valve hole with the liquid outlet or block the liquid outlet, and the liquid discharge channel is communicated with the liquid discharge pipe 22.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, valve element 212 may be linearly translated relative to valve body 211 to align or misalign the valve bore and outlet port to effect opening or closing of drain valve 20. Further, the valve body assembly 21 further includes a motor 213 for driving the valve core 212 to move, and the motor 213 drives the valve core 212 to move up and down by, for example, a lead screw. Further, a valve sleeve 214 can be disposed between the valve body 211 and the valve core 212, and the valve sleeve 214 is a silicone sleeve and can provide sealing. Further, the valve element 212 may be provided with a detection element 215, and accordingly, the valve body 211 is provided with a sensing element 216, so that when the sensing element 216 senses the detection element 215, the moving position of the valve element 212 can be detected, for example, when the valve element 212 moves to a position where the valve hole is aligned with the liquid outlet, the sensing element 216 located near the liquid outlet senses the detection element 215, and then the liquid discharge valve 20 can be prompted to be in an open state, so that the control circuit can control liquid discharge in time. The detecting element 215 is, for example, a magnet, and the sensing element 216 is, for example, a hall element or a reed switch.
The valve body assembly 21 is not limited to the above-described configuration, and may have any configuration having the same function as in the related art.
In another preferred embodiment of the present application, one of the valve body assembly 21 and the mounting member 23 is provided with a screwing groove, and the other is provided with a screwing buckle adapted to the screwing groove.
In the composition of the valve body assembly 21 shown in fig. 2, the present application may utilize a valve spool 212 assembled with a mounting member 23. For example, the end of the outlet end of the valve element 212 is provided with two screwing grooves, and two screwing buckles are arranged in the mounting cavity 231 of the mounting member 23, and during assembly, the screwing buckles rotate along the direction approaching to the screwing grooves, and are screwed in from the inlet of the screwing grooves and rotate to the limit terminal along the track of the screwing grooves. The two rotary clamping grooves can be symmetrically distributed or asymmetrically distributed, and correspondingly, the two rotary clamping buckles and the two rotary clamping grooves are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode.
