In the present embodiment, the base 1 may be fixed to the floor by punching a hole in the floor and the base 1, fixing the base 1 to the floor by screwing, adhering the base 1 with a floor adhesive, or fixing the base 1 by providing a weight on the base 1. The way in which the base 1 is fixed to the ground can be chosen at will by the person skilled in the art. It should be noted that the base 1 is fixed to the ground without damaging the ground as much as possible and can be detached quickly and conveniently, thereby achieving the effect of facilitating the replacement of the vehicle cleaning apparatus. The base 1 and the vehicle body cleaning unit 2 may be fixedly connected by providing a connection piece on the side of the vehicle body cleaning unit 2 contacting the base 1, forming a screw hole in the connection piece, and fixing the vehicle body cleaning unit 2 to the base 1 by screwing. Wherein each first flushing assembly 22 comprises at least one first spray head 23 and is rotatable around a horizontal axis relative to the vehicle body cleaning main body 21 within a first preset angle range.
In the present embodiment, the bottom surface and the top surface of the base 1 are parallel to each other, and the vehicle body cleaning unit 2 is vertically disposed on the base 1, so that the vehicle body cleaning unit 2 can be disposed parallel to the side vehicle body of the vehicle. Compared with the vehicle body cleaning unit 2 which is obliquely arranged, the vehicle body cleaning unit 2 is vertically arranged, so that the space occupied by the vehicle body cleaning unit 2 can be reduced, and the arrangement space is saved for a stock ground which can provide a smaller cleaning area. Also, the body cleaning main body 21 has a box structure, and the first wash unit 22 is provided on an outer side wall of the body cleaning main body 21. The first flushing assembly 22 opens with at least one first spray head 23 in the direction of the vehicle.
Specifically, the number of the first spray heads 23 may be set according to actual cleaning requirements. When the amount of silt attached to the vehicle is large and the vehicle is difficult to clean, the number of the first spray heads 23 can be increased properly. In the present embodiment, the at least one first nozzle 23 is four first nozzles 23, and each first nozzle 23 sprays water toward the body of the vehicle.
More specifically, with reference to fig. 7, each first flushing assembly 22 comprises a first horizontal connecting rod 24, a first nozzle head 25. The first horizontal connecting rod 24 is used for connecting the first spray head frame 25 with the vehicle body transmission mechanism 27, and the first spray head frame 25 is used for installing and arranging the first spray head 23. One end of the first horizontal connecting rod 24 extends into the vehicle body cleaning main body 21 and can rotate around a horizontal axis, the other end is fixedly connected with the first nozzle frame 25, and the four first nozzles 23 are uniformly arranged on the first nozzle frame 25 at intervals. One end of the first horizontal connecting rod 24 extends into the vehicle body cleaning main body 21, specifically, a through hole is formed in the position of the vehicle body cleaning main body 21 corresponding to the first horizontal connecting rod 24, and the first horizontal connecting rod 24 penetrates through the through hole and then is connected with the vehicle body transmission mechanism 27, and is driven by the vehicle body transmission mechanism 27 to rotate around a horizontal axis. The first horizontal connecting rod 24 is fixedly connected to the first nozzle holder 25 by means including, but not limited to, welding, integral molding, etc.
In the present embodiment, the first nozzle holder 25 has a circular ring shape. The four first nozzles 23 are arranged at regular intervals on the first nozzle holder 25, that is, the arc lengths between two adjacent first nozzles 23 are equal.
It is further noted that in this embodiment, the first predetermined angle range is-40 ° to 40 °, such as-40 ° to-10 °, -10 ° to 10 °, 10 ° to 40 °, or other ranges. Referring to fig. 2, the rotation of the first horizontal connecting rod 24 around the horizontal axis means that the first horizontal connecting rod 24 rotates around an axis horizontally passing through the center of the first nozzle holder 25 as a reference, and when viewed from right to left, the rotation angle is positive when the first horizontal connecting rod 24 rotates clockwise, and the rotation angle is negative when the first horizontal connecting rod 24 rotates counterclockwise.
It is to be understood that the rotation angle of the first horizontal connecting rod 24 is related to the installation position of the vehicle body cleaning unit 2, the size of the washing area, etc., and also to the shape and structural size of the first wash assembly 22 itself, and the position of the first wash assembly 22 relative to the vehicle, the vehicle body cleaning main body 21. It is obvious to those skilled in the art that the angle of rotation of the first horizontal connecting rod 24 about the horizontal axis with respect to the vehicle body cleaning main body 21 can be arbitrarily rotated according to actual design and use requirements. However, the rotation angle of the first horizontal connecting rod 24 should not be too large, otherwise the direction of the water column will deviate from the direction of the vehicle body, thereby causing the problem of water resource waste.
In the present embodiment, the first horizontal connecting rod 24 is configured to be rotatable about the horizontal axis with respect to the vehicle body cleaning main body 21, so that the direction of the water flow sprayed from the first spray head 23 is wider, the cleaning area of the vehicle body cleaning unit 2 is increased, and the cleaning effect is improved. In addition, the cleaning area of the vehicle body cleaning unit 2 is increased, so that the first spray head 23 and the first flushing component 22 are not required to be arranged more for increasing the cleaning area, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
More specifically, each of the vehicle body cleaning units 2 further includes a vehicle body driving mechanism 26 and a vehicle body transmission mechanism 27 provided in the vehicle body cleaning main body 21. The vehicle body driving mechanism 26 is connected to the vehicle body transmission mechanism 27 and drives the vehicle body transmission mechanism 27 to move in the vertical direction within the vehicle body cleaning main body 21. The vehicle body transmission mechanism 27 is connected with one end of the first horizontal connecting rod 24 of each first washing assembly 22 so as to drive the first horizontal connecting rod 24 to rotate around a horizontal axis in the vehicle body cleaning main body 21.
In the present embodiment, the vehicle body driving mechanism 26 is a driving motor. Referring to fig. 8, the vehicle body transmission mechanism 27 is constituted by a crank wheel 271, a crank shaft 272, a link assembly 273 with bearing, a tie rod 274, a lever assembly 275, a rotary piece 276, and the like. The crank wheel 271 is connected to the body driving mechanism 26, and drives the bearing link assembly 273 to move vertically within the body cleaning main body 21 via the crank shaft 272, and the bearing link assembly 273 can drive the pull rod 274 and the shift lever assembly 275 to move vertically within the body cleaning main body 21. First horizontal connecting rod 24 stretches into still fixedly connected with rotor 276 in one side in the clean main part 21 of automobile body, and the one end and the first horizontal connecting rod 24 of rotor 276 are connected, and the other end is connected with driving lever subassembly 275, and driving lever subassembly 275 can drive rotor 276 when moving along vertical direction and rotate around horizontal axis in the clean main part 21 of automobile body to drive first horizontal connecting rod 24 and rotate around horizontal axis in the clean main part 21 of automobile body.
In the embodiment, the first horizontal connecting rod 24 is driven to rotate around the horizontal axis in the vehicle body cleaning main body 21 in a linkage mode of the driving motor, the crank wheel 271, the crank shaft 272, the connecting rod assembly 273 with the bearing, the pull rod 274, the shift rod assembly 275, the rotary sheet 276 and the like, the rotation of the first horizontal connecting rod 24 can be realized by using a simple structure, the response speed is higher, and the failure rate is lower.
Still further, referring to fig. 9-12, each wheel cleaning unit 3 is vertically disposed on the base 1, and includes a wheel cleaning main body 31, and at least one second washing assembly 32 disposed on the wheel cleaning main body 31. The wheel cleaning main body 31 is rotatable about a vertical axis with respect to the base 1. The connection mode between the wheel cleaning unit 3 and the base 1 can refer to the connection mode between the vehicle body cleaning unit 2 and the base 1, and the detailed description of the embodiment is omitted.
In this embodiment, each second flushing assembly 32 comprises at least one second spray head 33 and is rotatable about a horizontal axis relative to the wheel cleaning body 31 within a second predetermined angular range.
Specifically, the number of the second spray heads 33 may be set according to actual cleaning requirements. When the quantity of silt attached to the wheels is large and the wheels are difficult to clean, the quantity of the second spray heads 33 can be increased properly. In the present embodiment, the at least one second spray head 33 is four second spray heads 33, and each second spray head 33 sprays water toward the wheels of the vehicle.
More specifically, each second flushing assembly 32 comprises a second horizontal connecting rod 34, a second head frame 35. One end of a second horizontal connecting rod 34 extends into the wheel cleaning main body 31 and can rotate around a horizontal axis, the other end of the second horizontal connecting rod is fixedly connected with a second spray head frame 35, and the four second spray heads 33 are uniformly arranged on the second spray head frame 35 at intervals. One end of the second horizontal connecting rod 34 extends into the wheel cleaning main body 31, specifically, a through hole is formed in the position, corresponding to the second horizontal connecting rod 34, of the wheel cleaning main body 31, the second horizontal connecting rod 34 penetrates through the through hole and then is connected with the wheel transmission mechanism 37, and the second horizontal connecting rod is driven by the wheel transmission mechanism 37 to rotate around a horizontal axis. The second horizontal connecting rod 34 is fixedly connected to the second nozzle holder 35 by means of welding, integral molding, etc.
In the present embodiment, the second head frame 35 has a circular ring shape. The four second nozzles 33 are arranged on the second head frame 35 at regular intervals, that is, the arc length between two adjacent second nozzles 33 is equal. In this embodiment, the structure of the second flushing assembly 32 is not substantially different from that of the first flushing assembly 22, and the structure of the second flushing assembly 32 can be understood by referring to the schematic structural diagram of the first flushing assembly shown in fig. 7.
Note that, in the present embodiment, the second predetermined angle range is-40 ° to 40 °, for example, -40 ° to-10 °, -10 ° to 10 °, 10 ° to 40 °, or other ranges. In the present embodiment, the second horizontal connecting rod 34 is rotatable around the horizontal axis relative to the wheel cleaning main body 31, so that the direction of the water flow sprayed from the second spray head 33 is wider, the cleaning area of the wheel cleaning unit 3 is increased, and the cleaning effect is improved. Moreover, since the cleaning area of the wheel cleaning unit 3 is increased, it is not necessary to provide more second nozzles 33 and second flushing assemblies 32 to increase the cleaning area, and the manufacturing cost is also reduced.
More specifically, each wheel cleaning unit 3 further includes a wheel drive mechanism 36 and a wheel transmission mechanism 37 provided in the wheel cleaning main body 31. The wheel driving mechanism 36 is connected to the wheel transmission mechanism 37 and drives the wheel transmission mechanism 37 to move in the vertical direction within the wheel cleaning main body 31. It should be noted that the structures and the connection relationships of the wheel driving mechanism 36 and the wheel transmission mechanism 37 of the wheel cleaning unit 3 are not substantially different from the structures and the connection relationships of the vehicle body driving mechanism 26 and the vehicle body transmission mechanism 27, and the structures of the wheel transmission mechanisms can be understood by referring to the schematic structural diagram of the vehicle body transmission mechanism shown in fig. 8, and are not described again here.
More specifically, referring to fig. 9 to 11, in the present embodiment, each wheel cleaning unit 3 further includes a wheel rotating mechanism 38, and the wheel rotating mechanism 38 is disposed on the base 1 to rotate the wheel cleaning main body 31 around a vertical axis with respect to the base 1. The wheel rotating mechanism 38 includes a rotating base 381 disposed between the wheel cleaning main body 31 and the base 1, a rotating shaft 382 disposed on the base 1, and a rotating drive 383 configured to drive the rotating base 381 to rotate.
It should be noted that the rotating base 381 is specifically a base with bearings, and can rotate around the rotating shaft 382. The rotary drive 383 is embodied as a drive motor. The rotary drive 383 may be provided at a top position of the wheel cleaning main body 31 remote from the base 1. The rotary driving member 383 drives the rotary shaft 382 to rotate around the vertical axis, and further drives the wheel cleaning main body 31 to rotate around the vertical axis relative to the ground.
Note that, in the present embodiment, the wheel cleaning main body 31 is rotated about the vertical axis in a range of-90 ° to 90 °, for example, may be-90 ° to 30 °,30 ° to 90 °, or other angular ranges with respect to the base 1. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the angle of rotation of the wheel cleaning body 31 relative to the base 1 about the vertical axis can be arbitrarily rotated according to actual design and use requirements. However, the rotation angle of the wheel cleaning main body 31 should not be too large, and the rotation speed should not be too fast, otherwise the water column would be splashed due to the influence of inertia, thereby causing a problem of wasting water resources.
It will be appreciated that the vehicle body is at a higher elevation than the wheels in the vertical direction, and therefore the first flushing assembly 22 is at a higher elevation than the second flushing assembly 32 in the vertical direction.
It is also to be understood that the arrangement positions, the number, and the like of the vehicle body cleaning units 2, the wheel cleaning units 3 may be set according to actual washing requirements. The present embodiment exemplifies the following arrangement of the vehicle body cleaning unit 2 and the wheel cleaning unit 3.
First, the at least one vehicle body cleaning unit 2 is two vehicle body cleaning units 2, and the at least one wheel cleaning unit 3 is one wheel cleaning unit 3. Two vehicle body cleaning units 2 and one wheel cleaning unit 3 are arranged in a zigzag shape when viewed downward from the vertical direction. The two vehicle body cleaning units 2 are arranged in sequence along the advancing direction of the vehicle, and one wheel cleaning unit 3 is closer to the vehicle than the two vehicle body cleaning units 2. The second flushing assemblies 32 are rotatably disposed on the front wall of the wheel cleaning main body 31 near the vehicle in a vertical sequence.

The second flushing assemblies 32 of each wheel cleaning unit 3 are rotatably provided on the front wall of the wheel cleaning main body 31 near the vehicle, in series in the vertical direction.
In this embodiment, two vehicle body cleaning units 2 and three wheel cleaning units 3 are provided, and the problem that the wheels cannot be cleaned completely can be avoided under the condition that more silt is attached to the wheels. Moreover, compared with the case that only one wheel cleaning unit 3 is arranged, the three wheel cleaning units 3 are arranged in the embodiment, when one wheel cleaning unit 3 fails, the two remaining wheel cleaning units 3 still work, and the wheel cleaning effect is guaranteed. In addition, two cleaning components and the remaining wheel cleaning unit 3 are arranged in a line shape, the length of the vehicle cleaning device in the vehicle advancing direction can be increased, the cleaning area can be further increased by matching the rotation of the first flushing component 22 and the second flushing component 32, the cleaning requirement of the vehicle can be met only by a small number of vehicle cleaning devices, and the cost is reduced. Fourth, the at least one vehicle body cleaning unit 2 is three vehicle body cleaning units 2, and the at least one wheel cleaning unit 3 is three wheel cleaning units 3. In this embodiment, three vehicle body cleaning units 2 and three wheel cleaning units 3 are provided, so that the cleaning effect on the vehicle body and the wheels can be ensured under the condition that the vehicle body and the wheels are adhered with more sediment.
