Abstract
一种电焊机网路电压补偿装置,属于电性能补偿
装置,主要用于一般直流和交流弧焊机。其特征是该
装置由一装于焊机机壳上并联在初级绕组端子的网
路电压表和一个装于机壳与绕组适当部位的抽头相
连接的补偿开关构成。具有结构简单,操作调节方
便,使用寿命长,性能稳定,补偿范围可达20%,在网
路电压太低的情况下能保证焊接质量等优点。
Description
一种电焊机网路电压补偿装置,属于电性能补偿装置技术领域,主要用于一般直流和交流弧焊机。
在已有技术中只有档次较高的部份直流弧焊机和气体保护焊机,为了保证其稳定性,才采用电子技术解决网路电压波动问题,而一般电焊机,特别是用手工操作的焊机,尚无网路电压补偿装置。采用补偿装置的焊机本身比较精密,价格昂贵,其补偿装置采用电子式构造复杂,造价高,不易推广到价格较低而常用的普通焊机上,且其补偿仅为±10%左右。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单,使用寿命长,操作调节方便,性能可靠,成本低,可补偿网路电压±20%以上的电焊机网路电压补偿装置。
根据网路电压补偿基本原理和电焊机初级绕组抽头位置与次级输出空载电压的关系,针对已有技术中存在的问题。本实用新型的基本构思是:利用电焊变压器初级绕组本身,采用不同初级电压输入合理抽头,即在直流或交流弧焊机的初级绕组(三相或单相)的某一合理部位断开后再增加若干抽头,对应额定网路电压(如380V)及其以下,直至下降20%以上(如304V以下)用一只开关控制调节这些抽头,以实现电焊变压器次级达到额定输出空载电压之目的。为了控制调节时有所遵循,还必须在初级绕组输入端子并联一只指示网路电压实际值的电压表。
本实用新型的特征在于所述的电焊机网路电压补偿装置,由安装在焊机机壳正面板上用以指示网路电压实际值的网路电压表和用于手动控制调节补偿范围的补偿开关构成,上述的网路电压表由导线在机壳内并联接在电焊机初级绕组的输入端子上;上述的补偿开关如附图2所示,其Z、A、B、C和D各触点(若要细调可多设几点)通过导线在机壳内分别与焊机初级绕组的抽头Z′、A′、B′、C′和D′相连接。上述的初级绕组抽头Z′、A′、B′、C′和D′分别为在适应部位断开的共用连接抽头和从设计额定空载电压U。(如380V)起每降低相同(如20V)或不同(如20V、15V、10V)定值所对应的抽头。如上述补偿开关打在Z-A档对应380V,则Z-B相接即对应360V、Z-C对应 340V,Z-D对应320V等。
本实用新型的优点是结构简单,只需要在公知的焊机机壳上装一只电压表和一只补偿开关即可,因此补偿造价低,易于推广,补偿操作为手动,只要根据电压表实际网路电压指数搬动补偿开关打在相应的位置上,如当看到上述的网路电压表指示的网路电压实际值是380V时,则将上述的补偿开关打在Z-A上,若实际指数为360V时,则打在Z-B上,次级输出空载电压U0均能稳定在额定值,操作方便,使用寿命长,性能稳定,补偿范围较大,网路电压降低20%以上时仍能补偿到次级输出空载电压U0接近额定值,这对于电压不稳定或网路电压太低的地区或单位保证焊机性能和焊接质量十分重要。
附图1为本实用新型最佳实施例之一安装后整体结构外观正视示意图,图2为焊机绕组抽头及其与相关机件联接线路图。
图中1安装在焊机机壳正面板上且由导线在机壳内并联到初级绕组端子上的网路电压表,2安装在焊机机壳正面板且在机壳内由导线与焊机初级绕组相应抽头相连接的补偿开关,3焊机机壳正面板,4焊机初级绕组,5焊机次级绕组及空载电压U0。
在此实施例中适用于BX6-400型焊机网路电压表1选用0~450V市售交流电压表;补偿开关2采用两节组合转换开关(380V,63A);焊机初级绕组4总匝数为132匝,在从左向右数,第三十匝处断开,定为共用连接抽头Z′,往右每隔7匝一个抽头依次为A′、B′、C′和D′,它们分别与补偿开关的Z、A、B、C和D各触点相连接;当网路电压为380V时,补偿开关打在A档,当网路电压为360V时补偿开关打在B档,依次类推。
作为本实施例的变更:
1、此装置可适用于各种系列手工用交流弧焊机,单相整流直流弧焊机、交直两用弧焊机上;
2、在三相整流的各种类型的直流弧焊机上可在三个初级绕组的适当部位断开、抽头,补偿开关改用三相开关,网路电压表接在输入的任两相之间;
3、在较为稳定的低网路电压地区本装置中的网路电压表可取销;
4、可用接线柱代替补偿开关;
5、此装置还可用于单相或三相感应式和线绕式电动机。
Claims (2)
1、一种电焊机网路电压补偿装置,其特征在于所述的电焊机网路电压补偿装置由安装在焊机机壳正面板[3]上的网路电压表[1]和补偿开关[2]构成,上述的网路电压表[1]由导线在机壳内并联接在电焊机初级绕组[4]的输入端子上,上述的补偿开关[2]的Z、A、B、C和D各触点通过导线在机壳内分别与电焊机初级绕组的抽头Z′、A′、B′、C′和D′相连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的电焊机网路电压补偿装置,其特征在于上述的初级绕组的抽头Z′、A′、B′、C′和D′分别为在适当部位断开的共用连接抽头和从设计额定空载电压起每降低相同或不同定值所对应的抽头。
