Abstract

Technical Field

The utility model relates to a dish washer for cleaning tableware. More particularly, the present invention relates to a mobile dishwasher for washing dishes.

Background

A dishwasher is a machine, which may be automatic or semi-automatic, and is generally used for washing dishes, cookware and other kitchen utensils. Known dishwashers typically rinse the surface of the dishware with wash liquor and clean water by mechanical movement to loosen and remove stains. The dishes are manually arranged on a basket/rack within the dishwasher. Dishwashers use mechanisms including soap, water and scrubbing to remove stains from dishware. However, typical dishwashers lack mobile facilities. Existing dishwashers have at best wheels to move the entire dishwasher unit. This is inconvenient because the entire dishwasher is heavy. Furthermore, in a typical dishwasher, there is no provision for the kitchen ware to be retorted to remove microorganisms. Furthermore, existing dishwashers do not have racks or baskets that are completely removable from the dishwasher and are not easily removable.

According to one aspect of the present invention, a mobile dishwasher for washing dishes is provided. The mobile dishwasher includes a washing machine for washing dishes, a mobile basket configured to be received by the washing machine, for example, in a coupled or enclosed manner, the washing machine being capable of washing the dishes within the mobile basket after being received, the mobile basket including wheels at a bottom thereof for easy movement of the mobile basket by an operator/user. The wheels at the bottom of the mobile basket enable the mobile basket to move along with the pulling of the operator/user, loading the soiled dishes from the outside into the mobile basket and finally into the washing machine; and discharging the cleaned dishes from the washing machine. Also included is a door configured to couple with the washer to seal the moving basket within the washer. Further, the mobile basket includes a plurality of trays, e.g., a first tray and a second tray, that are configured to be separated from each other, e.g., moved or rotated relative to each other, and then assembled together to accommodate different types, numbers, sizes, weights, or shapes of dishware. The plurality of trays are arranged in multiple layers, for example, in a vertical arrangement, adjacent trays are positioned in full or partial coincidence, the upper and lower trays are exposed completely or partially, and at least one of the plurality of trays is configured to be exposed to the outside for easy loading or unloading of dishes, so that its adjacent tray is removed. Thus, each tray can selectively determine whether or not dishes are loaded. The mobile basket includes a cart, or ground propulsion device, which may be manually or electrically powered wheels for ease of movement of the mobile basket. Thereby, the moving basket can be easily moved. The trolley allows the basket to be easily moved under heavy loads, especially in cases where the tableware is heavily loaded. The mobility of the mobile basket of the utility model leads to the convenience of handling bulk utensils. The use of a mobile basket allows for the transport of large cooking pots and large quantities of cutlery. Furthermore, the soiled dishes can be directly collected by moving the moving basket.

According to an embodiment of the invention, the door is connected to one end of the washing machine, e.g. an edge hinge connection, for enclosing and sealing the mobile basket when cleaning. The hinge rotates with the door to provide sufficient space to insert the moving basket into the washer.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, at least one of the plurality of trays is configured to be adjustable in shape, e.g., sized, height, or have a removable clamp to accommodate cleaning of a particular type of food service item. The tray can adapt the movable basket to various utensils, cookers, tableware and the like due to the adjustment of the shape of the tray. Thus, the need for additional baskets or trays is reduced to meet the needs of various vessels.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the washing machine comprises a heater and optionally a blower for heating water, air, detergent or any liquid mixture to effect washing or drying. The heater can use hot water to deeply wash the polluted vessel to remove oil stains on the vessel. In addition, the heater can also rapidly dry and sterilize the washed dishes using hot air from the heater.

According to an embodiment of the invention, the cleaning machine further comprises a water ionizer to provide alkaline water for cleaning and/or acidic water for disinfection. The alkaline and/or acidic water from the water ionizer can remove microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses from the surface of the vessel.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the cleaning machine comprises a sprayer having an inlet for pressurized water/liquid and a wiping gun with flexible friction pads, the wiping gun being rotatably connected to the sprayer. The sprayer and the wiping gun can make the detergent form rich foam to clean tableware. In addition, the flexible friction plate can cover a large area during cleaning, so that the time for cleaning the viscera is reduced.

According to an embodiment of the invention, the wiping gun is mounted on the nebulizer using a detachable connector, wherein the detachable connector is adapted for mounting/dismounting the wiping gun on/from the nebulizer. Thus, the wiping gun does not pose an obstacle when pressurized water and/or pressurized air from the sprayer is required to clean the soiled implement.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the flexible friction plate is adapted to rotate and rub the cutlery/utensils, thereby cleaning stains from the utensils. The friction against the dishes caused by the rotation of the wiping gun effects the cleaning of stubborn stains on the dishes.

According to one embodiment of the present invention, the sprayer is configured to provide, for example, a spray or jet of pressurized air, pressurized water, and/or soap within the washer onto the dishes. Thus, some easily removed soil is removed from the dishes before the flexible friction pads rub against them, thereby reducing the force of the wiping gun and protecting the dishes from unwanted scratches that may be caused by friction.

According to an embodiment of the invention, adjacent trays of the plurality of trays are configured to move in a plurality of directions, respectively, e.g. in opposite rotational directions, for loading and unloading of cutlery. In this way, all trays can be loaded or unloaded at one time, saving time and energy used to pull and push each individual tray.

According to an embodiment of the invention, the door comprises a reusable seal provided on the door, for example a gasket or an O-ring for coupling with an edge of a washing machine, adapted to make the washing machine impermeable when closed, for example to keep water, detergent, hot air inside the washing machine when in use. For example, the gasket is adapted to provide pressurized cleaning through the seal. The seal may comprise a structural arrangement on the washer, door, traveling basket, or all of these devices.

According to an embodiment of the invention, the at least one tray comprises a rack, which is engaged with a pinion on the moving basket, the at least one tray being configured to move linearly with the engagement of the pinion with the rack when the pinion is rotated. Rotation of the pinion causes two or more pallets to be exposed in one movement. Thus, the mechanism helps to reduce the labor of operating the dishwasher.

According to an embodiment of the invention, the first tray of the mobile basket comprises a first rack, the second tray of the mobile basket comprises a second rack, the pinion is engaged with the first rack and the second rack for moving the first tray and the second tray, the two racks move away from each other for exposing or expanding the first tray and/or the second tray. The two racks can be pulled apart by moving either the pinion or the first and second racks.

According to an embodiment of the invention, the cleaning machine, the mobile basket or both comprise guiding means, such as a cavity on the cleaning machine for receiving a corresponding guiding shaft on the mobile basket, for aligning the cleaning machine and the mobile basket when coupled. To facilitate loading of the basket from the cart into the washing machine, the guide may align the washing machine with the basket.

According to an embodiment of the invention, in the case of a door as an end plate of the mobile basket, the at least one guide means comprises a threaded bolt at its end, the threaded bolt being configured to be fastenable in its corresponding cavity, for example configured on the door, the corresponding cavity being configured in a corresponding position of the washing machine, so as to configure the mobile basket stably in the washing machine when in use. This is because the washer is filled with soap, water and hot air during operation, the guide means can facilitate the fixing of the door on the washer, achieving sealing to avoid interference from the external environment.

According to an embodiment of the invention, the adjacent trays of the mobile basket comprise a latch for fixedly linking the adjacent trays together. The latch may provide for ease of pulling out and pushing in the tray. Only one action is needed, and the adjacent trays can be extended and exposed without additionally pushing and pulling the trays one by one.

According to an embodiment of the invention, the latch is configured to provide a push-in and/or pull-out action to one of the adjacent trays. The tray can be easily pulled out and pushed in only by pushing a latch provided on the tray.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the dishwasher further comprises an ultraviolet light unit configured to project ultraviolet light on the rack to sterilize the dishes. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the mobile dishwasher includes: a washing machine for washing dishes; a movable basket receivable by the washing machine for washing the dishes in the movable basket, the movable basket having wheels at a bottom thereof for moving the movable basket; the movable basket is provided with a trolley for moving the movable basket; a door couplable, such as by a door shaft, to the washing machine or the moving basket to enclose the moving basket within the washing machine for washing the dishes; and a sterilizer, such as an ultraviolet lamp or an anion generator, for sterilizing the dishes in the movable basket.

The present invention will be described by various embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings, wherein reference numerals used in the drawings correspond to like elements throughout the description.

Fig. 1 illustrates a mobile dishwasher 100 for washing soiled/soiled dishes 304 (not shown in fig. 1) according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the mobile dishwasher 100 includes a washing machine 102 for washing soiled dishes, a mobile basket (not shown in FIG. 1), and a door 104. The washer 102 may be made of a rust resistant material, such as stainless steel, titanium, metal alloys, polymers, glass, plastics, and the like. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the cleaning machine 102 may have a configuration of sensors, microcontrollers, user interfaces such as buttons, touch screens, displays, and the like.

The sensor may be selected from a group including, but not limited to, a temperature sensor, an infrared sensor, a laser, a humidity sensor, and the like. The button may be a push button, a selector switch, a joystick, a limit switch, a proximity switch, a speed regulator switch, or a pressure switch. In addition, the washer 102 may have water facilities such as pipes, nozzles, flow regulators, soap storage and mechanisms for dispensing soap within the washer 102, and the like.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the washer 102 may house a sprayer (not shown in fig. 1) and a wiper gun (not shown in fig. 1). Fig. 2 illustrates a sprayer and wipe gun 200 according to one embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 2, the sprayer 202 may have an inlet 204 for pressurized water/liquid. The inlet 204 may be configured to supply water and liquids, such as soap, dishwashing liquid, alkaline and/or acidic water for disinfection. In addition, the sprayer 202 may have a nozzle, jet, or opening configured to provide pressurized air, pressurized water, and/or soap within the washer 102, such as to be sprayed or shot onto soiled wares. Further, as shown in fig. 2, the sprayer 202 may be coupled with a wipe gun 206. The swab gun 206 is attached to the sprayer 202 by a removable connector 208. The removable connector 208 is adapted to mount/dismount the wipe gun 206 on the sprayer 202. As shown in fig. 2, the swab gun 206 may include a flexible friction plate. In an alternative or additional embodiment of the invention, the friction plate may be a fibre, a metal mesh or a cleaning cloth. The wipe gun 206 may rotate the friction plates along the shaft. Such as a motor, may rotate the swab gun 206 and rub the friction pads against the soiled vessel. The friction plate is adapted to rotate and rub against the silkworm pupa 304, thereby cleaning the tableware from stains.

In an additional or alternative embodiment, the washing machine 102 may include, but is not limited to, a heater and optionally a blower for heating water, air, detergent or any liquid mixture to effect washing or drying. The hot water from the heater can clean oily and tough stains of the viscera. In addition, the hot air of the heater can rapidly dry and sterilize the dishes. In addition, the washer 102 may include a water ionizer to provide alkaline water for cleaning and/or acidic water for disinfection. The alkaline or acidic water can remove microorganisms, such as bacteria and viruses, on the surface of the tableware.

According to one embodiment of the present invention, the cleaning machine 102 may house a mobile basket, for example, coupled or enclosed, for cleaning soiled dishes within the mobile basket. Fig. 3 shows an embodiment of the present invention, a mobile basket 300 placed within the washer 102. The moving basket 300 may be made of a rust resistant material including, but not limited to, stainless steel, titanium, metal alloys, polymers, glass, plastics, and the like. As shown in fig. 3, the mobile basket 300 includes a plurality of trays 302 that are configured to be separable from one another, e.g., to move or rotate away from one another, and assembled together in the mobile basket 300 for accommodating different types, numbers, sizes, weights, or shapes of dishware 304. Each tray of the plurality of trays 302 may have grooves, channels, depressions, and indentations to place various vessels 304, such as cups, plates, jars, bowls, and the like.

At least one of the plurality of trays 302 is configured to be adjustable in shape, e.g., sized, height, or have a removable clamp, to accommodate washing of a particular type of dishware 304. Fig. 3 shows one embodiment of a removable basket 300 with a plurality of trays 302, according to one embodiment of the present invention. As shown, the plurality of trays 302 are vertically arranged in multiple layers with adjacent trays being positioned in full or partial registration. In another or additional embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, adjacent trays of the plurality of trays 302 are configured to be individually movable in multiple directions, e.g., rotated in opposite directions, to facilitate loading and unloading of the dishes 304. At least one of the plurality of trays 302 is configured to be exposed to remove its neighboring tray for convenient loading or unloading of the dishes 304. As shown in fig. 4, the opening direction of the first tray 3022 of the plurality of trays is the X axis, the direction of the second tray 3024 is the Y axis, and the direction of the third tray 3026 is the-Y axis. The moving basket 300 exposes each of the plurality of trays in this manner for loading/unloading the dishes to be washed simultaneously without obstructing the dishes from entering any of the plurality of trays. In an alternative embodiment, the plurality of trays 302 directly adjacent or contiguous to each other with the moving basket 300 include a latch (not shown) for linking adjacent trays together. The latch is configured to provide a push-to-close and/or push-to-open action to one of the adjacent trays.

Furthermore, according to another or alternative embodiment of the present invention, at least one tray comprises a rack coupled with a pinion 406 provided on the moving basket 300. Fig. 5 shows an embodiment of the present invention for displaying a rack and pinion mechanism 400. As shown in fig. 5, when the pinion 406 rotates, at least one of the plurality of trays is configured to move linearly. As shown in fig. 5, the first tray 3022 of the mobile basket 300 includes a first rack 402. In addition, the second tray 3024 of the moving basket 300 includes a second rack 404. According to one embodiment, the pinion 406 is coupled to both the first rack 402 and the second rack 404. Fig. 6 illustrates an embodiment 450 of the rack and pinion mechanism 400 shown in fig. 5, in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, when the pinion 406 moves in any direction, the first tray 3022 and the second tray 3024 move in opposite directions for exposing or expanding the first tray 3022 and/or the second tray 3024. Also, when the pinion 406 is rotated in the opposite direction, the first tray 3022 and the second tray 3024 are retracted to be hidden under each other.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the pinion 406 may rotate when pulling on any one of the trays. For example, when the first tray 3022 is pulled, the pinion 406 automatically moves to expose the second tray 3024. The pinion gear 406 may be automatically moved by a motor arrangement coupled to the pinion gear 406. In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the pinion 406 may be moved externally by a handle 408. The handle 408 may be rotated to linearly move the first rack 402 and the second rack 404 so that the first tray 3022 and the second tray 3024 are exposed therein. Likewise, the handle 408 may be rotated in the opposite direction to hide the first tray 3022 and the second tray 3024 from one another. Returning to fig. 3, in another or alternative embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the mobile basket 300 may include wheels 306, such as foot wheels 306, at the bottom thereof for easy movement of the mobile basket 300 by an operator/user. The wheels 306 may be manually or electrically driven to move the mobile basket 300 from place to place. The wheels 306 may be free to rotate to adjust the movement of the mobile basket 300 depending on the direction of movement of the mobile basket 300. After the mobile basket 300 is inserted into the washer 102, the wheels 306 may be retracted into the mobile basket 300.

In another or alternative embodiment of the present invention, the mobile dishwasher 100 may include a ground propulsion device, such as a cart 502, to transport the mobile basket 300. Fig. 7 shows an embodiment of the invention, a mobile basket and cart 500. As shown in fig. 7, the mobile basket 300 may be transported using a cart 502. The cart 502 may be manually or electrically powered, such as with wheels 504, to facilitate movement of the mobile basket 300. The cart 502 may be adapted to load or unload the entire mobile basket 300.

According to one embodiment of the present invention, the washer 102, the mobile basket 300 comprise guiding means. Fig. 8 illustrates an embodiment 600 of the present invention, using a guide device, when transporting the traveling basket 300 into the washing machine 102 using the cart 502. The guide rails may align the washer 102 and the traveling basket 300 when connected, as shown in phantom on FIG. 8. As shown in fig. 8, the guide may be a cavity 602 on the washer 102 for receiving a corresponding shaft 606 on the traveling basket 300.

Fig. 9 shows an embodiment of the invention, showing another embodiment of the guide shown in fig. 8. As shown in fig. 9, in the case of a door as an end plate of the moving basket, the at least one guide means comprises a threaded bolt 606 at its end, said threaded bolt 606 being configured to be fixable in its corresponding cavity, for example configured on the door, and configured in a corresponding position on the washing machine, so as to safely and securely arrange the moving basket 300 in the washing machine during use. Bolt 606 has threads 6062 as shown in fig. 9. The bolt 606 may be rotated manually or automatically using a motor, such as the cover 604 shown in FIG. 8, attached to the washer 102 as a door to seal against the outside environment.

Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 8, the washer 102 is connected to a door 104, the door 104 configured to couple with the washer 102 to seal the mobile basket 300 within the washer 102 for washing. As shown in fig. 1, the door 104 may be attached to one end of the washer 102 using, but not limited to, a hinge, such as at the edge, to enclose and seal the moving basket 300 during washing. In an alternative or additional embodiment, the door 104 may be coupled to an end of the basket 300, for example as an end plate, for movement with the basket 300. Further, as shown in fig. 1, the door 104 includes a first seal 106 disposed on the door 104. Or as shown in fig. 8, a second seal 608 is provided at the opening of the washer 102. The first sealing strip 106 and the second sealing strip 608 may be reusable gaskets or O-rings disposed on edges coupled to the washer 102 and adapted to keep the washer 102 impervious when closed, for example, to enclose water, detergent, hot air within the washer 102 when in use. The washer 102 is adapted to provide pressurized washing through the seal. The sealing means includes structural arrangements on the washer 102, door 104, moving basket 300, or all of them.

In an additional or alternative embodiment, the microcontroller may be in communication with the motor, heater, nebulizer 202, wipe gun 206, user interface, and sensors. The user interface may be configured to display readings from the sensor and information from the microcontroller. The user may provide personalized information using the user interface to operate the motor, heater, sprayer 202, and swab gun 206. In an additional or alternative embodiment, the microcontroller may operate the components according to predefined parameters of the components.

The utility model provides some advantages. The result of the mobility of the present invention to provide a mobile basket 300 is ease of handling bulk and/or large quantities of dishware 304. Large cooking pots and a large number of vessels can be transported with the moving basket 300. Additionally, collecting soiled dishware 304 may be accomplished directly in the moving basket 300 by moving the moving basket 300 to collect soiled dishware 304. The door 104 provides sufficient space to insert the mobile basket 300 into the washer 102. Upon opening the door 104, the mobile basket 300 is automatically ejected with the door 104, reducing the effort to manually pull the mobile basket 300 out of the washer 102.

Wheels 306 at the bottom of the basket 300 enable the basket 300 to move as the operator/user moves, loading soiled dishes 304 onto the basket 300 from the outside, and ultimately into the washing machine 102; the cleaned dishes 304 are then removed from the washing machine 102.

Due to the shape adjustment of the tray, various vessels, cooking utensils, tableware and the like can be arranged in the movable basket 300. Thus, the need for additional moving baskets or trays to meet the needs of various types of cutlery is reduced. In addition, the heater may allow the contaminated dishes 304 to be deeply washed with hot water to remove oily stains from the dishes 304. In addition, the heater can also rapidly dry and sterilize the washed dishes 304 using the hot air of the heater. The alkaline and/or acidic water from the water ionizer can remove microorganisms in order to kill harmful bacteria and viruses.

The sprayer 202 and the wipe gun 206 may foam the detergent to clean the dishes 304 to clean stubborn stains from the dishes 304. The present invention provides a mechanism whereby all of the plurality of trays 302 can be loaded or unloaded at once, saving time and effort in pulling and pushing each individual tray. Furthermore, the cart 502 may allow the mobile basket 300 to be easily moved under heavy loads in the event of a rolling load of the cutlery 304. Thus, the mechanism helps to reduce the labor of operating the mobile dishwasher 100.

Claims (12)

1. A mobile dishwasher usable for washing dishes, characterized in that the mobile dishwasher (100) comprises:

a washing machine (102) for washing dishes (304);

a mobile basket (300) receivable by said washing machine (102) for washing dishes (304) in said mobile basket (300), said mobile basket moving as a single unit, said mobile basket (300) having wheels (306) at the bottom thereof for moving said mobile basket (300), said washing machine (102) and mobile basket (300) being provided with guiding means for coupling or aligning the washing machine (102) and mobile basket (300); and

a door (104) coupled to the washing machine (102) to enclose the moving basket (300) within the washing machine (102) to wash the dishes (304);

wherein the movable basket (300) comprises a plurality of trays (302), the plurality of trays (302) can be assembled together or separated from each other, the separation comprises mutual movement or rotation to contain or release the tableware (304), the plurality of trays (302) are vertically arranged, at least one tray is configured to be exposed outside and can completely or partially expose an upper layer tray and a lower layer tray to load or unload the tableware (304), at least one tray (302) in the plurality of trays (302) can be adjusted in shape or assembled on the movable basket (300) to adapt to the washing of the corresponding type of tableware (304);

the mobile basket (300) is provided with a trolley (502) for moving the mobile basket (300).

2. The mobile dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the dishwasher further comprises a dishwasher control unit,

the door (104) is connected to one end of the washing machine (102) for closing the moving basket (300) when washing.

3. The mobile dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the dishwasher further comprises a dishwasher control unit,

the door (104) and one end of the moving basket (300) are connected to each other and move together with the moving basket (300).

4. The mobile dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the dishwasher further comprises a dishwasher control unit,

the washing machine (102) comprises a heater for heating water, air, detergent or any fluid mixture, or for drying and disinfecting washed dishes.

5. The mobile dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the dishwasher further comprises a dishwasher control unit,

the washer (102) also includes a water ionizer to provide alkaline water for washing and/or acidic water for disinfection.

6. The mobile dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the dishwasher further comprises a dishwasher control unit,

the cleaning machine (102) further comprises

A nebulizer (202) having an inlet (204) for pressurized liquid; and

a swab gun (206) having flexible friction pads, the swab gun (206) being mounted to the sprayer (202) by a removable connector (208) and connected to the sprayer (202) for rotation.

7. The mobile dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the dishwasher further comprises a dishwasher control unit,

the door (104) includes a seal disposed on the door (104) to prevent the washer (102) from leaking during use.

8. The mobile dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the dishwasher further comprises a dishwasher control unit,

at least one of the plurality of trays (302) includes a rack that engages a pinion (406) on the traveling basket (300) to linearly move the at least one tray (302) of the plurality of trays (302).

9. The mobile dishwasher of claim 8, wherein the dishwasher further comprises a dishwasher control unit,

the first tray (3022) of the mobile basket (300) comprises a first rack (402), and

the second tray (3024) of the moving basket (300) includes a second rack gear (404);

and the pinion (406) is meshed with the first rack (402) and the second rack (404) to enable the first tray (3022) and the second tray (3024) to move reversely.

10. The mobile dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the dishwasher further comprises a dishwasher control unit,

adjacent trays of the mobile basket (300) include latches for linking the adjacent trays together.

11. The mobile dishwasher of claim 1, further comprising a dishwasher for washing dishes

An ultraviolet light unit for projecting ultraviolet rays to the dishes (304) inside the moving basket (300) to sterilize the dishes (304).

12. A mobile dishwasher usable for washing dishes, characterized in that the mobile dishwasher (100) comprises:

a washing machine (102) for washing dishes (304);

a moving basket (300) receivable by said washing machine (102) for washing dishes (304) within said moving basket (300), said moving basket (300) having wheels (306) at a bottom thereof for moving said moving basket (300); -said mobile basket (300) is provided with a trolley (502) for moving the mobile basket (300);

a door (104) coupleable with the washing machine (102) to enclose the moving basket (300) within the washing machine (102) to wash the dishes (304); and

a sterilizer for sterilizing the dishes in the movable basket (300).
