Upon opening the door 104, the mobile basket 300 is automatically ejected with the door 104, reducing the effort to manually pull the mobile basket 300 out of the washer 102.
Wheels 306 at the bottom of the basket 300 enable the basket 300 to move as the operator/user moves, loading soiled dishes 304 onto the basket 300 from the outside, and ultimately into the washing machine 102; the cleaned dishes 304 are then removed from the washing machine 102.
Due to the shape adjustment of the tray, various vessels, cooking utensils, tableware and the like can be arranged in the movable basket 300. Thus, the need for additional moving baskets or trays to meet the needs of various types of cutlery is reduced. In addition, the heater may allow the contaminated dishes 304 to be deeply washed with hot water to remove oily stains from the dishes 304. In addition, the heater can also rapidly dry and sterilize the washed dishes 304 using the hot air of the heater. The alkaline and/or acidic water from the water ionizer can remove microorganisms in order to kill harmful bacteria and viruses.
The sprayer 202 and the wipe gun 206 may foam the detergent to clean the dishes 304 to clean stubborn stains from the dishes 304. The present invention provides a mechanism whereby all of the plurality of trays 302 can be loaded or unloaded at once, saving time and effort in pulling and pushing each individual tray. Furthermore, the cart 502 may allow the mobile basket 300 to be easily moved under heavy loads in the event of a rolling load of the cutlery 304. Thus, the mechanism helps to reduce the labor of operating the mobile dishwasher 100.

Claims (12)

1. A mobile dishwasher usable for washing dishes, characterized in that the mobile dishwasher (100) comprises:
a washing machine (102) for washing dishes (304);
a mobile basket (300) receivable by said washing machine (102) for washing dishes (304) in said mobile basket (300), said mobile basket moving as a single unit, said mobile basket (300) having wheels (306) at the bottom thereof for moving said mobile basket (300), said washing machine (102) and mobile basket (300) being provided with guiding means for coupling or aligning the washing machine (102) and mobile basket (300); and
a door (104) coupled to the washing machine (102) to enclose the moving basket (300) within the washing machine (102) to wash the dishes (304);
wherein the movable basket (300) comprises a plurality of trays (302), the plurality of trays (302) can be assembled together or separated from each other, the separation comprises mutual movement or rotation to contain or release the tableware (304), the plurality of trays (302) are vertically arranged, at least one tray is configured to be exposed outside and can completely or partially expose an upper layer tray and a lower layer tray to load or unload the tableware (304), at least one tray (302) in the plurality of trays (302) can be adjusted in shape or assembled on the movable basket (300) to adapt to the washing of the corresponding type of tableware (304);
the mobile basket (300) is provided with a trolley (502) for moving the mobile basket (300).
2. The mobile dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the dishwasher further comprises a dishwasher control unit,
the door (104) is connected to one end of the washing machine (102) for closing the moving basket (300) when washing.
3. The mobile dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the dishwasher further comprises a dishwasher control unit,
the door (104) and one end of the moving basket (300) are connected to each other and move together with the moving basket (300).
4. The mobile dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the dishwasher further comprises a dishwasher control unit,
the washing machine (102) comprises a heater for heating water, air, detergent or any fluid mixture, or for drying and disinfecting washed dishes.
5. The mobile dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the dishwasher further comprises a dishwasher control unit,
the washer (102) also includes a water ionizer to provide alkaline water for washing and/or acidic water for disinfection.
6. The mobile dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the dishwasher further comprises a dishwasher control unit,
the cleaning machine (102) further comprises
A nebulizer (202) having an inlet (204) for pressurized liquid; and
a swab gun (206) having flexible friction pads, the swab gun (206) being mounted to the sprayer (202) by a removable connector (208) and connected to the sprayer (202) for rotation.
7. The mobile dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the dishwasher further comprises a dishwasher control unit,
the door (104) includes a seal disposed on the door (104) to prevent the washer (102) from leaking during use.
8. The mobile dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the dishwasher further comprises a dishwasher control unit,
at least one of the plurality of trays (302) includes a rack that engages a pinion (406) on the traveling basket (300) to linearly move the at least one tray (302) of the plurality of trays (302).
9. The mobile dishwasher of claim 8, wherein the dishwasher further comprises a dishwasher control unit,
the first tray (3022) of the mobile basket (300) comprises a first rack (402), and
the second tray (3024) of the moving basket (300) includes a second rack gear (404);
and the pinion (406) is meshed with the first rack (402) and the second rack (404) to enable the first tray (3022) and the second tray (3024) to move reversely.
10. The mobile dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the dishwasher further comprises a dishwasher control unit,
adjacent trays of the mobile basket (300) include latches for linking the adjacent trays together.
11. The mobile dishwasher of claim 1, further comprising a dishwasher for washing dishes
An ultraviolet light unit for projecting ultraviolet rays to the dishes (304) inside the moving basket (300) to sterilize the dishes (304).
12. A mobile dishwasher usable for washing dishes, characterized in that the mobile dishwasher (100) comprises:
a washing machine (102) for washing dishes (304);
a moving basket (300) receivable by said washing machine (102) for washing dishes (304) within said moving basket (300), said moving basket (300) having wheels (306) at a bottom thereof for moving said moving basket (300); -said mobile basket (300) is provided with a trolley (502) for moving the mobile basket (300);
a door (104) coupleable with the washing machine (102) to enclose the moving basket (300) within the washing machine (102) to wash the dishes (304); and
a sterilizer for sterilizing the dishes in the movable basket (300).
